【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、結婚式、特に、レストランウェディングの手配を行うウェディングプランニングシステム及び方法等に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、専門の結婚式場やホテルではなく、レストランなどでオリジナルな結婚式を行うことを希望する挙式者が増加している。しかし、レストランでは、専門の結婚式場やホテルのように結婚式の各種手配を行ったり、管理したりするためのシステムや体制が整えられていないことが多い。
一方、特許文献１には、結婚する二人の生い立ちや結婚式に関する情報、さらには、継続的に結婚後の生活やイベントに係る情報を保持し、公開するとともに、これらの情報を基に、結婚式を行ったホテルなどが各種情報を提供するブライダル情報システムについて記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したように、レストランにおいては、結婚式の各種手配を行うためのシステムや体制を備えていないことが多く、挙式者が自身で各手配業者への手配を行わなければならなかった。これは非常に負担が大きく、煩雑であった。また、レストラン側が、レストランウェディングのための会場や料理の手配といった本業以外の手配を請け負うのは困難であった。しかし、特許文献１においては、結婚するカップル（挙式者）の結婚式に関する情報を保持し、公開するものではあるが、上述する問題を解決するものではない。
この発明は、このような事情を考慮してなされたもので、その目的は、レストランにおいてオリジナルな結婚式を挙げるための手配を行うことができるウェディングプランニングシステム及び方法等を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、結婚式の手配を行うウェディングプランニングシステムであって、ペーパーアイテム毎のデザインのリストを記憶するデータベースと、前記データベース内からペーパーアイテムのデザインのリストを読み出して出力するとともに、このペーパーアイテムのデザインのリストの中から選択された、結婚式に手配するペーパーアイテムのデザインの情報を受信するアイテム選択手段と、前記アイテム選択手段が受信したペーパーアイテムのデザインの情報を基に、結婚式に手配するペーパーアイテムを印刷する印刷制御手段と、を備えることを特徴とするウェディングプランニングシステムである。
上記発明によれば、顧客（挙式者）が選択したデザインに基づき、結婚式のために手配するペーパーアイテムを印刷するウェディングプランニングシステムを提供することができる。
これにより、レストランは、結婚式の手配に関する専門知識がなくとも、顧客（挙式者）へオリジナルなレストランウェディングのためのペーパーアイテムを手配することができ、料理及び会場の設営などの本業に注力することができる。また、挙式者は、オリジナルなレストランウェディングのためのペーパーアイテムの手配を簡易に行うことができる。

また、本発明は、上述するウェディングプランニングシステムであって、前記データベースは、さらに、挙式者の顧客情報及び該挙式者の結婚式のプランを示すプランニング情報を記憶し、前記印刷制御手段は、さらに、前記顧客情報あるいは前記プランニング情報を前記ペーパーアイテムに印刷する、ことを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、ウェディングプランニングシステムは、顧客（挙式者）が選択したデサインのペーパーアイテムに、挙式者の顧客情報やプランニング情報を印刷する。
これにより、顧客（挙式者）が選択したデサインのペーパーアイテムに、挙式者の名前や住所、レストランウェディングの開催日時、レストランウェディングを開催するレストランの名称や住所、招待客の住所・氏名等を印刷することができるため、オリジナルなペーパーアイテムを作成することができる。

また、本発明は、結婚式の手配を行うウェディングプランニングシステムであって、アイテムあるいはサービス毎のプランのリストからなるアイテム情報を記憶するデータベースと、前記データベース内からアイテム情報を読み出して出力するとともに、このアイテム情報の中から選択された、結婚式に手配するアイテムあるいはサービスのプランの情報を受信するアイテム選択手段と、前記アイテム選択手段が受信したアイテムあるいはサービスのプランの情報を基に、該アイテムあるいはサービスの手配業者の保有する端末装置へ発注を行う予約手配手段と、を備えることを特徴とするウェディングプランニングシステムである。
上記発明によれば、顧客（挙式者）の選択に基づき、レストランウェディングのために手配するアイテム及びサービスを手配業者に発注するウェディングプランニングシステムを提供することができる。
これにより、レストランは、結婚式の手配に関する専門知識がなくとも、顧客（挙式者）へレストランウェディングのトータル窓口を提供することができるとともに、料理及び会場の設営などの本業に注力することができる。従って、ホテルや専門の結婚式場との差別化を図ることができ、レストランウェディングの利用者を増やすことができる。また、レストランウェディングのためのアイテム及びサービスを提供する手配業者は、個別に各レストランとの契約を行うことなくオリジナルウェディングの企画を提供するための個人客受付窓口を確保することができ、市場を拡大することができる。また、挙式者は、レストランウェディングの窓口を一本化するとともに、オリジナルな結婚式のための手配を簡易に行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、この発明の一実施形態のウェディングプランニングシステムの構成を示すブロック図である。
端末装置１００は、レストランウェディング（結婚式）の会場となるレストランが保有するパーソナルコンピュータである。端末装置１００は、ダイヤルアップ回線、ブロードバンド回線などにより、インターネットなどの公衆網であるネットワークＮと接続される。そして、ネットワークＮを介してウェディングプランニング装置３００と通信する機能を有する。さらに、端末装置１００は、ウェディングプランニング装置３００から受信した画面情報をディスプレイに表示したり、マウスやキーボードなどにより入力されたデータをウェディングプランニング装置３００へ送信するためのブラウザを備える。さらに、端末装置１００は、プリンタ２００と接続され、印刷を指示する機能を有する。
プリンタ２００は、レストランの保有する印刷装置であり、端末装置１００と接続される。そして、端末装置１００から印刷の指示を受け、紙への印刷を行う機能を有する。

端末装置５００ａ〜５００ｇ、…（以下、「端末装置５００」と記述）は、それぞれ、結婚式のトータルプランニングを行うプランナー、衣装の販売やレンタルを行う衣装屋、プロジェクタに投影する映像などのコンテンツを制作するコンテンツ作成業者、挙式者や出席者向けの記念写真等を撮影する写真屋、ブーケ・コサージュ・フラワーアレンジメントなどフラワーアイテムを作成する花屋、記念ビデオを撮影するビデオ作成業者、引出物業者、その他アイテムやサービス（キャンドル、バルーン、…等）の手配業者（以下、これらを「手配業者」と記述）が保有するパーソナルコンピュータである。端末装置５００は、ブロードバンド回線や専用線などによりネットワークＮと接続され、ウェディングプランニング装置３００と通信する機能を有する。そして、電子メールを送受信するメーラやブラウザなどを備え、ウェディングプランニング装置３００から受信した情報を内部に記憶し、画面や紙などに出力する機能と、ウェディングプランニング装置３００へ情報を送信する機能を有する。

ウェディングプランニング装置３００は、ペーパーアイテム手配業者が保有し、１又は複数のサーバにより実現することができるが、ここでは１つのサーバにより実現されることとする。ウェディングプランニング装置３００は、制御手段３１０、通信手段３１５、顧客管理手段３２０、顧客データベース（以下、「顧客ＤＢ」）３２５、アイテム選択手段３２７、見積手段３３０、プランニングデータベース（以下、「プランニングＤＢ」）３３５、アイテムデータベース（以下、「アイテムＤＢ」）３４０、予約手配手段３４５、受注処理手段３５０、出力手段３５５、及び、印刷制御手段３６０からなる。

顧客ＤＢ３２５は、顧客情報及びレストラン情報を記憶している。顧客情報及びレストラン情報は、以下の情報からなる。

顧客識別：顧客（挙式者）を一意に識別するための情報を示す。
顧客名：顧客（挙式者）の氏名を示す。
生年月日：顧客（挙式者）の生年月日を示す。
顧客連絡先：顧客（挙式者）の住所、電話番号などを示す。
顧客アドレス：顧客（挙式者）の電子メールアドレスなどを示す。
＜レストラン情報＞
レストラン識別：レストランを一意に識別するための情報を示す。
レストラン名：レストランの名称を示す。
レストラン連絡先：住所、電話番号、地図などの情報からなる。
アドレス情報：レストランの保有する端末装置１００のアドレスを示す。

プランニングＤＢ３３５は、顧客（挙式者）のレストランウェディングのプランを示すプランニング情報を記憶する。プランニング情報の例を以下に示す。
＜プランニング情報＞
顧客識別：顧客（挙式者）を一意に識別するための情報を示す。
開催日時：レストランウェディングの開催日時を示す。
レストラン識別：レストランウェディングを行うレストランを識別する。
招待客情報：招待客の人数、招待客の氏名、住所を示す。
手配情報：手配するアイテムあるいはサービスのプランの種別とその金額及び手配状態（見積段階／発注済段階／受注確認済段階）などの情報からなる。アイテムあるいはサービスのプランの種別とは、例えば、ペーパーアイテムの種別とそのデザイン、購買あるいはレンタルする衣装・アクセサリの識別、コンテンツのプランの種別、記念写真のプランの種別、フラワーアイテムのプランの種別、記念ビデオ撮影プランの種別、引出物・ラッピングの種別、その他アイテムのプランの種別などである。

アイテムＤＢ３４０は、各種アイテム及びサービスの手配業者が提供可能なプランのリストを示すアイテム情報を記憶する。アイテム情報の例を以下に示す。
＜アイテム情報＞
ペーパーアイテムプラン情報：各種ペーパーアイテムの種別毎のデザインとそのデザインの画像や説明文、金額などの情報からなる。ペーパーアイテムには、例えば、招待状、席次表、席札、ＴｈａｎｋＹｏｕカード、式次第、メニュー、誓約書、ゲストブック、コースター、ウェルカムボード、案内看板、熨斗紙などがある。なお、デザインとは、紙の質・色・大きさ・形、背景の模様・色、文字の字体・色・大きさ、サンプル文などである。
衣装プラン情報：販売／レンタルする衣装・アクセサリの識別、衣装・アクセサリの画像、説明文、サイズ、レンタル可能な日付、金額などの情報からなる。
コンテンツ作成プラン情報：プロジェクタに投影する映像など、作成するコンテンツのプランの種別、説明文、金額などの情報からなる。
写真プラン情報：記念写真のプランの種別、説明文、金額などの情報からなる。
フラワーアイテムプラン情報：フラワーアイテム（ブーケ・コサージュ・フラワーアレンジメントなど）のプランの種別、フラワーアイテムの画像、説明文、金額などの情報からなる。
ビデオプラン情報：記念ビデオ撮影プランの種別、説明文、金額などの情報からなる。
引出物プラン情報：引出物やラッピングの種別、引出物やラッピングの画像、説明文、金額などの情報からなる。
他アイテムのプラン情報：上述したアイテム及びサービス以外のアイテムやサービスのプランの種別、アイテムの画像、金額などの情報からなる。例えば、キャンドル、バルーン、…などである。
手配業者情報：各アイテムあるいはサービスを提供する手配業者の名称、住所・電話番号などの連絡先、電子メールアドレス等手配業者が保有する端末装置５００のアドレス情報などを示す。

制御手段３１０は、ＣＰＵ（ｃｅｎｔｒａｌｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇｕｎｉｔ）及び各種メモリから構成され、各部の制御や、データの一時的な格納や、データの転送等を行う。
通信手段３１５は、専用線やブロードバンド回線などによりネットワークＮと接続され、端末装置１００及び端末装置５００と通信する機能を有する。
顧客管理手段３２０は、顧客ＤＢ３２５内の顧客情報を管理する。
アイテム選択手段３２７は、顧客（挙式者）が選択したアイテムあるいはサービスのプランの情報を端末装置１００から受信し、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報に書き込む。
見積手段３３０は、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報を基に、見積金額を算出して端末装置１００へ出力する。
予約手配手段３４５は、端末装置１００からアイテム及びサービスの発注の指示を受け、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報を基に、各手配業者の端末装置５００へアイテムあるいはサービスの発注を行う。
受注処理手段３５０は、発注先の端末装置５００から受注確認を受け、受注確認済段階である旨をプランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報に書き込む。また、端末装置５００へ各種ＤＢ内の情報を送信する。
出力手段３５５は、各種ＤＢ内の情報を紙やディスプレイなどに出力する機能を有する。
印刷制御手段３６０は、顧客ＤＢ３２５内の顧客情報及びレストラン情報や、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報等を基にペーパーアイテムの印刷データを生成し、端末装置１００へ送信して印刷を指示する。

図２は、図１に示す実施形態によるウェディングプランニングシステムにおける機能関連概要図である。
まず、レストランが顧客（挙式者）からレストランウェディングを受け付ける。レストランの打ち合わせ担当者は、レストランウェディングを行う日時や招待客の人数等を基に、料理や設備などについて挙式者である顧客と打ち合わせる。そして、顧客がこのレストランにおいてレストランウェディングを行うことを決定すると、以下に示すように、ウェディングプランニング装置３００を用いてレストランウェディングのプランニングを行う。

レストランの打ち合わせ担当者は、レストランの保有する端末装置１００からウェディングプランニング装置３００へアクセスする。このとき、明示的にレストラン種別をウェディングプランニング装置３００へ送信してもよいし、ウェディングプランニング装置３００が、端末装置１００のアドレスを認識して顧客ＤＢ３２５内のレストラン情報からレストラン識別を得てもよい。ウェディングプランニング装置３００の顧客管理手段３２０は、顧客情報の入力を促すための顧客情報入力画面情報を生成し、端末装置１００へ送信する。
顧客（あるいはレストランの打ち合わせ担当者）は、端末装置１００が表示した顧客情報入力画面に顧客（挙式者）の名前、顧客（挙式者）の生年月日、顧客連絡先、顧客アドレスを入力し、ウェディングプランニング装置３００へ送信する。ウェディングプランニング装置３００の顧客管理手段３２０は、顧客識別を生成し、端末装置１００から受信した情報を顧客ＤＢ３２５内の顧客情報を新規に登録する。

続いて、ウェディングプランニング装置３００は、レストランウェディングの見積を行うための情報を端末装置１００から得て、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報に書き込む。
顧客管理手段３２０は、レストランウェディングの開催日時、招待客の人数を入力するための画面情報を生成し、端末装置１００へ送信する。そして、端末装置１００から顧客が入力したレストランウェディングの開催日時、招待客の人数を受信すると、レストラン識別とともに、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報に書き込む。次に、アイテム選択手段３２７は、アイテムＤＢ３４０からアイテム情報を読出し、各種アイテム及びサービスのプランのリストを表示するともに、この中から顧客（挙式者）が手配を行いたいアイテム及びサービスのプランを選択させる画面情報を生成して、端末装置１００へ送信する。そして、端末装置１００から顧客が選択したアイテムあるいはサービスのプランの情報を受信し、プランニングＤＢ３３５内のプランニング情報の手配情報に見積段階であることを示す手配状態とともに書き込む。
