Claims (11)

내부의 상부가 개방되고 내주연의 상부에는 탭부(11)가 형성되는 원통형 용기(1)와;
상기 원통형 용기(1)의 탭부(11)에 분리 가능하게 체결되고, 하부의 양측에는 두 개의 체결부재(21)가 구비되며, 두 개의 상기 체결부재(21)의 상면의 사이에는 양측의 누름을 통해 두 개의 체결부재(21)를 밀착시키고 양측의 누름을 해제하면 두 개의 체결부재(21)가 탄성력으로 이격되는 탄성 손잡이부(22)가 구비된 체결 손잡이부(2)와;
각각의 상기 체결부재(21)의 하부에 하부로 돌출되게 구비되고, 각각의 하부에는 외주면에 다수의 솔(311)이 돌출되게 형성되는 도포부(31)가 구비되는 두 개의 솔대(3);를 포함하고,
양측 두 개의 상기 도포부(31)는 상기 체결 손잡이부의 양측 누름에 의해 서로 포게짐이 가능하게 구성되며,
각 상기 체결부재(21)는 수직 밀착면(211)을 가지는 반원형봉 형상으로 구성되고,
각 상기 체결부재(21)는
반원형 외주면의 하부에 형성되어 상기 탭부(11)에 체결되는 나사부(212)와,
