本発明は衣類等に食い込まない安全ピンズレ防止具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、安全ピンを用いて名札等を衣類等に留める時、安全ピンの針先竿体で衣類等に穴を開け、貫通させて留めていた。
その際、小さく切ったフェルト等のあて布等に針先竿体を通して衣類に取り付けたり、針先竿体とネジレバネ部の根元にビーズ等を入れて安全ピンのズレを防止していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、名札等を付けて動いているうちにどうしても安全ピンを構成するネジリバネ部側に衣類がズレてしまい、その結果、安全ピンの針先竿体の直径以上の穴が衣類に開き、衣類が場合によっては破れてしまう場合が往々にしてあった。
特にＴシャツやアトリエ等の薄手の生地での傷みは激しく、洗濯後、安全ピンをつけるたびに位置を変えたりしても余計に多数の穴が開いて目立つという欠点があった。
先のフェルト等によるあて布、ビーズ等を針先竿体とネジリバネ部の根元に衣類がズレないように設けても、激しい動きや名札等を引っ張られたりするとやはりネジリバネ部に食い込んでしまい、安全ピンを衣類等からはずすたびにフェルトのあて布、ビーズ等も針先竿体から外れてしまうため、その保管管理にも注意が必要となる欠点があった。
本発明の目的は、これら従来の安全ピンのズレの課題を解決し、更に見栄えのよい安全ピンズレ防止具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ネジリバネ部（１）から伸びる針先竿体（２）は穴（４）を通るよう予め切り込み部（６）を、ネジリバネ部（１）から伸び、針先留め保護部（９）と一体化された竿体（３）は穴（５）を通るよう予め切り込み部（７）をそれぞれ設けておく。
本発明は、以上のような構成からなる安全ピンズレ防止具である。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図１、図２、図３及び図４で説明するが、これによって本発明は限定されるものではない。
安全ピンズレ防止具（８）には予め安全ピンを構成する針先竿体（２）及び竿体（３）がそれぞれ通る穴（４）及び（５）を開けておく。
なお、本発明において設けられる穴（４）及び穴（５）の大きさつまり幅は針先竿体（２）を針先留め保護部（９）に留めた時の該針先竿体（２）及び竿体（３）の最小幅、又針先竿体（２）を針先留め保護部（９）から外して広がった時の該針先竿体（２）及び竿体（３）の最大幅が納まるようにある程度の幅を持たせて設けている。
又、針先竿体（２）及び竿体（３）の直径より小さい切り込み部（６）及び切り込み部（７）も設けておき、該針先竿体（２）及び竿体（３）が該切り込み部（６）及び切り込み部（７）を経由してそれぞれの穴（４）及び穴（５）に通るよう押し込み、安全ピンに本発明の安全ピンズレ防止具（８）を設置する。そしてネジリバネ部（１）側に安全ピンズレ防止具（８）を寄せておく。
このようにして図２のごとく名札が取り付けられた安全ピンを衣服（１１）に取り付けるのである。もちろん、衣服（１１）に安全ピンを先に取り付けた後で本発明の安全ピンズレ防止具（８）を安全ピンに取り付けてもよい。
図３及び図４は本発明の安全ピンズレ防止具（８）の側面部（１２）に表示部（１３）を更に設けたものを示している。

【発明の効果】
本発明の安全ピンズレ防止具は以上のような構造であるため、衣類を貫通して保持する安全ピンの針先竿体（２）及びネジリバネ部（１）において、衣類がネジリバネ部（１）側にズレて食い込むことが無くなる。
これによって衣類等に針先竿体（２）の直径以上の穴が開いたり、破れたりすることが無くなる。又、フェルト等のあて布、ビーズ等で食い込みを防止していた際に生じていた安全ピン脱着の際のフェルト等のあて布、ビーズ等の保管管理も必要無くなる。
更に本発明においては安全ピンズレ防止具（８）本体の側面部（１２）に表示部（１３）を設けておき、例えば該表示部（１３）の表面にロゴ、マーク、キャラクター又は校章等を印刷等の手段によって表示すれば、セールスプロモーション商品として扱うことが出来、その副次的効果も期待出来る。
なお、本発明における安全ピンズレ防止具（８）の形状、厚み、大きさ、デザイン、材質、製造方法等はある程度の強度を持ち、樹脂で成形されるなどの手段が適しているが、特に限定されることはない。
又、衣類等を傷めないように、本発明を構成する切り込み部、穴、側面部そして本体自体は角のないように面取り又はコーナーＲ付けされたものが好ましい。
又、表示部（１３）と本体との取り付け方法も予め一体成形されたものでも、後から表示部（１３）を本体側面部（１２）に接着してもよく、特に限定されない。表示部（１３）の表面に設けられるロゴ、マーク、キャラクター又は校章等の印刷方法等も特に限定されることはない。
