Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a meat slicer that prevents water, meat chips, and the like from entering through an opening when the body is washed with water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The prior art will be described with reference to FIGS. In the figure, an opening 10a of a pedestal 10 in which a control device 13 is provided is covered with a door 9 which can be opened and closed. One side of the door 9 is supported by a hinge 18 and the like, and the other side is fixed to be openable and closable by a fastener 19 such as a magnet. The periphery of the opening 10a of the pedestal 10 was flat without irregularities. In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a switch.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Normally, the main body is cleaned after the block meat slicing operation is completed. However, the main body is generally disassembled so that it can be easily washed, and the disassembled one is washed with a sink. However, the upper surface of the machine base was not detachable because the guide member 4 of the meat box was fixed, or the crank mechanism connected the electric motor and the meat box in the machine box. For this reason, meat juice or meat waste (hereinafter referred to as meat waste) adheres to the upper surface of the machine base from the meat box and the round blade for slicing located at the upper part of the machine during slicing and is wiped or washed with water. Was. In recent years, wiping has become the mainstream, since it is difficult to remove dirt and it takes time. When washing with water, water, meat waste and the like enter through the gap between the door 9 and the pedestal 10. If water is further applied, water, meat waste, and the like enter the inside of the pedestal 10 from the opening 10a of the pedestal 10 because the periphery of the opening 10a of the door 9 mounting surface of the pedestal 10 is flat. Further, since the inside of the pedestal 10 is covered with a panel or the like, it is difficult to dry, and the material of the pedestal 10 may be coated on a hot-rolled steel plate or the like, which causes rust or corrosion and shortens the life of the product. I was In addition, it was unclean in hygiene. In order to eliminate corrosion, there is a method in which the material of the pedestal 10 is made of a material such as stainless steel which is not easily rusted, but there is a disadvantage that it becomes expensive.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive meat slicer that eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, prevents water and meat chips from entering the inside of the pedestal, has a long life, and is excellent in hygiene. That is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object is achieved by providing a water intrusion prevention member protruding toward the door at least on the upper side and both side surfaces of the outer periphery of the opening.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0007]
The round blade 2 is rotatably supported by a round blade holding member 3 provided at the rear of the upper surface of the machine base 1. A meat box 5 is provided on the upper portion of the machine 1 so that the meat box 5 can reciprocate along a guide member 4 such as a rail provided along the front-rear direction of the upper portion of the machine 1. In the meat box 5, a block meat 6 to be sliced is placed. In the meat box 5, as is well known, a meat feeding means for feeding the block meat 6 to the round blade 2 side every time the block meat 6 is sliced. Although attached, it is not directly related to the present invention, so that it is not shown. As is well known, the round blade 2 and the meat box 5 are driven via an electric motor 7 and a crank mechanism 8 provided in the machine base 1, the round blade 2 is rotated, and the meat box 5 moves toward the round blade 2. It is reciprocated. A door 9 that can be opened and closed is provided on the lower front side of the front of the machine base 1. A pedestal 10 is provided below the machine base 1, and an opening 10a smaller than the door 9 is provided on a surface of the pedestal 10 where the door 9 is mounted. A prevention member 11 is provided inside the door 9, and a control device 13 having a power switch 12 is mounted in the pedestal 10 near the opening 10 a of the pedestal 10.
[0008]
When the block meat 6 is placed on the meat box 5, the door 9 is opened, the power switch 12 of the control device is turned on, and an operation switch (not shown) is operated to rotate the round blade 2, and the meat box 5 is driven by the electric motor 7 and the crank mechanism. 8 starts reciprocating movement. Each time the meat box 5 reciprocates, one sliced piece of meat is discharged from between the round blade 2 and a not-shown backing plate 9, and each time the block meat 6 is sliced by the thickness of the sliced meat by the meat feeding means. Sent to the side. This operation is repeated to continuously perform the slice operation of the block meat 6. When the operation switch or the like is turned off, the operation of the round blade 2 and the meat box 5 stops, and the slicing of the block meat 6 is completed. In general slicing work, raw meat is sliced, so that the moisture gravy coming out from inside the meat, drip during thawing, or fat adheres to the round blade 2 that rotates during slicing, and the meat is pulled to the round blade 2 as the work is continued And meat waste is generated.
[0009]
Hereinafter, gravy, drip, fat, and meat waste will be described as meat waste and the like 14. Many of these meat scraps 14 are shaken off when the meat box 5 reciprocates, or blown by the rotating round blade 2 to reach the top surface and the side surface 15 of the machine base. The rest is attached to the meat box 5, the round blade 2 and the like. Normally, the washing of the meat waste 14 reaching the top surface 1 and the side surface 15 of the machine 1 is performed after the work is completed, but the washing work is performed. Therefore, the cleaning by wiping is performed by washing with water because the dirt is difficult to remove and it takes time. When the side face 15 and the door 9 of the machine base 1 are washed with water directly with a hose or the like, water, meat wastes 14 and the like 14 enter through a gap between the door 9 and the pedestal 10. Further, the infiltrated water or meat waste 14 is blocked by the water intrusion prevention member 11 and stays on the upper surface of the water intrusion prevention member 11, flows down to the door 9 side, or flows down to both side surfaces of the water intrusion prevention member 11. And does not enter the pedestal 10. When the meat box 5 is washed with water using a hose or the like, the water falls together with the meat scraps 14 from the gap at the bottom of the meat box 5 or the side of the meat box to the machine upper surface 16 and further down to the side surface 15 to fall down to the door 9 and the pedestal 10. Penetrate through the gap. Even in such a case, the pedestal 10 is blocked by the water intrusion prevention member 11 and does not enter the pedestal 10. Therefore, rust and corrosion are suppressed, the product life is prolonged, and sanitary aspects are also clean.
[0010]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the height of one of the right and left upper sides of the water intrusion prevention member 11 of the above embodiment is reduced and inclined. In this embodiment, the water, meat chips, etc. 14 which are blocked and reach the upper surface of the water intrusion prevention member 11 are guided along the slope to the side surface of the water intrusion prevention member 11, flow down, and do not enter the inside of the pedestal 10. Therefore, rust and corrosion are suppressed, the product life is prolonged, and sanitary aspects are also clean.
[0011]
Still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, a concave groove 17 is provided on the upper surface of the water intrusion prevention member 11 of the above embodiment. In this embodiment, the water and meat chips 14 which are blocked and reach the upper surface of the water intrusion prevention member 11 can be prevented from accumulating in the groove and flowing down to the door 9 side, and further, do not enter the inside of the pedestal 10.
[0012]
Still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, a water intrusion prevention member 11 that is convex toward the door 9 mounting side is also provided inside the door 9 below the outer periphery of the opening of the door 9 mounting surface of the above embodiment. In this embodiment, when the floor on which the product is installed is cleaned with a hose or the like, the water or meat scraps 14 are prevented from entering from below due to the rebound, and do not enter the inside of the pedestal 10. Therefore, rust and corrosion are suppressed, the product life is prolonged, and sanitary aspects are also clean.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent water, meat chips, and the like from entering the inside of the pedestal, suppress rust and corrosion, prolong the product life, and clean the sanitary surface.
