【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は薄板状フックとそれを容易に掛け外し出来るフックファスナーとして開閉部に設けた袋体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、学校等で給食費や部活動費などを納入する納入袋はクラフト封筒が主で、フラップを閉じて針金製のクリップ等で仮閉じする方法が大多数であった。この場合、硬貨が多いと向きによっては、硬貨の重さでクリップが外れたり、カバンの中でクリップが他の物に引っ掛かり、外れて硬貨がこぼれる事があった。又、フラップと袋体本体の開閉部付近にそれぞれ巻き付け部を設け、紐で繋ぐクラフト封筒等やマジックテープ、ホックなどを開閉部に設けたケース、ホルダー等は硬貨がこぼれる恐れはないが、嵩張り、価格も高かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は安価で嵩張らず、容易に貼り付けできる薄板状フックとそれを容易に掛け外しできるフックファスナーとして、開閉部に設けた袋体を提供する事にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
可撓性と弾力性のある厚さ０．１５〜０．８位の薄板状素材を固定部と可動部及び耳部を設けたフックになるようカットし、切り込みを入れ、その先に０．５〜３ｍｍ位の裂け防止用円形穴を設ける。尚、粘着剤等の良く着く素材製の袋体に、容易に貼り付けできるよう固定部の片面に粘着剤を塗布、又は、両面粘着テープを貼り付け、そこを剥離紙で覆う。以上のような薄板状フックをフックファスナーとして袋体の開閉部のフラップと袋体本体に対で逆向きに、フラップを閉じた時、裂け防止用円形穴同士が引き掛け合えるように固定部を糊、接着剤、粘着剤、両面粘着テープ、ハトメ、ホッチキス針、溶着等により固定して設ける。又、切り込みの幅が０．５ｍｍ以上の場合は裂け防止用円形穴の変わりに先を丸くカットしてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以上のような構成であるから薄板状フックを対で逆向きに、裂け防止用円形穴同士を引き掛け合った状態で、袋体の開閉部のフラップと袋体本体にそれぞれ固定部を貼り付ければ、容易に掛け外しできるフックファスナーになる。尚、掛ける時は耳部の裏同士を合わせ時計回りに捻る。それから外す時は耳部の表同士を合わせ反時計回りに捻る。このように容易に掛け外しできるが耳部の表同士を合わせ反時計回りに捻らない限り、前後左右に引っ張っても容易に外れる事はない。又、薄板状フックの掛け合わせが逆の場合、掛け外し時、耳部を合わせ捻る方向も逆になる。

【実施例】
本発明の実施例を図１、図１２について説明する。
（イ） 可撓性と弾力性のある厚さ０．３ｍｍ前後のポリプロピレンフイルムを長辺４０ｍｍ位、短辺１８ｍｍ位の長板状にカットする。それから短辺側の片方を半円状にカットし、さらに円形の可動部（４）と矩形状の固定部（３）を設けたＪ字状にカットする。
（ロ） 可動部（４）の円形の終端と固定部（３）の直線部が交わる所から弧状の切り込み（１）を円形の中心付近で固定部（３）の縦中心線上付近まで入れ、切り込み（１）とその先から左側の指で摘まめる位の大きさ以上の耳部（５）を設ける。
（ハ） 切り込み（１）の先に直径１ｍｍ位の裂け防止用円形穴（２）を設け、薄板状フック（Ａ）を形成する。
（二） 上記薄板状フック（Ａ）を袋体（Ｂ）の開閉部のフラップ（Ｄ）と袋体本体（Ｃ）に対で逆向きに、フラップ（Ｄ）を閉じた時、裂け防止用円形穴（２）同士が引き掛け合えるように、固定部（３）を接着剤（６）、ハトメ、ホッチキス針等で固定して設ける。

以上のような構成で薄板状フック（Ａ）の大きさは袋体（Ｂ）の大きさによって変えても良い。尚、厚さは０．１５〜０．８ｍｍ位、裂け防止用円形穴（２）は直径０．５〜３ｍｍ位の範囲で最適な値にすればよい。又、固定部（３）は矩形状でなくてもよく、切り込み（１）も弧状でなくてもよい。その他ケース、ホルダー、ファイル、ノートブック、箱などの開閉部にフックファスナーとして設けてもよい。
以下、他の実施例を図面について説明する。
