Abstract
Description
【0001】

The silane coupling agent used in the present invention is specifically, for example, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-methyl-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- (2-aminoethyl) -3-amino Propyltrimethoxysilane, N- (2-aminoethyl) -3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, (3-trimethoxysilylpropyl) diethylenetriamine, γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane , Γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, vinyltriacetoxysilane, γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, hexamethyldisilazane, γ-anilinopropyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltrime Toxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltris (β-methoxyethoxy) silane, N-vinylbenzyl-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (hydrochloride), γ-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-chloropropylmethyldimethoxy Silane, methyltrichlorosilane, dimethyldichlorosilane, trimethylchlorosilane, β- (3,4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane, γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, and the like. Among them, those having an amino group or a substituted amino group in the molecule (amino group-containing silane coupling agent) are preferred. The replacement of the organic functional group of the silane coupling agent having no amino group with an amine may be performed by a generally known method. One of these silane coupling agents having an amino group may be used alone, or a plurality of them may be used in combination. Among them, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-methyl-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- (2-aminoethyl) -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N- (2-aminoethyl) -3- An amino group-containing silane coupling agent such as aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane or (3-trimethoxysilylpropyl) diethylenetriamine, or a mixture thereof is preferred. The amount of the silane coupling agent is about 0.1 to 75% by mass, preferably about 1 to 60% by mass, more preferably about 2.5 to 50% by mass, based on the support to which the silane coupling agent is chemically bonded. %. If the amount of the silane coupling agent supported on the support is less than about 0.1% by mass, CO2Is too small, and if it exceeds about 75% by mass, it becomes excessive and not economical.
[0011]
The support may be any as long as it chemically bonds to the silane coupling agent. Specifically, for example, mesoporous silica or a metallosilicate containing a hetero atom, a non-silicon-based oxide, a sulfide, a phosphate, a mesoporous substance having a skeleton composition such as platinum, and the like can be given. Not limited to those described above, any mesoporous substance can be used as the support. The main characteristics of mesoporous silica are that it has a substantially uniform pore size in the mesopore region, a regular structure, and a large specific surface area and pore volume. It seems that the silane coupling agent is partially bonded to the pores of the support and chemically bonded. Compared to, for example, zeolite, which is a microporous substance, mesoporous silica has a large pore diameter as its name implies, so that relatively large molecules can be introduced into the pores. That is, when a silane coupling agent is chemically bonded in pores, mesoporous silica has a greater degree of freedom than zeolite. In addition, since mesoporous silica has a substantially uniform pore size, it is considered that more uniform chemical modification is possible as compared with a substance having non-uniform pores. For the reasons described above, mesoporous silica is preferred as the support among the mesoporous materials.
[0012]
A support having a silane coupling agent chemically bonded thereto can be obtained by chemically reacting the support with a silane coupling agent, preferably an amino group-containing silane coupling agent (grafting method). The reaction is preferably carried out with the support and the silane coupling agent in a solvent. The reaction temperature is not particularly limited, but is preferably refluxed at the boiling point of the solvent. Next, the reaction mixture is filtered, washed, and dried to obtain a support having a silane coupling agent introduced into the pores (FIG. 1). Examples of the solvent include organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, benzene, (dehydrated) toluene, xylene, acetone, ethyl acetate, methyl cellosolve, and tetrahydrofuran. (Dehydrated) toluene is preferred as the organic solvent.
[0013]
Then, CO2May be performed according to a known method.
Generally CO2The support for adsorbing CO2 depends on pressure and temperature.2The amount of adsorbing increases or decreases. Utilizing this property, CO2The method of adsorbing and desorbing is, in addition to the PSA method (Pressure Swing Adsorption (pressure swing adsorption) method) in which the pressure is changed, the TSA method (Thermal Swing Adsorption (temperature swing adsorption) method) in which the temperature is changed, and the pressure change. There is a PTSA (Pressure and Temperature Swing Adsorption) method in which a temperature change is also performed. CO2In the adsorption step, the exhaust gas is supplied to the adsorption tower filled with the support in which the silane coupling agent is chemically bonded, and2Is adsorbed. The temperature in the adsorption is about 5-100 ° C, preferably about 10-60 ° C, and the pressure is about 1.0-3.0 atm, preferably about 1.1-1.2 atm. CO2In the desorption step, the adsorption tower is depressurized or depressurized and heated to adsorb CO2And the support to which the silane coupling agent has been chemically bonded is regenerated. The temperature for desorption is about 30-200 ° C, preferably about 50-140 ° C, and the pressure is about 0.01-1.0 atm, preferably about 0.1-1.0.
[0014]
Usually, a plurality of adsorption towers are installed, and adsorption and desorption are alternately repeated to reduce CO2.2Are continuously separated. In the conventional adsorption method, CO2As a pretreatment for the adsorption / desorption operation of water, the water vapor in the exhaust gas is separated and removed.2The method of adsorbing and desorbing is generally used. On the other hand, the exhaust gas was brought into contact with a support chemically bonded with a silane coupling agent, and

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
(Test example)
Of the support and mesoporous silica, SBA-15 having high hydrothermal stability (preparation method: described below) was dried in a thermostat at 125 ° C., and then dried with dehydrated toluene (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.). ) Is added and stirred, and an amino group-containing silane coupling agent, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (manufactured by Aldrich, USA) is added thereto. Then, the mixture is stirred under reflux at 110 ° C. for 24 hours in an inert gas / argon stream, and then allowed to cool to room temperature. The solid substance collected by suction filtration of the cooled mixture was washed with dehydrated toluene (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) and then dried overnight in a thermostat at 60 ° C. A support (APS / SBA (g)) treated with a group-containing silane coupling agent is obtained. In the production of APS / SBA (g), MAPS / SBA (g) and AEAPS / SBA (g) were produced in exactly the same manner except that APS was replaced with another silane coupling agent, MAPS, AEAPS, AEAPMS or TA. , AEAPMS / SBA (g) and TA / SBA (g). For comparison, an amino group-containing silane coupling agent, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (manufactured by Aldrich, USA) was added little by little to SBA-15 while stirring, and then the mixture was steamed. It is left for 24 hours in a saturated desiccator at 25 ° C., and further kept in a desiccator at 60 ° C. saturated with water vapor for 24 hours. Thereafter, the mixture is dried in a thermostat at 60 ° C. overnight to obtain a support (referred to as APS / SBA (i)) treated with an amino group-containing silane coupling agent. For further comparison, an amino group-containing silane coupling agent, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (manufactured by Aldrich, USA) was collected in a Teflon (registered trademark) petri dish, and 25 ° C. saturated with steam. In a desiccator of 24 hours, further, in a desiccator of about 60 ° C. saturated with water vapor for 24 hours, and then dried overnight in a thermostat at 60 ° C. to remove the silane coupling agent. A hydrolyzed / condensed gel (referred to as APS (gel)) is obtained. Table 1 shows the physical properties of the various supports thus prepared.
