本発明は、組立式収納家具の構成に係り、より詳しくは、左右に配置された側板と、地板及び天板とで構成した枠体で囲まれた空間を収納空間とする組立式収納家具の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、組立式収納家具として、収納空間の内部に抽斗を備えたものや棚板を備えたものが知られている。このような組立式収納家具で、抽斗を取り付けるためには、抽斗を支持するレールを取り付けるための構造が必要であり、また、棚板を取り付けるには、棚板を支持するための構造が必要となる。そして、これらの構造は、その機能が異なるため共用化が困難であった。

この課題を解決するために、例えば特許文献1では、収納庫本体の側板の内面前後に上下に延びる補強枠を配置し、棚板用の取付穴が形成された棚板用取付枠と、抽斗用レールの取付穴が形成された抽斗用取付枠とを選択的に取り付けられるようにしている。これにより、特許文献1では、抽斗用と棚板用の収納庫本体を共通化し、製造や在庫管理の効率化を図っている。

特許文献1では、抽斗用取付枠と棚板用取付枠とを選択的に取り付けられるようにしているため、収納庫を抽斗付の収納庫、あるいは棚板付の収納庫として、それぞれ別個に利用することはできる。しかしながら、特許文献1の構成では、収納庫本体の共通化を図っているものの、1つの収納庫(収納空間)に抽斗と棚板を組み合わせて使用することができなかった。

本発明は、この課題を解消し、1つの収納空間(収納庫)で、抽斗と棚板を組み合わせて使用する形態を可能としながら、部材の共通化により部品点数の削減を図り、製造や在庫管理も効率化できる組立式収納家具の提供を目的とするものである。

前記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明の組立式収納家具は、左右に配置された側板と、地板及び天板とにより枠体を構成し、当該枠体で囲まれる空間を収納空間とする組立式収納家具であって、前記収納空間に1または複数の抽斗を取り付けるための抽斗用取付部と、前記収納空間に1または複数の棚板を取り付けるための棚板用取付部とが、上下に配置されて一体で形成された取付枠が、前記側板の内面に着脱可能に装着されるように構成したことを特徴とするものである。

図1(a)及び(b)に示すように、本発明に係る組立式収納家具1(以下、単に収納家具1という)は、左右に配置された外側板(請求項の側板に相当)2、2と、地板4及び天板5とを互いに直交するように、端用連結部材6を介して着脱自在に連結して枠体を構成し、この枠体で囲まれる空間を収納空間としたものである。この一対の外側板2、2、各1枚の地板4及び天板5とで構成された収納家具1を単位組立式収納家具と記載する。なお、この収納家具1は後述する中側板3を用いることで増連可能であるので、本発明における側板とは、外側板2及び中側板3の両者を含むものとする。

本発明の収納家具1は、図1(a)(b)に示すように、収納空間に抽斗や棚板や扉等を組み合わせて様々な形態を構成することができるものである。図1(a)に例示する収納家具1は、一対の外側板2,2、及び各1枚の地板4及び天板5で構成された枠体内に水平に配置された構造棚板8によって、収納空間が上下に仕切られている。そして、上方の収納空間は、前面に開閉扉110が取り付けられ、その内部に中間棚板103が2段に取り付けられている。下方の収納空間には、抽斗105が2段取り付けられ、抽斗105の鏡板が前面に配置されている。図1(b)に例示する収納家具1は、図1(a)と同様の枠体内に平行に2枚の構造棚板8、8を配置して、これらに挟まれた収納空間を前後に開放した開放収納空間81とするとともに、開放収納空間81の上方には引き戸111を取り付け、 さらにその内部に中間棚板103を1段取り付けている。また、開放収納空間81の下方には抽斗105を2段取り付け、抽斗105の鏡板が前面に配置されている。

本実施形態では、外側板2、地板3及び天板4は薄い金属板を折り曲げるなどして平面視矩形状に形成されており、各板2〜4の幅寸法Dは収納家具1の奥行き寸法D(図2参照)と同じに設定されている。また、端用連結部材6は、環境に配慮したオレフィン系のPET樹脂(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)やアルミダイカスト等からなる一体成形品であり、端用連結部材6の長さ寸法も収納家具1の奥行き寸法Dと同じに設定されている。地板4及び天板5の長さ寸法Wは、単位組立式収納家具の間口方向寸法Wと略等しく(若干短く)設定される(図2参照)。外側板2の長さ寸法Hは、単位組立式収納家具の高さ寸法Hに略等しく(若干短く)形成される。

外側板2の基本形は、図3に示すが、外側板2の外面を構成する広幅の平板10の上下方向に沿って伸びる前後縁片を内方向へ断面コ字状に折り曲げた屈曲部10aを設ける。他方、平板10の内面にスポット溶接して固定する金属板製の前後端補強枠13は平板10の上下方向に沿って延び、断面L字状に屈曲された高さ寸法(L1)の低い端部14が前記屈曲部10aに添設され、前記端部14の奥側(収納家具1の奥行き方向の内方)にて高さ寸法(L2)の大きい段付部15が折り曲げ形成されて、前端段部11と後端段部12には略L字状で中空の嵌合部が形成される。低い端部14の奥行き寸法はD1となっている。この前端段部11と後端段部12は前記端用連結部材6の一部が嵌まり込むよう中空状の端嵌合部に形成されるものであって、補強部と兼用される。前後補強枠13には、補助嵌合部18が一体形成されている。

また、前記平板10の内面の略中央部には、収納家具1の奥行き方向に長い断面コ字状の中央補強枠16を収納家具1の高さ方向に伸びるように添設してスポット溶接にて固定し、該中央補強枠16と平板10とで囲まれた中空状の中央嵌合部17が構成されている。また、中央補強枠16にはその両端縁片を断面コ字状に屈曲させた段部16a、16aが中央嵌合部17と間隔をあけて一体で形成されており、中央嵌合部17と段部16aとの間に窪み部16b、16bがそれぞれ形成されている。これにより、中央嵌合部17と段付部15との間には、深さ寸法がL4の凹所が形成され、この凹所の中間部には、段部16a、補助嵌合部18が凸形状となって含まれている。すなわち、外側板2の内面には、前側と後側に深さ寸法L4の凹所が2箇所形成されている。

この外側板2は、前後端段部11、12も同じ寸法であり、収納家具1の奥行き方向に対称形状であるので、事実上、上下左右両側の部分に共用できるものである。

地板4及び天板5の基本形は、図4(a)(b)に示すように、それぞれ広幅の平板10の前後側縁に沿って断面略L字状の前後端段部11、12が形成されている。この前端段部11と後端段部12は前記端用連結部材6の一部が嵌まり込むよう中空状の端嵌合部に形成されるものであって、補強部と兼用される。すなわち、外側板2、地板4及び天板5の外面を構成する平板10の間口方向に沿って延びる前後端縁片を内方向に断面コ字状に折り曲げた屈曲部10aを設ける。他方、平板10の内面にスポット溶接して固定する金属板製の前後端補強枠13は平板10の間口方向に沿って延び、断面L字状に屈曲された高さ寸法(L1)の低い端部14が前記屈曲部10aに添設され、前記端部14の奥側(収納家具1の奥行き側の内方)にて高さ寸法(L2)の大きい段付部15が折り曲げ形成されている。従って、前端段部11と後端段部12には略L字状で中空の嵌合部が形成される。低い端部14の奥行き寸法はD1となっている。前後補強枠13には、補助嵌合部18が一体形成されている。

また、前記平板10の内面の略中央部には、家具の奥行き方向に長いコ字状の中央補強枠16を家具の間口方向に延びるように添設してスポット溶接にて固定し、該中央補強枠16と平板10とで囲まれた中空状の中央嵌合部17を構成する。地板4及び天板5は同一形状であり、且つ前後端段部11、12も同じ寸法であり、収納家具1の奥行き方向にも対称形状であるので、事実上、上下左右に反転させて共用できるものである。

次に、外側板2の内面に取り付けられる取付枠50について説明する。取付枠50は図5に示すように2種類あり、これら取付枠50a、50bはいずれも、1または複数の抽斗105を取り付けるための抽斗用取付部51と、1または複数の中間棚板103を取り付けるための棚板用取付部52とが一体で形成されており、抽斗用取付部51が棚板用取付部52の下方に配置されている。そして、一方の取付枠50aは、その抽斗用取付部51と棚板用取付部52とが同一幅に形成され、かつ断面略コ字状の形状で全体が上下方向に細長く形成されている。他方の取付枠50bでは、上方の棚用取付部52は取付枠50aとは同一断面形状であるが、下方の抽斗用取付部51は細幅に形成されている。取付枠50bには、抽斗用取付部51に沿って上下に長く矩形に切り取られた切り欠き部53が形成されており、この切り欠き部53が、1つの抽斗の引き出し時に他の抽斗の引き出し動を不能とする二重引出防止装置60を外側板2に取り付けるための構造となっている。なお、この二重引出防止装置60の詳細な説明は後述するが、抽斗105の左右の側板のいずれか一方に設ければよく、この実施の形態では、抽斗105の鏡板側から見て右側の側板の前寄りに取り付けるものとする。

取付枠50に設けられている抽斗用取付部51は、図6(a)(b)に示すように、抽斗105の左右に摺動自在に嵌合する固定レール107が取り付けられる。固定レール107には、収納空間の外側後方(抽斗105の引き出し方向が前方となる)に開くように突出する係止片108が前後2箇所に設けられているため、抽斗用取付部51には、係止片108を後方に向かってきっちり差し込むことのできる矩形のレール用孔106が穿設されている。そして、抽斗用取付部51には、抽斗105を多段に配置するために、レール用孔106が適宜間隔を空けて上下方向に複数設けられている。但し、取り付け方法はこれに限定されるものではない。

取付枠50に設けられている棚板用取付部52は、図7(a)(b)に示すように、係止孔102が適宜間隔で上下に穿設されている。係止孔102には、中間棚板103を支えるための棚板受け具104が差し込まれるが、この棚板受け具104は先端が屈曲した略L字状を呈しており、略L字状の一端が係止孔102に上向きに差し込まれる。そして、略L字状の受け面に、中間棚板103の端部が嵌め込まれて支持されるようになっている。

このように形成された取付枠50a、50bのうち、取付枠50aは、右外側板2の後側の凹所と、左外側板2の前側の凹所の双方に装着される。また、取付枠50bは右外側板2の前側の凹所と、左外側板2の後側の凹所の双方に装着される(図3及び図5参照)。詳細に説明すると、右外側板2においては、取付枠50aは、後端段部12の段付部15と中央補強枠16との間に形成された凹所に、段部16aと補助嵌合部18の凸形状を覆うように嵌め込まれる。取付枠50bは、前端段部22の段付部15と中央補強枠16との間に形成された凹所に、上方の棚用取付部52が段部16aと補助嵌合部18の凸形状を覆うように嵌め込まれ、下方の抽斗用取付部51が補助嵌合部18の凸形状を覆うように嵌め込まれる。これにより、取付枠50bの抽斗用取付部51では切り欠き部53によって、外側板2の窪み部16bの下方を露出させている。左外側板2では、右外側板2と前後を変えて取付枠50が嵌め込まれる。そして、右外側板2の取付枠50bの切り欠き部53の構造を利用して、二重引出防止装置60が右外側板2に取り付けられる。なお、取付枠50にはネジ止め用の係止孔54(図5参照)が設けられており、外側板2もしくは端用連結部材6に形成されたネジ孔にネジ止め固定される。

抽斗105は、前記固定レール107を含むサスペンションレールによって、取付枠50の抽斗用取付部51に前後移動自在に懸架される。サスペンションレールとしては、図9(a)(b)に示すように、抽斗用取付部51に着脱自在に取り付けられる前記固定レール107と、固定レール107の内側に複数のコロを介して前後動自在に嵌挿された中間レール107bと、抽斗105の左右側板から突出する断面L字状の抽斗レール(図示していない)とからなり、この抽斗レールは、中間レール107bに設けられた複数のコロを介して前後移動自在に支持されている。
