Abstract
Description

前記固体電解質21としては、例えば、一般式(ZrO2)1−x−y(In2O3)x(Y2O3)y(0<x<0.20、0<y<020、0.08<x+y<0.20)で表されるジルコニア系を利用できる。
【0039】
上記の電気化学的な酸素ポンプ4を構成する固体電解質21は、上記に例示したもの以外に、例えば、BaおよびInを含む複合B酸化物であって、この複合酸化物のBaの一部をLaで固溶置換したもの、特に、原子数比{La/(Ba+La)}を0.3以上としたものや、さらにInの一部をGaで置換したものや、一般式{Ln1−xSrxGa1−(y+z)MgyCozO3、ただし、Ln=La,Ndの1種または2種、x=0.05〜0.3、y=0〜0.29、z=0.01〜0.3、y+z=0.025〜0.3}で示されるものや、一般式{Ln(1−x)AxGa(1−y−z)B1yB2zO3−d、ただし、Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Smの1種または2種以上、A=Sr,Ca,Baの1種または2種以上、B1=Mg,Al,Inの1種または2種以上、B2=Co,Fe,Ni,Cuの1種または2種以上}で示されるものや、一般式{Ln2−xMxGe1−yLyO5、ただし、Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Sm,Nd,Gd,Yd,Y,Sc、M=Li,Na,K,Rb,Ca,Sr,Baの1種もしくは2種以上、L=Mg,Al,Ga,In,Mn,Cr,Cu,Znの1種もしくは2種以上}や、一般式{La(1−x)SrxGa(1−y−z)MgyAl2O3、ただし、0<x≦0.2、0<y≦0.2、0<z<0.4}や、一般式{La(1−x)AxGa(1−y−z)B1yB2zO3、ただし、Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Sm,Ndの1種もしくは2種以上、A=Sr,Ca,Baの1種もしくは2種以上、B1=Mg,Al,Inの1種もしくは2種以上、B2=Co,Fe,Ni,Cuの1種もしくは2種以上、x=0.05〜0.3、y=0〜0.29、z=0.01〜0.3、y+z=0.025〜0.3}等が採用できる。
【0040】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sample preparation method and a sample preparation apparatus based on oxygen partial pressure control, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a partial pressure of oxygen of 2 × 10 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sample of a functional oxide or the like in an atmosphere controlled at atmospheric pressure and a sample preparation apparatus used for the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is known that when synthesizing an oxide of a certain metal, it is necessary to control the oxygen partial pressure to an extremely low level. For example, Sr 2 MoO 4 Taking the substance as an example, this substance can be inferred from its redox potential by -21 It has been reported by Lindblom et al. That it is necessary to maintain an extremely low oxygen partial pressure of atmospheric pressure (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1). Since such extremely low oxygen partial pressures are not reachable by ordinary vacuum pumps, they are based on the raw materials SrO and MoO. 2 A sealed tube method was used in which a mixture of SrO and Mo metal powder was placed next to the mixture and placed in a vacuum vessel. In this way, they can 2 MoO 4 Succeeded in obtaining the substance.
[0003]
However, stable Sr 2 MoO 4 It is difficult to produce such oxides. This is because, in this method, the oxygen partial pressure is too low, so that there is a problem that a simple substance of the raw material metal is precipitated as an impurity phase. Therefore, in the conventional method of controlling the oxygen partial pressure by using the mixture of SrO and Mo metal powder, the Mo metal and Sr 3 Mo 2 O 7 There is a serious problem that a single-phase sample cannot be obtained due to the precipitation of the impurity phase on the raw material side (for example, see Non-Patent Document 2).
[0004]
Accordingly, the present inventors have proposed Ti as a means for appropriately controlling the oxygen partial pressure. 2 O 3 , V 2 O 3 , Nb 2 O 3 , NbO 2 And the like as an oxygen partial pressure control agent, 2 MoO 4 It has been proposed to prepare such oxide samples.
[0005]
However, as means for properly controlling the oxygen partial pressure in this way, Ti 2 O 3 , V 2 O 3 , Nb 2 O 3 , NbO 2 Of a sample using an oxide such as an oxygen partial pressure controlling agent by the sealed tube method is that the oxygen partial pressure in the sealed tube is Sr. 2 MoO 4 The exchange of oxygen between the raw materials such as the above and an oxide as an oxygen partial pressure controlling agent determines an accidental equilibrium state, and since the oxygen partial pressure fluctuates with the heating temperature, a desired and uniform oxide is obtained. Is not easy to obtain with good reproducibility. Furthermore, in this method, a substance other than the raw material for preparing the target oxide is required as an oxygen partial pressure control agent, so a space for installing the substance is also required, and the size of the sample preparation chamber is increased accordingly. In addition, the increase in the size of the sample preparation chamber increases the time required to control the inside of the sample preparation chamber to an appropriate extremely low oxygen partial pressure, and it is difficult to maintain the extremely low oxygen partial pressure. There was a problem to be improved.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present inventors have previously provided a gas supply source capable of preparing a sample of a desired functional oxide or the like without using a substance other than the raw materials for preparing a sample as described above. The oxygen partial pressure in the inert gas was 2 × 10 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 Provided is a sample preparation method and a sample preparation apparatus by controlling an ultra-low oxygen partial pressure controlled to an atmospheric pressure.
[0008]
According to the sample preparation method and the sample preparation device described above, it is possible to prepare a sample of a new functional oxide or the like, which has not been able to be conventionally grown, and there is great hope for the development of a new substance in the future.
[0009]
However, in the past, since the used inert gas used for sample preparation was exhausted, the amount of inert gas used was large and the material cost increased, and the new inert gas was reduced to an extremely low oxygen partial pressure. Since it must be controlled, a large-capacity and high-performance oxygen partial pressure control device is required, and there has been a problem that equipment costs are increased.
[0010]
It is also conceivable to return and reuse the used inert gas. However, if the return path includes a negative pressure portion, there is a problem that outside air enters the return system from a part of the return system. Further, when the used inert gas is returned using a diaphragm pump having a large discharge pressure, pulsation occurs in the return gas, and the zirconia constituting the oxygen partial pressure control device is generated at a high flow rate of the return gas. There is a problem that it becomes difficult to capture oxygen molecules in the return gas at a high flow rate, and it is not possible to sufficiently lower the ultimate oxygen partial pressure.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention provides a sample preparation method and a sample preparation apparatus in which a used inert gas is returned and oxygen partial pressure is controlled and reused. It is a main object of the present invention to provide a sample preparation method and a sample preparation apparatus by controlling extremely low oxygen partial pressure, which prevent infiltration of water.
[0012]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sample preparation method and a sample preparation apparatus by controlling ultra-low oxygen partial pressure, in which the return gas is reused without pulsation.
[0013]
[Means to solve the problem]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method for preparing a sample by controlling the oxygen partial pressure according to
[0014]
Note that the above description “providing the conductance variable means and / or the exhaust speed variable means” means that only the conductance variable means is provided, only the exhaust speed variable means is provided, or the conductance variable means and the exhaust speed variable means are provided. This includes the case where both means are provided.
[0015]
Further, the "conductance variable means" refers to a means that has a mechanism capable of adjusting the opening degree, such as various valves, and can vary the conductance of the return path by adjusting the opening degree. The term "means for changing the exhaust speed by the number of revolutions such as a rotary exhaust pump" or means for changing the exhaust speed by the number of times the diaphragm is deformed, such as a diaphragm exhaust pump.
[0016]
According to the method for preparing a sample by controlling the partial pressure of oxygen according to
[0017]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a sample by controlling a partial pressure of oxygen, wherein the raw material is heated in an atmosphere in which the partial pressure of oxygen in an inert gas is controlled by an oxygen partial pressure controller, and is used for preparing a sample. The used inert gas used is returned to the oxygen partial pressure controller, and the oxygen partial pressure of the inert gas in the sample preparation chamber is reduced to 2 × 10 2 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 In the sample preparation method of preparing a sample by controlling the pressure to the atmospheric pressure, the used gas used for the preparation of the sample is reused by absorbing the pulsation generated by the return pump in the buffer tank and returning the pulsation without pulsation. It is characterized by the following.
[0018]
According to the sample preparation method by the oxygen partial pressure control according to the second aspect, the pulsation generated by the return pump is absorbed by the buffer tank and returned without pulsation, and the oxygen partial pressure is controlled by the oxygen partial pressure control device. Since the gas is controlled and reused, oxygen molecules passing through the oxygen partial pressure control device are surely captured and the oxygen partial pressure in the inert gas is reduced by 2 times as compared with the case of returning the pulsating used gas. × 10 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 A sample can be prepared by heating the raw material in an atmosphere controlled to atmospheric pressure.
[0019]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for preparing a sample by controlling a partial pressure of oxygen, which comprises an electrochemical oxygen pump for controlling a partial pressure of oxygen in an inert gas supplied from a gas supply source. An apparatus, a sample preparation chamber for feeding an inert gas controlled in oxygen partial pressure, and a return pipe for returning the inert gas used in the sample preparation chamber to the oxygen partial pressure control device are provided. × 10 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 In a sample preparation apparatus based on oxygen partial pressure control in which an inert gas whose oxygen partial pressure is controlled to the atmospheric pressure is controlled, a return valve for returning the inert gas used in the sample preparation chamber is provided with a needle valve, a diaphragm pump, and a buffer. It is characterized by having a tank.
[0020]
According to the sample preparation apparatus based on the oxygen partial pressure control according to the third aspect, the oxygen partial pressure in the inert gas is set to 2 × 10 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 Since the sample is prepared by heating the raw materials in an atmosphere controlled to atmospheric pressure, it is possible to prepare a sample of a novel functional oxide or the like that could not be obtained in the past. And reuse by controlling the oxygen partial pressure, so not only can the amount of new inert gas used be reduced and material costs be saved, but also the spent gas controlled at an extremely low oxygen partial pressure can be Since the partial pressure is controlled, the ultra-low oxygen partial pressure control device has a small capacity and a low function and is inexpensive as compared with a case where a new inert gas is controlled to a very low oxygen partial pressure. Also. The buffer tank absorbs the pulsation generated by the diaphragm pump and returns it to the oxygen partial pressure control device without pulsation, so the oxygen molecules passing through the oxygen partial pressure control device can be reliably used by the oxygen partial pressure control device. By capturing, the oxygen partial pressure can be lowered. Further, since the diaphragm pump does not include a rotating portion, it has excellent sealing properties, does not allow intrusion of outside air, and easily obtains a large discharge pressure. Furthermore, the needle valve keeps most of the system at positive pressure to prevent outside air from entering the piping.

【The invention's effect】
The method for preparing a sample by controlling the oxygen partial pressure of the present invention comprises heating the raw material in an atmosphere in which the oxygen partial pressure in the inert gas is controlled by an oxygen partial pressure controller, and using the used inert gas used for preparing the sample. Is returned to the oxygen partial pressure controller, and the oxygen partial pressure of the inert gas in the sample preparation chamber is set to 2 × 10 -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 In a sample preparation method for preparing a sample by controlling the air pressure, a variable conductance and / or a variable exhaust speed is provided in the return path, and all parts except between the variable conductance and the variable exhaust speed are exposed. It is characterized by maintaining the pressure and returning the used gas, controlling the oxygen partial pressure and reusing it. -30 Of course, a very low oxygen partial pressure can be obtained easily, reliably and with high efficiency, and it is of course possible to prepare a sample of a novel functional oxide or the like that could not be obtained with the conventional high oxygen partial pressure. In addition, it is possible to easily and reliably maintain the atmosphere of the sample preparation chamber in a state suitable for sample preparation without external air invading the return path, thereby making it possible to use the sample preparation chamber. Not only can the use of new inert gas be reduced to save on material costs, but also the use of a new inert gas can be minimized by controlling the oxygen partial pressure of used gas that is controlled to an extremely low oxygen partial pressure. As compared with the case of controlling to a low oxygen partial pressure, the ultra-low oxygen partial pressure control device requires only a small capacity and a low function, and thus is inexpensive.
[0081]
In addition, the used gas used for preparing the sample is absorbed by the buffer tank in the return pump and returned without pulsation, and is returned by controlling the oxygen partial pressure. During the flow rate period, oxygen molecules in the return gas can be reliably captured by the oxygen partial pressure control device. -30 A very low oxygen partial pressure can be obtained easily, reliably, and with high efficiency.
[0082]
Further, the sample preparation apparatus based on the oxygen partial pressure control of the present invention includes an oxygen partial pressure control apparatus including an electrochemical oxygen pump for controlling an oxygen partial pressure in an inert gas supplied from a gas supply source; A sample preparation chamber for feeding a pressure-controlled inert gas and a return pipe for returning the inert gas used in the sample preparation chamber to the oxygen partial pressure control device are provided. -1 ~ 1 × 10 -30 In a sample preparation apparatus using oxygen partial pressure control in which an inert gas whose oxygen partial pressure is controlled to the atmospheric pressure is controlled, a return valve for returning the inert gas used in the sample preparation chamber includes a needle valve, a diaphragm pump, and a buffer. Since the tank was provided, it is possible to prepare a sample of a novel functional oxide or the like that could not be obtained by the conventional high oxygen partial pressure. Because the pressure is controlled and reused, not only can the amount of new inert gas be reduced and material costs can be reduced, but also because the used gas controlled to an extremely low oxygen partial pressure is controlled by the oxygen partial pressure, Compared with a case where a new inert gas is controlled to a very low oxygen partial pressure, the very low oxygen partial pressure control device requires only a small capacity and a low function, and thus is inexpensive.
