【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、ブレーカの端子装
置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】近年、分電盤は電気機器の増加に伴って
多回路になってきているが、分電盤のサイズは狭いスペ
ースで設置できるよう小型化に向かっている。一般的に
家庭用として用いられる分電盤11は図3に示すように
主幹ブレーカ12の二次側に主幹ブレーカ12の横方向
に延びる導電バー13が接続され、導電バー13を挟ん
で両側に分岐ブレーカ14が接続されている。そのた
め、回路数が増加すると分電盤11のサイズは横に大き
くなる。従来の分岐ブレーカ14は、図4及び図5に示
すようにケース15の端部に第1極の端子装置16aと
第2極の端子装置16bが左右に並んで配置されてい
た。しかし、この分岐ブレーカ14ではケース15の幅
寸法が大きくなるので図6に示すブレーカ24ように第
1極の端子装置26aと第2極の端子装置26bをケー
ス25の高さ方向にずらして幅寸法を小さくしたものが

bを高さ方向にずらしたブレーカ24は幅寸法が小さく
なるが、端子ねじ27を回すドライバー28を挿入する

極の端子装置と第2極の端子装置を電線の挿入方向に互
いにずらし、更に電線の挿入方向に対して上下方向に互

両側を同形状に形成したが、ケースの電線が接続される
側だけでも良く、導電バーが接続される側について限定

2極の端子装置とを備えたブレーカにおいて、夫々の端
子装置を電線の挿入方向にずらし、且つ、電線挿入方向
に対して上下方向にずらして配置したことにより、ブレ
ーカの幅を薄くすることができ、分電盤を小型化するこ
とができるという優れた効果がある。
