本発明は、原子力発電プラントにおける制御棒駆動機構の健全性確認作業を行う制御棒駆動監視装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
原子炉の反応度を制御する制御棒は、原子炉内に約200本配置され、水圧駆動機構により鉛直方向に挿入(上方駆動)又は引抜き(下方駆動)駆動されて位置調節される。各制御棒の位置調整は、1本の制御棒に対して4弁づつ設けられた方向制御電磁弁を開閉し駆動水の水量を調節することにより行われる。方向制御電磁弁は各制御棒に対して4弁設置されており、1プラント当たり約800個の方向制御電磁弁がある。

制御棒駆動時間測定装置は、プラント定検時において、この多数の方向制御電磁弁を通過する水量を調節するための水量調節手動弁12の開度調整作業をサポートする機能を有する。制御棒の駆動ストローク範囲は鉛直方向に最挿入位置から最引抜位置まで約4mであり、制御棒連続駆動時の駆動時間は、最挿入位置から最引抜位置まで約50秒となる様に方向制御電磁弁を通過する水量を水量調節手動弁12で調整する。制御棒駆動時間測定装置は、水量調節作業時の制御棒駆動時間を現場でモニタ表示することにより作業の効率良く行えるようにサポートする。

すなわち、制御棒のフルストローク間に15cm間隔で設置された制御棒の位置検出SWのON/OFF時間間隔(約2秒)を計測して、制御棒のフルストローク換算の駆動時間を算出して表示する。作業員は、この表示を確認することにより、フルストローク駆動した時の駆動時間を測定しなくても、10秒程度駆動すれば方向制御電磁弁の水量調節手動弁12の開度が適切か判定できるので、方向制御電磁弁への水量調節手動弁12の調整時間が大幅に短縮される。同時に、調整結果データを整理し所定のフォーマットに出力する。水量調節手動弁12は各制御棒に2弁あるので、1弁当たり30秒の短縮ができると、400弁では、200分(約3.3時間)の時間短縮が可能となる。

また、制御棒駆動時間測定装置にはもう一つ機能として、緊急挿入時の制御棒駆動時間測定機能がある。プラントに万一緊急停止する事態が生じた場合、全制御棒を即座に全挿入位置(上方上限位置)まで駆動する操作がある。水圧駆動機構での位置制御では、全引抜き位置から全挿入位置までのフルストローク駆動に約50秒間要するが、緊急挿入時には、別のスクラム用高圧水配管により、制御棒を全引抜き位置から全挿入位置まで約2秒で駆動する。この高圧水配管からの制御棒の緊急挿入駆動が所定時間以内(約2秒)に行われることを、プラント起動前に実際に緊急挿入駆動を行い、時間を測定する作業がある。制御棒駆動時間測定装置は、この緊急挿入時の制御棒駆動時間の測定結果を表示及び帳票出力する。

従来は、制御棒の位置検出SWのON/OFF波形を電磁オシロスコープで記録し、電磁オシロスコープの記録紙上の長さを人間系で測定して時間換算してストローク時間の健全性を確認していたため、各制御棒の緊急挿入時間が妥当か否かを判定するまで数分以上要していたが、制御棒駆動時間測定装置により緊急挿入後15秒程度で結果表示されるため、約2分の時間短縮となるので、200本の制御棒に対して400分(約6.6時間)の作業時間短縮が可能である。

図15は、制御棒1本当たりの制御棒駆動機構6の周辺の詳細を示す説明図である。制御棒2は、制御棒駆動機構6とカップリングされて鉛直方向に位置制御されるが、制御棒駆動機構6はシリンダとピストンとを備えており、例えば、制御棒2を挿入方向(上方)へ駆動する場合には、方向制御電磁弁4Aを開してシリンダの下部から駆動水を供給すると同時に、方向制御電磁弁4Bを開してシリンダの上部から駆動水を排水することによりピストンを上方へ押し上げる。逆に、制御棒を引抜き方向(下方)に駆動する場合には、方向制御電磁弁4Cを開してシリンダの上部から駆動水を供給すると同時に、方向制御電磁弁4Dを開してシリンダの下部から駆動水を排水することによりピストンを下方に駆動する。シリンダへ駆動水を供給する際に同時に排出側の弁を開するのは、水は圧縮できないためである。

制御棒駆動機構6には永久磁石11が取り付けられており、ピストンの上下駆動により位置が変化する。制御棒2の位置は、制御棒駆動機構6と並行に設置された制御棒位置検出器7により検出される。制御棒位置検出器7内には、一定間隔に垂直方向上部からS00、S01、S02、…、S49、S50までの約50個の可動鉄片型の位置検出SWが内蔵されており、永久磁石11が最も接近した位置検出SWのみが閉するので、どの位置検出SWが閉したかを検出し制御棒2の位置を検出する。

位置検出SWの開/閉信号であるPIP信号aは、制御棒位置表示装置200の入力部218のPIP信号入力基板202に入力される。通常、1つの位置検出SWの開/閉状態を検出するためには、2芯のケーブルが必要であるので、約50個の位置検出SWの開/閉状態を入力する場合は100芯のケーブルが必要となる。片側をコモンとしても最低51芯のケーブルが必要となるが、ケーブル物量をさらに削減するため、制御棒位置検出器(PIP検出器)7内で、図12に示すようなマトリクス配線8を行って、11芯のケーブルで約50個の位置検出SWの開/閉状態を入力する構成としている。
図16はマトリクス配線8の説明図である。図16ではODDが閉となった例を太線で示しており、ODDは、S01、S03、…S47までの24個の奇数位置の位置検出SWをOR論理配線した別称である。11芯のマトリクス配線8は、縦軸V1〜V6、水平軸H1〜H5という記号を割り当てており、ODDが閉となった状態では、V3とH5間が電気的に閉路となる。

図17はPIP信号入力基板202の説明図である。V軸、H軸11芯のケーブル入力に対応した11ビットのPIP信号aを制御棒位置表示用データDpos(v1、v2、v3、v4、v5、v6、h1、h2、h3、h4、h5)として認識する。V軸とH軸間で電気的に閉路となった箇所の入力がONとなるような回路構成により、位置検出SWの閉は1ビット、位置検出SWの開は0ビットとして認識されて、ODDがONすなわち(v3、h5)がONの時は、制御棒位置表示用データDpos(0、0、1、0、0、0、0、0、0、0、1)が制御棒位置表示用信号bとして、制御棒位置表示用PI/Oバッファ基板203を介して制御棒位置表示演算処理装置201へ送信される。またODDは、PIP信号入力基板202から制御棒駆動時間測定用DI基板102へ駆動時間測定用信号cとして出力される。

このような従来の制御棒駆動時間測定装置100について、プラント定検中に行う制御棒毎に緊急挿入した場合の駆動時間測定時の動作を説明する。まず、方向制御電磁弁駆動装置からの指令により、方向制御電磁弁4C、4Dを開して、制御棒2を垂直方向下方へ引抜き操作し全引抜き位置(S48:ON)とした後、安全系装置9からの緊急挿入指令dにより、当該制御棒2を緊急挿入する。緊急挿入指令dにより、スクラム弁10A、10Bが開し、スクラム用配管5からの高圧駆動水の供給により、制御棒2が垂直方向下端の全引抜き位置(S48)から垂直方向上端の全挿入位置(S00)まで緊急挿入駆動が開始される。

図18は緊急挿入駆動時のPIP信号入力基板202の動作説明図である。緊急挿入指令dにより緊急挿入駆動されると、制御棒駆動機構6に設置された永久磁石11の移動により、制御棒位置検出器7内に等間隔に配置された位置検出SWが、S47、S46、…S00の順番に順次ON/OFFする。S47のON/OFF信号は、1回目のON信号g1ON、1回目のOFF信号g1offとして記載しており、S01のOFFをg24offと記載している。制御棒位置表示装置200は、位置検出SWの内、ODD信号のON/OFF信号を制御棒駆動時間測定用信号cとして、PIP信号入力基板202から分岐して、制御棒駆動時間測定装置100の制御棒駆動時間測定用DI基板102へ出力する。

ここで、緊急挿入時の各位置検出SWのON時間は10ms程度であり、位置検出SWのON/OFFを検出する制御装置の時間分解能はその1/10の1msが要求されることから、制御棒駆動時間測定演算処理装置101には1msでスキャン可能な高速演算用シーケンスコントローラが使用され、データ入力、演算、データ編集及び表示処理を行っている。

図19は、制御棒を緊急挿入駆動した際の制御棒駆動時間測定装置100内のデータ処理の説明図である。各制御棒2の駆動時間測定用信号cは、制御棒駆動時間測定用DI基板102の1点の入力として割り当てられ、約200本の制御棒に対して約200点のDIが対応する。図19では、1枚のDI基板99が16点入力DI基板であり13枚のDI基板99を使用した場合を示している。制御棒番号1がDI1−1、制御棒番号2がDI1−2、…という対応を示し、13枚目のDI基板であるDI13の5番目まで入力される。

制御棒2の緊急挿入時のフルストローク時間は前述の通り約2秒間であるため、緊急挿入指令dを入力した時、入力指令手段113からは1スキャン1ms時、q=測定時間2秒/スキャン時間1ms=2000回の入力指令が発生する。同時に緊急挿入指令dは時計手段112に入力され、時計手段112からは1ms刻みの緊急挿入開始からの経過時間tiが突変検出手段111へ出力される。なお、時計手段112には通常駆動指令fも入力される。突変検出手段111では、スキャンデータバッファ110を介してスキャン毎に約200点の各DIのON/OFF信号(スキャン毎の駆動時間データDr)を入力し、OFFからONへの変化又はONからOFFへの変化があった時の緊急挿入開始からの経過時間tiを各制御棒2に対応する記憶領域114nへ順番に格納する。すなわち、DI1−1のON/OFF変化発生時間tiが記憶領域114n(n=1)に、DI1−2のON/OFF変化発生時間tiが記憶領域114n(n=2)に格納される。

制御棒2が全引抜き位置S48から挿入駆動される時、最初にONする奇数位置であるS47がOFFからONとなる時間ti=g1ON、ONからOFFとなる時間ti=g1offは、制御棒2毎に設けられた各記憶領域114n(n=1〜200)には、図19に示すように、g1ONからg24offまで最大48個の駆動時間データが格納される。

緊急挿入駆動試験は制御棒1本づつ実施されるが、制御棒駆動時間測定装置100では、どの制御棒2を全引抜き位置まで引抜き操作して緊急挿入駆動したかは認識できないので、記憶領域114に格納したデータ1〜nまでの全駆動時間データを、順次、データ編集手段115に入力してデータが格納されている制御棒のストローク時間のみを算出する。例えば、S47のONからS01のOFFまでのストローク時間は、(g24off−g1ON)msecとして算出可能である。算出結果は、モニタ用データファイル116、モニタ用インターフェース118を介して、モニタ表示装置103に人間にわかり易い数字や色などで表示する。また、データ編集手段115のストローク時間算出結果は、プリンタ出力用データファイル117、プリンタインターフェース119を介して、プリンタ104に所定フォーマットの帳票に出力される。データ編集手段115において、全制御棒の駆動時間データを順次読み出し、駆動時間が格納されている制御棒番号1〜200のどれかを制御棒番号を駆動時間データと共に表示する。また、マンマシンインターフェース120は作業員からの指令に基づき制御棒駆動時間測定装置100に各種指令を与え作業員の指令に応答するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の制御棒駆動時間測定装置100では、専用の高速演算処理シーケンスコントローラを採用し1重で構成されているので、制御棒駆動時間測定装置100を使用したい期間中に、万一構成機器の単一故障が発生しサポート機能が喪失した場合には、推量調整弁の開度調整作業のサポートや緊急挿入時の制御棒駆動時間測定ができなくなる。制御棒の駆動時間を電磁オシロスコープのデータをベースに人間系で確認する方法では作業時間が多くかかり、定検(定期検査)期間をより短縮したいという要求に応えられなくなることがある。

従って、定検時の作業時間の短縮に貢献する制御棒駆動時間測定装置100の重要性が高まり、構成機器の単一故障にも機能継続可能とする信頼性の向上が求められてきている。設備の信頼性を向上させるには、冗長化構成とすることが一般的であるが、発電コストの低減から設備投資も抑制されてきており、また設置スペース上の制約から、信頼性向上のために単に同じ設備を冗長化するという手法ではなく、他の手段による高信頼性化が求められている。また、特許文献1のものは制御棒の駆動時間を記憶し出力するものであり、制御棒の駆動時間データの伝送や処理のためのものではない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の制御棒駆動監視装置は、原子炉内の制御棒位置を検出する制御棒位置検出器からの制御棒位置信号を入力し制御棒位置を表示する制御棒位置表示装置と、安全系装置からの緊急挿入指令が入力されたとき制御棒位置表示装置から駆動時間測定用信号を入力し制御棒駆動時間データを測定する制御棒駆動時間測定装置とを備え、制御棒位置表示装置は、制御棒位置検出器からの制御棒位置信号と安全系装置からの緊急挿入指令とを入力し、緊急挿入指令を入力してから制御棒位置信号がON/OFFするまでの経過時間を制御棒駆動時間データとして算出し記憶する入力部と、制御棒位置信号に基づいて制御棒位置を表示すると共に入力部に記憶された制御棒駆動時間データを取り込み所定の時間経過後に自動的に制御棒駆動時間測定装置に出力する多重化された位置表示演算処理装置とを備えている。また、制御棒駆動時間測定装置は、制御棒位置表示装置の位置表示演算処理装置から出力された制御棒駆動時間データを編集する駆動時間データ編集・表示演算処理装置と、駆動時間データ編集・表示演算処理装置で編集された制御棒駆動時間データを出力する出力装置とを備えている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る制御棒駆動監視装置の構成図である。第1の実施の形態は、図14に示した従来例に対し、制御棒位置表示装置200内の入力部218に接点増幅リレー205を介して緊急挿入指令dを入力し、制御棒駆動時間測定装置100の制御棒駆動時間測定演算処理装置に代えて駆動時間データ編集・表示演算処理装置206を設け、制御棒駆動時間測定用DI基板102に代えて伝送装置204を設けたものである。

従来例においては、制御棒駆動時間測定用に使用する奇数位置をOR配線したODD(奇数位置の位置検出SWをOR論理配線したもの)は、制御棒位置検出器7内でマトリクス配線8されているため、一度、制御棒位置表示装置200のPIP信号入力基板201Aへ入力され、そこから制御棒駆動時間測定に必要な駆動時間測定用信号cを、制御棒駆動時間測定装置100の制御棒駆動時間測定用DI基板102へ分岐して出力する構成となっている。
