従来より、図３及び図４に示すように、カラン６をはじめ、照明器具８１，ミラー８２，シャワー８３等の設備の取り付け部分が合成樹脂により一体的に成形されているカラン取付用パネル３を浴室ユニット１の浴室壁２の一部として設置したりしている。

浴室ユニット１は、複数の壁パネル２ａで浴室壁２が構成されてあり、この壁パネル２ａの一つに上記カラン取付用パネル３を設置して、該上記カラン取付用パネル３前面（すなわち室内側面）にカラン６を配設するものである。また、浴室ユニット１は、外壁等の建築躯体Ｋにて囲まれる部分Ａに配置され、建築躯体Ｋと浴室壁２との隙間Ｔに配管５を配設してカラン取付用パネル３の裏側に配置し、カラン取付用パネル３を貫通してカラン取付用パネル３の室内側に配設されるカラン６に接続するものである。なお、図中のＢは浴槽を示す。

このようなカラン取付用パネル３を設置した浴室ユニット１は、建築躯体Ｋにて囲まれる部分に配置された際、建築躯体Ｋと浴室壁２との隙間Ｔが狭くて配管５を配設することができなかったり、あるいは、寒冷地であった場合には、配管５を建築躯体Ｋと浴室壁２との隙間Ｔではなく、浴室ユニット１内に配管を配設することが規定されているといったことから、浴室ユニット１内に配管５しなければならない場合があった。

そこで、浴室ユニット１内のカラン取付用パネル３前面に配管を配設することが考えられるが、このようにすると浴室ユニット１内から配管５が見えて見栄えが悪くなるという問題があるものであった。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、浴室ユニット内に配管することができると共に、浴室ユニット内から配管が見えずに見栄えを損なうことのない浴室壁のカラン取付構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る浴室壁のカラン取付構造は、建築躯体に囲まれた部分に配置する浴室ユニット１の浴室壁２のカラン６取付構造であって、浴室ユニット１の浴室壁２の一部を構成し前面側に突出部３６を突出するするカラン取付用パネル３を配置すると共に該カラン取付用パネル３前面の一部に前記突出部３６を覆う突出部覆い部４１を突出したカバー４を取り付け、該カバー４内部を配管スペースＳとして配管５を通すと共にカバー４前面側にカラン６を配設して成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、建築躯体にて囲まれる部分に配置された際に、建築躯体と浴室壁２との隙間が狭くて配管５を配設することができなかったり、あるいは、寒冷地で建築躯体と浴室壁２との隙間に配管５を配設することができない場合に、浴室ユニット１内に配管５しても浴室ユニット１内から配管５が見えずに見栄えを損なうことのないものである。

まず、浴室ユニット１の建築物内への配設について説明する。浴室ユニット１は、外壁等の建築躯体にて囲まれる部分に配置されるものである。前記外壁等の建築躯体にて囲まれる部分は、通常は、外壁によって平面視コ字状に三方向を囲まれる部分や、あるいは、外壁によって平面視Ｌ字状に二方向を囲まれる部分であって、このような部分に平面視矩形状をした浴室ユニット１の浴室壁２（側壁面）の三面あるいは二面が外壁に近接して配置されるものであるが、特にこのように限定されるものではなく、本実施形態においては、少なくとも浴室ユニット１の浴室壁２の一面が外壁等の建築躯体に近接して配置されるものである。
