【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ミスト発生用ノズルを用いて浴室内の暖房及びミストサウナ効果を得るためのミストサウナ装置に関し、特に椅子とミスト噴射機構とを一体に形成した椅子型ミストサウナ装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
これまでサウナは、愛好者やスポーツジムを利用する人などのようにごく一部の人しか利用していなかったが、近年、クアハウス、スパー銭湯の増加等により、広く一般の人にもサウナの効用や快適性が認知されるようになってきている。特に湿式のミストサウナは乾式のサウナに較べて雰囲気温度が低いため、息苦しさが無く長時間入っていられること、室内に充満するミストにより肌が潤うこと等から、女性の利用者も多くなってきている。このため、家庭用のミストサウナ装置も商品化されるようになってきている（特許文献１参照）。

このような市販されている家庭用のミストサウナ装置は、通常はシャワーと同様にミストの噴射部分が浴室内に露出されている。またミストサウナ浴を行う際には、顔付近に直接ミストを浴びると不快感を感じるために、身体に対して低い位置からミストを噴射することが好ましく、ミスト発生器は通常カウンター下や洗い場床に直置きしたり、壁面の低い位置に設置されたりすることが多い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記のようにミスト噴射部分が露出したミスト発生器を浴室内の低い位置に設置すると、洗髪時や身体を洗う際に飛散するシャンプーや石鹸の泡、あるいは床面から跳ね上がる汚水等によって、ミスト発生器が汚れやすいものである。ここで、ミスト発生器を頻繁に利用する場合にはミスト発生器から噴射されるミストによってノズル等が洗浄されるが、ミスト発生器は季節により使用頻度が異なるため、梅雨から夏場にかけての季節等のようにミスト発生器を使用する頻度が低くなる場合には、ノズル等に汚れが付着しやすくなり、定期的に手入れをしなければならないものであった。特にノズル周りは小さいな凹凸や隙間等があるために手入れが面倒なものであった。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みて為されたものであり、ミスト発生器を頻繁に使用しない場合であってもノズル等への汚れの付着を防止することができる椅子型ミストサウナ装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る椅子型ミストサウナ装置は、熱源機から供給される温水をノズルからミスト状に噴射するミスト噴射機構を椅子に一体に形成し、閉状態で前記ノズルを覆うと共に開状態で前記ノズルを外部に露出させる開閉自在なカバー体を、前記椅子を構成する部材にて形成して成ることを特徴とするものである。これにより、使用者は椅子に腰掛けた状態でカバー体を開状態として、ノズルからミストを噴射させ、ミストサウナ浴を行うことができるものであり、またミストサウナ浴を行わない場合にはカバー体を閉状態としてノズルを覆い、ノズルに汚れが付着することを防止することができるものである。またカバー体として椅子を構成する部材以外の別途の部材を設ける必要がないものである。

また、上記ノズルとして上部ノズルを上記椅子の背もたれ部に設け、上記カバー体として閉状態で前記上部ノズルを覆うと共に開状態で前記上部ノズルを外部に露出させる上部カバー体を、前記椅子の座部にて形成し、前記上部カバー体を、前記背もたれ部よりも前方に突出して使用者が腰掛けることが可能な開状態と、前記背もたれ部の前面を覆うことにより前記上部ノズルを覆う閉状態との間で開閉自在に形成することが好ましい。この場合、ミストサウナ浴を行う場合には上部カバー体である座部を開状態として、使用者がこの座部に腰掛け、この状態で上部ノズルからミストを噴射することにより、使用者の背中にミストが噴射されて背中のミストサウナ浴を行うことができるものである。

また、上記ノズルとして下部ノズルを上記座部の形成位置よりも下方に設け、上記カバー体として閉状態で前記下部ノズルを覆うと共に開状態で前記下部ノズルを外部に露出させる下部カバー体を、上記椅子の脚部にて形成することも好ましい。この場合、ミストサウナ浴を行う場合には下部カバー体である脚部を開状態として、使用者が座部に腰掛け、この状態で下部ノズルからミストを噴射することにより、使用者の足にミストが噴射されて足のミストサウナ浴を行うことができるものである。

また、上記ノズルとして、上記椅子の背もたれ部に上部ノズルを設けると共に前記椅子の座部よりも下方に下部ノズルを設け、上記カバー体として閉状態において前記上部ノズルを覆う共に開状態で前記上部ノズルを外部に露出させる上部カバー体と、閉状態において前記下部ノズルを覆う共に開状態で前記下部ノズルを外部に露出させる下部カバー体とをそれぞれ設け、前記上部ノズルにおけるミストの噴射動作と、前記下部ノズルにおけるミストの噴射動作とを、それぞれ独立して制御可能に形成することも好ましい。この場合、ミストサウナ浴を行うにあたって、上部ノズルのみからミストを噴射させて背中のミストサウナ浴を行い、或いは下部ノズルのみからミストを噴射させて足のミストサウナ浴を行うことができ、また上部ノズルと下部ノズルから同時にミストを噴射させて背中の足のミストサウナ浴を同時に行うようにすることができるものである。

更に、足浴用容器を具備するようにし、上記下部カバー体を、閉状態において前記足浴用容器を収納可能に形成することも好ましい。この場合、下部ノズルからミストを噴射させて足のミストサウナ浴を行う場合に、下部ノズルから噴射されたミストを足浴用容器にて受け止めさせて足浴を行うことができるものであり、また足浴用容器を使用しない場合には足浴用容器を椅子型ミストサウナ装置に収容することができて、邪魔にならないものである。

また、上記カバー体が閉状態にあるときに、このカバー体に覆われた上記ノズルからのミストの噴射を阻止する阻止機構を具備するようにすることも好ましい。この場合、カバー体を閉状態としてノズルを覆った状態ではノズルからミストが噴射しないようにすることができ、使用者の誤操作によりミストがノズルから噴出することを防止することができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明に係る椅子型ミストサウナ装置は、浴室１４内に設置することができる。この椅子型ミストサウナ装置は、熱源機から供給される温水をノズル１からミスト状に噴射するものであり、この椅子型ミストサウナ装置は、椅子にミスト噴射機構を一体に形成して構成されている。

椅子は浴室１４等の壁面に対して一体に設けられる。この椅子は前記壁面に沿って設けられると共にその背もたれ部３ａの前面は前記壁面と略同一方向を向いており、使用者１７は壁面に背を向けた状態でこの椅子に腰掛けることができる。また、ミストを噴射するためのミスト噴射機構はこの椅子の背面側に設け、椅子に腰掛けた使用者１７の背中側に向けてミストを噴射することが可能なように形成される。

椅子は、使用者１７が腰掛ける座部４と、座部４を支持する主体３とから構成され、主体３の前面側において座部４が支持される。この主体３が浴室１４等の壁面に沿って設けられることにより椅子が前記壁面に沿って設けられる。この主体３の、座部４の支持位置よりも上方部分にて背もたれ部３ａが形成されており、またこの座部４の支持位置よりも下方部分を下支持部３ｂと呼ぶこととする。

上記の主体３には、温水をミスト状に噴射するミスト噴射用のノズル１が設けられる。このノズル１は、主体３に一又は複数個設けることができ、その噴射口は、主体３の前面に露出するように形成され、このノズル１から前方に向けてミストを噴射するように形成される。

上記のノズル１としては、背もたれ部３ａにノズル１（上部ノズル１ａ）を設け、或いは下支持部３ｂにノズル１（下部ノズル１ｂ）を設けることができ、また図示のように上部ノズル１ａと下部ノズル１ｂとを両方共に設けることもできる。ノズル１の個数は適宜設定できるが、図示の例では上部ノズル１ａと下部ノズル１ｂとがそれぞれ四個設けられており、それぞれ二つのノズル１が上下方向に並んだ列が平行並列に二列並んで設けられている。

上記主体３の内部には、熱源機から温水を前記ノズル１に供給する温水配管９が配設されている。ここで上記のようにノズル１として上部ノズル１ａと下部ノズル１ｂとを設ける場合には、上部ノズル１ａからのミストの噴射と下部ノズル１ｂからのミストの噴射をそれぞれ独立に制御可能に形成することが好ましい。図３は、上部ノズル１ａからのミストの噴射と下部ノズル１ｂからのミストの噴射をそれぞれ独立に制御可能とするための、温水配管９の配管構成の一例である。

図示の例では、始端側が熱源機（図示せず）に接続されている温水配管９の終端側が複数のノズル１に接続され、熱源機から水圧をかけられた状態で温水配管９に供給された温水が各ノズル１から噴射されるようになっている。

温水配管９は、本管１０と、本管１０から分岐して形成された分岐管１１とから構成され、分岐管１１がノズル１に接続されている。図示の例では、本管１０から上部ノズル１ａに温水を供給する上部分岐管１１ａと、下部ノズル１ｂに温水を供給する下部分岐管１１ｂとが分岐して設けられており、上部分岐管１１ａが各上部ノズル１ａに、下部分岐管１１ｂが各下部ノズル１ｂにそれぞれ接続されている。

また、温水配管９の本管１０には、開閉弁（温水開閉弁１２）が設けられており、また上部分岐管１１ａにも、上部ノズル１ａとの接続位置よりも始端側（熱源機側）に、開閉弁（上部ミスト開閉弁１３ａ）が設けられ、下部分岐管１１ｂには、下部ノズル１ｂとの接続位置よりも始端側（熱源機側）に、開閉弁（下部ミスト開閉弁１３ｂ）が設けられている。各開閉弁は、独立して開閉制御されるように形成されており、熱源機を作動させると共に温水開閉弁１２を開いた状態で、上部ミスト開閉弁１３ａを開閉することにより上部ノズル１ａからのミストの噴射を制御し、また下部ミスト開閉弁１３ｂを開閉することで下部ノズル１ｂからのミストの噴射を制御できるようになっている。

尚、温水配管９の形状、温水配管９に対するノズル１の形成位置、ノズル１の個数等は、適宜変更することができ、上記のような例に限るものではない。

また椅子型ミストサウナ装置には、閉状態で上記ノズル１を覆うと共に開状態で上記ノズル１を外部に露出させる開閉自在なカバー体２を設けるものであり、且つこのカバー体２を、椅子を構成する部材にて形成するものである。図示の例では、上部ノズル１ａを覆い又は外部に露出させるカバー体２（上部カバー体２ａ）を、椅子の座部４にて形成しており、また下部ノズル１ｂを覆い又は外部に露出されるカバー体２（下部カバー体２ｂ）を、椅子の脚部５にて形成している。

座部４は平板状の部材にて形成されており、その基端部が主体３の上下方向の中程の位置（背もたれ部３ａの下端位置、以下「支持位置」という）に支持され、この基端部を中心にして、支持位置から前方に向けて延出した状態（開状態）と、支持位置から上方に向けて延出すると共に背もたれ部３ａの前面を覆うように配置した状態（閉状態）との間で回動自在に形成されている。開状態においては使用者１７はこの座部４に腰掛けることが可能となり、また閉状態においては座部４が収納される。

この座部４は、閉状態で上部ノズル１ａを覆うと共に開状態で上部ノズル１ａを外部に露出させる開閉可能なカバー体２（上部カバー体２ａ）としても機能する。すなわち座部４（上部カバー体２ａ）は閉状態では背もたれ部３ａの前面を覆うことから、この背もたれ部３ａの前面に露出する上部ノズル１ａを覆い、また開状態では基端部から前方に延出した状態となって背もたれ部３ａの下端位置（支持位置）から前方に突出することから、上部ノズル１ａを外部に露出させるものである。

脚部５は主体３の下支持部３ｂに支持される。脚部５は一側部材５ａと他側部材５ｂとの二つの部材から構成され、これらは平板状の部材にて形成されている。

一側部材５ａと他側部材５ｂとは、下支持部３ｂに対して観音開き状に開閉自在に形成されている。すなわち、一側部材５ａは、その基端部が下支持部３ｂの一側部（以下「支持位置」という）に支持され、この基端部を中心にして、支持位置から前方に向けて延出した状態（開状態）と、支持位置から内側方（他側方）に向けて延出すると共に下支持部３ｂの一側がわの前面を覆うように配置した状態（閉状態）との間で回動自在に形成されている。また他側部材５ｂは、その基端部が下支持部３ｂの他側部（以下「支持位置」という）に支持され、この基端部を中心にして、支持位置から前方に向けて延出した状態（開状態）と、支持位置から内側方（一側方）に向けて延出すると共に下支持部３ｂの他側がわの前面を覆うように配置した状態（閉状態）との間で回動自在に形成されている。ここで、閉状態では、脚部５は下支持部３ｂの前面を全体に亘って覆うように形成されている。

この脚部５は、閉状態で下部ノズル１ｂを覆うと共に開状態で下部ノズル１ｂを外部に露出させる開閉可能なカバー体２（下部カバー体２ｂ）としても機能する。すなわち脚部５（下部カバー体２ｂ）は閉状態では下支持部３ｂの前面を覆うことから、この下支持部３ｂの前面に露出する下部ノズル１ｂを覆い、また開状態では基端部から前方に延出した状態となって下支持部３ｂの両側部位置（支持位置）から前方に突出することから、下部ノズル１ｂを外部に露出させるものである。

このような椅子型ミストサウナ装置は、リモコン方式等の入力操作手段からの操作等に応じて所定の運転モードで作動するように形成することができる。例えば入力操作手段として、ミストが噴射されるノズル１を、上部ノズル１ａのみ、下部ノズル１ｂのみ、上部ノズル１ａと下部ノズル１ｂの双方のうちのいずれかとすることを設定するための噴射モード選択スイッチ、ミストの噴射開始及びミストの噴射停止を設定するための入切スイッチ等を有するものを設け、またこの入力操作手段からの入力動作に応じて熱源機、温水開閉弁１２、上部ミスト開閉弁１３ａ、下部ミスト開閉弁１３ｂ等の動作を制御する適宜の制御手段を設けることにより、運転モードを切り替え可能に形成することができる。

また、椅子型ミストサウナ装置には、足浴用容器６を備えさせても良い。足浴用容器６は温水を貯留可能な容器であり、例えば図２に示すように、矩形平板状の底板７の周囲にリブ状の堰８を突設したものを挙げることができる。この足浴用容器６は、ミストサウナ浴時に座部４の下方の床面に配置して、座部４に腰掛けた使用者１７が足を足浴用容器６上に載せることができるようにする。この足浴用容器６は、椅子型ミストサウナ装置を構成する他の部材と一体に形成しても良く、またこれらの部材とは別体に形成しても良い。

また、上記の下部カバー（脚部５）を、閉状態において上記の足浴用容器６を収納可能に形成するようにしても良い。例えば、脚部５が閉状態にあるときに、下支持部３ｂの前面と脚部５との間に足浴用容器６が収納可能な空間が形成されるようにして、不使用時には脚部５を閉状態とすると共に前記空間に足浴用容器６を収容し、ミストサウナ浴時には脚部５を開状態として足浴用容器６を取り出すようにすることができる。

また、上記の上部カバー体２ａや下部カバー体２ｂ等のカバー体２が閉状態にあるときに、このカバー体２に覆われた上記ノズル１からのミストの噴射を阻止する阻止機構を設けることも好ましい。すなわち、本実施形態では、上部カバー体２ａ（座部４）が閉状態にあるときにはこの上部カバー体２ａにて覆われる上部ノズル１ａからのミストの噴射を阻止し、また下部カバー体２ｂ（脚部５）が閉状態にあるときにはこの下部カバー体２ｂにて覆われる下部ノズル１ｂからのミストの噴射を阻止する阻止機構を設けるものである。

このような阻止機構としては、適宜のものを設けることができるが、例えば上部カバー体２ａが閉状態にあるか否かを検知する検知手段と、下部カバー体２ｂが閉状態にあるか否かを検知する検知手段とをそれぞれ設け、更に上記の制御手段として、検知手段により上部カバー体２ａが閉状態であることが検知されている際には操作手段においていかなる入力動作が為されても常に上部ミスト開閉弁１３ａを閉状態とし、また下部カバー体２ｂが閉状態にあることが検知されている際には操作手段においていかなる入力動作が為されても常に下部ミスト開閉弁１３ｂを閉状態とするような制御を行うものを、設けるものである。

上記の検知機構としては、カバー体２が閉状態にあることが検知できるものであれば適宜のものを設けることができるが、例えば主体３の前面の所定位置にスイッチの押ボタンを設けると共に、カバー体２に閉状態において前記押ボタンを押圧する押圧用突起を設ければ、押圧用突起にて押ボタンが押圧された際にカバー体２が閉状態にあることを検知することができる。

このように構成される椅子型ミストサウナ装置を浴室１４内等に設置するにあたっては、既設の浴室１４等の壁面に沿って上記のような椅子型ミストサウナ装置を設けることができる。この場合は、図５に示されるように、椅子型ミストサウナ装置は壁面から突出するように設けられる。尚、図中の符号１５は浴室１４内に設置された洗面台を示し、符号１６は浴槽を示す。

また、壁面に予め椅子型ミストサウナ装置を設置するための凹部を設けて、この凹部内に椅子型ミストサウナ装置の主体３が配置されるように設置するなどして、椅子型ミストサウナ装置を壁内に埋設することもできる。この場合は椅子型ミストサウナ装置が壁面から突出せず、浴室１４等の内部の空間が椅子型ミストサウナ装置によって狭くならないようにすることができる。

上記のように構成される椅子型ミストサウナ装置を用いてミストサウナ浴を行う場合には、使用者１７は図４に示すように、座部４（上部カバー体２ａ）及び脚部５（下部カバー体２ｂ）を閉状態から開状態にし、主体３に背を向けて座部４に腰掛ける。この状態で、リモコン方式等の入力操作手段を操作するなどして、椅子型ミストサウナ装置を作動させ、ノズル１からミストを噴射させてミストサウナ浴を行う。このとき、上部ノズル１ａからのミストは使用者１７の背中に向けて噴射され、下部ノズル１ｂからのミストは使用者１７の足の脹ら脛に向けて噴射されて、ミストサウナ浴が行われる。このとき、上部ノズル１ａのみからミストを噴射させて背中のみにミストサウナ浴を行い、或いは下部ノズル１ｂのみからミストを噴射させて足のみにミストサウナ浴を行うようにすることができ、また上部ノズル１ａと下部ノズル１ｂとから同時にミストを噴射させて、背中と足との両方のミストサウナ浴を行うようにすることができる。

ここで、従来、ミストサウナ装置を用いてミストサウナ浴を行う場合は、ミストサウナ装置とは別体の椅子に腰掛けてミストサウナ浴を行う場合が多いが、ミストサウナ装置に背中を向けてミストサウナ浴を行うと椅子が邪魔をして使用者１７の足までミストが届かないことが多い。これに対して本実施形態の椅子型ミストサウナ装置では、下部カバー体２ａ（脚部５）を開状態とすると、座部４に腰掛けた使用者１７の足と下部ノズル１ｂとの間には何らミストを遮断するものは存在せず、ミストサウナ装置に背中を向けてミストサウナ浴を行う場合でも、ミストが足まで届いて、足のミストサウナ浴を快適に行うことができる。

また下部ノズル１ｂからミストを噴射させる足のミストサウナ浴を行う場合には、使用者１７は座部４に腰掛けた状態で、上記のような足浴用容器６を座部４の下方に載置すると共にこの足浴用容器６に使用者１７が足を載せるようにし、この状態で足のミストサウナ浴を行うこともできる。この場合、下部ノズル１ｂから足に向けて噴射されたミストは足浴用容器６に受け止められて、足浴用容器６内に温水が貯留され、この温水にて足を加温する足浴を行うことができるものである。

また背中のミストサウナ浴を行わずに足のミストサウナ浴や足浴を行う場合には、使用者１７は衣服を着た状態で、足のみを露出させて、座部４に腰掛け、この状態で下部ノズル１ｂのみからミストを噴射させるようにすることができ、足のミストサウナ浴や足浴を手軽に行うことができるものである。

また、この椅子型ミストサウナ装置を使用しない場合には、カバー体２を閉状態にしてノズル１を覆い、洗髪時や身体を洗う際に飛散するシャンプーや石鹸の泡、あるいは床面から跳ね上がる汚水等によってノズル１が汚れたりしないようにすることができる。特に梅雨から夏場にかけての季節等のようにミストサウナ浴を長期間に亘って行わず、ミストの噴射によるノズル１の洗浄が行われない場合であっても、上記のようにカバー体２にてノズル１を覆えば、ノズル１の汚れが防止されるものである。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明に係る椅子型ミストサウナ装置は、熱源機から供給される温水をノズルからミスト状に噴射するミスト噴射機構を椅子に一体に形成し、閉状態で前記ノズルを覆うと共に開状態で前記ノズルを外部に露出させる開閉自在なカバー体を、前記椅子を構成する部材にて形成するため、ミストサウナ浴を行う使用者は椅子に腰掛けた状態でカバー体を開状態とすることでノズルを露出させ、この状態でノズルからミストを噴射させてミストサウナ浴を行うことができるものである、またミストサウナ浴を行わない場合にはカバー体を閉状態としてノズルを覆うことでノズルにシャンプーや石鹸の泡、あるいは床面から跳ね上がる汚水等が付着することを防止してノズルに汚れが付着する殊を防止することができ、特に梅雨から夏場にかけての季節等のようにミストサウナ浴を長期間に亘って行わずミストの噴射によるノズルの洗浄が行われない場合であっても、ノズルへの汚れの付着を防止することができるものである。

また、上記ノズルとして上部ノズルを上記椅子の背もたれ部に設け、上記カバー体として閉状態で前記上部ノズルを覆うと共に開状態で前記上部ノズルを外部に露出させる上部カバー体を、前記椅子の座部にて形成し、前記上部カバー体を、前記背もたれ部よりも前方に突出して使用者が腰掛けることが可能な開状態と、前記背もたれ部の前面を覆うことにより前記上部ノズルを覆う閉状態との間で開閉自在に形成すると、使用者がミストサウナ浴を行う場合には、上部カバー体である座部を開状態として使用者が腰掛けることができる状態とすると共に上部ノズルを露出させ、この状態で使用者が座部に腰掛けると共に上部ノズルからミストを噴射させることで、使用者の背中にミストが噴射されて、使用者は腰掛けた状態で背中のミストサウナ浴を行うことができるものである。

また、上記ノズルとして下部ノズルを上記座部の形成位置よりも下方に設け、上記カバー体として閉状態で前記下部ノズルを覆うと共に開状態で前記下部ノズルを外部に露出させる下部カバー体を、上記椅子の脚部にて形成すると、使用者がミストサウナ浴を行う場合には、下部カバー体である脚部を開状態として下部ノズルを露出させ、この状態で使用者が座部に腰掛けると共に下部ノズルからミストを噴射させることで、使用者の足にミストが噴射されて、使用者は腰掛けた状態で足のミストサウナ浴を行うことができるものである。
