<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity ordering system in which erroneous ordering of a commodity can be prevented and the commodity can efficiently be ordered, and to provide a selling source terminal and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The selling source terminal (20) at the time of ordering the commodity is provided with a means judging whether a selling source has right of substitute ordering or not based on authentication information inputted by an input means, a means creating an estimate sheet where prescribed estimate information is written when substitute ordering right is judged to exist, a means supplying the estimate sheet to an ordering source, a means creating an order sheet for substitute ordering, a means supplying the order sheet for substitute ordering to an intermediate source, a means creating the estimate sheet/order sheet where estimate information is written when substitute ordering right is judged to not exist and a means supplying the estimate sheet/order sheet to the ordering source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品の発注元が仲介元を介して販売元に商品発注を行う場合における、販売元に備えられた販売元端末、商品発注システム及びプログラムに関するものである。

【背景の技術】
住宅の建築や改築を行う場合、施工業者等が、例えば、建具や、家具、資材等、他種類の商品を販売業者等から調達して施工する。
商品の流通において、一般に、顧客販売店、特約小売店やディーラー等と呼ばれており、施主等の顧客に商品を販売するとともに該商品の発注を行う発注元と、商品の企画・宣伝等を行うとともに前記顧客販売店に営業方法の提供や管理を行う本店（仲介元）と、本店が指定した商品自体あるいは商品の生産に必要な資材を販売する商品販売店（販売元）とが関係する形態がある。
すなわち、図１９に示すように、顧客販売店は、発注元として、顧客から注文を受けた商品自体あるいは前記資材を、仲介元としての本店に発注する。該顧客販売店から発注を受けた本店（仲介元）は、販売元としての商品販売店との間で、該商品自体あるいは資材を売買する。そして、本店（仲介元）が購入した商品は、顧客販売店（発注元）側に納入される（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

このような、本店と、顧客販売店と、商品販売店とによる商品の流通形態には以下の利点が挙げられる。まず、本店の企画する商品を、複数の顧客販売店が販売するので、一種類の商品に対する需要が多く見込める。これにより、商品販売店は、商品自体あるいは前記資材の販売量を確保できる。また、顧客販売店は自ら商品の企画・宣伝を行う手間や、資材等の購入先を探す手間が省ける。更に、本店が指定した商品自体あるいは前記資材を使用することにより商品の質の低下を抑止し、営業上の信頼を維持できる上、本店の企画・宣伝等により、顧客からの商品に対する信頼を得やすく、顧客は安心して購入する。したがって、顧客販売店側は顧客を得やすい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記特許文献１のような商品の流通の形態においては、顧客販売店が必要とする商品を扱う商品販売店は多岐にわたるので、商品発注の際、煩雑な作業となるとともに誤発注も少なくなかった。また、本店が、顧客販売店から発注の依頼を受けた後、該本店から商品販売店に発注を行うので、商品の納期迄に時間がかかることになるという問題があった。
また、予め本店が管理する商品ファイル等に登録されている商品しか発注できないため、例えば、顧客の要望に基づいて顧客販売店が、商品販売店に特注品を依頼する際には、個別に見積書、注文書等を作成しなければならない上、その特注依頼内容を別途、本店にも報告しなければならないため、手間がかかるという問題があった。

本発明は上記課題を鑑みてなされるものであり、商品の誤発注を防ぎ、商品の発注を効率良く行うことができる、商品発注システム、販売元端末、及びプログラムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題に対し、請求項１に記載の発明は、例えば、商品の発注元（例えば、ディーラー１００）が仲介元（例えば、本店３００等）を介して販売元（例えば、資材メーカー２００等）に商品発注を行う場合における前記販売元に備えられた販売元端末（例えば、資材メーカー端末２０等）であって、
認証情報を入力するための入力手段（例えば、入力部２４等）と、
前記入力手段により入力された認証情報に基づいて、当該販売元が前記発注元に代わって代理発注を行う代理発注権を有するか否かを判断する判断手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ等）と、
前記判断手段により、代理発注権があると判断された場合に、所定の見積情報が記載された見積書を作成する見積書作成手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ、ディーラーファイル２５３等）と、
前記見積書作成手段により作成された見積書を前記発注元に提供する見積書提供手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、通信部２６等）と、
前記見積書に基づいて、代理発注用注文書を作成する代理発注用注文書作成手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、代理発注プログラム２５２ｂ、ディーラーファイル２５３等）と、
前記代理発注用注文書作成手段により作成された代理発注用注文書を前記仲介元に提供する代理発注用注文書提供手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、通信部２６等）と、
前記判断手段により、代理発注権のないと判断された場合に、前記見積情報が記載された見積書兼注文書を作成する見積書兼注文書作成手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ、ディーラーファイル２５３等）と、
前記見積書兼注文書作成手段により作成された見積書兼注文書を前記発注元に提供する見積書兼注文書提供手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、通信部２６等）と、
を備えたことを特徴とする。

ここで、商品とは、物品のみならず、運送サービス等のようなサービス内容も含み、さらに、例えば、予め販売元が取り扱う商品にかぎられず、特注品等であってもよい。
また、発注元は、例えば、ディーラーや特約小売店と呼ばれる小売業者であって、顧客と直接に商取引を行う業者である。仲介元とは、例えば、本店等の商品の企画・宣伝等を行うとともに、発注元に営業方法の提供や管理を行う業態の組織であって、販売元から発注元への商品の仲介を行う。販売元とは、例えば、商品を生産、販売するメーカー、商品を輸入等により容易する卸売業者等である。

請求項１に記載の発明によれば、判断手段により、入力手段により入力された認証情報に基づいて、当該販売元が発注元に代わって代理発注を行う代理発注権を有するか否かが判断され、代理発注権があると判断された場合に、見積書作成手段により、所定の見積情報が記載された見積書が作成され、見積書提供手段により、該見積書が発注元に提供され、代理発注用注文書作成手段により見積書に基づいて、代理発注用注文書が作成されて、代理発注用注文書提供手段により、代理発注用注文書が仲介元に提供される。
従って、発注元は、仲介元に対して商品を発注する手間が省けるともに、誤発注を防ぐ効果が得られる。また、販売元は、依頼される商品を早く知る機会があたえられ、商品の納入期間の短縮を図ることができる
また、判断手段により、代理発注権のないと判断された場合に、見積書兼注文書作成手段により、見積情報が記載された見積書兼注文書が作成され、見積書兼注文書提供手段により見積書兼注文書が発注元に提供されるので、発注元は、特に商品が特注品等である場合等、発注元において、注文書が作成されない場合に、販売元にて作成された注文書を仲介元に提出できることとなって大変便利である。
また、本販売元端末によれば、代理発注権がある場合とない場合の双方において適用可能であるため便利である。

請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の販売元端末において、
前記見積書兼注文書に記載される前記見積情報のうち、少なくとも一部を暗号化した暗号化見積情報を作成する暗号化見積情報作成手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ等）を備えたことを特徴する。

ここで、暗号化見積情報とは、例えば、発注元に対して知られては不都合であるとともに、仲介元に対して通知する必要がある情報を暗号化した情報を含むものである。

前記販売元端末から送信された代理発注用注文書を受信するとともに、前記発注元端末から送信された見積書兼注文書を受信する受信手段（例えば、通信装置３２等）を備えたことを特徴とする。

請求項４に記載の発明によれば、販売元に、代理発注権がある場合とない場合の双方において適用可能であり、それぞれの場合に応じて好適に商品発注に関する各処理が実行されるので、大変便利である。そして、販売元に代理発注権がある場合には、発注元は、仲介元に対して商品を発注する手間が省けるともに、誤発注を防ぐ効果が得られる。また、販売元は、依頼される商品を早く知る機会があたえられ、商品の納入期間の短縮を図ることができる
また、販売店に代理発注権のない場合に、発注元は、特に商品が特注品等である場合等、発注元において、注文書が作成されない場合に、販売元にて作成された注文書を仲介元に提出できることとなって大変便利である。

請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項４に記載の商品発注システムにおいて、
前記販売元端末は、
前記見積書兼注文書に記載される見積情報のうち、少なくとも一部を暗号化した暗号化見積情報を作成する暗号化見積情報作成手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ２１、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ等）を備え、
前記仲介元サーバは、
前記受信手段により受信した見積書兼注文書に記載された暗号化見積情報を解読する解読手段（例えば、ＣＰＵ３１等）を備えたことを特徴とする。

請求項５に記載の発明によれば、請求項４に記載の発明と同様の効果が得られるのは勿論のこと、特に、販売元端末の暗号化見積情報作成手段により、見積書兼注文書に記載される見積情報のうち、少なくとも一部を暗号化した暗号化見積情報が作成され、仲介元サーバの解読手段により、該暗号化見積情報が解読されるので、見積書において、発注元に対して知られては不都合である情報を知られずに、該見積書を注文書として仲介元に対して通知することができることとなって、いちいち各種情報を仲介元に通知する手間が省けることとなって、発注が効率的となる。

請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項５に記載の商品発注システムにおいて、
暗号化される見積情報は、前記仲介元の商品の仕入れ価格情報であることを特徴する。

請求項６に記載の発明によれば、請求項５に記載の発明と同様の効果が得られるのは勿論のこと、特に、暗号化される見積情報は、仲介元の商品の仕入れ価格情報であるので、発注元に仕入れ価格情報を知られることなく、そのまま該見積情報を仲介元に送付することが可能となり、発注元に対する見積書をそのまま仲介元への注文書として用いる際に好適である。

請求項７に記載に記載の発明は、発注元が仲介元を介して販売元に商品発注を行う場合における、前記販売元に備えられたコンピュータに、
入力された認証情報に基づいて、当該販売元が前記発注元に代わって代理発注を行う代理発注権を有するか否かを判断する機能（例えば、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ等）と、
代理発注権があると判断された場合に、所定の見積情報が記載された見積書作成を作成する機能（例えば、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、見積作成プログラム２５２ａ、ディーラーファイル２５３等）と、
前記見積書に基づいて、代理発注用注文書を作成する機能（例えば、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、代理発注プログラム２５２ｂ、ディーラーファイル２５３等）と、

を実現させるためのプログラムである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明に係る商品発注システム、について説明する。

図１は、本発明に係る商品発注システム１の全体構成を説明するための図である。
図１に示すように、住宅の建築や改築を行う際の建具、家具等の資材商品（以下、商品とする。）の発注を施主から依頼された発注元としてのディーラー１００と、これらの商品の製造、販売元である資材メーカー２００…と、複数の資材メーカー２００…の商品の情報を管理して、ディーラー１００からの、複数の資材メーカー２００…に対する注文を受付け、注文先の資材メーカー２００…に対する発注を仲介する仲介元としての本店３００とから構成されている。

上記のように構成された商品発注システム１において、基本的な発注の流れは、ディーラー１００が、施主からの依頼内容に基づいて商品の注文書を作成して本店３００に対して発注し、受注した本店３００が仲介して、資材メーカー２００に注文するとともに、該発注商品の配送指示を運送会社等に実行する。特に、ディーラー１００により発注される商品が複数の資材メーカー２００…の商品であっても本店３００に一括発注することにより、本店３００が各資材メーカー２００…に対して注文するように構成させているので、ディーラー１００の商品発注の手間を省くことができる。

また、上記のように構成された商品発注システム１において、図１に示すように、ディーラー１００が備えるディーラー端末１０と、資材メーカー２００が備える資材メーカー端末２０と、本店３００が備える管理サーバ３０とは、インターネット等の通信回線ネットワークＮで接続可能に構成されている。

ディーラー端末（発注元端末）１０は、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータによって構成され、内部に、ＣＰＵ（図示省略）、ＲＡＭ（図示省略）、記憶装置（図示省略）、通信手段としての通信装置１１等を備えている。
そして、ディーラー端末１０は、資材メーカー端末２０に対して、任意の商品に関する見積処理、代理発注処理等に対する依頼内容を送信するとともに、該資材メーカー端末２０から送信された見積や代理発注処理に関するデータを受信する等に用いられる。
また、ディーラー端末１０は、本店３００が管理する商品の注文書を作成して管理サーバ３０に送信する注文書作成機能を備えている。

資材メーカー端末（販売元端末）２０は、ディーラー端末１０から送信された、任意の商品に関する見積処理、代理発注処理に対する依頼に応じて、見積処理、代理発注処理等を実行するための装置である。そして、資材メーカー端末２０は、図２に示すように、ＣＰＵ（ＣｅｎｔｒａｌＰｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇＵｎｉｔ）２１と、ＲＡＭ（ＲａｎｄｏｍＡｃｃｅｓｓＭｅｍｏｒｙ）２２と、表示部２３と、入力部２４と、記憶部２５と、通信部２６と、印刷部２７等を備え、それらはバスや各種インターフェース等を介して接続されている。

ＣＰＵ２１は、記憶部２５に格納されているシステムプログラムや商品情報の登録および表示処理に対応する各種アプリケーションプログラムや、入力部２４から入力される各種指示信号に応じた各種データ等をＲＡＭ２２に格納し、この指示及び入力データに応じてＲＡＭ２２内に格納したアプリケーションプログラムに従って各種処理を実行する。そして、ＣＰＵ２１は、その処理結果をＲＡＭ２２に一時的に格納するとともに、同処理結果に基づいて、任意の情報を表示部２３に表示するための制御を行ったり、同情報を印刷部２７において印刷処理を実行させたり、通信部２６を介して、資材メーカー端末１０、管理装置３０等に送信させる処理を実行する。また、ＣＰＵ２１は、一部或いは全部の処理結果情報を、記憶部２５の各種ファイルに記憶させる処理を実行する。

具体的には、ＣＰＵ２１は、判断手段として、入力部２４を用いて入力された認証情報としての資材メーカーコードに基づいて、該資材メーカー２００が、代理発注権があるか否かを判断する処理を実行する。

また、ＣＰＵ２１は、入力部２４を用いて入力された入力情報に基づいて、商品情報等を、商品情報ファイル２５３より取得する処理を実行する。

また、ＣＰＵ２１は、見積書作成手段として、代理権があると判断した場合に、所定の情報を含んだ見積書を作成する処理を実行する。また、ＣＰＵ２１は、代理発注用注文書作成手段として、該見積書がディーラー１００により承認された場合に、代理発注する際に用いられる所定の情報を含んだ注文書を作成する処理を実行する。
また、ＣＰＵ２１は、見積書兼注文書作成手段として、代理発注権のないと判断された場合に、所定の見積情報が記載された見積書兼注文書を作成する。
また、ＣＰＵ２１は、暗号化見積情報作成手段として、見積書兼注文書に記載される見積情報のうち、少なくとも一部、例えば、本店３００に対する特注商品の仕入れ価格等を暗号化した暗号化見積情報を作成する。

またＣＰＵ２１は、商品情報を表示部２３に表示させる処理を実行し、特に、親明細情報に含まれる、セット商品のセット商品情報と、子明細情報に含まれる親明細情報の詳細情報として、セット商品を構成する個別の商品の商品情報を階層的に表示させるように制御する。

また、ＣＰＵ２１は、見積情報提供手段、代理発注用注文書提供手段、見積書兼注文書提供手段、見積書送信手段、代理発注用注文書送信手段、見積書兼注文書送信手段として、通信部２６により、各装置、サーバ等に作成した見積データ、代理注文データ等を送信する処理を制御する。

その他、ＣＰＵ２１は、商品の売買金額を算出する処理、商品の運賃を算出する処理、等、見積処理、代理発注見積書兼注文書に記載される前記見積情報のうち、少なくとも一部を暗号化した暗号化見積情報を作成する処理等に必要な各種処理の制御を実行する。

ＲＡＭ２２は、ＣＰＵ２１が記憶部２５に格納されたプログラムを実行する際に各種データを展開するプログラム格納領域を形成するとともに、ＣＰＵ２１が実行する処理に関わるデータを一時的に記憶する記憶領域、入力指示と入力データとによって処理される作業領域等を形成する。即ち、ＲＡＭ２２には、例えば、ＣＰＵ２１が実行する注文書作成処理に関わるデータを一時的に記憶する記憶領域や、入力部２４を介して行われた入力指示と入力データとによって処理される作業領域等が設けられている。

入力部２４は、例えば、キーボードの他、マウス、タッチペン等のポインティングデバイス等を含み、入力手段として、画面に表示されたデータを選択したり、必要データを入力するために用いられる。
また、特に、発注元識別情報入力手段として、発注元識別情報としてのディーラーコードの入力機能を行う。

記憶部２５は、プログラムやデータ等が予め記憶されており、この記憶部２５は磁気的、光学的記録媒体、若しくは半導体メモリなどＣＰＵ２１で読取り可能な記録媒体２５ａを含んだ構成である。この記録媒体２５ａは、ＣＤ‐ＲＯＭ、メモリカード等の可搬型の媒体やハードディスク等の固定的な媒体を含む。また、この記憶部２５に格納するプログラム、データ等は、その一部若しくは全部を他のコンピュータ、装置等からＷＡＮ、ＬＡＮなどの通信回線ネットワークＮを介して通信部２６から受信する構成にしてもよく、更に記録媒体２５ａは通信回線ネットワークＮ上に構築された、外部装置の記録媒体であってもよい。

商品情報ファイル２５１（見積書作成手段、代理発注用注文書作成手段、見積書兼注文書作成手段）は、資材メーカー２００が販売可能な商品情報を記憶したファイルである。そして、例えば、個別の商品における、品番、品名、資材メーカーコード（Ｃｏ）、資材メーカー名、仕入れ値（本店３００への売価）、定価、ディーラー売価、色や材料等の各種選択肢等の詳細情報、納品の際に行われる、「開梱」、「組立」等の搬入作業内容情報、工数（商品の施工に要する時間）等のデータが含まれ、品番と記憶されたテーブルの行数とが関連づけられて記憶される。また、セット商品である場合、セット商品番号、セット商品名等のセット商品情報と、それらのセット商品に含まれる構成商品の構成数等のデータも含まれている。

尚、上記商品情報の品番は、資材メーカー２００が用いている品番がそのまま使用される。また、上記商品情報は、資材メーカー２００毎に、分類されて記憶される。また、商品情報ファイル２５１には、物品からなる商品の他に、それぞれの物品を所定の届け先に配送する際の運賃、集荷先等の配送サービスに関する情報も含んで記憶されている。

アプリケーションファイル２５２（判断手段、見積書作成手段、代理発注用注文書作成手段、見積書兼注文書作成手段）は、資材メーカー端末２０において実行される見積処理、代理発注処理に関わるシステムプログラムやアプリケーションプログラム、ページ情報等を記憶したファイルであって、例えば、図示しない、ＯＳ（オペレーティングシステム）等の制御プログラム、ＷＷＷブラウザ、電子メールソフト等を含む各種アプリケーションソフトが記憶されている。特に、商品情報を表示部２３に表示させる処理、入力部２４から入力された選択商品の注文に応じて売買価格を演算する処理等の各処理を含む、見積書処理を実行するための見積作成プログラム２５２ａ（見積書作成手段、見積書兼注文書作成手段）、代理発注処理における注文書作成処理、代理発注報告書作成処理、及び注文内容の送付処理等の各処理を実行するための代理発注プログラム２５２ｂ（代理発注用注文書作成手段）が記憶されている。
ここで、見積作成プログラム２５２ａは、判断手段として、パスワードとしての資材メーカーコードに基づいて、ＣＰＵ２１に代理発注権が有るか否かを判断するための認証基準テーブル等を含み、認証処理を実行するためのプログラムとしての機能する。

［資材メーカーに代理発注権がある場合の商品発注処理］
上記のように構成された商品発注システム１において、まず、ディーラー１００に代わって本店に商品の発注する権利（代理発注権）を持つ資材メーカー２００Ａに対して、ディーラー１００が、所定の商品の見積作成及び代理発注処理を依頼した場合における商品発注処理の動作について、図３に示すフローチャートに沿って説明する。
ここで、資材メーカー２００Ａは、本店３００に商品を登録している複数の資材メーカー２００…のうちの一例である。

先ず、ディーラー１００側において、顧客としての施主等の商品依頼内容に基づいて、該商品を取り扱っている資材メーカー２００Ａに対して見積依頼をするための見積依頼情報が作成され、該見積依頼情報が、ディーラー端末１０により、例えば、インターネット等の通信回線ネットワークＮを介して、資材メーカー端末２０に送信されることにより、商品見積依頼処理が実行される（ステップＳ１）。
ここで、見積依頼情報には、例えば、施主に関する施主データ（施主名、連絡先等）、施主とディーラー１００との間で交わされた契約に関する契約データ（契約Ｎｏ．、届け先（納入先）、納期等）、見積を行う商品に関する商品データ（品名、品番、色、サイズ、材料等の詳細選択内容等）等が含まれているが、必ずしもこれら全てについて含まれていなくともよいものとする。尚、見積される商品は、本店３００が管理している商品、即ち資材メーカー２００Ａが取り扱っている商品の他、特注品であってもよい。特注品の場合、商品データは、その特注内容（サイズ、材料、色等）であるとする。

次いで、上記のようなディーラー１００より見積依頼を受けた資材メーカー２００Ａは、資材メーカー端末２０の通信部２６を介して、ディーラー端末１０より上記見積依頼情報を受信すると、資材メーカー端末２０を用いて見積作成処理を実行する（ステップＳ２）。

次いで、資材メーカー２００Ａは、作成した見積をディーラー１００に送付する見積送付処理を実行する（ステップＳ３）。
この見積送付処理における送付形態は、例えば、資材メーカー端末２０から通信回線ネットワークＮを介してディーラー端末１０に送信する方法、ＦＡＸを用いた方法等、どのようなものであってもよい。
尚、見積作成処理（ステップＳ２）、及び見積送付処理（ステップＳ３）については、後に詳述する。

次いで、ディーラー１００において、ディーラー端末１０の通信装置１１を介して上記見積が受信される。そして、該見積を確認した上で、見積内容を承認すると、代理発注依頼することを資材メーカー２００Ａに通知する見積承認・代理発注依頼処理を実行する（ステップＳ４）。このディーラー１００と資材メーカー２００Ａとの間で実行される見積承認・代理発注依頼処理の通知形態は、見積送付処理と同様、ディーラー端末１０と資材メーカー端末２０との間において通信回線ネットワークＮを介した方法であってもよいし、ＦＡＸ等であってもよい。

次いで、上記見積承認・代理発注依頼を受けた資材メーカー２００Ａは、該見積商品を本店３００に対してディーラー１００の代わりに発注（代理発注）するための注文書を、資材メーカー端末２０を用いて作成する注文書作成処理を実行する（ステップＳ５）。

次いで、資材メーカー２００Ａは、作成した注文書データを、資材メーカー端末２０から管理サーバ３０に送信することにより、本店３００に送付する注文書送付処理を実行する（ステップＳ６）。尚、ＦＡＸ等により注文書を送付する構成であってもよい。この注文書作成処理（ステップＳ５）、及び注文書の送付処理（ステップＳ６）については、後に詳述する。

次いで、資材メーカー２００Ａは、本店３００に見積承認された商品を代理発注したことをディーラー１００に報告するための代理発注報告書を、資材メーカー端末２０を用いて作成する（ステップＳ７）。

次いで、資材メーカー２００Ａは、上記代理発注報告書をディーラー１００に送付（ステップＳ８）し、該代理発注報告書がディーラー１００により受領される（ステップＳ９）。ここで、代理発注報告書の送付処理及び受領処理は、資材メーカー端末２０とディーラー端末１０との間で通信回線ネットワークＮを介したものであってもＦＡＸ等であってもよい。上記代理発注報告書作成処理（ステップＳ７）、代理発注送付処理（ステップＳ８）については、後に詳述する。

一方、本店３００は、管理サーバ３０により、資材メーカー２００Ａの資材メーカー端末２０より送信された注文書を受領する（ステップＳ１０）。そして、本店３００は、該注文書に基づいて、注文された商品の納品指示を行い（ステップＳ１１）、この処理をもって商品発注処理が終了する。
ここで、発注商品の納品指示処理は、例えば、本店３００が、資材メーカー２００Ａに対し、本発注処理を実行するとともに、運送会社等に対して該発注承認の集荷及び、ディーラー１００指定の納品先への配送指示等を行う。

次いで、図３におけるステップＳ２の、資材メーカー２００Ａにより、資材メーカー端末２０を用いて実行される見積作成処理、及びステップＳ３の見積送付処理について、図４のフローチャート、及び図５〜図１１を用いて説明する。
尚、以下において、単に「表示」というときは表示部２３に表示することを示し、単に「指定」、「入力」、又は「ボタンを押下」というときは、入力部２４のマウス又はキーボード等を用いて「指定」、「入力」、又は、「ボタンを押下」することを示すものとする。

資材メーカー端末２０の電源が入った状態で、操作者による所定の操作等により注文書作成処理を開始させる指示が入力されると、ＣＰＵ２１は、記憶部２５のアプリケーションファイル２５２に格納されている見積作成プログラム２５２ａをＲＡＭ３に格納し、当該プログラムを起動させ、見積作成処理が開始される。そして、表示部２３の画面上にパスワード入力画面（図示省略）が表示される。そこで、資材メーカー端末２０の操作者は、該資材メーカー２００Ａに対して、本店３００等から予め割り振られているパスワード（資材メーカーコード等）を、入力する（ステップＳ２０１）。そして、資材メーカー端末２０のＣＰＵ２１は、入力されたパスワードに基づいて、見積作成プログラム２５２ａに含まれている認証基準テーブル等と照らし合わせることにより、代理発注処理が可能なパスワードであるか否かを判断した上で、メニュー画面（図示なし）を表示させる。ここで、資材メーカー２００Ａは、代理発注権をもった資材メーカー２００であるので、ＣＰＵ２１は、代理発注権があると認識しているものとする。

次いで、操作者が、メニュー画面中の「見積・注文」メニュー（図示なし）等を指定した上で、商品の見積又は注文に関連する基本情報の登録処理を行う（ステップＳ２０２）。

具体的に、ＣＰＵ２１は、アプリケーションファイル２５２の元データファイル２５２ｃより、見積・注文に関する基本情報を登録するための鑑ページデータを読み出して、図５に示すような鑑登録画面１００を表示部２３に表示させる。

ここで、見積・注文に関する基本情報としての鑑ページデータは、住宅の施工の場合、顧客ごとに管理される。そこで、鑑登録画面１０００には、顧客名（施主名）１００１、注文Ｎｏ．１００２、契約Ｎｏ．１００３、納期１００４、商品の配送先に関する情報として、届け先区分１００５、納入先Ｃｏ．１００６、届け先名１００７等の各内容を登録するための入力欄がそれぞれ設けられている。そこで、操作者は、ディーラー１００から送付された見積依頼情報に基づいて所定の内容を入力、指定する。すると、ＣＰＵ２１の制御により該入力内容が、各欄に表示される。

ここで、注文Ｎｏ．１００２は、見積を依頼し、発注を行う発注元としてのディーラーのディーラーコード１００２ａと、資材メーカー２００Ａを特定するためのＰコード１００２ｂと、見積・注文を行う月Ｎｏ．１００２ｃと、連番１００２ｄとから構成されている。この注文Ｎｏ．により、本店はどのディーラー１００が、どの資材メーカー２００に対して代理発注を依頼したかがわかることとなる。また、注文Ｎｏ．１００２には、同じ連番１００２ｄ（注文Ｎｏ．）の鑑が、既に登録されていないかを確認するためのダブリチェックボタン１００２ｅが設けられている。

また、契約Ｎｏ．１００３は、見積依頼処理において、ディーラー１００から資材メーカー２００Ａに見積依頼情報として送付されるデータであって、ディーラー１００と施主との間の契約を特定・分類するためのデータである。そして、契約Ｎｏ．１００３は、西暦１００３ａ、ディーラーＣｏ．１００３ｂ、ディーラー１００を意味する「０」１００３ｃ、連番１００３ｄを組み合わせた１１桁の数字から構成されている。

尚、注文Ｎｏ．１００２、及び契約Ｎｏ．１００３に含まれているディーラーコードは、操作者が、ディーラーファイル２５３を検索することにより、該当するディーラーコードデータを読み出すことが可能となっている。また、ＣＰＵ２１は、操作者により入力或いはディーラーファイル２５２から読み出された該ディーラーコードデータに基づいて、見積処理及び注文書作成処理において発注先としてのディーラー１００を認識する。そして、ＣＰＵ２１は、この認識に基づいて、Ｄｒ売価の設定、運賃の設定等、以後に実行される工程において、ディーラー毎に異なる判断を実行する。

また、上述の各欄の入力は、操作者がその都度入力する方法の他、記憶部２５の図示しないファイル等に予め各データが記憶されており、その記憶されたデータを、操作者が所定の操作により検索することで行う方法等であってもよい。
また、本ステップＳ２０２において入力、表示された情報を含むページデータ等は、作成情報として、作成情報ファイル２５４に記憶、格納され、新規に入力が行われるとその都度入力内容に合わせて随時更新されるようになっている。

上記基本情報の入力処理が終了すると、操作者は、図５に示す鑑登録画面１０００の上部に表示されている「発注明細作成」ボタン１００８を指定することにより、ステップＳ２０３の商品選択処理へ移行する。

そこで、操作者は、この資材メーカー名一覧表示部２０００ｂに表示された資材メーカー名のうち、資材メーカー２００Ａ（Ａ産業）のボタン２００２を指定すると、ＣＰＵ２１は、その指定されたボタン２００２に基づいて、指定された資材メーカー２００Ａが取り扱う商品情報を、記憶部２５の商品情報ファイル２５１より取得して図７に示すような商品一覧画面３０００を表示部２３に表示させる。
尚、本処理は、ディーラー１００により見積処理を依頼された資材メーカー２００Ａによる見積・注文における商品選択処理であるので、資材メーカー２００Ａの商品のみが表示或いは選択可能であり、他の資材メーカー２００の商品は表示或いは選択が禁止されている構成であってもよい。

図７に示す商品一覧画面３０００には、画面上部に、指定された資材メーカー２００Ａの資材メーカー名３００１等が表示されているコマンド表示部３０００ａが設けられ、中央部３００ｂに、該資材メーカー２００Ａが取り扱う商品情報が一覧表示されている。

そこで操作者は、表示されている商品情報から、発注したい商品が表示されている行にポインティングデバイスの位置を合わせる処理により、発注する商品を選択する。

ここで、価格３００４には、施主等の料金負担者への売価である定価３００４ａ、ディーラー１００への売値であるＤｒ売価３００４ｂ等が含まれている。ここで、Ｄｒ売価３００４ｂは、ＣＰＵ２１が、上述の注文Ｎｏ．や契約Ｎｏ．等に含まれるディーラーコードに基づいて、発注元であるディーラーを認識し、該認識情報に基づいて、ディーラーファイル２５３、商品情報ファイル２５１等から価格を決定するためのディーラー掛け率等の基準条件データ読み出し、該基準条件データに基づいて演算し、表示したものである。

そして、これらの商品から、任意の商品を注文する場合は、操作者は、各商品情報の左側に表示されている「単」ボタン３００７もしくは「連」ボタン３００８の指定処理を行う。

ここで、「単」ボタン３００７が指定されると、ＣＰＵ２１は、該商品の選択指示であると判断した上で、親明細画面２０００に戻り、発注商品として同商品情報を、商品情報ファイル２５１より取得して、同画面に表示する。

一方、続けて他の商品を注文する場合、操作者は、各商品情報の左側に表示されている「連」ボタン３００８を指定する。すると、ＣＰＵ２１は、選択された商品を、発注商品と記憶した上で、商品一覧画面３０００を表示部２３にそのまま表示させる。従って、操作者は、そのまま連続して、次の商品選択処理ができる。

そして、上記のようにして商品の選択処理が実行されると、ＣＰＵ２１は、該選択商品を発注商品情報として、表示させる処理を実行する。

具体的には、ＣＰＵ２１の制御により、例えば、図８に示す親明細画面４０００のように、発注した商品の一覧情報が、親明細情報表示部４０００ａの施主名４００１に続いて表示される。尚、図８に示す親明細画面４０００においては、商品選択処理（ステップＳ２０３）においては一例として、単品商品である『テーブル』、『２定価品』、『ソファ２人掛』、及びセット商品である、『親セット１』とが選択されたとする。従って、親明細情報表示部４０００ａには、選択商品の品名４００２、品番４００３、価格４００４（定価４００４ａ、Ｄｒ価格４００４ｂ）、注文Ｎｏ４００５等が表示されている。

ここで、工数６０１３とは、商品一個当たりの施工に要する時間の数値であって、これに対して施工業者等によって異なる１分あたりの施工単価を掛け合わせることにより施工費が算出可能となる。施工単価は、施工業者の技術や地方等により異なるが、工数が定まっていることにより、予め施工費の目安が把握できる上、施工業者に施工を依頼する際に各商品に関して詳細に算出されるので、従来の丸投げ方式に比べてコストダウンを図ることができる。

尚見積作成画面６０００の手入力部６０１５における、特注品の本店３００への売価（仕入れ値）６０１０は、見積書７０００には含まれず、ディーラー１００に、本店３００の仕入れ値がわからないようになっている。

そして、上述のステップＳ３において、この送付用見積書７０００が印刷部２７等により印刷されて、例えば、ＦＡＸ等によりディーラー１００に送付される、或いは、資材メーカー端末２０からディーラー端末１０に対して通信回線ネットワークＮを介して送付される。

ここで、注文書８０００ａには、注文Ｎｏ．と契約Ｎｏ．が含まれているので、本店３００において、代理発注した資材メーカー２００Ａと、代理発注を依頼したディーラー１００とを区別して把握することができる。

また、運賃の注文書８０００ｂには、物品の注文書８０００ａの注文基本情報８００１ａと同じ内容である、注文基本情報８００１ｂと、運賃の明細情報８００２ｂとが、含まれている。
特に運賃の明細情報８００２ｂには、ディーラー毎に設定される運賃のＤｒ売単価８００３ｂ、の他、運送会社名、運送会社コード等からなる運送会社情報、発注商品数、合計梱包数等の輸送数、運送明細８００４ｂ等が含まれている。
また、担当「ＭＢＨＢＢ」８００５ｂとして、本店３００の運賃の仕入れ値が勘合化されている。

ここで、上記運賃のＤｒ売単価８００３ｂ等の運賃価格は、ＣＰＵ２１により、商品内容に基づいて、ディーラーファイル２５３に格納されているディーラーの運賃地区区分等の情報により、該商品の届け先区分と、出荷地が決定されると、商品荷量の容積の合計と、出荷地から納品地までの距離とにより、運賃が算出される。このとき、商品の個数に応じて、運賃単価が所定の割合で増減される。そして、図１３に示すように、その割引率８００６ｂが、含まれている。このように、割引をする場合には、商品を発注する発注元で商品をまとめて注文するインセンティブが働き、結果として輸送効率を高めることが出来る。

ここで、管理サーバ３０への送信処理は、操作者が、図９の子明細画面５０００において、コマンド表示部５０００ｂのメール作成ボタン５０１２を指定すると、ＣＰＵ２１は、該指定に基づいて、注文書データを、通信部２６を介して管理サーバ３０に送信処理を実行する。すると、管理サーバ３０は、通信装置３２を介して注文書データを受信する。

［資材メーカーに代理発注権がない場合の商品発注処理］
次いで、代理発注権がない資材メーカー２００Ｂに対して、ディーラー１００が、所定の商品の見積作成処理を依頼した場合における商品発注処理の動作について、図１５に示すフローチャートに沿って説明する。
ここで、資材メーカー２００Ｂは、本店３００に商品を登録している複数の資材メーカー２００…のうちの一例であり、資材メーカー２００Ａと同機能を備えた資材メーカー端末２０を用いて行うこととする。
例えば、図２に示す、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、ディーラーファイル２５３、作成情報ファイル２５４等を格納したＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等の記録媒体２５ａを搭載することにより、資材メーカー２００Ｂの資材メーカー端末２０において、同機能を備えるようにすることとする。

先ず、ディーラー１００側において、顧客としての施主等の商品依頼内容に基づいて、該商品を取り扱っている資材メーカー２００Ｂに対して見積依頼をするための見積依頼情報が作成され、該見積依頼情報が、ディーラー端末１０により、通信回線ネットワークＮを介して、資材メーカー端末２０に送信する、ステップＳ１と同処理の商品見積依頼処理が実行される（ステップＳ２１）。
ここで、見積依頼情報には、見積を行う商品に関する商品データ（品名、品番、色、サイズ、材料等の詳細選択内容等）の他、例えば、施主に関する施主データ（施主名、連絡先等）、施主とディーラー１００との間で交わされた契約に関する契約データ（契約Ｎｏ．、届け先（納入先）、納期等）、等が含まれているが、必ずしもこれら全てを含まれていなくともよいものとする。尚、見積依頼される商品には、特注品が含まれているとする。

次いで、上記のようなディーラー１００より見積依頼を受けた資材メーカー２００Ｂは、資材メーカー端末２０の通信部２６を介して、ディーラー端末１０より上記見積依頼情報を受信すると、資材メーカー端末２０を用いて見積作成処理を実行する（ステップＳ２２）。ここで、作成される見積書には、特注品用の注文書が含まれた見積書である。

次いで、資材メーカー２００Ｂは、作成した特注品用見積書兼注文書をディーラー１００に送付する見積書送付処理を実行する（ステップＳ２３）。
上記特注品用見積書兼注文書作成処理（ステップＳ２２）、及び見積書送付処理（ステップＳ２３）については後に詳述する。

次いで、上記特注品用見積書兼注文書を受信したディーラー１００は、該見積を確認し承認した場合、該見積書に基づいて、ディーラー端末１０を用いて、特注品以外の注文書を作成する注文書作成処理を実行する（ステップＳ２４）。
次いで、ディーラー１００は、作成した特注品以外の注文書と、資材メーカー２００Ｂにより作成された特注品用の注文書とを、本店に送付する注文書送付処理を実行する（ステップＳ２５）。
上記、ステップＳ２４と、ステップＳ２５については後述する。

次いで、本店３００は、管理サーバ３０の通信装置３２等を介して、上記注文書を受領し（ステップＳ２６）、該注文書に基づいて、注文された商品の納品指示を行い（ステップＳ２７）、この処理をもって商品発注処理が終了する。
ここで、本店３００の管理サーバ３０は、特注品の注文書に含まれている、特注品の仕入れ値の暗号を解読する解読手段を備えていることとする。具体的には、管理サーバ３０のＣＰＵ３１により、所定の暗号解読基準テーブル等に基づいて、暗号化された仕入れ値を解読する構成となっている。

また、ステップＳ２７における発注商品の納品指示処理は、例えば、本店３００が、資材メーカー２００Ｂに対し、本発注処理を実行するとともに、運送会社等に対して該発注承認の集荷及び、ディーラー１００指定の納品先への配送指示等を行う。

次いで、図１５におけるステップＳ２２の、資材メーカー２００Ｂにより、資材メーカー端末２０を用いて実行される特注品用注文書兼見積作成処理、及びステップＳ２３の見積送付処理について、図１６に示すフローチャートに沿って説明する。
尚、以下において、単に「表示」というときは表示部２３に表示することを示し、単に「指定」、「入力」、又は「ボタンを押下」というときは、入力部２４のマウス又はキーボード等を用いて「指定」、「入力」、又は、「ボタンを押下」することを示すものとする。

資材メーカー端末２０の電源が入った状態で、操作者による所定の操作等により注文書作成処理を開始させる指示が入力されると、ＣＰＵ２１は、記憶部２５のアプリケーションファイル２５２に格納されている見積作成プログラム２５２ａをＲＡＭ３に格納し、当該プログラムを起動させ、見積作成処理が開始される。そして、表示部２３の画面上にパスワード入力画面（図示省略）が表示される。そこで、資材メーカー端末２０の操作者は、該資材メーカー２００Ｂに対して、本店３００等から予め割り振られているパスワード（資材メーカーコード等）を、入力する（ステップＳ２２１）。そして、資材メーカー端末２０のＣＰＵ２１は、入力されたパスワードに基づいて、該資材メーカー２００Ｂに代理発注権があるか否かの認証処理を行い、ＣＰＵ２１は、資材メーカー２００Ｂに代理発注権がないと判断して、以下の処理を実行することとする。そして、ＣＰＵ２１は、メニュー画面（図示なし）を表示させる。

次いで、資材メーカー２００Ｂの資材メーカー端末２０において、図４のステップＳ２０２〜ステップＳ２０５と同処理が実行される（ステップＳ２２２〜ステップＳ２２５）。
そして、次いで、図９のような見積作成画面６０００において、見積作成処理が終了し、見積書印刷ボタン６０１８が操作者により指定されると、ＣＰＵ２１の制御により、ステップＳ２２６の送付用見積書出力処理が実行される。

尚、ステップＳ２２で作成された鑑、親明細、子明細、見積書の各データはＣＰＵ２１により自動的に、記憶部２５の作成情報ファイル２５４に格納されることとする。

ここで、上記見積書１００００は、本店３００において、管理下にある商品についての見積書であるとともに、ディーラー１００による特注品の見積兼注文書である。そして、該特注品用見積書兼注文書１００００には、送付元である資材メーカーデータ１０００１、送付先であるディーラーデータ１０００２、件名１０００３、見積合計金額及び見積条件内容１０００４、見積商品明細情報１０００５等に関する情報が、見積作成画面６０００の入力内容に基づいて自動的に含まれるようになっている。

また、特注品に関しては、品番１０００７において、「トクチュウカグＬ−３３２」という品番に続いて、「’ＹＰＰＰＰ」１０００７ａという本店３００に対する仕入れ値の暗号が含まれており、ＣＰＵ２１が見積作成プログラム２５２ａに基づいて自動的に暗号化処理を実行する。
この暗号「’ＹＰＰＰＰ」１０００７ａは、見積作成画面６０００の手入力部６０１５における、特注品の本店３００への売価（仕入れ値）６０１０を、所定の暗号化法則にしたがって暗号化したものであって、ディーラー１００にわからないように、かつ、注文書としては本店３００に対して仕入れ値が通知できるようになっている。これによれば、特注品の見積書兼注文書としてディーラー１００を介して本店３００へと提出できることとなって、ディーラー１００宛、本店３００宛等に別々に作成したり、本店３００に対して特注品の仕入れ値情報を再度通知する手間が省けることとなって大変便利である。

次いで、上記特注品用見積書兼注文書１００００は、ステップＳ２３において、印刷部２７等により印刷されると、例えば、ＦＡＸ等によりディーラー１００に送付される。若しくは、資材メーカー端末２０から通信回線ネットワークＮを介してディーラー端末１０の通信装置１１により送信されるようになっている。

そして、特注品以外の図示しない注文書（物品＋運賃）を、ステップＳ５と同様にして作成すると（ステップＳ２４）、作成した特注品以外の注文書（物品＋運賃）と、資材メーカー２００Ｂにより作成、送付された特注品用見積書兼注文書とを、本店３００に対して送付する。この送付方法は、ディーラー端末１０から通信回線ネットワークＮを介して管理サーバ３０に送信する方法であってもＦＡＸ等を用いた方法であってもよい。

このように代理発注権がない資材メーカー２００Ｂにおける見積作成処理によれば、特注品の注文書が兼用となった見積書が、見積を依頼したディーラー１００に送付されるので、本店３００に対する特注品の注文書を再度作成する手間が省ける。この際、本店３００に対対する特注品の売価（仕入れ値）が暗号化されて該注文書に含まれているので、ディーラー１００に仕入れ値を知られることなく、本店３００に対して通知することができる。

尚、ステップＳ２１において、ディーラー１００から資材メーカー２００Ｂに対して行われた見積作成依頼処理において、その商品が特注品のみであった場合、資材メーカー２００Ｂにおいては、図１８に示すように特注品専用見積書兼注文書１１０００を作成し、ディーラー１００側に送付する。
この特注品専用見積書兼注文書１１０００には、見積書１００００と同様の内容が含まれているのに加えて、更に、注文Ｎｏ．、施主名、納品先、届け先、契約Ｎｏ．、等の記入部１１００１が設けられており、この記入部１１００１に、ディーラー１００側が該当情報を記入して、本店３００に送付するようになっている。
この特注品専用見積書兼注文書１１０００において、見積書１００００と同様に、見積作成プログラム２５２ａに基づいたＣＰＵ２１の制御により特注品の本店３００の仕入れ値１１００２は暗号化されている。
尚、特注品用見積書兼注文書１００００、特注品専用見積書兼注文書１１０００においても、工数が含まれていても良い。

以上説明した、本実施の形態によれば、資材メーカー２００において、代理発注権がある場合（例えば、資材メーカー２００Ａ）、代理発注権がない場合（例えば、資材メーカー２００Ｂ）の双方において、同じ商品発注に関するプログラム（見積作成プログラム２５２ａ等）に基づいて、それぞれの商品の見積処理、注文書作成処理が実行できる。従って、例えば、上記プログラム（見積作成プログラム２５２ａ等）を含んだ商品発注機能（例えば、商品情報ファイル２５１、アプリケーションファイル２５２、ディーラーファイル２５３、作成情報ファイル２５４等）を備えた記録媒体２５ａを、任意の端末装置（資材メーカー端末２０）に搭載することにより、見積作成処理等が容易に実行できることとなって大変便利である。
