TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reservation timer for a vaporizer heater of an oil fan heater.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a petroleum fan heater is known in which fuel is supplied to the vaporizer after the vaporizer is heated by the vaporizer heater, vaporized, and ignited by an ignition device such as an igniter. Widely used as. It takes several minutes to perform such ignition and to operate the petroleum fan heater, that is, until hot air comes out, and it is desired by users to ignite as quickly as possible.
[0003]
FIG. 2 shows an operation flow up to such hot air blowing. In FIG. 2, when the operation switch is turned on (S1), preheating of the vaporizer starts in the vaporizer heater (S2), and the vaporizer heater is heated until the temperature of the vaporizer reaches a temperature at which ignition is possible (S3). Next, when the vaporizer raises the fuel to a temperature at which the fuel can be ignited, an ignition operation is performed (S4), and a transition is made to a combustion operation for blowing out hot air (S5).
[0004]
Further, the oil fan heater described above has a function such as timer operation, and can start or stop operation at a desired time. This operation flow is shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the user sets a timer (S1), and when a predetermined time comes (S2), the operation switch of the oil fan heater is automatically turned on (S3). The subsequent operation is similar to the operation of the oil fan heater described above, in which the vaporizer is preheated (S4), and when the vaporizer reaches a temperature at which the fuel can be ignited (S5), the fuel is ignited (S6), and the combustion operation is performed. By doing so, warm air blows out (S7).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the timer operation is performed by the oil fan heater as described above, and particularly when the operation is started by the timer, as described in FIG. 3, if the operation start time is specified, the ignition operation is performed unconditionally and the hot air is blown out. Drive. Therefore, for example, a timer is set to start operation at the time of waking up in the morning, and when the timer operation is performed, if the user is surely near the oil fan heater, safe operation can be performed, but when returning home from outside, etc. In such a case, there is a case where there is no person near the device at the time of ignition, and it is dangerous that ignition and operation are performed and fire is generated in this state.
[0006]
In addition, since the user normally starts the operation of the oil fan heater by performing the procedure shown in FIG. 2, there is a problem that the hot air cannot be obtained unless a predetermined number of minutes necessary for preheating the vaporizer are obtained. Occurs. As a countermeasure, turning on the carburetor heater during energization can shorten the time until hot air comes out. However, in general, the preheating operation consumes a large amount of power and becomes uneconomical in long-time operation.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a timer for an oil fan heater that shortens the time until hot air is blown out, reduces power consumption, and enables safe timer operation.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, in claim 1, an oil fan heater comprising a carburetor heater and an igniter, and igniting by an igniter after vaporizing fuel, the oil fan heater is provided with a timer, and the timer is at least the carburetor. A petroleum fan heater having a vaporizer heater reservation function characterized by having a function of only turning on the heater. The carburetor heater reservation according to claim 1, wherein the carburetor heater is automatically turned off if an ignition operation is not performed within a predetermined time after the carburetor heater is turned on by a timer. An oil fan heater with a function.
[0009]
【Example】
Next, examples of the present invention will be described. In the present invention, a petroleum fan heater body includes a vaporizer heater for vaporizing fuel such as kerosene, and an ignition device including an igniter for igniting the vaporized fuel, and at least drives the vaporizer heater. It has a structure that provides a timer function that can be turned on.
[0010]
The flow of the present invention in such a configuration will be described with reference to FIG. The outline of the timer set performed in FIG. 1 is basically a timer for preheating the vaporizer heater, and the ignition operation to the fuel is not performed unless the user presses the operation switch. . Therefore, fire does not occur when there is no user.
[0011]
Referring to FIG. 1, the user sets a timer (S1), and counts the timer until the timer expires (S2). Thereafter, when a predetermined timer time comes, preheating of the vaporizer is started by the vaporizer heater (S3), and power is supplied until the temperature of the vaporizer reaches an ignitable temperature (S4). Thereafter, when the operation switch is turned on by the user (S5), the fuel is ignited (S6), and hot air is blown out as a normal combustion operation of the oil fan heater (S7).
.
[0012]
In S5, if the operation switch is not turned on while the timer is on, the specified preheating time is counted (S8). If this time has elapsed, the timer operation is terminated (S9). The preheating energization to the vaporizer heater is stopped.
[0013]
Therefore, when the user is not near the device during the timer operation, the operation switch is not turned on, so that fire does not occur unattended. In addition, during the timer operation, the combustion operation can be started immediately by turning on the operation switch, so that warm air can be obtained without waiting for a long time, such as several minutes, after turning on the operation switch as in the past. It will be something that can be done.
[0014]
In the above configuration, by adding a function of automatically turning off the carburetor heater if the ignition operation is not performed within a predetermined time after the carburetor heater is turned on by the timer, contributing to power saving of the device, Although the useless power consumption is prevented, the oil fan heater that can immediately obtain hot air at any time by the user can be obtained by eliminating the off function after the predetermined time.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
With the above configuration, only the carburetor heater is energized and turned on and off by the timer of the oil fan heater, so that even if the timer operation is started when the user is absent, the ignition is not performed, and fire is generated when the driver is unattended. Absent.
[0016]
Further, since the energization of the vaporizer heater is performed only when the timer is on, an energy saving effect can be obtained without consuming unnecessary energy. Further, if the ignition operation is not performed after a predetermined time when the vaporizer heater is turned on, the power supply to the vaporizer heater is automatically stopped, so that more effective power saving can be achieved.
