【0001】

【0046】

<Embodiment related to material>
(1) Base film
As the base film, a transparent polymer film is preferable from the viewpoint of processability. As plastics for polymer film materials, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polymethylpentene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinylidene chloride resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin , Ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, polyethylene naphthalate-isophthalate copolymer resin, polymethyl methacrylate resin, polycarbonate resin, polyarylate resin, polyimide resin, polysulfone resin, acrylic resin, etc. Can be used. Alternatively, a liquid crystal material can be used.
The thickness of the substrate is preferably in the range of about 12 to 100 μm, and more preferably about 15 to 50 μm, from the viewpoint of ease of processing. This is because not so thick is preferable for visual recognition of the authentication medium.
[0040]
(2) Triangular prism material
The triangular prism material is not particularly limited, but a resin material is preferable from the viewpoint of processability. Further, it is required to be transparent or colored and transparent from the characteristics of the prism.
In the above-described manufacturing method of forming a prism shape with an ultraviolet curable resin, an ultraviolet curable ionizing radiation curable resin liquid is preferably used.
As a specific example of such a resin liquid, a composition in which a prepolymer, an oligomer, and / or a monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated bond or an epoxy group in a molecule is appropriately mixed can be used.
[0041]
As the prepolymer and oligomer, unsaturated polyesters such as a condensate of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and a polyhydric alcohol, epoxy resins, polyester methacrylate, polyether methacrylate, polyol methacrylate, methacrylates such as melamine methacrylate, polyester acrylate, epoxy Examples include acrylates such as acrylate, urethane acrylate, polyether acrylate, polyol acrylate, and melamine acrylate.
[0042]
Examples of the monomer include styrene-based monomers such as styrene and α-methylstyrene, acrylates such as methyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methoxyethyl acrylate, and butyl acrylate, and methacrylic acid. Methacrylates such as methyl acrylate, ethyl methacrylate, methoxyethyl methacrylate, and methoxymethyl methacrylate; unsaturated substituted amino alcohol esters such as 2- (N, N-diethylamino) ethyl acrylate; acrylamide; methacryl Unsaturated carboxylic acid amides such as amides, polyfunctional compounds such as dipropylene glycol diacrylate, ethylene glycol acrylate, propylene glycol dimethacrylate, diethylene glycol dimethacrylate, vinylpyrrolidone, and / or molecules Polythiol compounds having two or more thiol groups, such as trimethylolpropane trithioglycolate, trimethylolpropane tri thio propylate, pentaerythritol thioglycolate and the like.
[0043]
In particular, when cured by ultraviolet light, the composition of the ionizing radiation-curable resin, as a photopolymerization initiator, acetophenones, benzophenones, Michler benzoyl benzoate, α-amyloxime ester, tetramethyl meuram monosulfide, Thioxanthones and / or n-butylamine, triethylamine, tri-n-butylphosphine, and the like as a photosensitizer can be used as a mixture. In order to faithfully reproduce the shape of the roll intaglio 10 having the fine concave portions 11 of the prism, the viscosity is preferably 5000 cps or less, particularly preferably 1000 cps or less. In the case where the prism is colored and transparent, a dye which does not inhibit curing may be added.
[0044]
(3) Transparent or colored resin
The transparent or colored resin filling the valleys of the triangular prism is not particularly limited in material, but a resin having a refractive index close to that of the triangular prism material is selected and used.
The refractive index of various polymer resins is about 1.4 to 1.6. For example, polybutyl acrylate (1.44), polyethyl acrylate (1.47), polymethyl acrylate (1.47), poly n-butyl methacrylate (1.48), polymethyl methacrylate (1.49), polyvinyl acetate (1.47), polypropylene (1.49-1.50), polyethylene (1.5-1.55), Polycarbonate (1.58), polystyrene (1.59-1.60), polyethylene terephthalate (1.64), polyvinyl chloride (1.54), polyvinylidene chloride (1.60-1.63), etc. Can be used.
When filling by a printing method, it is possible to use a medium ink comprising only a vehicle without using a coloring agent such as a pigment or a dye. When coloring the filling resin, a dye or pigment is appropriately used.
[0045]
(4) Support
The same material as the base film can be used for the
However, it is not necessary to be transparent, and an opaque material may be used depending on the purpose. As long as the surface is smooth, paper may be used, and the surface of the support may be printed.
[0046]
(5) Adhesive or adhesive
Any kind of transparent adhesive or adhesive can be used.
When the pressure-sensitive adhesive or the adhesive is used also as the filling resin, it is necessary to consider the refractive index similarly to the above-mentioned transparent or colored resin.
Generally, a mixture of an elastomer such as natural rubber, recycled rubber, or SBR, a low molecular weight or medium molecular weight tackifier, an antioxidant, or the like can be used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive in a solution state. In the case of a thermoplastic elastomer, application in a molten state is possible. If resistance to light and oxidation is required, materials such as acrylate copolymers and polyisobutylene are used.
A hot melt type heat sealant may be used. In the case of forming a pattern by a printing method, it is particularly necessary to consider a printability.
The coating thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive or the adhesive is about 1 to 50 μm, and is adjusted according to the height of the prism.
[0047]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the authenticity judgment body or the authenticity judgment body label of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
Although the authenticity determination body of the present invention is not subjected to special processing such as formation of a reflective layer, it can be used as an authentication medium having a high design property in which glittering characters and patterns can be observed depending on the viewing direction.
Further, since the glittering characters or patterns and the pattern or photograph of the authentication medium itself appear to be switched depending on the viewing direction, it is possible to immediately determine whether the authentication medium is authentic or not by comparing the authentication medium without such a state change. it can.
The authentication medium to which the label for authenticity determination is adhered cannot be normally copied by the copying machine, and forgery and counterfeiting can be prevented. Therefore, it becomes an authentication medium with high security.
