【0001】

【0054】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides an easily-openable container lid and a method for manufacturing the same, and in particular, includes a partially open-type container lid, which is capable of provisionally resealing such as temporarily resealing the once-opened opening again. And a method of manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Easy-open container lids (easy-open lids) are widely used as food container lids for food cans, beverage cans, and the like, including beverage cans containing various drinks such as cola, beer, and juice. There are partial open type container lids mainly used for can lids, and full open type container lids mainly used for can lids of food cans such as canned foods, instant noodles, and snacks.
[0003]
In addition, the partially open type container lid has a pull-top tab type in which the easily breakable opening piece is completely separated from the container lid by peeling and opening, and a part of the easily breakable opening piece is connected to the container lid. There is a stay-on tub type in which the rupture opening piece is not separated from the container lid even after being opened by being pushed into the container.
[0004]
However, the so-called pull-top tab type, in which the opening piece is completely separated from the container lid, has a sharp fractured surface, etc. If discarded carelessly, it may touch or cause unexpected harm to infants, etc., and if scattered in nature, it may damage fish, birds, animals, etc. In this case, a stay-on tub type having no problem as described above is increasingly used.
[0005]
Such a container lid is strongly required to have an internal pressure resistance and a corrosion resistance, especially no elution into the contents, depending on the properties of the contents as well as the ease of opening and sealing.
For this reason, conventionally, a lid body made of a laminated material in which a non-elutable resin is coated on a base material such as a metal foil or a resin thin plate, and a high-strength, highly flexible, and highly corrosion-resistant laminated material, Tabs are often used.
[0006]
For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a laminate having a heat-sealing property on a base material (thermoplastic resin) serving as a lid having an opening for the purpose of enhancing the easy-opening property and the barrier property and enhancing the internal pressure resistance. Characterized in that the adhesive strength of the laminate is stronger than the interlayer adhesive strength of the laminate, and the tensile strength of the adhesive layer is weaker than the interlayer adhesive strength of the laminate. Is disclosed.
[0007]
Further, in Patent Document 2, an unsealing piece made of a metal foil laminated body coated with a resin on both sides and an opening formed in advance, and a resin-coated metal plate lid body whose peripheral edge portion is protectively coated with a specific structure are thermally bonded. The invention of an easily-openable container lid comprising:

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the very recent days when the partially open type stained tub container lid became popular, the inside of the container was made to have a resealing property, and to temporarily temporarily fix the opening once opened again. There has been an urgent need to provide an easily-openable container lid that can be resealed temporarily or retorted with the lid still attached.
However, easy-open containers are basically disposable one-time use in principle, and can be opened only once, and resealing (resealing) of the container lid opening after opening has not been considered in the past. It's not too much to say.
[0010]
In fact, as far as the present inventor has investigated, it has been impossible to find any proposal of an easily-openable container lid for the purpose of resealing the opening once opened.
Of course, in order to reseal the container lid substantially without leakage and safely and reliably, at the time of reseal, a certain degree of opening sealing property is required, and further, at least once, the lid is reopened and then resealed. It is particularly important from the standpoint of mischief, crime prevention, etc. to be able to easily identify a lid that has not yet been opened and to easily obtain a guarantee that the contents of the can have not been altered without your knowledge. .
[0011]
In the conventional resin-coated metal foil tab or unsealed piece described above, when resealing using the same, almost no sealing property can be obtained, or even if the sealing property at the time of resealing is obtained, the unsealing is performed. The above-mentioned object cannot be sufficiently achieved because it is difficult to identify the unopened package.
[0012]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, the resealability is sufficiently improved by providing a plug member that can be fitted into the opening of the lid to the opening tab as an opening piece. The present inventors have found that it is possible to easily identify whether the package has been opened or unopened, and have completed the present invention based on the findings.
[0013]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an easily-openable container lid having a resealability, particularly a container lid with a stay-on-tab of a partially open type, and provisionally reseal the once-opened opening. An object of the present invention is to provide an easily-openable container lid having resealing properties of an opening that can be repeatedly stopped and having resealability that is remarkably superior to that of a form in which an opening is covered only with a resin-coated tab.
[0014]
Another object of the present invention is to ensure that the lid, which has been opened at least once and then resealed and the lid that has not yet been opened, can be easily identified and that the individual can contents have not been changed without your knowledge. An object of the present invention is to provide an easily-openable container lid which can be easily obtained.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a container lid capable of forming an easily-openable container having significantly improved pressure resistance and drop strength compared to conventional products.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a container lid in which the adhesion area around the opening can be reduced, so that the easy-open property is significantly improved.
[0015]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an easily-openable container lid excellent in hygiene because the opening piece does not enter the can like a conventional container lid with a stay-on-tab.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing the easy-open container lid having the above-mentioned resealability.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is easy to comprise a lid member provided with the opening formed beforehand, and the opening tab which covers the said opening on the outer surface side of this lid | cover member, and was provided so that it may hermetically adhere around the opening. In the openable container lid,
The opening tab includes a flexible tab member and a plug member that is adhered to and integrated with the tab member and that is formed so as to fit into the opening of the lid member, and the flexible tab member is An easily-openable container lid having resealability, which is tightly fixed so as to be peelable around the opening of the lid member.
[0017]
In the easy-open container lid of the present invention, the opening tab (opening piece) is formed of a flexible tab member portion and a plug member portion, and the plug member is formed in a shape fitting into the opening of the lid member. It is a remarkable structural feature that the flexible tab member is hermetically sealed so as to be peelable around the opening of the lid member.
[0018]
Since the opening tab has the specific structure described above, the easily-openable container lid of the present invention can be provisionally resealed any number of times simply by pushing the plug into the opening even after opening once, and the conventional resin. It shows remarkably superior resealability as compared with the case where the opening is covered only with the film-coated metal foil tab (tape tab).
Of course, the opening area is improved because the bonding area at the opening portion is a small area only at the periphery of the opening and the bonding strength can be relatively small.
[0019]
Furthermore, the lid once opened and then resealed and the unopened lid can be easily distinguished from the shape in their respective states, and it is easy to assure that the contents of the individual cans have not been changed without your knowledge. Can be
Furthermore, with the specific configuration of the easily-openable container lid, the pressure resistance and drop strength of the container are significantly improved as compared with the conventional one.
[0020]
In the container lid of the present invention, in the case where the opening edge of the lid member is bent to the outside of the lid, or curled, or edge-treated by resin coating, the opening edge after opening is It is not sharp and is protected from corrosion and the like.
Of course, the fitting of the opening tab with the plug member is good, and the plug member is not damaged even if resealing is repeated.
[0021]
As the flexible tab member, a member made of a laminate in which a resin film is formed on both surfaces of a metal foil is preferable from the viewpoint of the balance between the tensile strength and flexibility at the time of tab tearing and the corrosion resistance.
[0022]
It is preferable that the lid member is a metal member having a winding-processed portion on the periphery.
The outer surface side of the lid member has thermal adhesion to at least the flexible tab member, and the inner surface side is non-adhesive to the flexible tab member and the plug member. It is particularly desirable from the viewpoint of ensuring both adhesion to the plug member and non-elution to the contents.
Further, in the case where the opening tab is, in addition to the flexible tab member, the plug member is also adhered to the periphery of the opening of the lid member, particularly under severe conditions such as high temperature and impact. It is more preferable from the viewpoint of ensuring the tightness of the exposed container.
[0023]
The opening tab has a portion that is located on the opposite side of the opening from the opening start end and sandwiches the opening and is difficult to be detached and adheres to the lid member, and the opening tab does not detach from the lid member even after opening. The container lid, particularly a container lid configuration having a shape immediately before the portion attached to the lid member and having a shape in which both sides are cut off in a direction substantially perpendicular to the peeling direction and the tab width of the portion is narrowed, This is preferable because the peeling easily stops.
The plug member is preferably a resin plug member formed by injection molding or compression molding or a metal plug member formed by press molding.
[0024]
The present invention is also a method for producing an easily-openable container lid having the resealability of the present invention, wherein a step of performing an edge treatment of the opening of a lid member having a preformed opening, A step of forming an opening tab by integrating a flexible tab member and a plug member, applying the opening tab to a surface to be an outer surface side of the lid member, and forming a flexible tab member and a lid member around an opening. Bonding the outer surface of the container.
Further, the manufacturing method of the aspect in which the opening tab is integrally formed by injection molding or compression molding of the plug member on the flexible tab member is particularly preferable from the viewpoint that the opening tab shape of the present invention can be formed accurately and efficiently. preferable.
[0025]
Further, the present invention provides a step of treating an edge of the opening of a lid member having a preformed opening, a step of molding a flexible tab member and a plug member, respectively, and an outer surface side of the lid member. The flexible tab member and the plug member are mounted on the outer surface of the lid member such that the plug member fits into the opening of the lid member, and the plug member is covered by the flexible tab member. Bonding the flexible tab member and the plug member together to form an opening tab, and simultaneously bonding a flexible tab member to the outer surface of the lid member. I do.
[0026]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an easily-openable container lid having resealability and a method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0027]
FIGS. 1 to 4 are perspective views for explaining the entire configuration of the easily-openable container lid of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows main components of the container lid before being assembled, and FIG. Indicates a state where the container lid is opened.
FIG. 3 shows the same main components before assembling the container lid of the present invention, which are the same as the container lids shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 except for a part of the member shape, and FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional structure of the lid in the state.
[0028]
As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, the container lid of the present invention comprises a lid member 1 shown as a whole and an opening tab 2 shown as a whole.
The lid member 1 has an opening 1a formed in advance, and the opening tab 2 includes a flexible tab member 2a and a plug member 2b, and the plug member 2b fits into the opening 1a of the lid member 1. Thus, in the case of the container shown in this figure, the container is formed in a substantially truncated cone shape, and the bottom side is adhered to the portion indicated by the reference numeral 2d of the flexible tab member 2a.
The opening tab 2 is provided so as to cover the opening 1a of the lid member 1 and to hermetically adhere the periphery of the opening 1a to the flexible tab member 2a of the tab 2.
[0029]
In this container lid, the opening tab 2 is bonded only to the flexible tab member 2a, but it is also possible to bond not only the flexible tab member 2a but also the plug member 2b. Those are preferable from the viewpoint that not only the hermeticity at the time of unopening of the container exposed to severe conditions such as high temperature and impact, but also a better hermeticity including the hermeticity at the time of resealing can be secured.
In addition, the opening tab 2 has a portion firmly connected to the lid member 1 from the opening start end 2f in a state where it is disposed on the opening 1a of the lid member 1 across the opening. However, in the container lid of the illustrated embodiment, three lines of curls are formed in the portion.
[0030]
These three curl shapes are also provided at corresponding positions on the lid member 1, and the two curls are adhered to each other so that the two members are firmly joined and fixed.
Thereby, the tab 2 is not detached from the lid member 1 even after the opening tab 2 is peeled off from the opening start end 2f and the container is opened (see FIG. 2: stay-on tab type).
[0031]
The container lid shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 includes a lid member 1 ′ and an opening tab 2 ′. The lid member 1 ′ has an opening 1 a ′, and the opening tab 2 ′ is a flexible tab member 2 a. And the plug member 2b '. The plug member is formed so as to fit into the opening 1a' and is bonded and integrated with the flexible tab member 2a 'in the same manner as the container shown in FIGS. .
Also in this container lid, the opening tab 2 ′ covers the opening 1 a ′, and the periphery thereof and the flexible tab member 2 a ′ are provided in close contact with each other.
However, the container lid is not provided with the curl of the container shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the bonding portion between the lid member 1 'and the flexible tab member 2a' is a flat surface.
Instead, in the container lid of FIGS. 3 and 4, the flexible tab member 2a 'is cut off from both sides in the width direction at the portion 2c' immediately before the adhesively fixed portion of the two members, and the peeling progress is stopped here. Is configured.
[0032]
In order to open the easily-openable container lid of the present invention, the tab 2 (2 ') of the opening tab 2 (2') is gripped with a finger and the tab 2 (2 ') is opened at the opening start end. 2f (2f '), pulling it toward the near side, peeling off the opening 1a (1a') of the lid member 1 (1 '), and fixing the tab 2 (2') and the lid 1 (1 ') together. Stop before the part.
Also, for resealing after opening once, the plug is re-fitted into the opening by pressing the upper surface of the bonding portion 2d (2d ') of the plug member 2b (2b') of the opening tab 2 (2 ').
[0033]
An important feature of the container lid of the present invention resides in that a plug member shaped to fit into the opening is attached to the opening tab.
Since the plug member is slightly thick, elastic repulsion force at the time of reseal is strong, and reseal sealing property which is remarkably superior to that of the conventional case where the opening is covered only with the tape tab is shown.
[0034]
The plug member of the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, but a resin plug and a metal plug can be preferably used.
[0035]
Resin plugs that are flexible and rich in sealing elasticity, and can be resealed more often, for containers used at relatively low temperatures, containers containing corrosive contents, especially containers that do not require high pressure resistance. It is preferable to use high-strength and high-temperature resistant containers for containers that are exposed to particularly high temperatures such as hot filling and retort treatment, containers that require particularly high pressure resistance, or containers with a limited plug member thickness. The use of good metal or resin-coated metal plugs is preferred.
In the case of a resin plug, it is important that the dissolution into the content is low, and in the case of a metal plug, it is important that the content has corrosion resistance to the content.
[0036]
Polyolefin resins such as polypropylene and high-density polyethylene, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and polyethylene terephthalate isophthalate; 6 nylon; Examples thereof include polyamides such as nylon and a blend composition thereof.
[0037]
Examples of the metal material used for the metal plug include aluminum, steel, and the like. In the case of a laminated metal plug, at least the component side of the member that is in contact with the flexible tab member is a component material of the member. It is necessary to use, for example, polypropylene or the like, and the surface side in contact with the lid member has excellent sealing performance for fitting to the opening end of the lid and has a protective effect on the contents, for example, polyester. , Polyamide and the like are preferred.
[0038]
When the plug member is made of a resin, examples of the molding method include injection molding and compression molding, and the bonding with the flexible tab member is appropriately performed by bonding according to each material. Adhesion with an agent or thermal adhesion may be used.
[0039]
On the other hand, in the case of a metal plug member, press molding or the like is used.
Also, it can be formed simultaneously by insert molding when manufacturing the opening tab.
The constituent material of the flexible tab member to which the plug member is adhered is an opening piece or a tab constituent material usually used for this type of container lid, and is not necessarily limited to a material that can be joined to the plug material. Although not limited, those made of a laminate in which a resin film is formed on both surfaces of a metal foil are particularly preferable in terms of balance between tensile strength and flexibility at the time of tab tearing and corrosion resistance.
[0040]
A specific preferred example of such a laminated material is a laminated material in which PET is laminated on one side of an aluminum foil and PP is laminated on the other side.
[0041]
Next, the cover member of the present invention will be described in more detail.
In the lid member of the present invention, for example, the edge of the opening is directed toward the outside of the lid member as shown by reference numeral 1g ′ in FIG. 5, which is an enlarged sectional view of the edge of the opening of the lid member in FIG. It is bent into a smooth curved surface, or is curled at the edge, or as shown in FIG. 6, is coated with a resin such as PET, PP, etc. to form a smooth curved shape without sharp corners. That is, even if the edge of the lid body after opening is smooth and inadvertently touches this part, there is no danger of damage such as cuts, and it is protected from corrosion etc. In addition, since the fitting of the opening tab with the plug member is good, the plug member is not damaged even if resealing is repeated.
Further, it is more preferable that the lid member has a winding-processed portion at a peripheral portion thereof so as to be able to be hermetically bonded to the can body by the winding process.
[0042]
Further, the outer surface of the lid member has at least the heat-adhesive property with the flexible tab member, and in the case of a mode in which a plug is also bonded, it is preferable that the plug member also has the heat-adhesive property. It is particularly desirable that the side be non-adhesive to the flexible tab member and the plug member from the viewpoint of ensuring both close contact with the flexible tab member and the plug member and non-elution to the contents.
[0043]
Hereinafter, various specific examples will be given with respect to the bonding state of the opening edge of the lid member and the flexible tab member of the opening tab and the fitting state of the plug member in the container lid of the present invention. This will be described in detail.
[0044]
FIG. 7 is a plan view (a), a cross-sectional view (b) showing an example of a container lid (unopened) of the present invention when a resin plug is used, and a bonding portion between an opening edge and a flexible tab member; FIG. 7C is a partially enlarged view (c) for explaining a manner of fitting and sealing the opening edge and the plug member.
In the container lid of FIG. 7, the opening edge 1i is bent toward the outer surface side (upper side in the figure) of the lid member 1 so as to form a smooth curved surface. Facing the center of the lid.
In the fitting in this mode, the sealing is maintained mainly by the radial repulsive elastic force of the resin plug member.
In the container lid of this figure, the flexible tab member 2a is adhered to the lid member 1 at the portion A.
[0045]
FIG. 8 is a plan view (a) sectional view (b) and a partially enlarged view (c) showing another example of the container lid of the present invention similarly using a resin plug. The fitting portion (sealing portion) of 1i is indicated by reference numeral C, and its surface faces the peripheral direction of the lid.
The lid member 1 is adhered to the flexible tab member 2a at the A portion and the plug member 2b is adhered to the B member at the B portion.
In the fitting in this mode, even when the container lid is heated, the plug in the portion sandwiched between the edge of the flexible tab member 2a (near the inclined portion in the figure) and the opening edge 1i is shown. Since the expansion of the member is suppressed, the sealing is not easily damaged, and even if the reseal is repeated, the generation of the creep of the plug resin is delayed, and there is an advantage that the elastic durability is excellent.
[0046]
FIG. 9 is a plan view (a), a sectional view (b), and a partially enlarged view (c) showing an example of the container lid of the present invention when a metal plug is used.
In the container lid of FIG. 9, the opening edge 1 i is bent toward the outside (upward) of the lid member 1, and the fitting sealing surface thereof is directed toward the center of the lid as indicated by reference numeral C. It is suitable.
In the container lid shown in this figure, the lid member 1 is bonded to the flexible tab member 2a at the portion A.
[0047]
On the other hand, FIG. 10 is a plan view (a) cross-sectional view (b) and a partially enlarged view (c) of another example of the container lid using a metal plug. The fitting sealing surface 1i (portion C) faces the peripheral direction of the lid.
The lid member is bonded to the flexible tab member at the portion A.
[0048]
As a method of manufacturing the above-mentioned easily-openable container lid of the present invention, the plug member is made of resin, and the fitting and sealing surface faces the outer peripheral edge of the lid. For example, the method shown in the assembly process diagram and FIG. 11 can be exemplified.
[0049]
That is, in this manufacturing method, first, the opening edge 1i of the lid member 1 provided with the opening 1a is bent toward the outer surface side (upper side in the figure) so as to form a smooth curved surface, and the edge processing is performed. (End molding).
[0050]
On the other hand, the material (PET / Al / PP laminated sheet) of the flexible tab member 2a of the opening tab 2 is molded into the tab shape (see FIGS. 8A and 8B) (tab molding).
A resin (PET) for forming the plug member 2b is integrally formed on the formed flexible tab member 2a by injection molding or compression molding to form the opening tab 2 (plug insert molding).
[0051]
Next, the plug 2b of the opening tab 2 is subjected to an annealing heat treatment (plug annealing), and thereafter, a predetermined bonding portion of the flexible tab member 2a and the plug member 2b of the opening tab 2 is bonded to the lid member edge 1i. (Adhesion).
After the bonding is completed, a finishing process such as edge processing of the edge 2i of the opening tab is performed to obtain a finished product (completed).
[0052]
FIG. 12 is an assembling process diagram showing another manufacturing method of the resin plug container lid of the same embodiment as that of FIG. 11. The method of FIG. 11 is different from the injection injection molding of the plug 2 b and the lid of the flexible tab member 2 a. The difference is that the bonding to the body opening end 1i and the bonding of the plug member 2b to the lid opening end are performed almost continuously and sequentially, and thereafter, annealing heat treatment is performed.
[0053]
FIG. 13 is an assembling process diagram showing still another manufacturing method of the resin plug container lid having the same mode as that of FIG. 11. In this method, the insert injection molding of the plug 2 b and the bonding to the lid member opening edge 1 i are performed. The flexible tab member 2a is formed separately from the molding of the flexible tab member 2a, and then the plug 2b adhered to the lid member 1 is annealed. Then, the separately formed flexible tab member 2a is connected to the plug 2b and the lid member opening end. 1i, respectively, and then finish processing to complete.
FIG. 14 is also an assembling process diagram showing still another manufacturing method of the resin plug container lid in the same mode as FIG. 11. In this method, the processing of the opening edge 1i of the lid member 1, the molding of the plug member 2b and the annealing thereof are performed.
