(|nodek−fi|>|nodek−fi+1|AND|nodek−fi|>ε)OR
(|nodek−fi|>εAND|gradi−gradi+1|>η)・・・(1式)
【0038】
(j*dw<w(i)<(j+1)*dw)AND(k*dh<h(i)<(k+1)*dh)・・・(2式)
【0046】
G11+G1+Gminus=G24+G2+Gplus
【0136】
G11=D1×X・・・(4式)
G24=D2×(T−t−X)=D2×(T−t)−D2×X・・・(5式)
【0137】
Gminus+G1+D1×X=Gplus+G2+D2×(T−t)−D2×X
(D1+D2)×X=(Gplus+G2)−(Gminus+G1)+D2×(T−t)
∴ X=((Gplus+G2)−(Gminus+G1)+D2×(T−t))/(D1+D2)
T:t=(T×b/2):(T×b/2−x)
t=T−2×(x/b)・・・(8式)
【0150】
b=tand・・・(9式)
【0151】
x=[Tb±{(T×b)2−4DSb}1/2]/2・・・(10式)
【0152】

FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example in which a result obtained when power demand up to 20 hours ahead is predicted every hour using each of the above-described prediction methods and an error between actual data and the actual data are shown in a table format.

In the characteristic diagram 90 of FIG. 9, the column of “the present embodiment” shows an error between the result of estimating the power demand by the method of the present embodiment and the actual data.
Further, the column of "conventional" shows an error between the result of averaging the actual data of the power consumption and estimating the power demand by the conventional method using the averaged value as a predicted value and the actual data.
[0090]
As is clear from FIGS. 7 and 9, when the power demand is predicted as in the present embodiment, the prediction accuracy is significantly improved as compared with the case where the power demand is predicted by the conventional method. I understand.

In the present embodiment, a case has been described in which the power prediction is performed for each predetermined (unit) time. However, for a customer such as an office building in which the power demand is greatly different between the daytime and the nighttime, the present embodiment is used. It is preferable that the power demand is predicted on a daily basis by using the method of the embodiment, and the power demand is predicted in a combined manner with the above-described power demand prediction result for each predetermined (unit) time.

[0105]
The control condition information is information indicating conditions when creating power control characteristics for generating power according to the demands of the first to fourth consumers 6a to 6d. The following five conditions are assumed. In the following conditions, the required power is the sum of the power predicted to be consumed by the second to fourth consumers 6b to 6d in the future and the notification power from the first customer 6a.
[0106]
First condition: control is performed near the required power in a section (current section) in which the power control characteristic is generated.
Second condition: The starting point of the power in the current section is the required power in the previous section.
Third condition: The end point of the power in the current section is the required power in the next section.
Fourth condition: In the current section, there is a time zone during which power cannot be increased or decreased due to the capacity of the first to

The control constraint
[0114]
Note that such a time zone occurs because, for example, when increasing the power generation amount from the required power in the previous section to the required power in the next section, it is necessary to start or change the fuel system in the power generation plant. Therefore, it is necessary to secure a certain fuel system start-up time and a stable time.

The polygon variation
[0116]
In the example of FIG. 11, the length of the X-axis direction can be changed for the polygon structures P11 to P13, P15, P21, and P23 to P25, and the length of the X-axis direction cannot be changed. The polygon structures P1, P14, and P22 are stored in the polygon variation

In this embodiment, so that because of the aforementioned first condition that control in the vicinity of the requested power at the current period t s ~t f, sets a point of the type of the polygon structure. It is defined that the position of the polygon structure P1 whose type is a point can be changed.

To P15 and P21 to P25 are defined.

Is selected, the polygon structure P24 having the largest Y-axis value is selected.
[0129]
On the other hand, if the sum of the areas of the non-fluctuating fixed polygon structures P14 and P22 has a positive polarity, the absolute value of the Y-axis value among the fluctuating polygon structures P11 to P13 and P15 having a negative area polarity is obtained. The polygon structure P11 having the largest value is selected.
Then, the polygon information regarding the two polygon structures selected as described above is output to the polygon area

The polygon area
[0131]
In the example shown in FIG. 11, since the sum of the areas of the fixed polygon structures P14 and P22 indicates a positive polarity, the polygon structures P1 and P11 are the polygon structures to be subjected to the area difference calculation. G11 + G1 + Gminus = G24 + G2 + Gplus (Equation 3)
[0134]
In the above (Equation 3), G1 is a total value of integral values (areas) of the polygon structures P12 to P15. G2 is a total value of integral values (areas) of the polygon structures P21 and P23 to P25. G11 is an integral value (area) of the polygon structure P11 to be calculated. G24 is an integral value (area) of the polygon structure P24 to be calculated. Gminus is the integral value (area) of the actual power that is lower than the required power in the current section. Gplus is the integral value (area) of the actual power that exceeds the required power in the current section.
[0135]
Here, assuming that the value obtained by subtracting the required power in the previous section from the required power in the current section is D1, and the value obtained by subtracting the required power in the current section from the required power in the next section is D2, the following (Equation 4) and (Equation 4) (Equation 5) holds.
[0136]
G11 = D1 × X (Equation 4)
G24 = D2 × (Tt−X) = D2 × (Tt) −D2 × X (Equation 5)
[0137]
Therefore, the following (Equation 6) holds from the above (Equation 3) to (Equation 5).
Gminus + G1 + D1 × X = Gplus + G2 + D2 × (Tt) −D2 × X
(D1 + D2) × X = (Gplus + G2) − (Gminus + G1) + D2 × (Tt)
X = ((Gplus + G2)-(Gminus + G1) + D2 × (Tt)) / (D1 + D2) (Equation 6)
[0138]
In the above (Equation 6), the value of T is a time in the current section, and is a known value predetermined as control section information. The value of t is a known value that can be calculated from the inclination information of the triangular polygon structures P12, P15, P21, and P23 and the X-axis values of the fixed quadrangular polygon structures P14 and P22.
[0139]
D1 and D2 are known values that can be calculated from the required power in the preceding and following sections and the required power in the current section (control target section). Further, G1 and G2 are known values obtained by calculating by applying the areas of the respective polygon structures constituting the respective areas to the area formula. Further, Gplus and Gminus are excess / deficiency values of the actual power with respect to the required power in the current section (control target section), and are known values. Therefore, in the above (Equation 6), all information on the right side is known, and this model equation is established.
[0140]
If the value of the section X obtained by the above (Equation 6) does not satisfy the control constraint condition or deviates from the predetermined upper / lower limit value, the polygon area
[0141]
Then, the changing
[0142]
Such a process is repeated until the optimality of the value of the section X is ensured, and the power control characteristic in a state where the optimality of the value of the section X is secured is stored in the optimal control
[0143]
The power generation
[0144]
On the other hand, when the required power in the previous section is the same as the required power in the next section, the power control characteristic is created as follows.
[0145]
FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating an example of power control characteristics in the current section when there is no change in required power.
14,
[0146]
That is, in the example shown in FIG. 14, the end time of the current segment a shortfall, from the current time t C to the request electric power of the electric energy that is generated during the period from the start time t S of the current period to the current time t C t Recovery is performed between f .
[0147]
More specifically, the power control
[0148]
In the above (Equation 7), DS is a power amount insufficient for the required power, and SS is a power amount for recovering the insufficient power amount DS. The section T is a section (time) for recovering the shortage. The section t is a section (time) of the recovery section T in which power generation is performed with constant power (the power value x for recovering the shortage). In the following description, it represents the power shortage power value P C at the current time t C, represents the power value P R for recovering the shortage and recovery power.
[0149]
Then, as shown in FIG. 14, the constant section power generation section t is represented by a known value as in the following (Equation 8) using the triangle ratio theorem.
T: t = (T × b / 2): (T × b / 2−x)
t = T−2 × (x / b) (8)
[0150]
In the above (8 formula), b is the rate at which increasing the power shortage P c until recovery power P R, when the gradient at that time and d [degree], is represented by the following (9 type) .
b = tan ... (Equation 9)
[0151]
Then, when the above equation (8) is substituted into the above equation (7), the following equation (10) is satisfied, and it is determined how much power should be increased in order to recover the shortage with respect to the required power. be able to.
x = [Tb ± {(T × b) 2 −4DSb} 1/2 ] / 2 (Equation 10)

It is preferable that the power control characteristic is calculated as in the present embodiment, so that the optimum power control characteristic can be obtained quickly and reliably. However, the method for calculating the power control characteristic is as described above. The method is not limited to this. For example, it is also possible to use a definite integral approximation method such as an interval quadrature method, Simpson's integral formula, or a Gaussian numerical integration method.
[0166]
Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the required power in the next section increases with respect to the required power in the previous section, but the case where the required power in the next section decreases with respect to the required power in the previous section is also described above. It goes without saying that a polygon structure can be defined in the same manner as described above to obtain the optimum power control characteristics.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the time at which the prediction is started is included from among a plurality of clusters generated based on the actual information of the time-series waveform in a predetermined time until the prediction of the time-series waveform is started. A cluster one cluster before is extracted, a cluster appearing next to the extracted cluster is identified based on the past learning result, and a cluster appearing after the identified cluster is regarded as the past learning result. Since the clusters are sequentially selected based on the probability, the cluster at the time when the prediction is started can be identified with high accuracy based on the probability statistical basis. This makes it possible to predict the transition of the cluster after the time when the prediction is started with high accuracy. Therefore, it is possible to predict the future trend of the time-series waveform that changes unsteadily with high accuracy.
