Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a V-shaped drain groove construction method and a construction block, in which a V-shaped excavation is performed by joining a block formed in a V-shape to a groove on a soil surface excavated in a V-shape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The inventor of the present invention has previously disclosed a construction method and a construction bucket for a V-shaped concrete drainage in Japanese Patent No. 3350517 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-038518).
In this method, the soil surface is excavated in a V-shape with a V-shaped bucket, rails are laid on both sides of the groove excavated in the V-shape, and the bucket is placed on the rail and moved. The concrete surface was excavated in a V-shape by pouring concrete into a bucket while the concrete was being poured, and a drain ditch was constructed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the construction method of the V-shaped concrete drainage groove and the method using the construction bucket are efficient without requiring human labor in that the V-shaped concrete drainage groove is continuously driven and finished by moving the bucket. Although the construction is performed, there is an advantage that the construction time is reduced and the construction cost is reduced. However, the V-shaped drain can be easily constructed when constructing a temporary facility or the like, or a bird can be constructed. Because it is easy to escape small animals such as chicks, frogs, snakes, etc., it is expected that they will be constructed as irrigation channels on the ridges of the fields, etc. If concrete is continuously and continuously poured by technology, the time required for destruction in the case of dismantling and removal is required, the dismantled and removed material cannot be reused, and Cleat there is a problem that can not be manufactured and sold as a block product.
[0004]
Further, there is a problem that it is difficult to apply to a V-shaped excavation groove on the soil surface such as a place where excavation cannot be performed by the above-mentioned bucket and excavation must be performed manually.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a construction method and a construction block for a V-shaped drain ditch made for the purpose of solving these problems.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a construction method and a construction block for a V-shaped drain ditch by taking measures as described below.
That is,
(1) Blocks formed in a V-shape are symmetrically joined to the grooves on the soil surface at the bottom of the grooves, and are joined continuously in the longitudinal direction. The joints are jointed. A method for constructing a V-shaped drain groove, comprising solidifying with a bonding agent and constructing a V-shaped drain groove having flat edges on both sides.
(2) The V according to the above item (1), wherein a joint gap is formed by notching an upper surface of a joint portion of the block to be joined at the bottom of the groove, and the joint gap is solidified with a joint bonding agent. This is the method of constructing a drainage ditch.
(3) The blocks are characterized in that the front and rear ends of the blocks in the longitudinal direction are fitted to each other by fitting them in a concave and convex manner, joint spaces are provided at the joints, and the joint spaces are hardened with a jointing agent to perform the work. It is a method for constructing a V-shaped drain ditch according to the above (1) or (2).
[0006]
And, by the above-described method of constructing the V-shaped drain groove, the blocks can be easily separated and dismantled at the time of dismantling removal, and can be dismantled without any trouble.
The jointing of the blocks in the construction is performed by providing a joint gap between the upper surface of the joint at the bottom of the V-shaped groove and the uneven fitting portion at the front and rear ends in the longitudinal direction and solidifying the joint with the jointing agent. Is well filled into the joint gaps and is firmly joined, resulting in good finish and improved work efficiency.
[0007]
In addition, a block for constructing a V-shaped drain ditch according to the above construction method,
(4) For the construction of a V-shaped drain ditch, which is formed in a V-shape in accordance with a horizontal surface and an inclined surface on one of the left and right sides from the bottom of the groove on the soil surface excavated in a V-shape. block.
(5) The construction block for a V-shaped drain groove according to the above (4), wherein a concave step is formed by notching an upper surface of a joint portion to be joined at a bottom of the groove.
(6) The above-mentioned (4) or (5), wherein a dent is provided at any one end of the front and rear ends in the longitudinal direction, and a projection that fits into the dent is provided at another end. Is a block for construction of a V-shaped drain groove.
[0008]
Then, when the block formed as described above is placed on the groove surface of the soil excavated in a V-shape and jointed, a V-shaped drain groove having flat edges on the left and right is formed, and the work is performed. Is done.
Further, in the block, a joint portion is notched, or a concave portion or a convex portion is provided, so that a joint gap is formed at the time of joining, and the joint gap is filled with a joint bonding agent and solidified. And the V-shaped drain groove is formed and constructed.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 showing an example. As shown in FIG. 1A, a soil surface S is excavated in a V-shaped groove T on the soil surface. , The blocks 1 and 1A formed in the shape of a letter are symmetrical and butted at the bottom of the groove T, and the upper surfaces of the butted portions are notched to provide recessed steps 1a and 1b. By filling and hardening the jointing agent 2, the blocks 1 and 1A are joined to form a V-shaped drain groove having flat edges 3 and 3a on both sides. .., 1A,... Are successively joined in the longitudinal direction, and the blocks 1,. Are provided, and at the other end, convex portions 5, 5,... Are provided, and concave portions 4, 4,. The blocks 1,..., 1A,... Are joined by filling the joint gaps with joint joints 6, 6,. Drainage ditch is formed and constructed.
[0010]
The flat surfaces T1 and T2 on both the left and right sides of the groove T on the soil surface excavated in a V-shape are designed so that the flat edges 3, 3a of the left and right blocks 1, 1A and the soil surface S have no steps. Although it is dug, even if it does not dig, it may be made to have no steps by backfilling the soil after the construction, etc., and this is not the case when there is no problem even if there is a step.
[0011]
The blocks 1 and 1A formed in a letter shape are generally made of concrete, and when the thickness of the concrete is relatively thin, reinforcing bars 7,. The concrete is designed to reinforce the brittleness. The blocks 1 and 1A may be formed of a material other than concrete, such as synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, or may be formed of wood plywood or the like if subjected to waterproofing and preservative treatment. In the case of forming with a material other than concrete, the reinforcing bar is not arranged, but the strength is improved by forming it by including the fiber.
[0012]
The blocks 1 and 1A will be described with reference to FIG. 3 which is a perspective view. The block 1 shown in FIG. 3A and the block 1A shown in FIG. The joints 1 and 1A to be joined at the bottom of the groove on the soil surface excavated in a V-shape are cut out to form concave steps 1a and 1b.
[0013]
In addition, dents 4 and 4 are provided at one end of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the blocks 1 and 1A, and projections 5 and 5 that fit with the dents 4 and 4 are provided at another end, A large number of blocks 1 and 1A are fitted to each other in the longitudinal direction by fitting into and out of unevenness.
The recesses 4 and 4 and the protrusions 5 and 5 may be provided on any one of the front and rear sides of the blocks 1 and 1A so that the blocks can be fitted to each other. It is not done.
[0014]
Furthermore, hanging holes 1c and 1d are formed in the blocks 1 and 1A, so that when the blocks 1 and 1A are formed of a heavy material such as concrete, the blocks 1 and 1A can be hung in a well-balanced manner to improve workability. The position of the hanging hole is not particularly specified as long as it can be hung in a well-balanced manner.
[0015]
Then, the blocks 1 and 1A are placed on the slopes on the left and right sides of the V-shaped excavated soil surface groove and joined at the bottom of the groove, and are formed by the recessed steps 1a and 1b on the joint surface upper surface. Joints 2 (A in FIG. 1) are filled into the joint gaps and solidified, and in the longitudinal direction, the depressions 4 and 4 of the blocks 1 and 1A and the projections 5 and 5 of the blocks 1 and 1A to be joined next. Are fitted and joined to form a joint gap at the joint portion and filled and solidified with the jointing agent 6,... (B in FIG. 1). The edges 3 and 3a of the blocks 1 and 1A are laid flat on both sides of the groove to form a V-shaped drain groove as shown in FIG.
[0016]
When the block is made of concrete, mortar is generally used as the jointing agents 2 and 6, but when the block is made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, a jointing agent suitable for the material may be used. .
[0017]
By constructing the V-shaped drainage groove in this manner, it is easy to separate and disassemble the block when dismantling and removing. In addition, if constructed on ridges and the like in the fields, even if small animals fall into the ditch, they can easily escape along the slope, which can be an ecosystem-friendly irrigation canal.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a V-shaped excavated soil surface is formed by symmetrically joining a block formed in a V-shape at the bottom of the groove, and continuously joining in the longitudinal direction. Since the joint is solidified with a jointing agent and a V-shaped drain groove having flat edges on both sides is constructed, separation and disassembly of the block from the joint is easy, It does not take much time to dismantle and dismantle, reducing dismantling and removing costs. In addition, blocks can be formed at factories and sold as products.
[0019]
