Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technology for preventing movement of cargo loaded in containers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Frequently, cargo is transported loaded in containers. However, if the cargo volume is smaller than the container loading volume, the cargo may collapse due to strong shaking or vibration during transportation, or if the cargo has been stored in advance. There is a possibility that the luggage may move to another position. Therefore, it is necessary to fix the cargo.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
So far, wooden bars have been bridged on the side wall of the container to prevent cargo movement. In general, such a cargo movement preventing operation is performed by a worker at the site.
The wooden bar is processed to an appropriate length in accordance with the width of the container, but there is a problem that the operation cannot be completed unless an electric saw such as a chain saw is used.
In addition, some of the cargo loaded in the container is heavy. For this reason, there has been a demand for a proposal of a technique for preventing movement of container-loaded cargo which is excellent in strength and easy to work so as to be able to face such heavy objects.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to easily and effectively prevent undesired movement of cargo loaded in a container due to vibration and other effects generated during the movement of the container, and to have excellent strength. The purpose is to make work easier.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The loaded cargo movement prevention device of the present invention has a hollow cylindrical paper tube rod and a metal core inserted into the hollow of the paper tube rod.
Then, with the metal core inserted into the hollow of the paper tube rod, the paper tube rod was hooked on the side wall of the container in a bridging manner. In this way, even if the loaded cargo in the container is moved by receiving an external force during transportation, it can be prevented from moving because it is in the way. The strength is high because the metal core is contained in the paper tube rod.
The metal core is shorter than the paper tube bar, and is disposed at the center of the paper tube bar. In this case, there is no metal core at both ends of the paper tube bar. That is, since the both end portions remain hollow, the rod material has elasticity as compared with the portion of the paper tube rod material where the metal core is disposed. Therefore, even if the loaded cargo moves toward the movement prevention device of the present invention during the movement of the container, and the load is applied to the movement prevention device, the external force at that time is absorbed by the elasticity of the movement prevention device of the present invention. Is done. Therefore, it can be said that the metal core has excellent durability while maintaining the strength.
[0007]
Further, since the paper tube rod is a processed product and is not natural wood, it does not adhere to pests and eggs thereof. The paper tube rod is formed by processing used cardboard and other waste materials. Therefore, it does not violate the law on sanitary quarantine, so there is no need to adopt a pest control method or to submit a phytosanitary certificate or certificate issued by the public quarantine department.
The paper tube rod may be formed from a plurality of short paper tube rods.
The metal core is preferably a hollow rod having a channel-like cross section formed by processing a metal plate.
Further, the present invention is a method for preventing movement of cargo loaded in a container, wherein the movement preventing device is fixed to the container at a position facing the cargo, and the movement of the cargo is suppressed by the movement preventing device.
In addition, it is conceivable that the movement preventing device is arranged in a bridging manner on the opposite side wall of the container, another movement preventing device is attached to this movement preventing device as a support rod, and the other movement preventing device is fixed to the container.
As a method of attaching the movement preventing devices, a flexible metal wire (bundling wire), a fixing device such as a nail or a screw can be considered.
As another method of fixing the movement preventing device to the container, it is considered that a metal core is planted on a metal plate of an appropriate size, for example, and a paper tube rod is inserted into the metal core to be planted. Can be The metal plate may be fixed to the container, but if it is not fixed, it can be freely arranged, so that the applicable range can be expanded according to the number and size of the load.
Since the present invention utilizes a bar made of a paper tube, it can be easily processed even by a manual saw. Also, since it has a metal core, it is excellent in strength.
In addition, if another metal core is fixed to the metal core planted on the metal plate by crossing, the metal core extends vertically and horizontally (cross-shaped). In this case, since each metal core extends in all directions, it is conceivable to fit a bar made of a paper tube into each metal core.
