Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an air conditioner outdoor unit according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing an air conditioner outdoor unit according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. It is a front view which shows an air conditioner outdoor unit. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing attachment of the air conditioner outdoor unit according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In the figure, a rectangular heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of heat exchange units 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, and the heat exchange units 1a to 1e have suction ports (the suction ports are front faces of the propeller fans 2a, 2b, 2c). The heat exchange is performed between the outdoor air sucked in from the indoor unit 13) and the refrigerant sent from the indoor unit 13. The propeller fans 2a, 2b, and 2c are disposed to face the heat exchange units 1a to 1e, suck outdoor air from the suction ports, pass the air through the heat exchange units 1a to 1e, and pass the air passing through the heat exchange units 1a to 1e to the outdoor. To be discharged.
[0008]
The bases 3 and 4 are attachment members for attaching the air conditioner outdoor unit to the wall surface 11 of the building, and the drawing members 5 and 6 fix the heat exchange units 1a to 1e, the propeller fans 2a to 2c, the bases 3 and 4, and the like. The connection port 7 of the pipe connected to the heat exchange units 1 a to 1 e is provided on the mounting surface of the base 3 with respect to the wall surface 11 of the building, and the pipe is directly connected to the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13.
[0009]
Next, the operation will be described.
In the first embodiment, five heat exchange units 1a to 1e are arranged in the vertical direction, and three propeller fans 2a to 2c are arranged in the vertical direction. However, heat exchange is performed according to the cooling and heating capacity of the air conditioner. The number of units and propeller fans is determined.
In addition, by adjusting the length of the drawing members 5 and 6, it is possible to respond to a change in the size of the main body in the vertical direction.
[0010]
The connection port 7 of the pipe connected to the heat exchange units 1a to 1e is provided on the mounting surface of the base 3 with respect to the wall surface 11 of the building, and the pipe is directly connected to the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13 (FIG. 4). See).
Thereby, since the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13 drawn out of the building is directly taken into the air conditioner outdoor unit, the pipe 12 does not directly contact the outside air, and the heat insulating effect in the pipe 12 can be enhanced.
[0011]
After the air conditioner outdoor unit is attached to the wall surface 11 of the building as described above (see FIG. 4B), when the propeller fans 2a to 2c start rotating, they are attached to the front surfaces of the propeller fans 2a to 2c. The outside air starts to be sucked from the suction port, and the air flows into the heat exchange units 1a to 1e.
The air that has flowed into the heat exchange units 1a to 1e exchanges heat with the refrigerant sent from the indoor unit 13 through the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13, and the air after the heat exchange is discharged outside the room.
[0012]
As is clear from the above, according to the first embodiment, the outdoor air is sucked from the suction port, passes through the heat exchange units 1a to 1e, and the air that has passed through the heat exchange units 1a to 1e is discharged outside the room. Since the plurality of propeller fans 2a to 2c are arranged so as to be opposed to the heat exchange units 1a to 1e, there is an effect that the installation space can be reduced even if the cooling and heating capacity is increased.
Further, according to the first embodiment, since the plurality of heat exchange units 1a to 1e and the propeller fans 2a to 2c are arranged in the vertical direction, an effect that the installation space of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be reduced. Play.
[0013]
Further, according to the first embodiment, since the air conditioner outdoor unit is configured to be attached to the wall surface 11 of the building, even when the installation surface is not suitable for installation of the air conditioner outdoor unit (for example, the installation surface is inclined). Or in the case of soft ground), it is possible to install an air conditioner outdoor unit.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the connection port 7 of the pipe connected to the heat exchange units 1 a to 1 e is provided on the mounting surface of the base 3 with respect to the wall surface 11 of the building, and the pipe is connected to the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13. The pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13 drawn from the building is directly taken into the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. As a result, the pipe 12 does not directly contact the outside air, The effect that the heat insulation effect of can be improved is produced.
[0014]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
In Embodiment 1 described above, a plurality of heat exchange units 1a to 1e and propeller fans 2a to 2c are arranged in a vertical direction. However, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of heat exchange units 1a to 1c and a propeller fan May be arranged in the horizontal direction.
Accordingly, for example, when there is a space for installing an air conditioner outdoor unit above the window, an effect that the installation space can be effectively used can be achieved.
[0015]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
In the first embodiment, the bases 3 and 4 are attached to the wall surface 11 of the building. However, the base 4 may be installed on the ground or the like, and only the base 3 may be attached to the wall surface 11 of the building.
[0016]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
In the first embodiment, the pipe connected to the heat exchange units 1a to 1e and the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13 are directly connected. However, as shown in FIG. When a pipe is included, water sent from the indoor unit 13 through the drain pipe may be sprayed on the refrigerant pipes of the heat exchange units 1a to 1e (see FIG. 7).
Thereby, there is an effect that the water adhering to the heat exchanger or the like of the indoor unit 13 can be effectively used to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange units 1a to 1e.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of propeller fans for sucking outdoor air from the suction port, passing the air through the rectangular heat exchanger, and discharging the air passing through the heat exchanger to the outdoor are used as the heat exchanger.
