【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the flexibility of automatic dispensing by dispensing tablets and powder in any combination has been improved, and the flexibility of the equipment configuration has been improved to allow the automatic devices and systems for such dispensing to be flexibly rearranged. In order to simultaneously achieve the above, it is conceivable to remodel the medicine packaging machine like the dispensing system. Specifically, separation and reconnection can be easily performed when connecting the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine.
[0005]
However, the automation rate differs between the case where the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine are connected and the case where the powder container storage shelf and the powder packaging machine are connected. When the powder container storage shelf is connected to the powder packaging machine, the powder is taken out of the powder container on the shelf manually, and there is no automatic coordination between the shelf and the powder packaging machine. Is enough. On the other hand, when connecting the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine, the tablets automatically discharged from the tablet storage are sometimes automatically loaded into the packaging device of the powder packaging machine separately with the powder sometimes together with the powder, The tablet path from the tablet storage to the powder dispenser must also be connected. For this reason, the same method or a similar method cannot be applied as it is.
[0006]
Therefore, in order to make the automatic dispensing flexible, the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine are connected, and in order to facilitate the connection and separation and to make the device configuration flexible, the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine are combined. It is a technical problem to devise a specific mode of the connection so that the connection and disconnection of the tablet path accompanying the connection and the separation of the tablet are also simplified.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to realize a connected-type medicine packaging machine having a flexible automatic dispensing and flexible device configuration.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The configuration, operation and effect of the first to fifth solving means invented to solve such a problem will be described below.
[0008]
[First Solution]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, as described in claim 1 of the present invention, the tablet discharged from a plurality of tablet feeders is dropped by a plurality of guide members and collected by a tablet collecting mechanism. A tablet storage that discharges downward from the discharge port, and the powder is divided and sequentially transmitted by the powder dividing device, and the powder and the tablets released from the tablet storage are received by the drug merging mechanism and put into the packaging device. In a connected type drug packaging machine having a powder packaging machine, a base plate for guiding the relative movement of the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine in the horizontal direction, and a state in which the lower end of the tablet storage can be advanced and retracted from its bottom surface. And a tablet path extending member for guiding the tablet discharged from the tablet discharge port to the drug merging mechanism.
[0009]
In the linked medicine packaging machine according to the first solution, the tablet storage is connected to the powder packaging machine including the powder dividing device and the packaging device, and various types of medicine discharged from the tablet discharge port are provided. Since the tablet and the powdered powder that has been divided and delivered are packaged together, it is possible to package the tablet and the powder in any combination by selecting the release of the tablet and the delivery of the powder. it can. This is the same as the conventional case, but when the tablet storage and the powder dispenser are connected or separated from each other, the following operation is performed.
[0010]
That is, at the time of connection, first, a base plate is laid at the installation location, and then either or both of the tablet storage and the powder dispenser are horizontally moved relative to each other on the plate, and the tablet storage and the powder dispenser are displaced. The tablet path extending member is then advanced from the bottom surface of the tablet storage toward the tablet receiving port of the medicine merging mechanism. This alone connects the tablet path.
[0011]
In addition, since the movement path is regulated by the guide of the base plate during relative movement for connection, based on the regulation, the tablet discharge port of the tablet storage and the tablet receiving port of the medicine merging mechanism of the powder dispensing and packaging machine are connected. Comes to a predetermined relative position. Therefore, connection of the tablet path using the tablet path extending member can be easily and reliably performed, and the tablet path extending member is simple and can be used in time.
[0012]
Also, at the time of separation, the tablet path extending member is retracted from the bottom surface of the tablet storage to break the tablet path. This alone eliminates the risk of interference between the tablet storage and the powder dispenser, so that one or both of the tablet storage and the powder dispenser are relatively moved horizontally to separate the tablet storage and the powder dispenser. . Also at this time, since the movement path is regulated by the guide of the base plate, the relative movement is smoothly performed, and the tablet storage and the powder dispenser can be easily separated.
[0013]
In this way, the connection and separation between the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine can be easily performed by the horizontal relative movement guided by the base plate, and the connection and disconnection of the tablet path from the tablet storage to the powder packaging machine can be extended by the tablet path. By making it easy to move the member forward and backward, in addition to the flexibility of the automatic dispensing based on the connection, the flexibility of the device configuration based on the specific aspect of the connection is also achieved at the same time.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a connected-type medicine packaging machine in which both automatic dispensing and device configuration are flexible.
[0014]
[Second Solution]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a linked drug packaging machine according to the first aspect, wherein the linked drug packaging machine surrounds a space below the tablet discharge port. Alternatively, a leg body to be sandwiched is attached to the tablet storage, and at least one side surface of the space is open so that the powder dispensing and packaging machine can be taken in and out.
[0015]
In such a connected drug packaging machine according to the second solution, a space for accommodating the powder packaging machine is secured below the tablet storage, and the powder packaging machine can be put in and out of the space. Therefore, it is easy to position the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine up and down for connection by horizontally moving one or both of the tablet storage and the powder packaging machine relatively. It can be done reliably.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably realize the automatic medicine dispensing machine having a flexible automatic dispensing and device configuration.
[0016]
[Third Solution]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a linked medicine packaging machine according to the second aspect of the invention, wherein the base plate is provided on an upper surface thereof. Fixtures for fixing the lower ends of the legs are separately arranged or dispersedly arranged, and further, guide members such as rails for regulating the movement path of a moving member such as a wheel mounted on the lower surface of the powder dispensing and packaging machine are fixed. It is arranged in parallel inside the tool.
[0017]
In the linked medicine packaging machine according to the third solution, the tablet storage is placed on the base plate and the legs are fixed, and then the powder packaging is stored in the space below the tablet storage. By doing so, the connection is made. Moreover, at this time, the powder packing machine is smoothly moved to the lower space of the tablet storage by moving the powder packing machine in the horizontal direction by engaging the moving member of the powder packing machine with the guide member of the base plate. Therefore, the connection between the tablet storage and the powder dispensing and packaging machine can be performed more easily and reliably.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to more reliably realize a connected-type medicine packaging machine in which both automatic dispensing and device configuration are flexible.
[0018]
[Fourth Solution]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a linked medicine packaging machine according to the first to third solutions, wherein the tablet path extending member is provided. And a movable member, which is provided to be vertically movable at the tablet discharge port. Alternatively, it is constituted by a detachable member, and is configured to be detachably placed on the bottom of the tablet storage.
[0019]
In the connection type medicine packaging machine according to the fourth solution, since the tablet path extending member can be easily moved up and down or by attaching and detaching or a combination thereof, the tablet path extending member can be easily used. Easy and convenient. Further, the tablet path extending member including the movable member and the detachable member can be easily simplified, and cost increase can be easily avoided.
Thereby, connection and disconnection of the tablet path from the tablet storage to the powder dispenser can be easily performed using the tablet path extending member.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily realize a connected-type medicine packaging machine having a flexible automatic dispensing and flexible device configuration.
[0020]
[Fifth Solution]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a linked medicine packaging machine according to the fourth aspect, wherein the tablet storage is openable and closable. A door is provided, and a portion from the door to the place where the tablet path extending member is attached is vacant.
[0021]
In the linked medicine packaging machine according to the fifth solution, since the hand can be immediately put into the tablet storage and the hand can be put on the tablet path extending member by opening the door. Is easy to operate and convenient. Further, the tablet path extending member including such a manual movable member and the detachable member can be more easily simplified. When the door is closed, the tablet path extension member is stored in the tablet storage.
Thereby, connection and disconnection of the tablet path using the tablet path extending member are further simplified.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to more easily realize a connected-type medicine packaging machine having a flexible automatic dispensing and a flexible device configuration.
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Several modes for carrying out the linked drug packaging machine of the present invention achieved by such a solution will be described.
[0023]
A first embodiment of the present invention is a connection type medicine packaging machine of the above-mentioned solution means, wherein control means such as an electronic circuit for controlling the operations of the tablet storage, the powder dividing device and the packaging device is provided. Control for interlocking the tablet storage and the packaging device, control for interlocking the powder splitting device and the packaging device, and control for interlocking the tablet storage and the powder splitting device and the packaging device. Can be selectively executed.
As a result, the packaging of only tablets, the packaging of only powders, and the mixed packaging of both drugs can be performed singly, or can be freely combined.

[0026]
[First embodiment]
A specific configuration of a first embodiment of a connected-type medicine packaging machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the overall structure, wherein (a) and (b) are front views, and (c) is an exploded perspective view. 2A is a front view of the tablet storage, FIG. 2B is a perspective view of the tablet path extending member, and FIGS. 2C to 2E are front views showing a procedure of mounting the tablet path extending member. 3A and 3B show a state where the legs of the tablet storage are fixed to the base plate, wherein FIG. 3A is a left side view, FIG. 3B is a front view, and FIG. 3C is a right side view. FIG. 4 is a schematic block diagram of the electronic circuit unit.
[0027]
The linked medicine packaging machine (see FIG. 1) includes a tablet storage 10, a powder packaging machine 20, a base plate 60, and a main controller 80. Since the tablet storage 10 and the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 have different heights of the main body so as to be located vertically, when placed on the upper surface of the base plate 60 and relatively horizontally moved, the tablet can be connected, Or to separate. When such controllers are connected to each other and the main controller 80 and the (electronic circuit) are connected so as to be able to send and receive signals, the tablet storage 10 and the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 are controlled according to the operation control of the main controller 80. Work together. Hereinafter, they will be described in detail.
[0028]
The tablet storage 10 includes a door 11, a manual dispensing cassette 13, and a touch panel 15 provided on the front surface of the main body, a tablet feeder 12, a fall guide member 16, a tablet collecting mechanism 17, and a tablet feeder provided in a housing of the main body. And a tablet path extending member 18 and a leg 14 provided below the main body.
The tablet feeder 12 only needs to be capable of accommodating a large number of tablets and automatically discharging a required number of tablets under the control of a controller, and may be configured to discharge tablets one by one (for example, JP-A-2002-279068). The tablet may be cut and discharged (see, for example, JP-A-11-226088). Such tablet feeders 12 are provided in large numbers so that various kinds of tablets can be dispensed, and are generally arranged vertically and horizontally as shown in the drawing or arranged in a cylindrical shape (not shown).
[0029]
The drop guide member 16 is a vertically standing pipe such as a duct, and a plurality of the drop guide members are dispersedly installed. In each case, a branch line / branch pipe extends to the outlets of some tablet feeders 12 installed along the railway, and the tablets discharged from those tablet feeders 12 are allowed to fall naturally and guided into the tablet collecting mechanism 17. It has become.
The tablet collecting mechanism 17 is usually made of a funnel-shaped or hopper-shaped member. The tablet receiving port 17a at the upper end of the tablet collecting mechanism 17 is largely widened, and the tablet discharging port 17a at the lower end is narrowed and small. Are collected and discharged downward from the tablet discharge port 17a. An opening / closing shutter for adjusting the tablet discharge timing is often attached to the tablet discharge port 17a and the above-mentioned fall guide member 16.
[0030]
The door 11 can be opened and closed to cover the tablet feeder 12 and the tablet collecting mechanism 17 in a normal state, and to expose them at the time of tablet replenishment and cleaning.
The manual dispensing cassette 13 and the touch panel 15 are installed to be stored diagonally below the tablet collecting mechanism 17, and an opening or notch is formed in a corresponding portion of the door 11, so that the manual dispensing cassette can be operated without opening and closing the door 11. 13 and the touch panel 15. When the manual dispensing cassette 13 manually disperses the tablets not contained in the tablet feeder 12 into the compartments from which the tablets can be pulled out, the tablets are sequentially moved from each compartment to the tablets of the tablet collecting mechanism 17 by the feed mechanism such as the conveyor 13a. Although it is sequentially discharged to the vicinity of the discharge port 17a, it may be omitted. A tablet path extending member 18 is attached to the tablet discharge destination of the conveyor 13a and the discharge destination of the tablet discharge port 17a, which will be described later.
[0031]
The two legs 14 are attached to the bottom 70 of the main body part, which is divided into left and right sides, and extends downward from both ends of the bottom 70 in parallel. The front and front sides between the legs 14 are open to put the powder dispenser 20 in and out. In the illustrated example, the rear and back surfaces of the legs 14 are also open, and the legs 14 sandwich the space below the tablet discharge port 17a. If the powder packaging machine 20 is not taken in and out from the rear, the rear and rear surfaces of the legs of the tablet storage 10 may be closed, in which case the legs 14 surround the space below the tablet discharge port 17a. . The leg 14 is not limited to a panel (plate material) as shown in the figure, but may be a frame (frame material) or a rod (bar material), for example.
[0032]
The powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 has two powder dividing devices 31 to 33, two packaging devices 41 to 42, and a medicine merging mechanism 51 to 53 built in a housing. And the legs 14 are slightly smaller so that they can be stored in a space surrounded by a gate. At the left and right ends of the front surface of the housing, protruding pieces 21 are attached. And the tablet storage 10 are firmly connected. Wheels 22 (moving members) are mounted on the lower surface of the housing, and are easily moved by hand. On the front side and the front side of the upper surface of the housing, the medicine inlet of the powdered feeder 31 is provided in a state opened upward. On the rearmost top surface of the housing, the tablet receiving ports 51 of the drug merging mechanisms 51 to 53 are provided in a state of being opened upward. The tablet receiving port 51 is disposed at a position below the tablet discharge port 17a when the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 and the tablet storage 10 are connected.
[0033]
Two powder dispersing devices 31 to 33 are arranged side by side from the viewpoint of work efficiency and division accuracy. Each is provided with a powder feeder 31, a turntable 32, and a cutting unit 33, and is configured to divide the powder and sequentially send the powder. Specifically, the powdered medicine supplied by the dispensing worker is fed little by little by the powdered feeder 31 and sent to the turntable 32. At this time, the powder is received while the turntable 32 is rotating, so that the powdered medicine is inserted into the R groove in the circumferential portion. Then, while the turntable 32 is intermittently rotated by a predetermined angle, the powdered medicine corresponding to the angle is cut out by the cutting unit 33 and sent out to the common hopper 53 of the medicine merging mechanisms 51 to 53. .
[0034]
Each of the packaging devices 41 to 42 includes a loading hopper 41 that receives one package of medicine via the common hopper 53 while moving up and down, and a packaging device main body 42 that wraps the medicine with packaging paper. The packaging device main body 42 forms a compartment by heat fusion or the like while intermittently feeding the wound wrapping paper, and inserts the lower end of the input hopper 41 into the compartment to accommodate one package of medicine. Then, after the input hopper 41 is pulled out, the compartment is sealed by heat fusion or the like, thereby finishing the compartment into a package for one package. By repeating such a process each time a medicine is supplied to the supply hopper 41, the supplied medicines are successively packaged.
[0035]
The drug consolidation mechanisms 51 to 53 are provided with the powder splitting device as described above in order to put the tablets discharged from the tablet storage 10 and the powdered drugs delivered from the powder splitting devices 31 to 33 into the input hopper 41 of the packaging device. A common hopper 53 is provided between the hoppers 31 to 33 and the charging hopper 41, and a tablet guiding member 52 is provided above and upstream of the common hopper 53. The tablet guiding member 52 is formed of a conduit such as a duct. The upper end opening of the tablet guiding member 52 extends to the uppermost surface of the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 to form the tablet receiving port 51. The lower end of the tablet guiding member 52 is located above the upper end opening of the common hopper 53 so that the tablets discharged from the tablet discharge port 17a are guided into the common hopper 53. The upper end opening of the common hopper 53 is large so that the powder cut out from the turntable 32 can be reliably received. The opening at the lower end is small for charging the medicine into the charging hopper 41. The common hopper 53 is also often provided with an opening / closing shutter for adjusting a medicine release timing.
[0036]
The base plate 60 is made of a durable plate 61 (flat plate) made of stainless steel or the like for mounting the tablet storage 10 and the powder dispenser / packaging machine 20, and has a fixture 62 and a rail 63 (guide member) provided on its upper surface. ing. The fixing tools 62 are for fixing the lower ends of the legs 14 of the tablet storage 10, and are separated or dispersed at four corners, for example, corresponding to the end positions of the legs 14. The fixing tool 62 in this example is paired with a female screw formed on the plate 61 by screw processing (see FIG. 3). After the fixing position of the leg 14 is determined by this fixing tool 62, the end of the leg 14 is determined. Are fixed to the plate 61 with bolts or the like. The rail 63 (see FIG. 1) regulates the movement path of the tablet 22 in a straight line in the front-rear direction by sandwiching the wheel 22 of the tablet storage 10, for example. Also extends straight back and forth. When the tablet storage box 10 is fixed by the fixture 62 and then the powder packaging and packaging machine 20 is moved while being regulated by the rail 63, the base plate 60 can move the tablet storage cabinet 10 and the powder packaging and packaging machine 20 in the horizontal direction. It will guide the movement.
[0037]
The tablet path extending member 18 (see FIG. 2A) is attached to the opening 71 of the bottom 70 of the tablet storage 10 at the tip of the conveyor 13a and below the tablet discharge port 17a as described above. The tablet path extending member 18 is a detachable member that is detachably placed on the opening 71 and, at the same time, is a movable member that is vertically movable at the tablet discharge port 17a. In order to facilitate the manual operation, the tablet storage 10 has a vacant space from the door 11 to a place where the tablet path extending member 18 is attached, and when the door 11 is opened, the tablet path extending member 18 or the opening 71 and the conveyor 13a are opened. And the tablet discharge port 17a are exposed.
[0038]
The tablet path extending member 18 (see FIG. 2B) is a funnel-shaped / hopper-shaped member, and receives both the tablets discharged from the tablet discharge port 17a and the tablets discharged from the conveyor 13a. The top opening is wider. The opening at the lower end is small in order to guide the received tablets to the tablet receiving port 51 of the drug merging mechanisms 51 to 53. On both sides of the opening 71 on the upper surface of the storage bottom 70 (see FIGS. 2 (c) to 2 (e)), support pieces 72 are provided upright. When the flange at the upper end of the tablet path extending member 18 is placed thereon, When the lower end of the tablet path extension member 18 advances downward from the storage bottom 70 and conversely raises the tablet path extension member 18, the lower end of the tablet path extension member 18 is retracted from the storage bottom 70 into the storage. .
[0039]
In order to detect the advance / retreat of the tablet path extending member 18, a light transmitter 73 composed of a light emitting diode or the like and a light sensor 74 (advance / retreat detecting means) sensitive to the light are provided on both sides of the opening 71. , Is mounted on the upper surface of the storage bottom 70. When the tablet path extending member 18 is mounted on the storage bottom 70, the advance / retreat is detected based on the interruption of the light transmission from the light transmitter 73 to the optical sensor 74.
When the tablet path extending member 18 is compared with the above-described tablet guiding member 52, the tablet path extending member 18 is a movable tablet path extending member provided in the tablet storage 10, whereas It can be said that the member 52 is a fixed tablet path extending member provided in the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20.
[0040]
The main controller 80 (see FIG. 4) is composed of a programmable sequencer and a personal computer, and has a display for displaying menus and statuses, and a keyboard and mouse for operation input. 14 is attached externally to the front surface or the like at the top. The main controller 80 is communicably connected to the tablet storage controller 81 and the powder dispenser controller 82 by a LAN cable, a dedicated cable, or the like. When receiving prescription data from the so-called prescription order entry system 83, the prescription data is also communicatively connected.
[0041]
The tablet storage controller 81 includes a microprocessor system and the like, and is configured to access the touch panel 15, the optical sensor 74, and the large number of tablet feeders 12 to perform operation control of the tablet storage 10. .
The powder dispensing and packaging machine controller 82 also includes a microprocessor system or the like, which accesses the above-mentioned powder dispensing devices 31 to 33 and the packaging devices 41 to 42 in order to control the operation of the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20. I have.
[0042]
When the main controller 80 acquires the prescription data and the derived dispensing data from the prescription order entry system 83 or an operation input device (not shown), the main controller 80 classifies the data into tablets and powders, and stores the tablet storage controller 81 and the powders. A command for each of the packaging machine controllers 82 is created. By issuing a command to each of them at an appropriate timing, the operations of the tablet storage 10, the powder dispersing devices 31 to 33, and the packaging devices 41 to 42 are freely controlled. In other words, the main controller 80 controls the tablet packaging to link the tablet storage 10 and the packaging devices 41 to 42 without operating the powder dividing devices 31 to 33, and the powder dividing device 31 to 31 without operating the tablet storage 10. It is possible to execute powder dispensing control for interlocking the 33 with the packaging devices 41 to 42, and mixing and dispensing control for interlocking the tablet storage 10, the powder dividing devices 31 to 33, and the packaging devices 41 to 42, and , And the three patterns can be arbitrarily selected and executed for each package.
[0043]
A program for that purpose is installed in the main controller 80. For example, any one of three types of tablet packaging, powdered packaging and mixed packaging can be selected on a menu screen and set to a standard packaging control state. In addition, if there is a designation of a packaging control state in the prescription data or the dispensing data, it is prioritized over the standard setting. The designation may be made on a patient-by-patient basis, but not on a patient-by-patient basis. When the patient is not on a patient-by-patient basis, it can be specified in prescription units or dispensing units. Units are also available.
[0044]
Data for that purpose is also set up in the main controller 80. In other words, the database of the main controller 80 includes a drug master file that stores and holds basic information such as drug names and dosage forms for various drugs to be dispensed. Combination contraindication information indicating the combination of medicines that should not be taken, and mixing avoidance information indicating the combination that should be avoided together but may be taken together but should be avoided because it is difficult to take together ,include. As the mixing avoidance information, for example, a common combination based on a dosage form such as a tablet in a capsule and a powdered fine powder, an individual combination based on a drug type such as a certain drug and a certain drug, or a specific drug alone can be used. There are, for example, those specified in the package.
[0045]
The mode of use and operation of the connected-type medicine packaging machine of the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. 1A and 1B show a state in which the tablet storage 10 and the powder dispenser 20 are connected, and FIG. 1C shows a separated state. 2 (c) to 2 (e) show a procedure for mounting the tablet path extending member 18. Further, FIGS. 5A and 5B are examples of packaging, each showing three doses in the morning, noon, and night.
First, a description will be given of a device installation operation involving connection, next, several examples of packaging will be described, and finally, operations such as a device rearrangement involving separation will be described.
[0046]
At the time of initial installation, the mechanism section of the connected type drug packaging machine is carried to the installation location in a state of being separated into three units of the tablet storage box 10, the powder packaging machine 20, and the base plate 60 (see FIG. 1 (c)). . The tablet path extension member 18 is also removed and carried. Then, the base plate 60 is laid on a horizontal floor, the tablet storage 10 is placed on the base plate 60, and the fixing position of the leg 14 is determined by the fixing tool 62, and then the leg 14 is fixed with bolts or the like. Then, the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 is placed on the base plate 60 from the back, the wheel 22 is moved along the rail 63, the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 is pushed between the legs 14, and the projection 21 is bolted to the leg 14. . By such a horizontal movement, the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 is smoothly stored in the space below the tablet storage 10 (see FIG. 1A).
[0047]
When the tablet storage 10 and the powder dispenser 20 are fixed on the base plate 60, the door 11 is opened and the tablet path extension member 18 is obtained. When the door 11 is opened, the tablet collecting mechanism 17 and the opening 71 of the storage bottom 70 can be seen, so the tablet path extending member 18 is brought above the opening 71 (see FIG. 2C), and then lowered (FIG. 2C). (See (d)), and put on the support piece 72 (see FIG. 2 (e)). Then, the lower end of the tablet path extending member 18 protrudes downward from the storage bottom 70 through the opening 71, and the lower end opening of the tablet path extending member 18 is located immediately above the tablet receiving port 51 of the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 ( FIG. 1 (b). Further, the upper end opening of the tablet path extending member 18 is located immediately below the tablet discharge end of the conveyor 13a of the manual dispensing cassette 13 and the tablet discharge port 17a of the tablet collecting mechanism 17 (FIGS. 1B and 2B). a)). Further, light transmission from the light transmitter 73 to the optical sensor 74 is blocked (see FIG. 2E).
[0048]
In this way, the tablet path is connected, and automatic detection and automatic confirmation thereof are also possible, and the connecting operation of the mechanism is completed.
Then, an electrical connection is established between the main controller 80, the tablet storage controller 81, and the powder dispenser controller 82, and tablets are supplied to each tablet feeder 12 and the door 11 is closed. Become.
If the tablet path extension member 18 is forgotten to be attached or if the optical sensor 74 is insensitive due to improper attachment, an alarm is displayed on the touch panel 15 or the like by the main controller 80, and the package is separated. Since the operation is regulated, the medicine packaging can be started with confidence.
[0049]
Next, a description will be given of the medicine packing operation of the connected medicine packing machine. The requirements for packaging control include a wide variety of requirements such as standard settings for packaging control status in menus, prescriptions or dispensing instructions, and information on avoidance of mixing. It is categorized as to whether to separate and pack separately or not to mix, so the explanation will proceed from this viewpoint. In addition, if the standard setting of the packaging control state is tablet packaging or powder packaging, it will only operate as a tablet packaging machine or powder packaging machine. I do. Furthermore, when the dispensing target is only tablets or powders, it is not necessary to mix them. Therefore, the following description will be made using a specific example in which tablets and powders are included in all three doses in the morning, afternoon, and night. I do.
[0050]
In this case, if prescription data or dispensing data is provided from the prescription order entry system 83 or the like, a combination contraindication check is performed, and if the combination is contraindicated, an alarm is issued without dispensing. The dispensing instruction regarding the powdered medicine among the medicines to be dispensed is displayed on the screen or printed out, so that the dispensing worker weighs the powdered medicine and puts it into the powdered medicine feeder 31. Since a dispensing instruction is also issued for a tablet that is not in the tablet feeder 12, the dispensing operator also sets the tablet in the manual dispensing cassette 13. Such tablets and powders are semi-automatic, requiring the assistance of the dispensing operator, but the tablets in the tablet feeder 12 are fully automatic, so the dispensing operator instructs the main controller 80 to start automatic dispensing.
[0051]
Then, thereafter, the packaging process proceeds automatically, and the powdered medicines are sent out one by one from the powdered medicine dividing devices 31 to 33, and are put into the common hopper 53. The tablets to be packaged are also discharged from the tablet feeder 12 and the manual dispensing cassette 13 one by one, and all tablets are put into the common hopper 53 via the tablet path extending member 18 and the tablet guiding member 52. . The medicines injected into the common hopper 53 are further injected into the injection hopper 41 at an appropriate timing, are partitioned by the packaging device main body 42 one by one, and are sealed in a wrapping paper or the like.
[0052]
At this time, for all three doses in the morning, daytime, and night, the prescription data and the dispensing data do not include the designation of mixed / package avoidance. A package is selected, and the tablets discharged from the tablet storage 10 and the powdered medicines delivered from the powdered medicine dividing devices 31 to 33 are put together by the common hopper 53 or the input hopper 41. In this manner, tablets and powders are packaged in a single packet for morning, daytime, and evening doses (see FIG. 5A).
[0053]
On the other hand, for example, for a dose taken during the day, prescription data specifies that mixing and packaging should be avoided, or both capsule-containing tablets and powdered fine powder are to be packaged. For example, if it corresponds to the mixing avoidance information, the mixed packaging is not selected as the packaging control state. Instead, the tablet packaging and the powder packaging are selected and executed in order. Thus, a packet alone forms a tablet, and then a powder alone forms the next packet. Thus, tablets and powder are packaged together in the morning and evening doses, while tablets and powders are separately packaged in the day dose (see FIG. 5 (b)). ).
[0054]
Lastly, operations and the like in the case where the tablet storage 10 and the powdered medicine packaging machine 20 are rearranged in this connected type medicine packaging machine will be described. For example, for the purpose of repairing or modifying the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20, it is assumed that the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 being connected is separated and an alternative machine is connected.
In this case, the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 is separated from the tablet storage 10 by performing the reverse of the connection operation described above. That is, the connection between the main controller 80 and the powder dispenser / packaging machine controller 82 is cut off, the door 11 of the tablet storage 10 is opened, a hand is put into the storage, and the tablet path extension member 18 is lifted and pulled out from the storage bottom 70. Then, the fixing between the projecting piece 21 and the leg 14 is released, and the powder packaging machine 20 is pulled out from between the legs 14 with the wheel 22 along the rail 63.
[0055]
In this way, when the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 being connected is separated from the tablet storage 10, the alternative powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 is connected to the tablet storage 10. Since the work and the like are the same as those at the time of installation described above, detailed description to be repeated will be omitted, but again, the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20 is horizontally moved using the guide function of the base plate 60 and the like. , Easily and quickly.
Therefore, in this connected-type medicine packing machine, the tablet storage 10 and the powder medicine packing machine 20 can be easily rearranged, and the mixed packaging and the separate packaging can be freely executed.
[0056]
[Second embodiment]
A specific configuration of a second embodiment of the connected-type medicine packaging machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 is a right side view showing a state where the leg 14 of the tablet storage 10 is fixed to the base plate 60.
The difference between the linked medicine packaging machine and the first embodiment is that the leg 14 of the tablet storage 10 is also provided with a moving member such as a caster 14b. The fixing tool 62 of the base plate 60 is modified.
The fixing tool 62 is arranged in a straight line by connecting the front and rear members, and similarly to the rail 63, restricts the movement path of the caster 14b in the front and rear direction.
[0057]
When the casters 14b are moved along the fixture 62 and the tablet storage 10 is moved horizontally to the installation site on the plate 61, the rear casters 14b abut against the rear end pieces 62a of the fixture 62, The movement of the tablet storage 10 is stopped. In this state, when a stop pin is attached to the through hole 62b formed at the front end of the fixture 62, the front side of the front caster 14b is stopped, and the tablet storage 10 is fixed on the base plate 60.
In this case, the tablet storage 10 can be easily moved horizontally to be separated from the powder dispenser / packaging machine 20 or rearranged.
[0058]
[Third embodiment]
Third Embodiment A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 7A to 7D are partial front views showing various installation states of the advancing / retreating detecting means of the tablet path extending member 18.
The difference between this connected type medicine packaging machine and the first and second embodiments is that the advance / retreat detecting means is modified.
[0059]
In FIG. 7A, a mechanical sensor 75 such as a microswitch is provided on the upper surface of the storage bottom 70 instead of the light transmitter 73 and the optical sensor 74.
In FIG. 7B, a mechanical sensor 75 is provided in the opening 71 of the storage bottom 70.
In FIG. 7C, the light transmitter 73 and the optical sensor 74 are provided not on the upper surface of the warehouse bottom 70 but on the lower surface of the warehouse bottom 70.
In FIG. 7D, the conductive bearing piece 72 is supported by the insulating seat body 72a, and a conductive member is employed as the tablet path extending member 18 to detect the presence or absence of energization between the bearing pieces 72. Thus, the attachment / detachment and advance / retreat of the tablet path extension member 18 are detected.
[0060]
[Fourth embodiment]
8 is different from that of the first to third embodiments described above in that the tablet collecting mechanism 17 is divided into two left and right parts. And the manual dispensing cassette 13 has been transferred from the tablet storage 10 to the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20.
Even if the number of the tablet collecting mechanisms 17 is plural, the tablets released from them are all collected by the tablet path extending member 18 and sent to the tablet guiding member 52, so that the packaging is appropriately performed.
Further, even if the manual dispensing cassette 13 is moved to the powder dispensing and packaging machine 20, the tablet receiving port 51 of the tablet guiding member 52 and the lower end of the tablet path extending member 18 are slightly lowered as shown in the figure in accordance with the tablet discharging position. Alternatively, although not shown, by modifying the tablet guiding member 52 by additionally forming a tablet receiving port in the middle of the tablet guiding member 52, any tablets are sent to the tablet guiding member 52, so that the packaging is appropriately performed. Done.
[0061]
[Other]
In each of the above embodiments, the number of the powdered dividing devices 31 to 33 is two. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of the powdered dividing devices 31 to 33 may be one. Or may be arranged vertically. The powder dividing devices 31 to 33 are not limited to those using the turntable described above, but may be so-called V-mass type or other devices.
Further, the support piece 72 for supporting the tablet path extending member 18 may be provided exclusively as described above, but is not necessarily dedicated, and for example, the tablet path extending member 18 may be provided using a frame of the storage bottom 70 or the like. It is also good to support.
The main controller 80 does not need to be externally attached and does not need to be independent. For example, the main controller 80 may be configured as the tablet storage controller 81.
[0062]
【The invention's effect】
