本発明は、洗い場パンに隣接して浴槽が設置され、周囲に壁パネルが立設される構造の浴室ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の浴室ユニットでは、浴槽１０は図４に示すように、そのフランジ部１０ａの外側に設けられた壁パネル受部１０ｂの側面が、洗い場側の腰壁パネル１１の側面と、直接、ボルト１２で連結され、洗い場側に固定されるようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の浴室ユニットのうち、前者の浴槽と腰壁パネルが直接、ボルトで連結されるようにしたものは、この種の浴室ユニットが、屋内に構築されるものであることから、建物の躯体壁面が邪魔になり、浴室ユニットの外側からこのボルトの取り付け作業が行えず、そのため、腰壁パネルに設けられた点検口から手探りで作業しなくてはならず、作業が困難であると共に、作業能率も悪いという問題点があった。

また、後者のように壁パネル受部に凹部を形成し、この凹部に埋没する連結金具で浴槽と洗い場を連結するようにしたものは、浴室ユニットの内部から作業が行えるので、作業は容易であるが、浴槽と洗い場は、直接、連結されず、しかも連結金具を介して上面のみが横方向に連結されているので、上下方向のずれ荷重に対して弱いという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、本発明では、洗い場に隣接して浴槽が設置され、周囲に壁パネルが立設される構造の浴室ユニットにおいて、上記浴槽を、フランジ部の外側に壁パネル受部が一体形成され、この壁パネル受部の洗い場側の側面に、ボルト落し込み用のだるま孔が設けられると共に、このだるま孔近傍の壁パネル受部に、工具差し込み用の長孔と、操作確認用の覗き孔あるいは確認用の覗き孔とが設けられたものとし、洗い場側の腰壁パネルの側面に仮止めされた連結用のボルトを、上記だるま孔に係合させた状態で、浴槽上から締め込むことにより、浴槽を洗い場側の腰壁パネルに連結できるようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図示した実施の形態に基づき詳細に説明する。

図３は、本発明の浴室ユニットの浴槽と洗い場の連結前の状態を示した分解斜視図、図１は、その要部の拡大図である。この浴室ユニットは、従来公知の浴室ユニットと同様に、個別に金型成形された浴槽１と洗い場２が、一体的に連結された後、その周囲に壁面パネル（図示せず）が立設され、壁面パネル上側の天面を天井パネル（図示せず）で塞ぐことにより、建物の内部に規格化された浴室を構築するものである。従って、浴槽１のフランジ部１ａの周囲には、洗い場２に面した側を除いて壁パネルを支承するための壁パネル受部１ｂが設けられ、また、洗い場２の周囲にも、浴槽１に面した側と、出入口（図示せず）が設けられる個所を除いて同様に壁パネル受部２ｂ，２ｄが設けられている。なお、この洗い場２側の壁パネル受部２ｂ，２ｄは、浴槽１のフランジ部１ａとほぼ同じ高さの腰壁パネル２ａ，２ｃ上に設けられている。

そして、浴室ユニットの組み立ての際、まずこの腰壁パネル２ａ，２ｃに浴槽１を連結するものであるが、ここにおいて本発明の浴室ユニットでは、図１に示すように、浴槽１のフランジ部１ａに設けられた壁パネル受部１ｂの洗い場２に面した側（図１において右手前側）の側面１ｃに、ボルト落し込み用のだるま孔４，４を、上下に一対、設けている。また、このだるま孔４が設けられた側面１ｃの上側に連続した壁パネル受部１ｂには、この側面１ｃに近い側に操作確認用あるいは確認用の覗き孔５を設けると共に、この覗き孔５から所定距離、離間した個所に、壁パネル受部１ｂの長さ方向に沿って、工具差し込み用の長孔３を設けている。

なお、このフランジ部１ａが連結される洗い場２側の腰壁パネル２ａの側面には、ボルト６が取着されるようになっている。図１において符号７は、このボルト６取着用のボルト受け金具７を示す。

従って、本発明の浴室ユニットでは、図示しない建物の浴室設置空間内の所定位置に洗い場２を設置し、その腰壁パネル２ａの側面に取り付けられたボルト受け金具７に、ボルト６を仮止めしておき、その側方に、図１に矢印で示すように、だるま孔４に、このボルト６が係合するように浴槽１を配置し、落し込むと、ボルト６がだるま孔４の上側の狭幅部分に係合することにより、浴槽１が洗い場２と接した状態に、位置決め保持される。よって、この状態で図２に示すように、長孔３から六角ドライバーやボックスなどの工具８を差し込み、このボルト６を締め込むと、浴槽１は洗い場２側にこのボルト６で一体的に連結固定されるものである。なお、この時の操作は、覗き孔５から工具８の先端とボルト６の頭部との係合状態が視認できるので、容易、かつ確実に行える。

このようにして上下一対のボルト６，６で、浴槽１の片側を隣接した腰壁パネル２ａに連結し、同様にして浴槽１の他方側も、反対側の腰壁パネル２ｃに連結することにより、浴槽１は、強固に洗い場２側に連結固定され、一体化される。なお、この時、下側のボルト６の締め付け操作が、長孔３から差し込んだ工具８で行い難い場合には、エプロン部９に設けられた作業口９ａや、腰壁パネル２ｃに設けられた点検口２ｅを利用してその操作を行えば良い。なお、この時もその操作状態は、上側の覗き孔５から視認することができる。

そして、このようにして浴槽１と洗い場２を一体化した後、その周囲の壁パネル受部１ｂ，２ｂ，２ｄに壁パネル（図示せず）を載置し、天面を天井パネル（図示せず）で塞ぐことにより、浴室ユニットの設置、組立てが完了する。

以上のようにして本発明の浴室ユニットは、屋内に組立て、設置されるものである。

なお、図示した実施の形態では、腰壁パネル２ａの側面にボルト受け金具７を取り付け、このボルト受け金具７にボルト６を螺合させるようにした例を示したが、腰壁パネル２ａは、その側面の所定位置にボルトが螺合するようになっていれば良く、側面に直接、ボルト孔が設けられたものであっても良い。

また、洗い場２側の腰壁パネル２ａ，２ｃは、洗い場２の床面を構成した洗い場パン部分と一体に成形されたものであっても、別に成形され、後付けされるものであっても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の浴室ユニットでは、浴槽の位置決め固定が、何らの連結金具を要することなく、浴室の内側から容易、かつ、確実に行えるので、作業性が良く、作業員の負担が軽減されると共に、施工時間も短縮されるという効果がある。

また、浴槽はフランジ部の側面が、ボルトで洗い場側に連結されているので、上面が連結金具で横方向に連結されたものに比し、上下方向のずれ荷重に対して強度が高く、使用に伴って、位置ずれが生じたり、がたついたりするおそれがなく、浴室ユニットの品質感や信頼性が向上するという効果もある。
