Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional techniques, the rotor 41 of the motor 4 basically always rotates at a speed substantially equal to or higher than the engine rotation, even when the electric motor 4 is not operated. . For this reason, not only energy loss occurs, but also heat is likely to be generated in the motor 4 and this heat has an adverse effect on the surroundings. Also, when controlling a rotating motor, a higher battery voltage is required to control the rotation of the motor as the motor rotation speed becomes higher due to the back electromotive force or the like.
[0029]
In recent years, high-voltage batteries have been developed for hybrid vehicles. However, in order to obtain a sufficiently high battery voltage, a plurality of such high-voltage batteries must be connected in series, increasing the weight and cost of the vehicle. Will be invited.
Of course, if the vehicle is to be driven by an electric motor in many cases, a corresponding battery capacity is required, and an increase in the weight and cost of the vehicle is unavoidable. If an auxiliary battery is used, a battery having a smaller capacity may be used. Therefore, even when considering such a hybrid vehicle, it is desirable to stop the electric motor 4 when it is unnecessary and to operate the electric motor at the lowest possible speed.
[0030]
In particular, in the technique of Patent Document 2, when the engine is started [see FIG. 7 (a)], when the motor is running [see FIG. 7 (c)], when the engine is running [see FIG. During traveling [see FIG. 7 (e)] and the like, the electric motor 4 is often used at a high speed, which is not preferable.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has as its object to provide a hybrid vehicle in which the operation speed of an electric motor can be made as low as possible.
[0031]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, the hybrid vehicle of the present invention includes an internal combustion engine, an electric motor provided coaxially with the rotation axis of the internal combustion engine, and a coaxial motor provided with the internal combustion engine and the rotation axis of the electric motor. A sun gear connected to the rotating shaft, a ring gear connected to the rotating shaft of the electric motor, an inner pinion meshing with the sun gear, and an outer pinion meshing with the ring gear; and a carrier connected to the output shaft. A planetary gear type power transmission mechanism, a transmission for changing the speed of the rotation input to the input shaft, outputting the rotation to the output shaft, and transmitting the rotation to the drive wheels, and the output shaft and the transmission of the planetary gear type power transmission mechanism. A normal rotation state in which the carrier is output to the input shaft while the rotation of the carrier is in the normal rotation, and the rotation of the carrier is reversed to output to the input shaft of the transmission. Switch to the reverse state It is characterized in that it includes a rolling direction switching mechanism (claim 1).
[0032]
It is preferable that the electric motor further comprises a rotation restricting means for appropriately restricting the rotation of the rotor of the electric motor.
The transmission is preferably a continuously variable transmission (claim 3).
The rotation direction switching mechanism includes a planetary gear mechanism having a sun gear connected to the carrier of the differential allowable power transmission mechanism, a carrier connected to the input shaft of the transmission, and a ring gear, A forward clutch is interposed between the sun gear and the carrier to output the rotation of the carrier to the input shaft while the rotation of the carrier is normal, and the carrier of the carrier is interposed between the ring gear and a casing of the rotation direction switching mechanism. It is preferable that a reverse brake for reversing the rotation and outputting the rotation to the input shaft is provided (claim 4).
[0033]

Therefore, the battery voltage for controlling the rotation of the motor may be low, and it is possible to reduce the cost of the battery and the weight of the battery, thereby reducing the weight and cost of the vehicle. [0079]
[Others]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0080]
That is, the present invention includes an electric motor and an engine, both of which can be used for traveling of a vehicle, a sun gear connected to an engine rotation shaft, a ring gear connected to the motor rotation shaft, and a sun gear. It is sufficient that the planetary gear mechanism includes a planetary gear mechanism having an inner pinion meshing with the outer pinion meshing with the ring gear and a carrier connected to the output shaft. Other configurations are limited to those of the above-described embodiment. Not done.
[0081]
For example, as the transmission, a toroidal type continuously variable transmission or a stepped transmission may be used in addition to the belt type continuously variable transmission.
[0082]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the hybrid vehicle of the present invention, the rotation speed of the electric motor can be suppressed, and the required voltage of the battery for controlling the rotation of the electric motor can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost of the battery for controlling the rotation of the electric motor, and to reduce the weight of the battery, thereby reducing the weight and cost of the vehicle. Can be enhanced.
[0083]
Further, when the vehicle is driven by using only the internal combustion engine without using the motor, the rotor of the motor is stopped, so that unnecessary rotation of the motor can be prevented, and energy loss can be suppressed. Heat generation can be suppressed. As a result, the influence of heat on the periphery of the electric motor can be suppressed (claim 2).
In addition, by using a continuously variable transmission as the transmission, the engine and the motor can be operated efficiently, and both improvement in fuel efficiency and improvement in traveling performance can be achieved.
[0084]
Further, the rotation direction switching mechanism includes a planetary gear mechanism having a sun gear connected to the carrier of the differential-permissible power transmission mechanism, a carrier connected to the input shaft of the transmission, and a ring gear. In this manner, a forward clutch for outputting the rotation of the carrier to the input shaft while rotating forward is interposed between the sun gear and the carrier, and the forward clutch is provided between the ring gear and the casing of the rotation direction switching mechanism. By interposing a reverse brake that reverses the rotation of the carrier and outputs the rotation to the input shaft, the rotation direction can be switched independently of the planetary gear type power transmission mechanism, and the rotation of the electric motor can be changed. The speed can be easily suppressed to a lower speed (claim 4).
