本発明は以上のような形態であるから鎧戸を閉じたままでもパイプキャップを外すことで外部の様子を調べる事も出来るし、放射能測定機の先端部分で外気の放射能有無を簡単に知る事も可能である。又、上方パイプに室内空気排出装置或は外気流入装置一式を取付ければ、室内を完全に保護室に変える事が可能である。
