Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an improvement in a catheter cap used for self-urinary flow for a patient who has difficulty urinating in daily life.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent self-urinary devices, a component for controlling overflow of urine accumulated when a patient inserts a catheter is added. If not, it is necessary to deal with urine overflow each time urination occurs, and it takes time to maintain the patient's body clean. Conventionally, various proposals have been made for a component to be controlled and a cap for a self-urinary catheter.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
According to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H8-71156, there is a device in which a magnetic material is applied to be detachable in order to facilitate mounting of a cap.
[0004]
[Patent Document 2]
According to Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 9-206370, there is a method in which a means using the magnetic material is applied and a flexible engaging member is added in order to prevent leakage. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that the waste must be separated when discarded, and deterioration due to corrosion, rust, and the like also becomes a problem.
[0005]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that the cap can easily control the overflow of urine at the time of urination as described above, and can be easily attached to and detached from the catheter, and can maintain cleanliness by washing. C. Patients who have difficulty urinating often have eyes that are visually impaired. However, it is necessary to make it easier for such people to operate, and to avoid the need to separate and discard magnetic materials. In some conventional products, when removing the lid, which is a member of the cap inserted into the funnel lumen of the catheter, the side hole of the catheter sucks the bladder wall due to negative pressure and causes bleeding. The purpose is to make the movable structure of the cap a structure that does not receive negative pressure, and to prevent deterioration such as corrosion and rust.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a lock mechanism so that a patient can discharge urine with one-handed operation and does not malfunction when carrying. (A) Since dirt adheres to the fitting portion between the funnel and the cap during storage, the patient can attach and detach and wash the fitting without adhering (caulking). C) A guide (concavo-convex) mechanism for recognizing the sensation of movement is provided to make it easy for even the visually impaired to operate. (D) In order to prevent negative pressure from being applied to the lumen of the catheter, in order to prevent leakage of urine as in the conventional product, a configuration in which the lid of the cap or a part thereof is inserted into the lumen of the cap is not used. The surface was covered with a spherical surface. Except for the packing, it is made of synthetic resin, so there is no need to separate and discard it, so that it is not deteriorated by corrosion or rust.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view showing an outline of the embodiment, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a base connector, FIG. 3 is a plan view of a housing, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the housing, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 3, and FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of the end nozzle. The base connector 2 is a member that fits into the proximal end of the self-urinary catheter and is formed of a synthetic resin (excluding packing) into a cylindrical shape, and the outer surface is not easily detached from the catheter as shown in FIG. It is preferable to provide a step 21 on the bottom. A screw 22 for screwing the housing 3 is provided at one end, and a packing 23 is provided in the lumen. The housing 3 is a member that accommodates the end of the end nozzle 4 and is movable. The housing 3 is formed by using a synthetic resin of a flexible material, is provided with a notch 31 and an inner cavity 32, and utilizes the elasticity of the synthetic resin. As a result, the end nozzle 4 can be tilted forward, can be rotated sideways while being tilted forward, or can be returned to its original position and stand upright as shown in FIG. The notch 31 is formed to be slightly narrower than the outer diameter of the end nozzle 4, and when the above operation is performed so as to have some resistance but to be operable by the elasticity of the material, the cutout 31 serves as an operation guide for a patient with weak vision. After the end nozzle 4 is housed in the lower end of the housing 3, a screw 33 for screwing to the base connector 2 is formed. The end nozzle 4 is formed in a cylindrical body, and the lower side surface is formed in a spherical surface 41. As described above, when housed in the housing 4 and tilted forward, the spherical surface 41 covers the end of the base connector 2 screwed to the housing 3, and is formed so that the cover is not released even when rotated further sideways. I do. Therefore, the shape and size of the inner cavity 32 of the housing 3 are formed so that the spherical surface 41 can slide.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, urine can be discharged smoothly with one hand regardless of the presence or absence of visual impairment, and can be kept clean, without damaging the bladder wall of a patient, and is extremely useful in medicine. Yes, there is an advantage that it does not need to be separated and requires no trouble in daily life.
