【0005】
fn=√(k/m)/2π ………式1

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dynamic damper that is installed inside a vehicle seat to reduce vibration of the seat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various dynamic dampers have been used in vehicles, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 in order to reduce harmful vibration generated from an engine, a rotating shaft, and the like. This dynamic damper can effectively reduce the harmful vibration by tuning its resonance frequency (natural frequency) in accordance with the peak frequency of the harmful vibration that causes a problem.
[0003]
In recent years, seats mounted on vehicles have been diversified, and a problem of seat vibration has occurred due to insufficient rigidity or the like. Therefore, dynamic dampers are also being used for seats. As a dynamic damper for a seat, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a case 51 having attachment portions 51a, 51a fixed to the seat, and a case 51 fixed to an inner surface of the case 51 and arranged at a distance from each other. A pair of rubber elastic members 52, 52 and a mass member 53 having both ends elastically supported by the rubber elastic members 52, 52 are known.
[0004]
Note that the resonance frequency fn of the dynamic damper is basically determined by the following equation 1 when the spring constant in the vibration direction of the rubber elastic body 52 is k and the mass of the mass member 53 is m.
[0005]
fn = √ (k / m) / 2π Expression 1
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-94015 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-8-210441
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the harmful vibration generated in the seat is a vibration in a low frequency range of 10 to 30 Hz, and vibrations in various directions such as a vertical direction, a front-rear direction, and a left-right direction of the vehicle occur. Moreover, two or more problematic vibration peaks may appear in the same direction. However, in the conventional dynamic damper shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, since the resonance frequency fn in one direction is determined based on the above equation 1, only one vibration peak can be reduced in one direction. In addition, vibration at a frequency shifted from the resonance frequency fn cannot be effectively reduced, and the frequency range in which the vibration can be reduced is narrow. Therefore, when two or more problematic vibration peaks appear in the same direction, the conventional dynamic damper cannot reduce the two or more vibrations at the same time.
[0008]
Further, since the rubber elastic bodies 52, 52 used in the dynamic damper are easily affected by the use environment temperature, the spring constant k changes as the use environment temperature changes, and the resonance frequency tuned at the beginning is changed. fn may change. If the resonance frequency fn shifts in this way, the problematic vibration peak cannot be effectively reduced.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and provides a dynamic damper for a vehicle seat that can simultaneously reduce two vibrations having different frequencies in the same direction and can cope with a change in a use environment temperature. Providing is an issue to be solved.
[0010]
Means for Solving the Problems, Functions and Effects of the Invention
An invention according to claim 1, which solves the above-mentioned problem, is a dynamic damper installed inside a seat of a vehicle to reduce vibration of the seat, comprising: a flat mounting substrate fixed to the seat; A first vibration system including a first rubber elastic body fixed to the first rubber elastic body and a first mass member elastically supported by the first rubber elastic body; a second rubber elastic body fixed to the mounting substrate; A second mass member elastically supported by a rubber elastic body and a second vibration system disposed in parallel with the first vibration system, wherein the first vibration system and the second vibration system are in the same direction. Adopts means for tuning to different resonance frequencies in the range of 10 to 30 Hz.
[0011]
The dynamic damper according to the present invention is arranged such that, when vibrations that cause two problems occur in the same direction in the range of 10 to 30 Hz on the seat on which the dynamic damper is installed, The resonance frequencies of the first vibration system and the second vibration system are tuned, respectively. This makes it possible to simultaneously and reliably reduce two vibrations having different frequencies in the same direction.
[0012]
When one problematic vibration occurs in the same direction in the range of 10 to 30 Hz on the sheet, the vibration peak is slightly shifted (about 2 to 5 Hz) to both the high frequency side and the low frequency side. The resonance frequency of the first vibration system and the second vibration system is tuned to the frequency. Thus, the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 can significantly reduce one vibration peak. In this case, when the resonance frequency of the first vibration system and the resonance frequency of the second vibration system are slightly shifted due to a change in the use environment temperature of the dynamic damper, it is not limited to a state in which one of the resonance frequencies matches the frequency of the vibration in question. Because of the approach, the problematic vibration peak can be effectively reduced.
[0013]
Therefore, according to the dynamic damper of the present invention, two vibrations having different frequencies in the same direction can be reduced at the same time, and it is possible to cope with a change in the use environment temperature.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the first vibration system and the second vibration system employ a means in which a resonance frequency is tuned in each of two orthogonal directions. I have.
[0015]
According to this means, two vibrations having different frequencies can be simultaneously and reliably reduced in each of the two orthogonal directions. The two orthogonal directions can be appropriately selected and determined according to the structure of the dynamic damper.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, a means having an interference prevention wall disposed between the first vibration system and the second vibration system is employed.
[0017]
According to this means, when the vibration is input, the first vibration system and the second vibration system do not interfere with each other, so that the first vibration system and the second vibration system can be effectively exhibited without impairing the respective vibration reduction functions. Can be done. This interference prevention wall is preferably formed of an elastic body such as rubber.
[0018]

The second rubber coating layer 32b prevents the second mass metal member 32a from directly contacting other metal members, and also prevents the second mass metal member 32a from rusting.
[0027]
The resonance frequency fn of the second vibration system 3 is tuned to the range of 10 to 30 Hz in the two directions of the P direction and the Q direction according to the above equation (1). That is, the resonance frequency f 3 in the direction P is tuned to the second and the P direction of the spring constant k 3 of the rubber elastic body 31 on the basis of the mass m 2 of the second mass member 32 14 Hz, Q direction of the resonance The frequency f 4 is tuned to 24 Hz based on the Q-direction spring constant k 4 of the second rubber elastic bodies 31 and 31 and the mass m 2 of the second mass member 32. The resonance frequencies f 3 and f 4 of the second vibration system 3 in each direction are determined by changing the spring constants k 3 and k 4 of the second rubber elastic bodies 31 and the mass m 2 of the second mass member 32. Can be tuned to the same value.
[0028]
The interference prevention wall 4 is provided upright at a substantially central portion on the rubber layer 12 so as to extend from one end to the other end in the P direction. That is, the interference prevention wall 4 is disposed between the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3, and prevents interference between the first mass member 22 and the second mass member 32 when they resonate. It is to prevent. The interference prevention wall 4 is integrally formed of the same rubber material as the rubber layer 12.
[0029]
In the dynamic damper configured as described above, the rubber layer 12, the first and second rubber elastic bodies 21 and 31, the first and second rubber coating layers 22b and 32b, and the interference prevention wall 4 are integrally vulcanized and formed. The mounting substrate 1 and the first and second mass metal fittings 22a and 32a are inserted into a mold and vulcanized and formed integrally.
[0030]
The dynamic damper of the present embodiment is used by being attached to a predetermined portion of a vehicle seat, for example, inside a seatback by bolting the mounting board 1 through the mounting holes 11,.
[0031]
When vibration in the P direction is input to the sheet, the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 of the dynamic damper resonate in the P direction. Thereby, the 10 Hz harmful vibration is effectively reduced by the first vibration system 2, and the 14 Hz harmful vibration is effectively reduced by the second vibration system 3. That is, two vibrations of 10 Hz and 14 Hz in the P direction are simultaneously reduced.
[0032]
When vibration in the Q direction is input to the seat, the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 of the dynamic damper resonate in the Q direction. At this time, the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 do not interfere with each other because the interference prevention wall 4 is provided. Thereby, the harmful vibration of 20 Hz is effectively reduced by the first vibration system 2, and the harmful vibration of 24 Hz is effectively reduced by the second vibration system 3. That is, two vibrations of 20 Hz and 24 Hz in the Q direction are simultaneously reduced.
[0033]
As described above, the dynamic damper of the present embodiment includes the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 tuned to different resonance frequencies in the range of 10 to 30 Hz in the same direction. Two vibrations having different frequencies can be reduced simultaneously and reliably.
[0034]
In addition, the resonance frequency of each of the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 in the present embodiment is tuned in two orthogonal directions (P direction and Q direction). In the above, two vibrations having different frequencies can be reduced simultaneously and reliably.
[0035]
Further, the dynamic damper of the present embodiment has the interference prevention wall 4 disposed between the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3, so that the vibration of each of the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 can be improved. It can be effectively exhibited without impairing the reduction function.
[0036]
Furthermore, the dynamic damper of the present embodiment can be manufactured integrally with one vulcanization mold, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0037]
Note that, in the above embodiment, the case where there are two vibration peaks to be reduced in one direction is targeted. The resonance frequencies of the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 may be tuned to frequencies slightly shifted (about 2 to 5 Hz) to both sides on the low frequency side. In this way, the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 can significantly reduce one vibration peak. When the resonance frequency fn of the first vibration system 2 and the resonance frequency fn of the second vibration system 3 slightly deviates due to a change in the use environment temperature of the dynamic damper, one of the resonance frequencies fn coincides with the frequency of the vibration in question. As a result, the vibration peak that causes the problem can be effectively reduced, and it is possible to cope with a change in the use environment temperature.
[0038]
Further, in the above embodiment, the resonance frequency of the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 is tuned in the range of 10 to 30 Hz, but the vibration of 12 to 25 Hz which is more likely to appear as a harmful vibration generated in the seat. The resonance frequencies of the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3 can be tuned according to.
[0039]
Since the dynamic damper of the present invention is installed inside a sheet filled with urethane or the like, the dynamic damper is housed in a case to secure a movable space for the first vibration system 2 and the second vibration system 3. It may be.
