Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an iontophoretic device for permeating a serum or a chemical into the skin of a human body by applying a weak current to the skin.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art Liquid cosmetics and chemicals applied to the surface of the skin rarely penetrate the inside of the skin, particularly to the true layer. Therefore, iontophoresis is used in which two electrodes consisting of an anode and a cathode are brought into contact with the skin, and a weak current is applied to the inside of the skin, so that the drug solution applied to one of the electrodes penetrates into the skin. Unlike injecting a drug solution by injection or the like, the drug solution can be penetrated into the skin without pain, so that the drug solution is also used for cosmetics, and a portable iontophoresis device, for example, (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-10343) ) Are disclosed. However, in order to carry out iontophoresis, it is necessary to purchase a dedicated instrument, and the instrument itself is relatively expensive in many cases, and it is common to use a chemical solution suitable for the instrument. Therefore, for example, if the cosmetic solution or the chemical solution does not fit the user's skin, it cannot be understood unless a device is purchased.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The most suitable polarity and voltage / current waveform for the drug solution to be used because there are positive ions, negative ions, and electrically neutral ones in the cosmetics and drug solutions for ion introduction. Had to be set. Therefore, it has been general to purchase an iontophoretic device and use a special serum that is suitable for the device as described above.
[0004] Cosmetics such as serums are compatible with the skin of the user, and it is desirable that the ingredients can be originally checked and purchased at a store or the like. Therefore, if an ion introduction function suitable for a drug solution, which is a cosmetic or a drug sold at a store, is already incorporated in the container itself, the user can use the drug solution without knowing the ionic characteristics of the drug solution. If the ion-introducing function is incorporated in the purchased drug solution container, the effect can naturally be improved as compared with the case where the drug solution is simply applied to the skin. In addition, when the chemical solution runs out, it becomes possible to purchase and exchange only a new chemical solution of the same type.
In order to provide a chemical solution container having an ion introduction function, a method of integrating a current generating circuit and a power supply unit with the chemical solution container can be considered. As such an example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-226328 is disclosed. However, as described above, it is good for the user to understand the characteristics of the chemical solution and use it while setting the characteristics of the electrode. However, it is necessary to integrate the iontophoresis function into a small container such as a cosmetic or pharmaceutical product on the market. Doing so raises several problems, which are described below.
(1) First, since an electric circuit and a power supply are incorporated in a container composed of a liquid container containing a chemical solution and a cover body, the container containing the chemical solution has a concave shape and is complicated, and a cover is provided to cover the electric circuit and the power supply. I need a body. In addition, since the electrode to be brought into contact with the hand is wrapped around the outside of the cover, three types of structures are used for the device: a container containing a chemical solution, the cover, and an electrode wrapped around the cover. Is needed. Furthermore, since the electric circuit and the electrodes are provided in the liquid container, a complicated structure is required in which the connection lines connected to the electrodes also penetrate the cover body. In order to provide a low-cost and small iontophoresis function, a container for containing a chemical solution must be as simple as possible. In addition, since the design of a serum is also important, it is not desirable to incorporate anything other than the container into the container in which the chemical is put.
(2) Regarding treatment of a chemical solution, a structure in which an aqueous solution such as a sponge is impregnated with an aqueous solution is pressed against the skin to supply the aqueous solution in the container little by little. For this reason, the sponge is fixed to the container with a sealing material, and it is preferable that the sponge contains a sterilizing drug such as an insect remedy, but in the case of a serum, germs from the skin transfer to the sponge and multiply. Conversely, it may cause skin damage. Therefore, it is necessary not to fix the portion that comes into contact with the skin to which the chemical solution is applied, but to use it while replacing it with a new one every time. In addition, like the serum, the material itself has compatibility with the skin, and may cause skin roughness. Therefore, it is desirable to use a cotton puff that is generally used for cosmetics.
(3) When it is desired to use a chemical solution without introducing ions, only the chemical solution cannot be poured out because the electrode and the chemical liquid application section are incorporated in the liquid container.
[0006] The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and arranges an iontophoresis function optimally set for each of various types of cosmetic liquids and medical liquids at a site different from the liquid medicine container and combines the iontophoresis function with the liquid medicine container to form a whole. The purpose is to reduce the size.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the invention of claim 1 provides a chemical solution container (1) having a chemical solution outlet and a detachable cap (2) for covering the chemical solution outlet of the chemical solution container. ), An application means (3) having a built-in electrode for applying a medical solution while energizing the skin of the living body in the cap (2), and an output means (current / voltage output for applying a current to the skin) 11) A small-sized iontophoresis device provided with 11).
Secondly, the coating means (3) can open and close a water retaining material (14) such as cotton, which is made of cotton or the like, which penetrates a chemical solution and retains water on an electrode surface for applying an electric current to the skin. 2. The small iontophoretic device according to claim 1, wherein the medical solution is an aqueous solution containing a cosmetic solution or the like, the structure being fixed by being exposed by a suitable cover (10).
Thirdly, the output means (11) is composed of an electric circuit and a power supply, and outputs a DC or rectangular wave, a pulse-like waveform, or an AC current / voltage. 3. The small iontophoresis device according to claim 1, wherein the means (3) is electrically connected to a chemical solution container (1) made of a metal or subjected to a process capable of conducting electricity. .
Fourthly, the output means (11) is composed of an electric circuit and a power supply, and outputs a DC or rectangular wave, a pulse-like waveform, or an AC current / voltage. 4. A small iontophoresis device according to claim 1, wherein said means (3) is electrically connected to a cap (2) made of metal or having been subjected to an energizable treatment. is there.
Fifthly, a current detecting circuit is provided in the electric circuit in the cap (2), and the flow of current to the skin is displayed by an LED or the like or output by sound. A small-sized iontophoresis device according to any one of Items 1 to 4.
Sixth, a chemical solution is applied to the skin of a living body provided in the cap (2), which has an inner plug at the opening of the chemical solution container (1) according to the first aspect of the present invention while energizing the skin. A small iontophoretic device comprising an inner plug provided with an application means (3) and an output means (11) for outputting a current / voltage for flowing a current to the skin.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the whole of the present invention. A medicine container 1 for containing a serum or a medicine, a cap 2 for covering a medicine outlet, an application unit 3 (application means) for applying the medicine to the skin while energizing, and a current And an output section 11 (output means) composed of an electric circuit for outputting the data and a power supply. The voltage / current waveform and polarity output from the output unit 11 may be incorporated in a preset state, or a switch or the like may be provided on the cap surface so that the setting can be changed. The application unit 3 includes a cover 10, an electrode 13a, and a water retaining material 14a.
The chemical liquid container 1 for storing a chemical liquid is made of metal, plastic, or the like, and has a plug 6 inserted therein to close the opening after the injection of the chemical liquid. The inner stopper 6 has a pouring path 7 for pouring out the chemical. Since the chemical solution container 1 functions as an electrode, if the material is an insulating material such as plastic, a conductive treatment 4 such as nickel is performed on an area or the entire surface where the contact resistance when the chemical solution container is grasped by a human hand becomes 1 KΩ or less. And so on.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing another method, in which the cap 2 is made long enough to be held by a human hand, and is subjected to a conductive treatment 4 so as to be used as an electrode. Therefore, conductivity is unnecessary for the chemical solution container, and a general container can be used as it is. A double structure may be used, such as wrapping with conductive fibers instead of the conductive treatment.
A liquid stopper 8 made of an elastic material such as rubber for sealing a chemical solution, an output portion 11, one electrode for flowing an electric current from the output portion to the skin, and a water retaining material made of cotton or the like from the electrode. An application portion that is brought into contact with the skin of a human body through the material 14a and that applies an electric current while applying a chemical solution is incorporated in the base portion 9 fixed to the cap 2.
The output section 11 has one of a cathode and an anode electrically connected to a plate-like electrode 13 a in the coating section 3 by a wiring 12, and the other to a conductive surface of the chemical container 1 by a contact 15. You. In the example of FIG. 2, the contact 15 is connected to the conductive-treated cap.
The cap 2 has a cover 10 having a window frame structure as shown in FIG. Therefore, the water retention material 14a is fixed in a state of being exposed on the plate-like electrode 13a, and it is possible to apply a chemical solution to the skin while energizing. The cover 10 is joined to the cap 2 by a hinge or the like so that it can be opened and closed freely. 14b is a cylindrical water retention material so that the chemical solution 5 can be easily applied to the scalp. 14c is an example in which a commercially available square cotton puff is used as a water retention material in a narrow place such as between fingers, and 14d is an example. When the water retention material is replaced, the electrode 13a is also replaced with one having a shape like, for example, 13b, so that the current-carrying performance can be improved.
[0019]
An embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the cover 10 is opened, and the water retaining material 14a is laid on the electrode 13a. Thereafter, the cover 10 is closed and fixed, and the chemical solution container 1 is removed from the cap 2 as shown in FIG. 5, and the medical solution is turned upside down and poured into the water retaining material 14a. The medical solution container 1 is returned to the cap 2, and as shown in FIG. 6, the medical solution container is held with one hand, and the medical solution contained in the water retaining material 14 a of the application section 3 is applied to the cheek B of the human body A while moving. At this time, when the water retention material 14a touches the skin, an electric current flows. This will be described with reference to FIG. One polarity of the current / voltage output generated by the output unit 11 is connected to the plate-shaped electrode 13a by the connection cable 12 and connected to the cheek B of the human body A via the water retention material 14a. The water retention material is conductive because it absorbs a conductive chemical solution. The human body also includes a resistor and a capacitor when represented by an electrical equivalent circuit, and a current flows.
The chemical solution container 1 to be grasped by hand is conductive, and is electrically connected to the other polarity of the voltage / current output portion through the base portion 9 from the contact 15 contacting the container surface. Therefore, the voltage / current output from the output unit flows through a closed circuit via the impedance from the face to the hand of the human body through a closed circuit, and the chemical component applied to the cheek is also taken into the skin with the current IOUT.
FIGS. 7, 8 and 9 show an application of the present invention. In FIGS. 7 and 9, the chemical solution 5 in the chemical solution container 1 is not sealed but is automatically controlled by restricting the amount of the chemical solution by a chemical solution introduction pipe 16. Since it is made to permeate the water retention material 14, the operation of pouring the chemical solution shown in FIG. 5 into the water retention material becomes unnecessary. FIG. 8 shows the cap 2 fitted on the bottom of the chemical solution container 1. FIG. 9 shows an embodiment of claim 5 in which the location of the voltage / current output unit 11 and the chemical solution application unit 3 incorporated in the cap in FIG. The structure can be simplified. .
[0022]
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the ion introducing function is incorporated in the cap, the structure is simplified, and the size can be reduced. In addition, there is no restriction on the shape of the chemical solution container, and a free design is possible, and it is possible to replace the entire chemical solution container with a new one.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the water-retaining material for applying the chemical solution to the skin can be easily replaced, so that the operation can be always performed in a clean state. In addition, since the electrode and the water retention material having an appropriate shape can be replaced and used for each part of the skin, the application range has been expanded.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the structure is simplified because the surface of the chemical solution container is used as an electrode.
According to the invention of claim 4, the structure is simplified because the cap is used as an electrode. Therefore, the chemical liquid container does not need to be conductive, and the shape and material are not limited.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily confirm that a current is flowing through the skin.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, by providing the inner plug with the iontophoresis function, the structure of the cap is simple and the size can be reduced. In addition, the design is free because there is no restriction on the shape of the container in which the chemical is placed. In addition, automatic dispensing of chemicals to the application area has become possible.
