Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric device that can safely replace a cooling fan.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional cooling fan mounting structure will be described with reference to FIG. 3A is a front view, and FIG. 3B is a side view.
FIG. 3 shows a configuration in which a cooling fan 1 is attached to a ceiling portion of the device, and a vent 3 is formed below a cover 2 serving as a side wall of the device. Thus, when the cooling fan 1 is operated, the cooling air is drawn in from the ventilation holes 3 and exhausted by the cooling fan 1, so that the drawn cooling air 5 cools the electric appliances 4 in the device.
With such a configuration, when the cooling fan 1 is replaced, the cooling fan 1 can be removed from the ceiling without opening the cover 2 of the apparatus.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-06-204676 (FIG. 1)
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the cooling fan can be replaced from the ceiling without opening the cover, there are the following problems.
When replacing the cooling fan, the part from which the cooling fan was removed remains open, and there is a possibility that the mounting bolts for attaching the cooling fan to the device and the cooling fan lead wires may enter the device through the hole. In some cases, there is a possibility that a short circuit may occur due to contact with the charged part of the electric appliance.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric apparatus in which a cooling fan is structurally separated from an electric appliance and the cooling fan can be safely replaced.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 (a) is a front view, and FIG. 1 (b) is a side view. The same elements as those in FIG. 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In FIG. 1, a cooling fan 1 provided on the ceiling of the apparatus, and a cover 2 serving as a side wall of the apparatus in which a vent 3 is formed below a cover 2 serving as a side wall of the apparatus are the same as those in FIG. 3 in that an electric shutter 6 is provided between the cooling fan 1 and the electric appliance 4.
By closing the electric shutter 6 when the cooling fan 1 is removed or when the cooling fan fails, the electric shutter 6 is structurally separated from the electric equipment 4 existing below.
Thus, when the cooling fan is replaced as in the related art, a hole is not left open in a portion where the cooling fan is removed, and the electric shutter 6 between the cooling fan 1 and the electric appliance 4 is closed. By structurally separating, it is possible to prevent attachment bolts of the cooling fan, lead wires of the cooling fan, and foreign substances such as dust from dropping during replacement.
Here, the electric shutter has been described as an example, but by using a wind pressure shutter that opens when the wind pressure is applied and closes when the wind stops, the same effect can be obtained because the wind pressure shutter closes automatically when the cooling fan stops. Can be obtained. The same effect can be obtained by closing the cooling fan as a manual shutter when removing the cooling fan or when replacing the cooling failure.
[0006]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 (a) is a front view, and FIG. 2 (b) is a side view. The same elements as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In FIG. 2, a cooling fan 1 provided on a ceiling portion of the apparatus, and a cover 2 forming a side wall of the apparatus by forming a vent 3 at a lower portion of a cover 2 serving as a side wall of the apparatus are the same as those in FIG. 1 in that a panel to be manually inserted is provided between the cooling fan 1 and the electric appliance 4 instead of the electric shutter 5.
That is, when the cooling fan 1 is removed or when the cooling fan malfunctions, the panel 7 is inserted to structurally separate the electric appliance 4 present below. The panel is held by a guide 8 provided on the side.
Thus, when the cooling fan is replaced as in the related art, a hole is not left in a portion where the cooling fan is removed, and the panel 7 is inserted between the cooling fan 1 and the electric appliance 4 to provide a structural advantage. In this way, it is possible to prevent the mounting bolt of the cooling fan, the lead wire of the cooling fan, and the fall of foreign matter such as dust at the time of replacement.
At this time, the panel may be newly provided, or a part (2a) of the front (or side, back) plate may be processed and used. For example, by making a part of the upper part of the cover 2 detachable according to the size of the panel 7, it can function as a part of the cover 2 in a normal state, and can function as the panel 7 when replacing a cooling fan. it can. By using a part of the cover 2 in this way, it is not necessary to secure a storage place for the panel except when the cooling fan is replaced.
[0007]
