Description

The present invention relates to a seat such as a vehicle seat or a cushion having an excellent sitting comfort. More specifically, it is possible to reduce a seat pressure at a specific place which affects the sitting comfort and to provide an excellent sitting comfort. The present invention also relates to a seat pressure-reducing sheet that has excellent shape stability and can suitably cope with thinning.

Conventionally, various improvements have been made to obtain a comfortable seat such as a cushion, but no seat structure has been proposed for the purpose of reducing the pressure immediately below the ischial tuberosity.

As a prior art relating to sitting comfort, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-36787 discloses that a seat cushion pad to be placed on a predetermined frame is formed so as to be thicker at a position directly below a hip and a thigh. Therefore, when disposing in the frame, only the thickened portion comes into contact with the frame, intentionally forming a gap between the non-thickened portion of the pad and the frame, A proposal to prevent sinking into the cushion pad is disclosed.

However, simply preventing sinking of the buttocks does not always achieve an improvement in sitting comfort, and is difficult to put into practical use.

On the other hand, from the viewpoint of cost reduction, etc., many proposals have been made to reduce the thickness of the seat. However, the cushion pad must be made thinner inevitably. There is also a problem that adversely affects the cushioning property, such as disappearance. This phenomenon is particularly remarkable in a vehicle seat such as an automobile.

Continued use in such a state results in extremely high hip pressure. This increase in the seat pressure is particularly remarkable immediately below the ischial tuberosity, which is the cause of the occurrence of the bottoming phenomenon, resulting in deterioration of sitting comfort. Such an increase in the seat pressure of the ischial tuberosity is particularly remarkable in a so-called full-form type seat structure which does not have a spring or an elastic canvas and uses a cushion pad mounted on a support such as a pan frame. is there.

Also, with the advancement of measuring instruments in recent years, discussions on the seat pressure distribution of the buttocks have been actively discussed as a factor affecting the seat comfort, and a seat improved based on this seat pressure distribution is also proposed. Have been.

However, most of these proposals correspond to improvements in the pattern and pressure gradient of the entire seat pressure distribution, and do not focus on the pressure of a specific portion. In particular, in the case of a seat for an automobile, since it is not possible to narrow down the physique and the like of a seated person, an improvement in the seat pressure distribution that can improve the sitting comfort as a standard is required, but it is difficult with the conventional technology.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a seat such as a vehicle seat or a cushion having an excellent sitting comfort, in which a seat pressure at a specific place which affects the sitting comfort is reduced, and an excellent sitting comfort is achieved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a seat pressure reducing sheet that provides a feeling of comfort, has excellent shape stability, and can suitably cope with thinning.

The present inventor has conducted intensive studies in view of the above circumstances, and in the seat design, in order to reduce the seat pressure from a new viewpoint, first found out that the pressure immediately below the ischial node has a correlation with sitting comfort. .

That is, the seat pressure immediately below the ischial tuberosity is related to the feeling of bottoming of the seat (poor sitting comfort), and when compared with pads of the same shape, the lower the seating pressure, the lower the feeling of bottoming, and the comfort of sitting. Was found to be better. Therefore, it is theoretically considered that if the portion having the highest seat pressure is reduced, the sitting comfort can be improved.

However, in this case, the seat pressure distribution varies from person to person depending on the occupant, and also varies depending on the physique and sitting style of the occupant. Many of the prior art individually deal with such differences, and even if the sitting comfort of individual occupants can be improved, the occupants are necessarily narrowed down. It is difficult to adopt it as an improvement of the seat that cannot be selected.

Therefore, the present inventor uses a 3D mannequin according to JIS-D 4607 used for seating an automobile seat, and based on the seat pressure distribution of the mannequin as a reference, a relative evaluation with the feeling of use of an actually used occupant. Was done.

As a result, when a 3D mannequin according to JIS-D 4607 is used, the portion of the cushion support on which the cushion is to be placed is specified immediately below the portion corresponding to the ischial tuberosity of the mannequin. It has been found that by reducing the seat pressure, the sitting comfort of the seated person can be improved over a relatively wide range.

Therefore, the present inventor obtains a sheet in which a hole or a recess is formed in a support corresponding to the specific portion, and when seating on the seat, a cushion member placed on the cushion support is inserted into the hole or the recess. By protruding the seat, it is possible to reduce the seat pressure at a specific position that most affects the sitting comfort, and it is found that the seat has a seating feeling that is improved in a standard manner. It has been reached.

In addition, it is excellent in shape stability and can suitably cope with thinning.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION AND EXAMPLE

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, a seat such as a cushion, and a cushion member directly on a support without using an elastic member such as a spring, which is particularly suitable as an automobile seat. Is a type of sheet on which is placed.

The seat pressure reducing sheet of the present invention includes a cushion member such as a polyurethane foam and a support on which the member is placed, and the support is provided with holes or recesses.

In the present invention, the hole or the concave portion of the support needs to be formed at a predetermined position where seat pressure can be reduced and good sitting comfort can be reliably provided.

Here, the predetermined position is determined by a new standard based on the knowledge of the present inventor. That is, the cushion member is placed on the cushion support, and the cushion member is placed in a state of being used for actual seating, and then the 3D mannequin (JIS-D 4607) is seated at a predetermined position (commonly known as a hip point). The portion immediately below the portion corresponding to the ischial tuberosity of the seated mannequin is specified, and the portion of the support corresponding to the portion immediately below the portion is defined as a predetermined position. The term "directly below the portion corresponding to the ischial tuberosity of the mannequin" as used in the present invention means immediately below the portion where the seat pressure is highest when the mannequin is seated.

In the support of the present invention, a hole or a concave portion is provided at a position covering at least the above-mentioned portion. In the sheet of the present invention, a cushion member is placed at a position in contact with the portion where the hole or the concave portion is formed. Alternatively, it is provided so as to protrude into the concave portion.

Therefore, in the seat of the present invention, when the seat is seated, the cushion member corresponding to the ischial tuberosity having the largest deformation protrudes partially so as to escape into the hole or the concave portion of the support, so that the cushion member is simply crushed. It is possible to reliably reduce the seating pressure in the portion where the feeling of bottoming is most likely to occur without being distorted, and to improve the standard sitting comfort. Further, since the reduction can be achieved regardless of the thickness of the cushion member, it is possible to suitably cope with a reduction in the thickness of the seat.

In the present invention, the total area of a portion surrounded by a boundary line of the hole or recess of the cushion support is usually 5~2000Cm 2, it is preferred that especially 100~1000cm 2. If the size of the hole is too small, an area sufficient to cover immediately below a portion corresponding to the ischial tuberosity cannot be obtained, and a sufficient seat pressure reduction effect may not be obtained. If it is too large, an excessive drop may occur during sitting.

In addition, when the concave portion is formed in the support, the depth of the concave portion is appropriately adjusted depending on the deformation of the protruding cushion member, but is preferably 1 to 5 cm, particularly preferably 1 to 3 cm. Further, the concave portion is preferably formed of a flexible material, and in this case, the concave portion opening may be provided so as to gradually become larger as the cushion member enters.

In the present invention, in the case where the area of the hole or the concave portion formed on the cushion support is large and there is a possibility that a drop of the ischial tuberosity may occur, the stretchable covering sheet covering the hole or the concave portion is appropriately tensioned. It is recommended to be stretched in this way, so that the fall can be reliably prevented.

Further, a sheet may be adhered to the cushion member itself for the purpose of preventing the member itself from being torn or the like, and in this case, when the cushion member protrudes, the sheet forms holes or recesses in the cushion support. It can be provided so as to cover it, and it is recommended to stick it partially or according to the shape of the cushion member or on the entire back surface of the cushion member.

Examples of the covering sheet include nets and coarse blankets, and examples of the stretching method include methods such as integral foaming, post-pasting, and direct placing. At this time, it is recommended to use a covering sheet having a suitable elasticity according to the deformation of the cushion member, without excessively restricting the deformation of the cushion member, and suitable for lowering the seat pressure. It is effective to select a material. Note that the same material and method can be adopted when a sheet is attached to the cushion member itself.

In the present invention, it is recommended that the cushion support having a hole is provided with a relief portion at the edge of the outer hole. With this relief portion, the cushion member can smoothly project when seat pressure is applied, and the occurrence of breakage of the member can be reliably prevented.

The relief portion may be integrated with the support or formed separately and independently, and may be attached around the hole, but is not particularly limited, but in any case, gradually in accordance with the intrusion of the cushion member. It is recommended to use a flexible member that spreads out. Further, the shape of the relief portion is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the tip has an outwardly curved shape in order to reduce stress concentration.

The seat pressure reducing sheet of the present invention can be manufactured by using a known method, and can be manufactured according to a conventional method except that a frame having a hole or a concave portion formed at a predetermined position is used.

The seat of the present invention can reduce the seat pressure irrespective of the thickness of the cushion member, and can impart a good sitting comfort, so that it can be used as a bench seat such as a single seat for an automobile or a rear seat. It can be suitably used. In particular, even in a seat such as a bench seat in which the cushion member must be formed thin, even if the cushion member is not intentionally thickened, the feeling of bottoming can be reduced and good sitting comfort can be provided. .

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a simplified view of a pan frame 1 that can be exemplified as a support 1 for a single-seat seat of an automobile.
The pan frame 1 has two circular holes 2 and 2 formed therein.
FIG. 2 corresponds to a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the pan frame 1 in FIG. 1, and shows a state where a cushioning member 3 is placed on the pan frame 1 and a seat pressure is applied.

That is, the holes 2 and 2 of the pan frame 1 shown in FIG. 1 correspond to the portions corresponding to the ischial joints of the mannequin when a predetermined mannequin (not shown) is seated on the portion where the cushion member 3 is placed. The portion of the cushion member, which is drilled directly below (in the direction of the arrow in the figure) and has the largest deformation due to seating, protrudes into these holes 2 and 2 to suppress a feeling of bottoming and reduce seat pressure. You. Therefore, the seat of the present invention can provide good sitting comfort.

In the illustrated example, the shape of the hole is circular, but the shape of the hole is not particularly limited. As long as the position of the hole is directly below the ischial tuberosity of the cushion member, various shapes can be adopted, and a shape other than a circle, such as an ellipse or a rectangle, can be adopted.

Here, with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7, an example of the pan frame 1 in which the hole has a shape other than a circle is shown. Of course, the shape of the hole is not limited to the shape of the hole shown here.

3 and 4 show an example in which two holes are provided. The shapes of the holes are elliptical in FIG. 3 and rectangular in FIG. 4, and these holes are arranged symmetrically from the center of the frame. 5 to 7 are examples formed so as to cover a specific portion of the present invention with one hole. FIG. 5 is a so-called gourd type connecting two circles, FIG. 6 is an ellipse, and FIG. The example in which the hole was formed is shown.

Among these hole shapes, in particular, those provided with two holes shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 and the shape of the gourd shown in FIG. , It is possible to prevent a sharp drop of the buttocks when sitting.

In the present invention, when a hole is provided in the support, if the area of the hole (the area surrounded by the edge of the hole, the same applies hereinafter) is relatively small, the area of the hole is not particularly limited. Then, a large drop in the buttocks may occur. Therefore, in order to prevent the buttocks from dropping, it is recommended to stretch a covering sheet such as an elastic net or canvas covering the hole regardless of the area of the hole. In this case, it is also effective to stretch the seat on the cushion member itself.

FIG. 8A shows a pan frame 1 on which a net 4 is stretched as an elastic covering sheet 4 that covers a circular hole 2. FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB showing a state in which the cushion member 3 is placed on the pan frame 1 in FIG. 8A and a seat pressure is applied. When a part of the hole enters the hole 2, the net 4 covering the hole expands and contracts while appropriately suppressing the intrusion of the cushion member 3, and adjusts the intrusion of the member. Therefore, by adopting such a configuration, it is possible to prevent excessive depression of the buttocks of the seated person as much as possible, and it is possible to improve the feeling of sitting comfort.

In addition, the tension for stretching the covering sheet such as the above-described optimal net and the elasticity of the covering sheet are not particularly limited. For example, the elasticity of the covering sheet is a cushion member to which seat pressure is applied. It is preferable that the elastic member has such a stretchability that the cushion member can be pushed out and held in a fixed position when not seated. Further, the shape of the hole covered with the covering sheet is not limited to the circular shape as shown in FIG. 1, and the shapes shown in FIGS. Further, FIG. 8 shows an example in which the net 4 is stretched as the covering sheet 4. However, in the present invention, the stretchable sheet is not particularly limited, and a canvas or the like can be stretched. Thus, an effect similar to that of the net can be obtained.

FIG. 9 shows an example of the bread frame 1 on which the covering sheet 4 is stretched. The pan frame 1 in FIG. 9 is an example in which a cover sheet 4 covering one relatively large elliptical hole is stretched, and the cover sheet 4 is made of two types of members having different elasticities.

That is, the covering sheet 4 is composed of two highly elastic nets 11 and one small elastic cloth 12, and the highly elastic net 11 is disposed immediately below the ischium tuber of a predetermined mannequin. At the same time, a cloth 12 having a small expansion and contraction is stretched at a central portion which does not correspond to the immediately lower portion.

FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC when the cushion member 3 is placed on the support 1 in FIG. 9A and a seat pressure is applied. That is, when a seat pressure is applied to the cushion member 3, a portion where a large seat pressure is applied is interposed by a net having a large expansion and contraction, and the member 3 in this portion can largely protrude outward, and a relatively low seat pressure is applied. In the central portion where is applied, a net with small expansion and contraction is interposed, and the projecting amount of the member 3 in this portion is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the balance between the portion where the seat pressure needs to be reduced most and the other portions, and the balance of the entire seat pressure is more appropriately maintained. The use of the covering sheets having different elasticity as shown in FIG. 9 is particularly suitable when a support having relatively large holes is used. As in the case where the holes are provided in a targeted manner, it is possible to prevent the central portion from being excessively dropped. In addition, as the shape of the hole of the bread frame in which such a covering sheet can be used, for example, the shape shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 can be adopted, but it is not particularly limited.

FIGS. 10A to 10D are cross-sectional views of the pan frame 1 provided with the escape portion 5, where FIG. 10A shows a state before sitting, FIG. 10B shows a state when sitting, and FIG. (A) is a partially enlarged view, and (d) is a partially enlarged view of (b). The escape portion 5 is formed outside the support around the periphery of the hole, and has flexibility. Further, the tip of the escape portion 5 has an outwardly warped shape, so that when the cushion member 3 enters by sitting down, the entry of the member 3 is appropriately suppressed, and the outside The cushion member breaks and stress concentration is reduced. Also, after seating, the relief portion 5 returns to its original shape, so that the cushion member is pushed back in the direction opposite to the direction in which the seat pressure was applied, and held at the original position.

FIG. 11 is a sectional view of the pan frame 1 provided with a concave portion 6 for projecting the cushion member of the present invention, and the concave portion 6 has flexibility. 11, (a) shows a state before sitting, (b) shows a state when sitting, (c) shows a partially enlarged view of (a), and (d) shows a partially enlarged view of (b). The recess 6 is formed at a position specified by a predetermined mannequin similarly to the position of the hole.

The opening of the recess 6 is provided to have a relatively small diameter when not seated, and the cushion member is stably held [(a), (c)]. At the time of seating, the upper edge of the concave portion is gradually opened due to the intrusion of the cushion member 3 and is provided so as to have a larger diameter than at the time of non-seating, so that the cushion member can smoothly enter. .

In other words, when the cushion member 3 presses the opening of the recess 6 during seating (see the arrow (d)), the opening of the recess formed by the flexible member is expanded by receiving the pressure of the member. Therefore, the protrusion of the cushion member 3 is allowed while the penetration of the cushion member 3 is suppressed. As a result, the cushion member 3 can be prevented from being torn or stress concentrated. After seating, the recess 6 returns to its original shape, so that the cushion member is pushed back in the direction opposite to the direction in which the seat pressure was applied, and held at the original position.

In addition, when the recess is provided in the pan frame in FIG. 11, the shape of the opening surrounded by the boundary line between the pan frame and the recess can be the same shape as the case where the above-described hole is provided. Stretching of the seat and sticking of the seat to the cushion member itself can be performed in the same manner as in the case where the holes are provided.

The seat pressure reducing sheet of the present invention is provided with a hole or a concave portion at a position covering a position corresponding to a portion directly below the seat pressure for the purpose of reducing the seat pressure immediately below the seat bone. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hole or a concave portion for achieving another purpose, such as forming a hole in a cushion support so as not to hinder the outflow of air in the related art. Various operations can be performed without departing from the scope of the present invention, and there is no particular limitation. Further, the main object of the present invention is to reduce the seat pressure immediately below the ischial tuberosity, but when a relatively soft cushion member is received by a highly rigid material such as a pan frame, the position is preferably set at this position. The present invention is not limited to this, and can be applied to all positions where it is desired to reduce the pressure.

In the above specific example, the pan frame 1 of the seat for a single person of an automobile has been illustrated. However, the cushion support 1 of the present invention is not limited to the pan frame 1, and various cushion members are placed thereon. Examples of the support include a support for a bench seat on which two or more people can sit.

FIG. 12 shows a support 7 for a bench seat according to another example of the support of the present invention. The support 7 for the bench seat is mainly used for a three-seat seat for a rear seat of an automobile. The central portion is formed in a convex shape, and a seating portion for one person is provided in the central portion of the convex shape, and seating portions for one person are provided at both ends of the convex portion with steps. In this bench seat, two circular holes 2 and 2 are formed at predetermined positions of each seating portion.

FIG. 13 corresponds to the DD cross-sectional view of the support 7 of the bench seat of FIG. 12 (the cushion is not shown in FIG. 12), and shows a cross-sectional view in which a predetermined cushion member 3 is placed.

The support member 7 of the bench seat shown in FIG. 12 has two holes 2 and 2 perforated at each seating position, and the perforation is performed by placing the cushion member 3 as shown in FIG. Then, the specific mannequin is seated at predetermined sitting positions (three places) (not shown), and the position directly below the portion corresponding to the ischial tuberosity of the mannequin at each sitting position is specified.

According to the present invention, the seat pressure can be reliably reduced even at a place where the center position of the seat is formed in a convex shape as in the support of the bench seat in FIG. There is no need to perform this, and the feeling of bottoming can be eliminated. Therefore, in the seat using the support of the bench seat of the present embodiment, the cushion member at the center portion must be thinned, but the seat pressure is reduced, so that the effect of the present invention is more remarkably confirmed. It can be said that it can be done.

As described above, the holes or recesses of the cushion support of the present invention are not limited to members that are detachably attached to the vehicle body, such as a pan frame, and are directly fixed to the vehicle body, such as a bench seat support. It can also be provided for a support on which a fixed mounting is performed, and there is no limitation on the support due to work steps and the like.

Hereinafter, experimental examples and examples of the present invention will be described.
14 and 15 are evaluations (experimental examples) of the polyurethane, and have the same shape [500 × 500 mm, (length × width) except that the thickness is 50 mm (FIG. 14) and the thickness is 100 mm (FIG. 15). The same applies hereinafter), the seat pressure distribution when the same subject sits using urethane foam (cushion member) having the same composition and density.

As can be seen from a comparison between FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, the seat pressure of the buttocks is increased overall by reducing the foam thickness, and the highest part is concentrated immediately below the ischial tuberosity of the subject. It is considered that this high seat pressure causes a feeling of bottoming, and deteriorates sitting comfort.

FIGS. 16 and 17 show three-dimensionally the seat pressure distribution when the same subject sits on urethane foam having a different composition and density from the above. This urethane foam (cushion member) is formed in the same shape (500 × 500 mm) as in the examples of FIGS. 14 and 15, and the thickness is 100 mm in FIG. 16 and 50 mm in FIG. . In these figures, the higher the peak, the higher the seat pressure. From FIGS. 16 and 17, it was confirmed that the thinner the foam thickness, the higher the portion was, and the highest portion was a seat pressure corresponding to immediately below the ischial tuberosity.

FIGS. 18 and 19 show a sheet obtained by placing the urethane foam (cushion member) having a thickness of 50 mm used in the evaluation of FIG. 17 above on the pan frame of the present invention. Is a three-dimensional display of the seat pressure distribution when the subject is seated (Example).

In FIG. 18, a pan frame having two holes as shown in FIG. 1 was used as a pan frame. In this case, it is placed on a pan frame using the same cushion member as in FIG. 17, and the position determination method of the present invention specifies the position of the pan frame corresponding to immediately below the ischial tuberosity of a predetermined mannequin. A circular hole having a diameter of 130 mm was provided at two positions. As can be seen by comparing the three-dimensional seat pressure distribution in FIGS. 18 and 17, the seat of the present invention corresponds to the subject's ischial tuberosity because a hole is formed in a predetermined position of the pan frame. It has been confirmed that the seat pressure immediately below can be reduced, the sitting comfort can be improved, and the effects of the present invention can be obtained.

FIG. 19 shows an example in which a pan frame having one rectangular (350 × 200 mm) hole as shown in FIG. 7 is used as the pan frame. The position of this hole is also the same as that described in FIG. Was decided. As can be seen by comparing the three-dimensionally displayed seat pressure distributions in FIGS. 19 and 17, the seat of the present invention has holes at predetermined positions in the pan frame, and thus corresponds to the ischial tuberosity of the subject. It has been confirmed that the seat pressure immediately below can be reduced, the sitting comfort can be improved, and the effects of the present invention can be obtained. In this case, it was also confirmed that the seat pressure was further reduced as compared with FIG. Therefore, in the case of FIG. 19, the effect of improving the feeling of bottoming due to sitting can be felt more remarkably than in FIG.
From the above experimental results, the effect of the present invention was confirmed.
