本発明は、ブレーカ等の電気機器を基台に配置して成る分電盤の、基台背面から配線されたケーブルをブレーカの端子に接続するためのブレーカ接続端子に関する。

従来は、図4〜図5に示すように、ブレーカ21に直接ケーブル22を接続していた。ケーブル22は、分電盤23の背面から配線され、ブレーカ21に接続するためには、ケーブル22を折り曲げる必要があった(例えば特許文献1参照。)。

本発明に係るブレーカ接続端子は、ブレーカとケーブルとを接続する端子で、一端にブレーカの端子に対向するようにブレーカ接続穴を、他端にケーブル接続穴をケーブルが基台内で曲折させず接続可能であるような角度に設けた端子部と、端子部を分電盤の基台に支持するための基部とで構成される。基台の背面に設けられた配線孔からケーブルを入線し、そのまま折り曲げることなくケーブル接続穴と接続され、入線ガタースペースを抑え、分電盤の外形寸法を減らすことも可能である。

以上述べたように本発明に係るブレーカ接続端子は、一端にブレーカの端子に対向するようにブレーカ接続穴を、他端にケーブルを基台内で曲折させず接続可能であるような角度にケーブル接続穴を設けた端子部と、端子部を分電盤の基台に支持するための基部とで構成するため、分電盤に入線される電線が太くても折り曲げずにブレーカと接続できるのでガター寸法を抑えることができ、分電盤の大きさも変えなくてよい。また、電線を折り曲げる作業が必要なくなるので、配線作業の効率が上がると共に、電線による分電盤の圧迫がなくなる。ブレーカ接続端子がテーパー状に形成されているので、ねじ止め作業もしやすく、確実にねじ止めが行える。
