Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional blindfolding method, when a cultivation container such as a flower pot or a planter is arranged adjacently along the protection fence inside the weir wall on which the protection fence of the handrail is erected, the terrace, Spaces such as verandas, balconies, rooftops, stairs, etc. are narrowed by cultivation containers. In addition, if the blinds are hung on the handrail itself, the inside of the weir wall will be shaded by the blinds, which not only prevents the cultivation container from being placed, but also makes the appearance extremely unsightly. There was a problem that it becomes a thing.
[0004]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described various existing circumstances, and includes, for example, a vertical grid adjacent to a handrail provided with a vertical grid-shaped protection fence in a terrace, a veranda, a balcony, a roof, a staircase, or the like. The spaces between the terraces, verandas, balconies, rooftops, stairs, etc. can be easily blindfolded by planting without narrowing the space itself, and also in a good appearance from the appearance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vertical lattice handrail planting device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, the vertical grids are arranged so that the gap between the vertical grids F of the handrail P provided with the vertical grid-shaped protection fence Q is blindfolded and planting is performed. Between F, the cultivation container body 1 made of a flexible member that is compressed and sandwiched in the width direction, and the lower chord S in which the lower side of the protection fence Q is connected in a horizontal manner so that the cultivation container body 1 can be mounted. A bifurcated leg 2 formed by depressing the bottom surface of the cultivation container body 1 in an arch shape and the upper opening edge of the cultivation container body 1 sandwiched between the vertical lattices F of the protective fence Q are connected to the vertical lattice. A fastening fixing projection 11 that enables the binding member 14 to be wound around the left and right upper opening edges so as to be fastened and fixed to F.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 denotes a cultivation container main body made of a flexible member, for example, a terrace, A gap between the vertical grids F of the handrail P provided with a protective fence Q having a plurality of vertical grids F adjacent to each other on a weir wall such as a veranda, a balcony, a rooftop, or a stair at a pitch L of 120 mm or less, for example. It is for arranging plants so that
[0008]
In addition, as a specific configuration of the handrail P, as shown in FIG. 1, a handrail shade portion T which is continuously provided across an upper end portion of a pillar R opposed to the dam wall and a lower end portion of the pillar R are provided. Protective fences Q formed by arranging a plurality of vertical lattice members F adjacent to each other at predetermined pitches L are formed between the suspended lower chord members S and upper and lower ends of each vertical lattice F member of the protective fences Q. Are connected to the handrail cap T and the lower chord material S, respectively. Such a handrail P is an R-shaped handrail curved outward on a weir wall such as a terrace or a veranda as shown in FIG. 10, or a staircase handrail installed on one side or both sides of a stair as shown in FIG. The cultivation container main body 1 can be freely attached to and detached from such handrails.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the cultivation container main body 1 is formed from a flexible member such as a soft synthetic resin material, for example, so that the whole gradually narrowed from the upper opening edge to the bottom has a substantially bowl-shaped shape. In addition, a circular upper opening edge having a diameter larger than the pitch L interval between the vertical lattices F is pressed with fingers from the left and right sides along the width direction to be crushed into a substantially elliptical shape to forcibly protect the fence. It is arranged to be inserted between the vertical lattices F of Q. When no crushing force is applied from the left and right sides, the upper opening edge is formed in advance as having a diameter larger than the interval between the vertical lattices F, and the interval pitch L between the vertical lattices F is variously different. However, it can be forcibly inserted by being compressed correspondingly, and has an elastic restoring force capable of returning to the original planar circular shape when no compressive force is applied.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a bifurcated leg 2 formed by a substantially arched depression 4 is formed on the bottom surface of the cultivation container body 1. On the lower chord S under the protection fence Q. At this time, the width of the left and right tapered shapes forming the depressions 4 between the bifurcated legs 2 on the bottom surface is increased so that the lower chord material S having a large width can be sufficiently coped with. Even if it is a lower chord material S having a substantially round shape or a substantially rectangular cross section, the cultivation container body 1 itself can be placed on the lower chord material S without falling down.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 4, one or a plurality of drainage holes 3 are formed in four recesses between the legs 2 of the cultivation container main body 1 so that water poured into the cultivation container main body 1 can be smoothly discharged. So that it can be drained to the outside.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4, at the left-right symmetric position of the upper opening edge of the cultivation container body 1, the upper opening edge sandwiched between the vertical lattices F of the protective fence Q is fastened and fixed to the vertical lattice F. In order to be able to wind the binding member 14 on the left and right upper opening edges, a fastening and fixing projection 11 is formed. In other words, the fastening fixing projection 11 has a pair of right and left standing pieces 12 erected in the shape of a thin plate from the upper opening edge of the cultivation container body 1, and a U-shaped opening side facing inward from the upper end of each of the standing pieces 12. And is formed by a U-shaped frame-shaped hook portion 13 formed so as to face each other.
[0013]
In addition, an insertion hole 15 is formed in the center of the outer surface, which is the U-shaped rear surface of the hook portion 13, for inserting the binding member 14 and the binding vine material 16 for decoration and projecting outward. . In addition, instead of winding the binding member 14 together with the vertical lattice F of the protective fence Q on both the hook portions 13, for example, a synthetic material formed into a vine shape by using a wire as a core material and connecting a simulated leaf material. A binding tie material 16 made of a resin material is wound around the hook portions 13 together with the vertical lattice F, and the tip end side of the binding tie material 16 is inserted from the inside of the insertion hole 15 so as to project outward. (See FIG. 7). By using the binding crane material 16 having a simulated crane shape as described above, the appearance at the time of tying and use can be improved to a more natural state and a good appearance.
[0014]
Next, an example of a method of using the embodiment configured as described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, fingers are used from the left and right sides of the upper opening edge of the cultivation container body 1 made of a flexible member. While being crushed into a substantially elliptical shape while being pressed down, are forcibly inserted and arranged between the vertical lattices F forming the protection fence Q of the handrail P, and at the same time, as shown in FIG. The leg 2 is placed so as to straddle the lower chord material S below the protection fence Q.
[0015]
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the fastening and fixing projections 11 of the cultivation container body 1 are arranged so that they are adjacent to each other via the vertical lattice F and the U-shaped opening sides of the hooks 13 are directed outward. By wrapping the binding member 14 together with the vertical lattice F on both hook portions 13, the upper opening edges of the cultivation container body 1 adjacent to each other are firmly fixed to the protective fence Q.
[0016]
In this way, the plurality of cultivation container bodies 1 are arranged in an orderly manner in accordance with the pitch L interval of the vertical lattice F. By planting shrubs, ivy, gold crests, and the like that are elongate in the cultivation container main body 1, for example, the gaps between the vertical lattices F of the protective fence Q are formed in appearance. Make it in good condition and make it blindfolded.
[0017]
Further, the cultivation container body 1 is used for a curved handrail that is curved outward on a weir wall such as a terrace or a veranda as shown in FIG. 10, or installed on one side or both sides of a stair as shown in FIG. It can also be used for stair railings.

It is. In this embodiment, the arc-shaped large curved portion 21 and the arc-shaped small curved portion are divided into two so as to be located inside and outside the vertical lattice F forming the protective fence Q so that the internal volume is large and small. A flat surface contact portion that contacts the vertical lattice F is formed between the large and small curved portions 21 and 22. The large curved portion 21 has a diameter of, for example, about twice the pitch L interval of the vertical lattice F, and the small curved portion 22 has a diameter slightly larger than the pitch interval of the vertical lattice F. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
[0021]
FIGS. 12 and 13 show a fourth embodiment according to the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to substantially the same components as those in the first embodiment, and a detailed description thereof will be given. Is omitted. In the present embodiment, the auxiliary legs 31 tied to the vertical lattice F are symmetrically connected to the legs 2 of the cultivation container main body 1 in the left and right directions. In view of the above, it is preferable that the engaging portions 32 are formed so as to be substantially arc-shaped by being separated from each other at a slightly larger interval than the pitch L interval between the vertical lattices F, and to have an engaging portion 32 protruding from the inner surface of the lower end portion. is there. As a result, as shown in FIG. 13, the binding member that is engaged with the engaging portion 32 of the auxiliary leg 31 between each of the adjacent vertical lattices F at any position in the height direction of the vertical lattice F. The cultivation container main body 1 can be firmly supported by being tied to the vertical lattice F by 14, which is suitable when the cultivation container main body 1 is arranged in the vertical direction.
[0022]
FIGS. 14 and 15 show a fifth embodiment according to the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to substantially the same parts as those in the first embodiment, and a detailed description thereof will be given. Is omitted. In the present embodiment, a connection leg 30 capable of being tied to the vertical lattice F is detachably connected to the leg 2 of the cultivation container main body 1, and the connection leg 30 is as shown in the figure. A frame-shaped connecting frame 33 fitted into the leg 2 is formed so as to have a substantially arc shape by being separated from the vertical lattice F at a slightly larger interval than the pitch L between the vertical lattices F when viewed from the front. In addition, a curved engaging portion 32 is integrally and continuously provided at a lower end portion. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 14, as in the above-described fourth embodiment, any portion of the vertical lattice F in the height direction can be supplemented between each adjacent vertical lattice F. The cultivation container main body 1 can be firmly supported by being bound to the vertical lattice F by the binding member 14 engaged with the engaging portion 32 of the leg 31. Moreover, since the connecting leg 30 has a separate structure from the cultivation container body 1, it can be detachably connected to the cultivation container body 1 shown in each of the first, second, and third embodiments. , And their usability can be further increased.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, for example, a gap between mutually adjacent vertical grids F of a handrail P having a vertical grid-shaped protection fence Q in a terrace, a veranda, a balcony, a rooftop, a stair, etc. It can be easily closed by planting so that the space of the terrace, veranda, balcony, rooftop, stairs, and the like itself is not narrowed, and the appearance is good.
[0024]
That is, the present invention is mounted so that the present invention straddles the cultivation container body 1 made of a flexible member compressed and sandwiched between the vertical lattices F and the lower chord S in which the lower side of the protection fence Q is connected in a horizontal manner. An upper opening edge of the cultivation container body 1 sandwiched between the bifurcated legs 2 formed by depressing the bottom surface of the cultivation container body 1 in an arch shape so as to be able to be bridged, and each vertical lattice F of the protective fence Q. This is because the left and right upper opening edges are provided with fastening and fixing projections 11 on which the binding member 14 can be wound so as to fasten and fix the portion to the vertical lattice F. Thereby, the cultivation container body 1 itself Can be arranged neatly in accordance with the pitch L interval of the vertical lattice F of the protective fence Q. In this cultivation container main body 1, for example, shrubs, ivy, gold crests, etc. exhibiting an upright state are planted. The gap between the vertical lattices F of the handrail P will be in a good appearance in appearance. It can be blindfolded state in the.
[0025]
A drain hole 3 for draining water from the inside of the cultivation container body 1 is formed in a recessed portion between the legs 2 of the cultivation container body 1 so that water poured into the cultivation container body 1 can be smoothly discharged to the outside. The cultivation container body 1 itself can be drained, so that watering for planting in a fixed state without removing the cultivation container body 1 from the protective fence Q can be performed with confidence.
[0026]
The fastening fixing projection 11 has a U-shaped frame shape formed so that the opening sides face each other inward from the upper ends of the pair of right and left standing pieces 12 erected from the upper opening edge of the cultivation container body 1. Since the binding members 14 are formed by the hooks 13 and the binding members 14 are wound around the hooks 13 together with the vertical lattice F of the protective fence Q, the upper opening edges of the cultivation container body 1 adjacent to each other are protected. The cultivation container main body 1 can be firmly fixed to the fence Q, and can be prevented from falling down from the handrail P due to a strong wind or an earthquake.
[0027]
The cultivation container is formed by integrally connecting the fastening and fixing protrusions 11 at the inner joint position between the upper opening edges of the two cultivation container bodies 1 adjacent to each other and the fastening and fixing protrusions 11 at the outer separating position. Since the main body 1 is formed in two rows, the vertical grid F of the protective fence Q is sandwiched between the fastening fixing projections 11 at the inner joint positions of the upper opening edges, and the vertical grid is formed on both hooks 13. F and the hooks 13 of the fastening projections 11 at the outer separation positions of the upper opening edges are wound around the binding member 14 together with the vertical lattice F, thereby forming a double unit. The formed cultivation container body 1 can be firmly fixed to the protection fence Q. In addition, since the cultivation container body 1 has a double structure, the space in the container required for planting can be increased, and for example, wide shrubs can be easily cultivated.
[0028]
Auxiliary legs 31 that can be supported on the vertical lattice F are symmetrically connected to the legs 2 of the cultivation container body 1 in the left and right directions, and are similarly fitted into the legs 2 of the cultivation container body 1. The connection legs 30 formed by symmetrically forming the auxiliary legs 31 on the left and right sides of the frame-shaped connection frame 33 are detachably connected to each other. And the auxiliary legs 31 can be supported, for example, by tying them, so that the cultivation container body 1 can be supported in various arrangements not only on the lower chord S of the protection fence Q but also over the entire area of the protection fence Q, It is not just a blindfold, but you can enjoy planting in this interesting arrangement. Not only that, the cultivation vessel main body 1 is formed separately from the cultivation vessel main body 1, so that the cultivation vessel main body 1 can be formed independently by being fitted to the legs 2. Since the cultivation container body 1 itself can be used as a fixed support structure, and no special processing is required for the cultivation container body 1 itself, there is an advantage that it can be provided at low cost.
