Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clasp, a band, and an accessory.
[0002]
[Background Art]
Conventionally, in a jewelry or watch, as a fastener such as a leather band or a urethane band configured with a pair of wearing bands, a frame member through which the band is inserted, and a protrusion inserted through an adjustment hole provided in the band. A buckle with a stick is often used. The buckle may have a simple structure, and various designs are provided. However, there has been a problem that the periphery of the adjustment hole where the band is repeatedly attached and detached is easily damaged, and the band is difficult to attach and detach as compared with the clasp used for the metal band.
[0003]
For this reason, it has been proposed to use a clasp as a stopper for an accessory, a leather band of a watch, a urethane band, or the like.
For example, a two-folded middle plate member and a lower plate member each having one end connected to each other are used, an upper box member is connected to the middle plate member, and one mounting band having an adjustment hole is connected to an end of the lower plate member. It is known that a middle clasp that inserted the support pin attached to the lower part, inserted the locking pin on the lower side of the lower plate member into the adjustment hole and locked it, and attached the other mounting band to the upper box. (For example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, a push-type operation unit is provided on the upper box, a two-piece clasp is connected to this upper box, and a locking pin that engages and disengages with the opening / closing hole of the operation unit is provided on the lower plate member, and adjustment is performed. One of the mounting bands having holes is inserted into the through hole formed at the end of the lower plate member, and a locking pin is inserted into the adjustment hole on the lower surface side of the lower plate member and locked, and the other mounting band is A clasp attached to an upper box is known (for example, Patent Document 2).
Also, a lower plate member and a middle plate member having one end connected to each other are provided, and a buckle is connected to an upper plate member provided at the other end of the middle plate member, and the other mounting band is locked by the buckle. Fasteners are also known. In addition, this clasp has an operation part provided on the upper plate member, and there is also a double door type provided with a pair of middle plate members (for example, Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a clasp of Patent Literature 1 or Patent Literature 2, a bifolded lower plate member and a middle plate member are connected to an upper box member, and a mounting band having an adjustment hole is provided at an end of the lower plate member. A buckle used for a leather band, a urethane band, or the like as a clasp because it has a structure that is inserted through the support frame or through-hole toward the lower surface of the lower plate member and is locked by a stopper pin. It cannot be used and does not have the same appearance as a band with a buckle. In addition, when worn on the arm, the wearing band is on the lower surface side of the lower plate member, and the upper box member is arranged on the outermost side with respect to the arm, so in this respect, the same appearance as the band with buckle is obtained. Absent.
On the other hand, in the middle clasp of Patent Document 3, the attachment band is inserted into the buckle attached to the upper box member, and the attachment band is locked, so that it is equivalent to a band with a general buckle. Appearance is obtained.
However, with regard to the buckle, the protruding bar and the frame member constituting the buckle are specially designed for the buckle, so that a commonly used buckle cannot be attached. Therefore, when such a clasp is used, there are the following problems.
That is, first, when the band with the simple buckle is changed to the clasp to facilitate the detachability of the band, the buckle used for the existing band cannot be used as it is, The design is impaired. That is, since the entire band is usually designed by total coordination of the wearing band and the buckle, if the original buckle cannot be used, an imbalance occurs in design.
Secondly, when the band with the clasp is already used, and the wearing band is deteriorated, the entire band with the clasp needs to be replaced. It is not possible to purchase a band with a buckle that is widely marketed and replace only the buckle and the wearing band while leaving the clasp. Therefore, the cost required for replacement is uneconomical. Of course, it is also possible to purchase a band with a clasp and replace only the wearing band, but in such a case, the first problem occurs.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a clasp, a band, and an accessory that can reliably maintain the original design of the band with a buckle and that can be replaced at low cost.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The clasp of the present invention is a clasp for connecting a first end and a second end of a wearing band used for a personal accessory, and a middle plate member in which one end of each is foldably connected. A first attachment portion is provided at the other end of one of the middle plate member and the lower plate member, to which the first end of the arbitrarily selected attachment band is detachably attached. The other end of the other one of the middle plate member and the lower plate member is provided with a second attachment portion to which an arbitrarily selected buckle is detachably attached. The second end portion is locked. Here, as the band, a band formed of a flexible material such as a leather band or a urethane band can be adopted.
In addition, “arbitrarily selected wearing band” and “arbitrarily selected buckle” refer to, for example, a commercially available band, a wearing band and a buckle of a band originally attached to accessories.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the first and second attachment portions to which the arbitrarily selected attachment band and the buckle are detachably attached are provided at the ends of the middle plate member and the lower plate member constituting the clasp. Therefore, for example, when changing a band with a simple buckle to a clasp to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the band, the wearing band and the buckle used for the existing band are diverted as they are. That is, the design inherent in the band with the buckle can be reliably maintained.
In addition, when the wearing band is deteriorated, a commercially available band with a buckle can be purchased, and only the buckle and the wearing band can be replaced while leaving the middle clasp. There is no need to purchase and replace the entire band with, and the cost required for replacement is reduced.
[0009]
The clasp of the present invention is a clasp for connecting a first end portion and a second end portion of a mounting band used for a personal accessory, and includes a pair of middle plate members, and one end of each of the middle plate members at both ends. And a lower plate member connected foldably, and a first end of an arbitrarily selected mounting band is detachably attached to the other end of one of the pair of middle plate members. A first attachment portion to be attached is provided, and a second attachment portion to which an arbitrarily selected buckle is detachably attached is provided at the other end of the other middle plate member of the pair of middle plate members, The buckle is characterized in that the second end side of the other mounting band is locked.
Although the clasp of the present invention is of the so-called double-open type, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained by providing the first and second attachment portions similar to those described above.
[0010]
In the clasp of the present invention, the middle plate member and the lower plate member are engaged with each other by being folded, and the middle plate member or the lower plate member has an operation unit for releasing the engaged state. Preferably, it is provided.
According to such an invention, since the operation portion for releasing the engagement state between the middle plate member and the lower plate member is provided, the band can be easily attached and detached. In addition, it is preferable to employ a push clasp mechanism for releasing the engagement state of each member by a push operation of a push button, for example, so that the band can be easily attached and detached.
[0011]
The band of the present invention is a band constituted by a pair of mounting bands whose one end is connected to the accessory main body, and a clasp for connecting the other ends of the mounting bands. Is any of the clasps described above.
According to the present invention, since the attachment bands are connected to each other by the above-mentioned clasp, when the band becomes old and the user wants to replace the band, remove the clasp and the buckle from the clasp. It is only necessary to replace the band with a buckle with a buckle or a buckle of a commercially available product, while using the clasp that is convenient for attachment and detachment, the design originally possessed by the buckle band is reliably maintained, The cost required for replacement is also reduced.
[0012]
The jewelry of the present invention is a jewelry having a band composed of a pair of wearing bands, one end of which is connected to the body of the jewelry, and a clasp for connecting the other ends of these wearing bands. The clasp is any of the clasps described above.
Since the accessory of the present invention also includes the band to which the clasp is connected as described above, when the band becomes old and the user wants to replace the band, the user removes the wearing band and the buckle from the clasp and obtains a commercially available product. What is necessary is just to replace the band with the buckle with a buckle or the buckle, and the design originally possessed by the buckle band is reliably maintained, and the cost required for replacement is reduced.
[0013]
The accessory of the present invention is characterized by being a timepiece.
A watch that is always worn is a watch. Particularly in watches, a leather band with a buckle or a metal band with a clasp is used as a band. It is conceivable that the wristwatch is frequently worn and removed, but the present invention is effective when the appearance with a buckle is desired and the ease of use of the clasp is required, and the effects as described above are obtained.
[0014]

As a result, the timepiece 1 can be mounted on the wrist with the case 2, the mounting bands 40 and 50, and the clasp 10 connected thereto.
[0024]
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) According to the clasp 10, a band previously used for the timepiece 1 is used for the band attaching portion 20 </ b> B and the buckle attaching portion 30 </ b> F provided at the ends of the lower plate member 20 and the middle plate member 30. Since the mounting bands 40 and 50 and the buckle 80 of the third buckle 3 can be attached as they are, in order to easily attach and detach the band 3, the clasp 10 may be simply incorporated into the band 3 with the buckle 80. Therefore, the mounting bands 40 and 50 and the buckle 80 used for the existing band 3 can be diverted as they are, and the design inherent in the band 3 with the buckle 80 can be reliably maintained. In other words, once the clasp 10 alone, the band 3 with the clasp 10 in advance, or the watch 1 using such a band 3 with the clasp 10 is purchased, the band is replaced thereafter. In this case, it is possible to obtain a watch that can be easily attached and detached while maintaining the unique appearance of the band with the buckle.
[0025]
(2) Also, when the wearing bands 40, 50, etc. are aging and need to be replaced with another new commercially available band, only the wearing band and the buckle need to be replaced while leaving the clasp 10 intact, and are commercially available. It is possible to reliably maintain the original design of the band with the buckle. Further, since only the buckle and the attachment band can be replaced with the clasp 10 left, there is no need to purchase and replace the entire band with a new clasp, and the replacement cost is reduced. It can be cheaper.
[0026]
(3) Furthermore, since the wearing bands 40 and 50 and the buckle 80 can be arbitrarily selected and the combination with the clasp 10 is also optional, it is possible to purchase and combine bands 3 of various designs and materials on the market. And the range of choices of the user can be greatly expanded.
[0027]
(4) The clasp 10 is provided with a push clasp 90, and the engagement between the lower plate member 20 and the middle plate 30 is released only by operating the push button 92 of the push clasp 90. The band 3 can be more easily attached and detached.
[0028]
(5) At this time, in the push buckle mechanism 90, a locking piece 92A is provided on the lower plate member 20, and a locking shaft 31 for locking the locking piece 92A is provided on the middle plate member 30. Since the plate member 30 has a structure in which the plate member 30 is directly engaged, the upper box and the upper plate member described in Patent Literatures 2 and 3 described in the background art can be omitted, and the structure can be simplified.
[0029]
[Second embodiment]
Next, a clasp according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The clasp of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in the attachment part of the attachment band 40 and the buckle 80. Therefore, the attachment part will be mainly described below, and other structures will be described. Is omitted.
