Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout of a container, which can prevent a liquid drip.
SOLUTION: This spout of the vessel is constituted in such a manner that a guide bar with affinity is formed in the center thereof in the state of protruding via a rib. The spout is formed like an ultrathin pipe so that its cross-sectional area can be minimized. Thus, the spout prevents the liquid drip by using surface tension of a liquid.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for forming a liquid spout, and in order to prevent liquid dripping, using the surface tension of the liquid, a rod having an affinity is mounted in a state protruding in the center of the spout. This is a spout that is shaped like an ultra-thin pipe in order to reduce the cross-sectional area of the spout as much as possible in order to make one drip drop through the guide and to further drain the liquid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Using the negative pressure to restore the container by devising the direction of the spout to prevent liquid dripping, giving the container elasticity, holding down the container and applying pressure, and releasing the container pressure when finished There is a method in which the remaining amount of the spout is sucked in, or in the case of an inelastic container, it is devised to return to the inside of the container by the weight of the remaining amount, but since the cross-sectional area of the spout is large, the surface As the liquid remained and the number of times of use increased, the amount of wetting gradually increased, causing liquid dripping and making it impossible to maintain cleanliness.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above-described circumstances, the present invention has a first problem of mounting a guide rod for preventing the liquid from dripping out of the spout so as to prevent the liquid from dripping at the spout even if the liquid is used many times. Another object of the present invention is to provide an extremely thin pipe-shaped spout in order to minimize the cross-sectional area of the spout.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method of forming a guide rod according to the first aspect of the present invention is a method in which plastics are integrally molded or is devised so as to have an affinity for various materials. For example, thin streaks, grooves, threads or lines are formed on the surface. It has a structure in which a bundle formed by using the capillary principle or the like is used as a guide.
[0005]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the cross-sectional area of the spout is minimized so that the adhesive force is smaller than the surface tension of the liquid, and the liquid is not attached around the spout.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A spout for preventing dripping according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a front view of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a sectional view. FIG. 3 is a state diagram after pouring.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1, a guide rod c protrudes from the center of the spout b, and the liquid passes through the spout of b and travels along the guide rod c. Due to the adhesive force of the liquid and the surface tension of the liquid, the last drop drops from the tip of the guide rod and does not remain in the a part around the spout, and the remaining amount in the spout is reduced by the container's negative pressure or its own weight. Return to
FIG. 2d shows a rib for fixing the guide rod c to the inner wall of the spout a.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
By attaching the guide rod of the first and second aspects and forming the pipe-shaped spout of the third aspect, one drop of the finished pouring falls along the guide rod. Also, the rest of the mouth can be returned into the container without dripping by the action of surface tension between the spout pipe and the guide rod.
