TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection member of a slope reinforcing unit installed on an embankment slope to maintain the shape of the embankment, an embankment reinforcement structure using the same, and an embankment reinforcement method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various embankment reinforcement structures have been employed to prevent embankment collapse. In particular, an embankment reinforcement structure in which a slope reinforcement unit is arranged to maintain the shape of the slope has been adopted in recent years, since the stability of the embankment and the greening and protection of the slope can be integrated. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the embankment is reinforced by the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention provides a connecting member for a slope reinforcing unit that can reliably eliminate the possibility of the embankment reinforcing member coming out with a simple structure, an embankment reinforcing structure using the connecting member, and an embankment reinforcing method. It is the purpose.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the gist of which is a hook portion with a slope reinforcing unit, a connecting portion with an embankment reinforcing member, and a main body portion therebetween, The hooking portion has a shape extending in the left-right direction of the slope reinforcing unit, and the connecting portion is related to a connecting member for a slope reinforcing unit in which the connecting portion is folded upward and the tip reaches the main body portion. Preferably, adjacent one ends of the plurality of vertical bars are fixed to each other with a horizontal bar to form a hook portion, and the other ends are each bent into a circular shape to form a connection portion, and more preferably, a plurality of the vertical bars are formed. The present invention relates to a connection member for a slope reinforcing unit in which one end of each is wound and fixed from the upper side to the lower side of a horizontal bar.
[0007]
Also, the connection member, a slope reinforcing unit having an L-shape in side view, a tension bar for connecting and reinforcing an L-shaped vertical side portion and a bottom side portion of the slope reinforcing unit, and a mesh shape. The embankment reinforcing member according to the embankment reinforcing structure, wherein the body of the connecting member is inserted into the opening of the vertical side of the slope reinforcing unit, and the mesh of the embankment reinforcing member is inserted into the connecting portion of the connecting member. Preferably, the present invention relates to an embankment reinforcing structure in which a connecting portion of a connecting member is located inside a triangle formed by a slope reinforcing unit and a tension bar. A connecting rod may be inserted into a gap formed between the upper surface of the mesh of the embankment reinforcing member inserted into the connecting portion of the connecting member and the inner surface of the connecting portion.
[0008]
Furthermore, in the embankment reinforcement method using the above-described connecting member, after filling the earth and sand with the opening at the upper end left inside the lower slope reinforcement unit to be the lower stage, the lower end of the slope reinforcement unit to be the upper stage. The openings are installed inside the lower slope reinforcement unit at the lower stage, and the openings are aligned with each other. Subsequently, the main body of the connecting member is inserted into both the openings from the outside, and the upper and lower slope reinforcement units are inserted. The present invention relates to an embankment reinforcing method for constructing an embankment by sequentially connecting slope-reinforcement units.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the connecting member interconnects the slope reinforcing unit installed on the slope of the embankment and the embankment reinforcing member embedded in the embankment. Here, the slope reinforcing unit is installed on the slope of the embankment to maintain the shape of the embankment, and is connected vertically and horizontally to reinforce the embankment. The embankment reinforcing member is laid to reinforce the embankment itself, and is made of a net-like synthetic resin embedded in the embankment.
[0010]
As the connecting member, for example, adjacent one ends of a plurality of vertical bars are fixed with a horizontal bar to form a set, and the horizontal bars are hook portions extending in the left-right direction. Further, the other ends are each bent upward in a circular shape so that the front ends reach the main body to form connection portions. The upper and lower slope reinforcement units are connected by inserting the main body of the connecting member into the opening from the outside thereof. That is, since the slope portion of the slope reinforcing unit is generally made of a net member, it has a plurality of openings including upper and lower ends. Therefore, the opening at the lower end of the slope reinforcing unit at the upper level and the opening at the upper end of the slope reinforcing unit at the lower level are matched to form one opening, and the connecting portion of the connecting member is connected to the opening from the outside. When the main body is inserted in this order, the hook extending in the left-right direction is hooked on the overlapping portion of the mesh of the slope reinforcing unit, and the upper and lower slope reinforcing units are connected.
[0011]
In addition, the hook portion not only simply welds the horizontal bar to one end of the vertical bar, winds one end of the vertical bar from the upper side to the lower side of the horizontal bar, and fixes it, but also fixes the tip of the vertical bar to the left or right. It may be bent in the left or right direction by connecting or punching another member so as to be rotatable, so as to be caught in the mesh of the slope reinforcing unit. Further, a plurality of hook portions are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the opening pitch of the opening portions or at intervals of several.
[0012]
On the other hand, the other end of the connecting member serves as a connection portion with the embankment reinforcing member. The shape of the connection portion is a shape (for example, a circular shape) that is folded upward and has a tip reaching the main body portion. Then, the mesh of the embankment reinforcing member is inserted into the connecting portion from above, and the mesh is hooked on the folded back end, so that the embankment reinforcing member is connected so as not to come off. Therefore, according to the connecting member of the present invention, when the embankment reinforcing member is strongly pulled by the earth pressure or the like, the pulling force acts in the direction in which the connection portion is folded back (in the case of a circular shape, the direction in which the diameter is reduced). Therefore, the folded portion of the connection portion does not open, and the possibility of the embankment reinforcing member falling out is reliably eliminated.
[0013]
Note that the folded back end may be hooked by the embankment reinforcing member, and does not necessarily have to be in contact with the main body. Also, in order to further secure the connection between the slope reinforcing unit and the embankment reinforcing member and prevent the embankment reinforcing member from coming off from above the connecting portion of the connecting member, the upper surface of the mesh of the embankment reinforcing member and the connecting portion are connected. The connecting rod can also be inserted into the gap formed between the inner surface of the connecting rod.
[0014]
In addition, by using the connecting member of the present invention, an embankment reinforcing structure can be easily constructed. That is, the slope reinforcing unit having an L-shape in side view is vertically connected as described above, and the embankment reinforcing member is connected, and tension is applied between the L-shaped vertical side portion and the bottom side portion of the slope reinforcing unit. They are connected by bars. Here, the reason why the tension bar is used is that the slope side reinforcing unit as a whole forms a triangle in a side view due to the tension bar, and is excellent in strength against earth pressure and the like. However, it is preferable that the connecting portion of the connecting member is located inside a triangle formed by the slope reinforcing unit and the tension bar. This is because interference between the connecting portion of the connecting member and the tension bar can be prevented without special measures.
[0015]
Here, various net members can be used as the slope reinforcing unit. In other words, welded metal nets manufactured by plating or resin coating, etc., turtle shell wire nets, rhombic wire nets, wire meshes such as expanded metal, etc. formed by connecting the intersections of wire rods in a twisted manner, or various types of gratings etc. Among the lattice members, among them, it is preferable to use an expanded metal that is bent to have an L shape in side view. This is because it is possible to easily stand alone and economically obtain a slope reinforcing unit excellent in strength. In this case, the opening into which the connecting member is inserted is a mesh located at the upper end or the lower end.
[0016]
Depending on the mesh, the slope can be greened by the slope reinforcing unit itself. However, when the mesh is large or when it is desired to green more quickly, a vegetation sheet may be provided inside. In this case, by making the vegetation sheet finer than the mesh of the slope reinforcing unit, stability of the embankment and greening and protection of the slope are integrated. In addition, it is preferable to install an embankment holding member made of a nonwoven fabric or the like inside the slope reinforcing unit.
[0017]
Next, an embankment reinforcing method using the above-described connecting member will be described. First, the slope reinforcing unit is made to stand by itself using the L-shaped bottom of the slope reinforcing unit, and soil is laminated approximately every 25 cm to 30 cm inside the slope reinforcing unit, and the soil is rolled by a vibrating roller or the like. The lower slope reinforcement unit will be installed. At this time, the soil is laminated while leaving only the opening at the upper end of the slope reinforcing unit.
[0018]
Subsequently, the upper-side slope reinforcement unit is allowed to stand on the laminated soil inside the lowermost slope-side reinforcement unit. At this time, the openings of the upper and lower slope reinforcement units are aligned. Then, by inserting the connecting portion of the connecting member and the main body portion in this order from the outside of the opening, the upper and lower slope reinforcing units are connected via the hook portion. Thereafter, the embankment reinforcing member is fixed to the connection portion of the connecting member, and the embankment reinforcing member is pulled so that the hook portion of the connecting member does not loosen. Finally, the soil is laminated on the inside of the upper-side slope reinforcing unit and on the embankment reinforcing member, and the reinforced embankment is constructed by repeating the same method as described above.
[0019]

Furthermore, since it has high strength, is lightweight and has weather resistance, it can save labor and cost, and is most suitable for embankment reinforcement work.
