Description
The present invention relates to a communication device such as a telephone including a mobile phone or an information device having a telephone function, and a communication device having an incoming call history recording function. The present invention relates to a communication device capable of knowing that
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, various telephones such as a mobile telephone including a PHS, a telephone capable of receiving a caller ID notification service, and a telephone having an answering machine (answering machine) function have been widely used. In addition, a communication device having a telephone function and a data communication function has been provided. Further, among the mobile phones and the phones that can receive the caller ID notification service, information such as the telephone number of the other party, the date and time of the incoming call, and whether or not we have responded may be recorded as incoming call history information. Some phones can do it. As a result, it is possible not only to take a history but also to make a call to the other party who did not respond.
For example, a small-sized nonvolatile storage means and a small-sized display device such as a liquid crystal display are provided, and one or a plurality of pieces of incoming call history information are stored (recorded) in the nonvolatile storage means at the time of absence or when a call cannot be answered. After that, the stored incoming call history information is displayed on the display device, and by knowing the telephone number of the other party, a call is made to the other party who did not respond.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a configuration block diagram of a communication device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a case where the communication device is a mobile phone or a PHS. As shown in the figure, the communication device of this embodiment includes a ROM having a built-in program, a CPU that operates according to the program, and the like.
FIG. 2 shows an operation flow of the first embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The communication apparatus according to this embodiment receives a caller number notification service provided by the line side, and upon receiving a call, first, the
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the number of times of ringing is recorded together with the telephone number of the other party as one of the incoming call history information. Gender or urgency. In the case of an important or urgent phone call, the caller does not easily disconnect the line, and thus determines that the number of ringings increases.
FIG. 3 is a configuration block diagram of a main part of a communication device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the communication device of this embodiment includes a ringing time measurement unit (ringing time measurement unit) 9 instead of the ringing frequency measurement unit 3 of the first embodiment shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 shows an operation flow according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. First, the
As described above, according to the second embodiment, the ringing duration is recorded together with the telephone number of the other party as one of the incoming call history information, so that for each incoming call, the importance or urgency of the call is determined. You can judge. In the case of an important or urgent call, the caller does not easily disconnect the line, and thus determines that the ringing duration will be long.
In the first and second embodiments, when the main control unit 1 obtains the number of times of ringing or the duration of the ringing and response information indicating whether or not we have responded, the main control unit 1 determines that the response information has responded. If so, the usefulness of the incoming call history information at this time is reduced by half, so that the incoming call history information may not be stored. In this case, the stored incoming call history information is reduced, so that the non-volatile memory can be used effectively, and when displaying the incoming call history information, the number of displayed incoming call history information decreases. In addition, the time required to view the incoming call history information is reduced.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, the answering machine is provided, and the incoming call history is not recorded when the user responds to the incoming call or when the answering machine performs the answering machine. The answering machine comprises a main control unit 1, a
FIG. 5 shows an operation flow according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. First, the
On the other hand, when the caller disconnects the line (Yes in S24), the reception of the ringing signal is terminated, so that the ringing number measurement unit 3 or the ringing time measurement unit 9 first measures the number of ringings or the ringing duration. Is ended (S29). Then, the measured number of times of ringing or the duration of the ringing is passed to the main control unit 1, and the main control unit 1 receives the number of times of ringing or the duration of the ringing, the telephone number of the other party obtained from the
As described above, according to the third embodiment, the number of times of ringing or the duration of ringing is recorded together with the telephone number of the other party as one of the incoming call history information. Urgency can be determined and incoming call history information is recorded only when the other party hangs up during a call, so less incoming call history information is stored, and non-volatile memory is used more effectively. When displaying the incoming call history information, the number of displayed incoming call history information is further reduced, so that the time required to view the incoming call history information can be further reduced.
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the third embodiment, a silence detecting unit 10 is provided as in the main part of the communication device shown in FIG. At the time of recording, it is detected whether or not the voice message was actually recorded, and if it is determined that the voice message was not actually recorded (silence) even though the answering machine was recorded, Record incoming call history.
FIG. 7 shows the details of the silence detecting section 10. In FIG. 7, reference numeral a denotes an audio signal obtained by removing a carrier wave from a radio signal received from a line side (base station side). The signal a is input to a low-
As described above, according to the fourth embodiment, even if this communication apparatus is in the answering machine state, the incoming call history is recorded unless an audio signal is actually sent from the calling side, so that the answering machine is also recorded. And the fact that no incoming call history is recorded can be avoided.
In the above, the case where the caller ID notification service is a mobile phone including the PHS which is a standard function has been described. However, even if the caller ID notification service is an ordinary telephone having the optional function, the service can be received. By doing so, the present invention can be similarly implemented.
