Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a temperature-sensitive display piece, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a temperature-sensitive display piece having a high commercial value, in which a temperature-sensitive layer formed on a surface of a substrate is less likely to crack or chip. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 1, a temperature-sensitive layer 5 that starts melting at a specific temperature and becomes translucent on a colored sheet-like substrate 1 is formed. The layer 5 is made translucent and a part thereof is immersed in the base material 1 so that the color of the base material 1 that has not been seen from the outside can be seen through from the outside so that a specific temperature is exceeded. The temperature-sensitive display piece that irreversibly displays the fact described above is widely used for temperature management of various devices.
[0003]
In the production of the thermosensitive display piece, a liquid thermosensitive material is uniformly applied on a colored surface of a colored sheet-like base material such as colored paper so as to have a constant thickness by a method such as silk printing. After being solidified and dried in the state, it was punched in a desired size to obtain a thermosensitive display piece.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As the temperature-sensitive material used at this time, a wax that melts at a specific temperature and changes from an opaque state to a translucent state, or a substance having properties similar to wax is used. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to form a temperature-sensitive layer 5 having a certain thickness on the substrate 1. However, in the solidified state, the thermosensitive material generally lacks flexibility and is brittle, so when punched out into a thermosensitive display piece, as shown in FIG. Chipping 8 sometimes occurred. These cracks 7 and chips 8 have little effect on the temperature sensing function, but they are very unsightly in appearance and are one of the factors that lower the commercial value.
[0005]
The inventor of the present invention has intensively studied a method for preventing cracks 7 and chips 8 in the temperature-sensitive layer 5 in the temperature-sensitive display piece. The present invention has been successfully performed, and is proposed herein as the present invention.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
After the liquid temperature-sensitive material 3 is uniformly sprayed on the sheet-shaped base material 1 by using the spray nozzle 4, and the solidified and dried material is sequentially dried to form the temperature-sensitive layer 5 on the base material 1. The above problem was solved by punching out a desired size to form the temperature-sensitive display piece 6.
[0007]
Embodiment
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0008]
In FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a sheet-shaped substrate, the whole of which or at least one surface is colored. Then, the temperature-sensitive material 3 in a liquid state is uniformly sprayed on the colored surface of the base material 1 using the spray nozzle 4 and solidified and dried. The temperature layer 5 is formed.
[0009]
The temperature-sensitive material 3 is in a liquid state before use, but has a property of solidifying when dried. Therefore, the conventional temperature-sensitive material 3 applied on the substrate 1 by a silk printing method is used. Is exactly the same.
[0010]
After the temperature-sensitive layer 5 is formed in this way, the thermosensitive display piece 6 is punched out in a desired size as shown in FIG.
[0011]
In this manufacturing method, the temperature-sensitive material 5 is sprayed toward the base material 1 using the spray nozzle 4, so that the temperature-sensitive material 5 becomes fine particles at the moment when the temperature-sensitive material 5 is released from the spray nozzle 4, and in that state, the base material is The thickness of the temperature-sensitive layer 5 increases while adhering to the substrate 1 and sequentially solidifying and drying. Therefore, as in the case of the conventional silk-printing procedure in which the temperature-sensitive layer 5 is formed at once in a liquid state, the back portion, that is, the portion close to the substrate 1 has not been dried and solidified yet. The reverse phenomenon that the portion close to the substrate is dried and solidified does not occur, and the solidification and drying is performed naturally from the portion close to the substrate 1, so that a tough temperature-sensitive layer 5 can be formed, and cracks and chips are formed. Is very unlikely to occur.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, according to this method, the risk of cracking or chipping in the temperature-sensitive layer is extremely low, and it is possible to easily produce a temperature-sensitive display piece having a high commercial value, which has excellent practical value. is there.
