本発明は、吊り下げ商品をフックに吊り下げた状態で携帯、運搬可能に収納するとともに、そのまま販売展示可能となる展示用具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、吊り下げ商品の陳列用具としては、商品とは別体として販売流通していた。陳列具は、店頭において設置されて使用されていた。
また、吊り下げ商品は、運搬流通用の箱に梱包され、陳列時は梱包を開封し、商品を取り出して陳列具に吊り下げられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これら従来技術にあっては、以下のような欠点があった。
流通時、梱包内の商品を直接みることはできないため、パンフレットや梱包箱に印刷された写真から商品を確認するが、微妙な色や素材感を購入側に確認できなかった。また、梱包内の損傷品を確認することができないため、開封後これら損傷品の交換をする必要性があった。これは、購入側はもちろん、販売側にとっても不要な経費および労力につながっていた。
営業において、商品を見せる為には梱包を開封して商品を見せるが、この際、梱包が一度開封されるため、梱包セット状態で販売できなかった。
店頭で販売する店舗側は、陳列する際梱包を一つずつ開封し陳列具に吊り下げる作業が必要となっていた。
また、梱包箱はゴミとして廃棄されていた。
本発明はこれら欠点を解決するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は展示用フックを有する箱体を立設可能とするとともに、運搬、流通時吊り下げた商品を脱落させることなく前記箱体を塞ぐ透過性の箱体あるいは透明フィルムより構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の第一実施の形態について、図１から図４をもちいて説明する。
図１は、本発明の使用断面図。図２は本発明の斜視図。図３は本発明の使用状態図。図４は本発明の使用状態図である。
本発明において、前面の箱体１ｂと後面の箱体１ａが兆番７で連結されている。ここで用いられる兆番としては、前面箱体１ｂを倒し後面側箱体１ａを開いた際、後面側箱体１ａがたった状態で維持できる機構となったものである。図においては、兆番７は、閉じた状態で邪魔にならないよう箱体１ａ、１ｂに構成された空間部に閉じた状態で収納されることによって構成されているが、兆番はこの構造に限定されるものではなく、開閉可能となるものであればよい。そのため、兆番は外部に取り付けられたものでもよいが、好ましくは閉じた状態で箱体全体が立設可能となるようにする。
また、箱体を閉じた状態で固定させるために、任意のストッパー機構を持つ。図においては、前面箱体１ｂび突起状のストッパー９ａが設けられており、後面の箱体１ａにはこのストッパー９ａに係止するための可動片１０を有するストッパー９ｂが設けられている。
箱体１ｂは、閉じた状態で中が見えるようにアクリルなどの透明な材料よりなるものが考えられる。但し、全体が透明である必要性はなく、少なくとも前面にあたる部分もしくは、その一部が透明であってもよい。
箱体１ａには図１に示すように前面に向けて伸びたフック３が複数設けられている。図においては、フック後部が箱体１ａの挿入部４に挿入されて固定されている。また、より安定性を向上されるために、フックベース８が設けられており、箱体１ａと接触する面に粘着材を利用することが検討できる。このフック３は箱体を閉じた状態にしたときに、その先端が箱体１ｂに接触するかあるいは吊持させた商品の紐が外れないための隙間となるように構成されている。
箱体１ａには、箱体を携帯できるようにするため、把手８が設けられている。
本発明は以上の構成よりなる。

これを利用するときは、フック３に吊り下げ商品６を吊り下げた状態であらかじめセットし、流通される。この際、全ての商品を吊り下げてもよいが、一部を図１に示すように隙間に収納してもよい、この場合、箱体を開いた際は図４に示すように箱体１ｂにばらばらに置かれた状態となり、店頭での展示時、お客が手で取って商品を確認することができるので、そのための作業をかけることなく、より効率的な展示が可能となる。
店舗に対しての営業時や流通時は箱体を閉じた状態として把手で持ち歩くことができるとともに、あけることなく中の商品を見せることも可能となる。また、閉店時に他の場所に移動させ盗難を防ぐ為の場所や金庫に管理することが可能となる。
また、露天販売や移動店舗においてはその効果は如実であり、簡単に展示、撤去、移動ができる。

以下、第二の実施形態について図５から図１０を利用して説明する。
図５は本発明の第二実施形態の正面図、図６は本発明の第二実施形態の使用断面図、図７は本発明の第二実施形態の使用断面図、図８は本発明の第二実施形態の背面図、図９は本発明の第二実施形態の使用正面図、図１０は本発明の第二実施形態の使用断面図である。
本事例においては、箱体１は前面が開口状態となったものである。前面左右側板の内側にはガイド溝１２が設けられている。また、背面には、上面から挿入できる収納部１３が設けられており、図８に示すように収納部１３の背板には下方に切り込まれた切り込み１６が設けられている。また、箱体１の後部には、その他にポップ台紙を立設させるために立設溝１４が設けられている。
前記、箱体１にはフック３が複数設けられている。図においてフックは前記実施形態と異なり、複数のフック３が個別に箱体１に設けられている。これは前記実施形態にも利用できるものである。
本実施例においては、ガイド溝１２に挿入できるように商品の説明等を記載したポップ台紙１１が具備されている。ポップ台紙１１は、商品販売時に販売に役立つ商品広告が印刷されたものである。このポップ台紙については、通常の紙に印刷したものであってもよいが、一部に中が見えるのぞき穴を設けたものであってもよい。のぞき穴がある場合においては、商品が脱落しない範囲で開口した状態であってもよいが、透明フィルムを貼ったものであってもよい。また、ポップ台紙１１として、透明あるいは半透明なフィルムに印刷したものであってもよい。
前記収納部１３及び立設溝１４はこのポップ台紙１１の形状に合わせたものとなっている。また、フック３は第一実施形態と同様に封具であるポップ台紙１１をガイド溝１２に挿入した状態で、ポップ台紙１１に対して接触しているか、吊り下げた商品が脱落しないような隙間となるような長さとなっている。
本実施形態においては、以上のような構造よりなっている。

この使用方法について、以下説明する。
本発明の出荷時には、図６に示すようにフック３に商品６を吊り下げ、ガイド溝１２にポップ台紙１１を取り付ける。
出荷時においては、図５に示すようにガイド溝１２に挿入されたポップ台紙１１が抜けないように箱体１に固定するシール１５を設ける。
展示時には、このシール１５をはがし、図１０に示すように立設溝１４に差込みポップ台紙１１を箱体上部に立てかけて展示することが可能となる。
また、ポップ台紙１１が不要な場合は、収納部１３に収納することができる。この際、切り込み１６があることによって取り出しが容易となる。箱体１が図９に示すように透明素材よりなる場合は、収納部に収納した状態であってもポップ効果を生み出すことが可能となる。

以下、本発明の第三実施の形態について図１１から図１６をもちいて説明する。

本実施形態においては、フック取付部を位置調整できるとともに、透明フィルムによる封具がもちいられたものである。
箱体１は、前面が開口状態となった単純な箱構造となっている。フック３は複数個がフックベース５に一定間隔で設けられており、フック挿入部４がフックベース５から突出するように設けられている。箱体１には、この連接されたフック３のフック挿入部４が挿入されるための差込み穴１９が上下位置に複数設けられている。
また、本実施形態においてはフック３を固定するために各フック挿入部４を固定する為の穴を有する固定部材２０が具備されている。各穴の内側には、フック挿入部４を挿入可能とするとともに、挿入したフック挿入部４が外れないように内側にパッキン２２が設けられている。このパッキン２２については、穴がある程度の締め付けが可能であれば必ずしも必要とはしない。また、前記各実施形態においてもこの構造は有効である。
封具は、開口部前面を覆う形状よりなる透明フィルム１７で構成されている。図１５に示すように透明フィルム１７の箱体１の設置面に当たる位置には粘着層２１が設けられている。また、透明フィルム１７の上部には突出した形状のつまみ部１８が構成されている。
前記フック３は前記各実施形態にあるように、その先端と封具である透明フィルム間で隙間がないかあるいは商品が脱落しない範囲の隙間間隔となるようになっている。
本発明は以上の構成よりなっている。

以下、本発明の使用方法について説明する。
出荷時は、商品の長さに合わせた位置にフック３が位置するようにフック挿入部４を箱体１に設けられた差込穴１９に差込み、その露出部分に固定部材２０を装着する。これによりフック３を固定することが可能となる。
その状態で商品をフック３に吊り下げたり、下部の収納空間に入れる。そして、透明フィルム１７の粘着層２１が箱体１の開口部に接する位置にあわせて透明フィルムを貼り付ける。その状態で営業、流通工程に利用する。
これを展示する際は、展示場所に本発明を置いて上で透明フィルム１７をはがし展示する。はがす際は、前記つまみ部１８を指で挟んではがす。
また販売時、その状況においてフックの位置を変えることも可能である。例えば、上下２段で商品を吊るしていた場合、半分以上売れた場合、商品をばらばらに各フックに吊るしていると隙間が目立ち、売れ残り感を購買者に与えてしまう。その状況時においては、フック３の一部をとり、残りのフック３を箱体１の中間部などにあわせたうえで各商品を吊るすことで補うことができる。逆に、残り少ないという販売意欲につながる状況を演出する為には、逆にフックを増やすことも可能となる。
出荷時の商品を販売後も、当初の対象商品以外の企画の商品に合わせた位置にフック３を取り付けることにより、様々な商品の展示に役立てることが可能となる。

以下、本発明の第四実施の形態について図１７から図１９をもちいて説明する。
図１７は本発明の第四実施形態の斜視図、図１８は本発明の第四実施形態の断面図、図１９は本発明の第四実施形態の使用状態図である。
本発明は、各箱体１が上下に組立可能となるようになっている。組立可能とするために、各箱体には任意の組立が可能となるような突起２３とこれに嵌合する嵌合孔２４が設けられている。図においては突起２３は上部に２箇所設けられており、嵌合孔２４はこれに対応するように設けられている。嵌合孔２４においては、図１９に示すように複数の組立が可能となるように配置されたものである。図１９において、下２段は横方向同位置に箱体１が位置するように嵌合孔２４が設けられている。また、上２段のように、ずらしても可能となるように嵌合孔２４が設けられている。その位置、個数に関しては、この事例に限定されるものではなく、様々な位置に組立可能であれば良い。

以下、本発明の第五実施の形態について図２０から図２２をもちいて説明する。

本発明の実施形態においては箱体１を壁に吊り下げ式に利用するものである。
箱体１の前面開口部には透明フィルム１７が着脱可能に設けられている。
箱体１には背板を延設する状態で吊持部３２が構成されており、該吊持部３２に壁などの設けられたフックにより吊り下げるための穴が設けられている。また、箱体１にはポップ台紙１１を収納するための収納部１３が構成されている。この収納部１３が前記実施形態と異なる点は、下に開口部を有し、収納したポップ台紙１１を図に示すように吊持可能とした点である。
ポップ台紙１１は、図２２に示すように上端が左右に突出した形状となっている。収納部１３は、この左右突出部が上下に移動可能となるような形状となるとともに、その開口部においては、ポップ台紙１１の印刷面は露出させるが前記突出部は抜けない構造となっている。
本発明は以上の構成よりなっている。

以下、本発明を使用法について説明する。
本発明を使用するときは、商品をフックに取り付けた状態にして透明フィルムにて箱体前面の開口部を塞ぐ。
また、ポップ台紙は収納部に収納した状態で下方に飛び出さないようにシールにて留める。
これを店舗で展示する場合は、壁などに取り付けられたフックを吊持部の穴に通して固定する。そのうえで前面透明フィルムを外し取り出し可能とするとともに、収納部に収納されたポップ台紙を下方に移動させるべくシールをはずし展示する。

以下、その他応用事例について図２２、図２３を利用して説明する。
これは、把手部の構造に関するものである。把手部としては、箱体１から露出したものであってもよいが、否形態時箱体に収まるものであれば、より展示性を向上させる。特に、前記実施形態のうち、組立式のものにおいては、その効果は如実である。
図に示す事例においては、箱体１の上壁部にスライド部２９となる溝を構成させ、そこに把手となるベルト体２５の両端部をスライド可能に収納できるようにしている。ベルト体両端部は、軸体３０を巻き込んで折り返し固定される構造となっている。また、その軸体３０が抜けないようにストッパー片２７が図示のように設けられている。これにより、非使用時はベルト体は箱体の壁部に収納され、携帯時、移動時には操作により飛び出し手で持ち運び可能となるようになっている。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明にあっては次に列挙する効果が得られる。
店頭において、封具を取り外したり、ケース本体を開くことにより展示可能な状態にすることができる構成により、店頭展示に時間及び労力をかけずにおこなうことが可能となった。
流通時、梱包内の商品を封具あるいはケース前面を通してみることができるため、サンプル商品無しに営業が可能となった。また、梱包内の損傷品があった場合、開封前に確認することができるため、購入側はもちろん、販売側にとっても不要な経費および労力を省くことが可能となった。
また、梱包箱はその後陳列ケースとして使用できるため、ゴミとして廃棄せずに継続的に利用可能である。
フックが位置調整可能に設けられたものである場合、大きさの異なる商品に対応して使用することが可能となった。
ケース本体背面に商品販売促進の内容を表記したポップ台紙を収納する収納部を設けたことにより、ポップ台紙と商品を一緒に流通させることができるようになった。
ケース本体にポップ台紙を展示可能に取り付けられるポップ台紙支持機構を設けたことにより、店頭での展示作業がより楽に。
上下あるいは左右に任意の組立機構を具備する場合、組み立てることにより効率的に空間を利用できるとともに、その組立形によっては新たな装飾効果を生み出すことができる。
封具がポップ台紙である場合、封具をゴミとして捨てることがなくなり、環境汚染の回避に役立つものである。

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the present invention, the front box 1b and the rear box 1a are connected to each other with a numeral 7. The sign used here is a mechanism that can maintain the rear box 1a in a leaned state when the front box 1b is folded down and the rear box 1a is opened. In the figure, the trillion number 7 is constituted by being stored in a closed state in the space formed in the boxes 1a and 1b so as not to be obstructed in the closed state. It is not limited, and it is sufficient if it can be opened and closed. For this reason, the trillion numbers may be externally attached, but preferably the entire box can be erected in a closed state.
In addition, it has an optional stopper mechanism for fixing the box body in a closed state. In the figure, a front box 1b and a stopper 9a having a protruding shape are provided, and a rear box 1a is provided with a stopper 9b having a movable piece 10 for engaging with the stopper 9a.
The box 1b may be made of a transparent material such as acrylic so that the inside can be seen in a closed state. However, it is not necessary that the entirety be transparent, and at least a part corresponding to the front surface or a part thereof may be transparent.
The box 1a is provided with a plurality of hooks 3 extending toward the front as shown in FIG. In the figure, the rear portion of the hook is inserted and fixed in the insertion portion 4 of the box 1a. Further, in order to further improve the stability, a hook base 8 is provided, and it is possible to consider using an adhesive material on a surface that comes into contact with the box 1a. The hook 3 is configured such that when the box is closed, the tip of the hook 3 comes into contact with the box 1b or forms a gap to prevent the string of the suspended product from coming off.
The box 1a is provided with a handle 8 so that the box can be carried.
The present invention has the above configuration.

When this is used, the merchandise 6 is set in advance while being hung on the hook 3 and is distributed. At this time, all the products may be suspended, or a part of them may be stored in the gap as shown in FIG. 1. In this case, when the box is opened, the box 1b is opened as shown in FIG. Since the products are placed in a scattered state and can be picked up by the customer at the time of display at the store, the product can be checked by hand, and a more efficient display can be performed without any work for that purpose.

Also, the effect is obvious in open-air sales and mobile stores, and can be easily displayed, removed, and moved.

In this case, the box 1 has an open front surface. Guide grooves 12 are provided inside the front left and right side plates. Further, a storage portion 13 that can be inserted from the upper surface is provided on the back surface, and a notch 16 cut downward is provided on the back plate of the storage portion 13 as shown in FIG. In addition, an upright groove 14 is provided at a rear portion of the box body 1 in order to erect a pop mount.
The box 1 is provided with a plurality of hooks 3. In the figure, the hooks are different from the above embodiment, and a plurality of hooks 3 are individually provided on the box 1. This can be used in the above embodiment.
In this embodiment, a pop mount 11 on which a description of a product or the like is described so as to be inserted into the guide groove 12 is provided. The pop mount 11 is printed with a product advertisement useful for sale at the time of product sale. The pop mount may be printed on ordinary paper, or may be provided with a peephole partially visible. When there is a peephole, the opening may be in a range where the product does not fall off, or a transparent film may be attached. Further, the pop mount 11 may be printed on a transparent or translucent film.
The storage section 13 and the upright groove 14 are adapted to the shape of the pop mount 11. In the same manner as in the first embodiment, the hook 3 is in contact with the pop mount 11 in a state in which the pop mount 11 is inserted into the guide groove 12 as a seal, or a gap for preventing the suspended product from falling off. This usage will be described below.
At the time of shipment of the present invention, the product 6 is hung on the hook 3 and the pop mount 11 is attached to the guide groove 12 as shown in FIG.
At the time of shipment, as shown in FIG. 5, a seal 15 is provided for fixing the pop mount 11 inserted in the guide groove 12 to the box body 1 so as not to come off.
At the time of display, the sticker 15 is peeled off, and as shown in FIG. 10, the pop mount 11 can be inserted into the upright groove 14 to be displayed on the upper portion of the box body.
If the pop mount 11 is not required, it can be stored in the storage unit 13. At this time, the cut 16 facilitates taking out. When the box 1 is made of a transparent material as shown in FIG. 9, a pop effect can be produced even when the box 1 is stored in the storage section.

In the present embodiment, the position of the hook attachment portion can be adjusted, and a transparent film sealing device is used.
The box 1 has a simple box structure with an open front surface. A plurality of hooks 3 are provided at regular intervals on the hook base 5, and the hook insertion portions 4 are provided so as to protrude from the hook base 5. The box 1 is provided with a plurality of insertion holes 19 at upper and lower positions for inserting the hook insertion portions 4 of the connected hooks 3.
Further, in the present embodiment, a fixing member 20 having a hole for fixing each hook insertion portion 4 for fixing the hook 3 is provided. A packing 22 is provided inside each hole so that the hook insertion portion 4 can be inserted and the inserted hook insertion portion 4 does not come off. The packing 22 is not necessarily required if the holes can be tightened to some extent. This structure is also effective in the above embodiments.
The sealing device is formed of a transparent film 17 having a shape covering the front surface of the opening.
