マスカラやアイライナー等の化粧料を収納し、塗布するための容器が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

上記容器は、有底筒状の容器本体と、その上端部に嵌着され内部に扱き栓を具備した口筒と、該口筒に螺着され先端に塗布具が取り付けられた塗布棒が扱き栓を貫通して垂設された有頭筒状の螺子蓋とを有し、上記口部の下端部には弾性と可撓性を有する長方形の二枚のフィルムがあわされて底部と両側部とが溶着された自己復元性を有するシート状の袋体が液密に取り付けられて構成され、袋体内の化粧料は減少するに従い袋体の中心軸線に位置する塗布具に寄り集まるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した如く、この種の液状化粧料の容器は何度も使用することを目的として形成されているのが一般的であり、そのため、構造も比較的複雑であり、しかも一端開封した後の塗布具を再度装着した際の密閉性、或いは容器の載置安定性等に考慮が払われている。

本発明は、開封前は充分な密閉性を維持しての持ち運びに便利であり、また、簡単な操作により開封することができるとともに、開封後目的に応じて収納液を輪郭のはっきりしたライン状に塗布することができ、しかも、簡易容器として必須である簡単な構造と低コストでの製造が可能な簡易塗布容器を提案するものである。また、少回数の分割使用のために再び蓋を装着して保管しておくことも可能な簡易塗布容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

栓部材４は合成樹脂等により形成されたもので、上記口部６内に嵌着固定するとともに、上記棒栓３下端部を嵌合して閉塞した注出口１２を有し、且つ、注出口１２上方の棒栓３周囲に各先端部を延設して環状に配置した多数の毛状片１３ａよりなる塗布部１３を有する。図示例では、図４及び図５に示す如く、上記口部６内に嵌合させる円筒状の嵌合筒１４の上端より内方へ頂板１５を延設するとともに、頂板１５中央に下端を開口して立設した筒部１６内に注出口１２を開口し、また、頂板１５上面周縁部より内方へ傾斜上昇する毛状片１３ａを周方向多数立設して塗布部１３を形成している。更に、嵌合筒１４の外周所定位置には、容器体２との上記した係合手段を構成する係合突条１７を一対突周設している。そして、各係合突条１７を容器体２の各係止突条１１下面に係合させて嵌合筒１４を口部６内に嵌着固定する。

上記の如き簡易塗布容器１へ液を充填する場合の一例として、まず、図７（ａ）に示す如く、容器体２に栓部材４を嵌着固定させる。この際、栓部材４には棒栓３を嵌着させておく。棒栓３は下端部を注出口１２に嵌着し、栓部材４を容器体口部６の所定位置に嵌着させた際に上端部が容器体口部６上端部のシール該当部分に位置する状態で装着している。次いで、図７（ｂ）に示す如く、口部６の上端部を融着シールして上部シール部９を形成するが、この際、棒栓３の上端部を挟持した状態で融着固定してシールする。従って、棒栓３の上端部が上部シール部９内に埋設された状態となる。次いで、図７（ｃ）に示す如く、胴部５下端から液を注入後、胴部５下端部を融着シールして下部シール部８を形成し充填を完了する。

Claims

A synthetic resin container in which a cylindrical mouth 6 having a sealed upper end is extended above a cylindrical body 5 having a sealed lower end, and a breakable annular thin portion 10 is formed in the mouth 6. The body 2, a rod stopper 3 having an upper end fixed to the sealing portion at the upper end and vertically suspended, and fitted and fixed in the mouth 6, and the lower end of the rod stopper 3 is fitted and closed. A plug member 4 having a spout 12 and a coating portion 13 around the bar plug 3 above the spout 12, and breaking the annular thin portion 10 to remove a mouth portion 6 a above the thin portion 10. A simple application container wherein the application section 13 is exposed.

The plug member 4 extends the top plate 15 inwardly from the upper end edge of the fitting tube 14 fitted and fixed to the mouth portion 6, and the inside of the cylindrical portion 16 erected with the lower end opened at the center of the top plate 15. 2. The simple coating container according to claim 1, wherein said coating portion is formed by opening said spout port and erecting said hair pieces from the peripheral edge of the upper surface of said top plate.

A seal at the upper end of the container body 2 is attached to a predetermined position of the mouth 6 with the plug member 4 having the rod plug 3 having the lower end fitted to the spout 12. The simple coating container according to claim 1, wherein the sealing portion is a sealing portion which is fixed by fusing and sandwiching the portion between the cylindrical walls at the upper end portion of the mouth portion 6.

The simple structure according to claim 1, wherein after the annular thin portion (10) is broken, the mouth portion (6a) above the annular thin portion (10) and the mouth portion (6b) below the annular thin portion (10) can be detachably fitted. Application container.

A plug member having a coating portion 13 around a rod plug 3 having a lower end fitted to a spout 12 in the mouth 6 of the container body 2 having a cylindrical mouth 6 extending above the cylindrical body 5. 4 and the upper end of the rod stopper 3 is fused and sandwiched between the cylindrical walls at the upper end of the mouth 6 to seal it.
