TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a data writing device for writing storage data to a device that operates using data stored in a storage device or the like in advance. In particular, it relates to writing data to an encoder.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when writing storage data to a device that operates using data stored in advance in a storage device or when rewriting data already stored in a storage device, for example, a data group to be written or rewritten In general, a file of data to be written is roughly classified by device and manually created. At the time of writing, a file created by human eyes is selected and read by a rewriting device, and data is written to the device.
On the device side where data is written, for example, if the stored data is a hexadecimal data group, a method is used in which all data is added after data writing or rewriting and the result becomes 0. By using this, it is detected whether or not the stored data is incorrect, and it is determined whether or not the data is correct.
Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-157300, if a specific process is performed twice, it is determined whether or not an error operation has occurred.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional method, first, when creating a file of data to be written, there is a possibility that the data to be written in the file itself may be wrong because the file is created manually.
Also, the device to which data is written can detect erroneous writing of the written data itself, but it is determined whether the written data is valid data for operating the device. Before rewriting or rewriting the data, there is only a means to confirm it with human eyes, it can not detect the validity of the data, and even if the data is correctly written or rewritten, the data itself is If the device is not valid, it may cause inoperability or malfunction, and in the worst case, it may cause runaway of the system or device and cause human harm.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a data writing device capable of writing normal data even when an erroneous write occurs. I do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is a data writing device having a data storage circuit capable of writing data from the outside. When writing data, compare it with the data to be written. If the data does not match, determine whether the data is the optimum value for the device to which the data is written. Has means for outputting a warning.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a warning is output when the value is significantly out of the data optimum value range, and when the warning is ignored, the optimum value of the data is temporarily written and temporarily written. The history data to that effect has means for setting the same.
The invention according to claim 3 is a data writing device in which the data storage circuit is a data storage circuit of an encoder.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a flowchart of a data writing procedure in the data writing device of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a write data selection means, 2 is a connected device information input means, 3 is an optimum data read means, 4 is an optimum data comparison means, 5 is a warning output means, 6 is a processing determination means after a warning, 7 is an optimum data Set means 8 is data and history data writing means. The connected device information input means 2 is an input means for rewriting data which is a parameter recorded in a storage circuit of the encoder, for example. In order to operate the servo motor in the servo drive system, the rated capacity, the number of magnetic poles, the armature winding resistance value, and the like are recorded as information on the servo motor in the encoder storage circuit. The recorded data optimum value is correct data that matches the originally recorded motor characteristics. When operating the servo motor, the data optimum value range does not mean that the servo motor cannot be driven unless it completely matches the data optimum value. Even if the data is slightly different, the servo motor can be driven for the time being. However, since the motor characteristic is different from the true value, the performance cannot be exhibited to the limit of the characteristic value. Therefore, although the servo motor characteristics do not completely match in the vicinity of the data optimum value, the allowable range of data in which the servo motor can be driven is set in advance as the data optimum value range.
First, data to be written is selected in STEP (1). This processing is performed by means such as selecting a file from outside by an operator or the like, thereby selecting data to be written to the device.
Next, in STEP (2), the device information of the device to be written is obtained based on the data to be written selected in STEP (1).
After obtaining the device information, in STEP (3), the optimum value of each data stored in advance in the data writing device is read from the data writing device from the information of the connected device.
In STEP (4), the data to be written selected in STEP (1) is compared with the optimum value data of the device read in STEP (3).
If the comparison data matches, the next data is compared.
If they do not match, the process proceeds to STEP (5) to output a warning to notify the outside that the data is different. The warning may be output by using a means for reliably transmitting to the operator that the data to be written is different.
After the warning is output in STEP (5), the process after the warning is determined in STEP (6) in order to ask the operator what to do with the processing after the warning is generated.
Here, when following the warning, the data writing is interrupted, and the data writing process ends.
If the warning is to be ignored, the operation proceeds to STEP {circle around (7)}, and the optimum value data of the device to be written which has been read out in step {circle around (3)} is set as the write data. At this time, the fact that the optimum value data is set is recorded as history data so that it can be seen that this process has been executed.
The processing in STEP (4) is performed on all the data to be written, and when all the data have been compared,
The process proceeds to STEP (8), where the data to be written and the history data are written to the device connected to the data writing device.
Note that the failure of the writing itself after the data writing may be performed using the method disclosed in the related art.
By these operations, the data stored in the device is checked at the time of data write processing to determine whether each data to be written is valid for the device, and is detected as invalid data. By setting the most appropriate data for the device at the point of time, it is possible to detect the validity of the data, which was a problem in the past, and prevent inoperability, malfunction, runaway, etc. of the device at the time of data writing be able to.
Also, if the data to be written has no validity and the fact that the optimal value of the data stored in the device has been set is stored as history data, the data that was not valid at the previous Can be determined, and it is easy to determine that there is incorrect data from the history data, and to rewrite the correct data.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the data writing device itself has a data optimum value range for all devices to which storage data is written, and compares the data to be written with the optimum value of the device, thereby validating the data. Can be determined, and when invalid, a warning can be output to prevent erroneous writing of data, and when the warning is ignored, the optimum value of the data is temporarily written. By setting the tentatively written history data in the same way, it is possible to write normal data even if an erroneous write occurs, and by writing the history data, Can also be detected.
