Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ironing board which forms a head and a torso in a shape close to the upper body of a human body, and has a secondary curved surface gradually descending from a central portion along a longitudinal direction toward both side edges, as an ironing surface. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
The applicant of the present application forms a head and a torso having a shape close to the upper body of the human body, and a secondary curved surface gradually descending from a central portion along the longitudinal direction toward both side edges as an ironing surface, and a hollow shape. Has proposed a human-shaped ironing board that is blow molded.
[0003]
According to this human body type ironing board, by forming an innumerable convex portion on the ironing surface, it is possible to realize a state in which steam supplied from the iron appropriately stays in the valleys of the innumerable convex portion, Ironing can be performed effectively by applying steam to clothing to be performed from above and below.
[0004]
Furthermore, since this human body type ironing board has a secondary curved surface which gradually descends from the central portion along the longitudinal direction of the body toward both side edges, the load resistance in the vertical direction is increased, and the ironing effect is increased. Since the surface and the flat ironing surface are in a state close to a line contact state, the resistance during the movement of the iron is reduced, so that a light ironing operation can be provided.
[0005]
On the other hand, according to the above-mentioned human-shaped ironing board, the steam supplied from the iron passes through the cover and the felt member, and then appropriately stays at the valleys of the myriad of convex portions. If steam is supplied while the iron is stopped, an undesired state occurs in which steam is excessively supplied at the valleys of the convex portions and water droplets are formed. Therefore, even when the steam iron is stopped on the same ironing surface and steam is supplied, the steam is not excessively supplied to the valleys of the convex portions, and the clothing to be ironed is not provided. There has been proposed an ironing board in which steam is always applied in an optimal state from above and below (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-07-37100.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the above-mentioned human body type ironing board, the torso and the head, which are the main ironing surfaces, are formed of a two-dimensional curved surface that descends from the center along the longitudinal direction of the torso to both side edges. . For this reason, when used as a normal ironing board, there are the above advantages. However, when ironing underwear or the like having a three-dimensional curved surface such as draped clothes, hats, brassiere, etc. It is difficult to perform ironing while maintaining the three-dimensional curved surface.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and can be used as a normal ironing board, and while maintaining a three-dimensional curved surface such as clothing, a hat, and underwear having a three-dimensional curved surface, The purpose is to provide an ironing board that can be hooked.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, a torso having a width close to the upper body of a human body is directed from a central portion along the longitudinal direction of the torso to both side edges. In an ironing board formed of a two-dimensional curved surface that is lowered and having a width dimension smaller than the width dimension from one side of the body, the head is three-dimensionally directed downward from the central part. It is characterized by being formed continuously on a curved surface.
Further, an extended portion continuously formed with a three-dimensional curved surface facing downward from the other side surface of the trunk portion is further formed.
[0010]
Further, both arm portions having a total length of 20 cm or less are further formed continuously from the both side edges near the head.
[0011]
Then, in order to form an ironing board base including the trunk and the head in a hollow shape, and to form an infinite number of convex portions integrally with the ironing surface, the ironing board base is formed of a parison of a predetermined resin material. It is characterized by pro-molding.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, FIG. 1 is an external perspective view showing an ironing board 1 according to one embodiment together with a steam-type iron or iron 20 and a part thereof is cut away.
[0013]
In this figure, an ironing board 1 is provided with a torso 2 having a shape and a width close to the upper body of the human body as shown, and a head 3 from the left side of the torso 2 and a torso 2 of the torso 2 The extension 4 is integrally formed from the right side surface.
[0014]
The torso part 2 has a secondary curved surface gradually descending from the central part along the longitudinal direction toward both side edges as an ironing surface. For this reason, when the iron 20 is moved in the direction of the arrow, it is configured to be in a line contact state with the ironing surface so that the iron 20 can be moved lightly.
[0015]
Further, the above-mentioned trunk 2, head 3 and extension 4 are based on an ironing board base 6, so that the illustrated shape can be maintained. Further, on the back side of the ironing board base 6, a leg member 5 is provided which is set in a use state as shown and a storage state (not shown), and is put on the floor or a desk in the use state as shown. Thus, clothing to be ironed according to the type of clothing can be ironed as described later. After use, the leg members 5 are folded so that they can be placed sideways in a narrow storage space in a room or can be stored upright.
[0016]
FIG. 2G is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a part A in the cross-sectional view taken along line X1-X1 in FIG. 1 (g), an infinite number of convex portions 6a are integrally formed on the ironing surface of the ironing board base 6 as shown in FIG. A thick nonwoven fabric or a felt member 7 having the same shape as the iron base portion 6 is laid, and a cloth cover 8 is further covered so as to cover the felt member 7. The felt member 7 is fixed so as not to move on the ironing surface of the iron base 6 by tying the end of the string 10 at the edge of the back side of the ironing board base 6 by passing the string through the iron base. In this way, when the cloth cover 6 becomes dirty, it can be removed and washed. Alternatively, the damaged cloth cover 8 can be easily replaced.
[0017]
The ironing board base 6 is formed into a hollow shape as shown in FIG. More specifically, the ironing board base 6 is integrally formed with the convex portion 6a by blow molding using a parison made of polyethylene resin, polystyrene resin, styrene acrylonitrile resin, or polypropylene resin as a material by blow molding. A string 10 is inserted through the bag-sewn portion at the edge of the cloth cover 6, and the ends of the string 10 are tied to each other so as to be detachably fixed as described above.
[0018]
The heat-resistant temperature of the above resin material is about 200 ° C. at the maximum, and when it exceeds this temperature, it deforms and cannot keep its original shape, but as a result of the formation of countless convex portions 6a, these are suitable heat dissipation members. Since it works, no deformation at high temperatures occurs. Further, as shown in the figure, the upwardly convex cross-sectional shape has the advantage that the vertical load resistance is increased and the weight is reduced because the quadratic cross-sectional coefficient is large. Needless to say, the ironing board base 6 can be made of wood, metal, or wire mesh as long as it has a predetermined strength.
[0019]
In the valley of the convex portion 6a on the iron base 6 prepared as described above, a first through-hole (not shown) smaller than the number of the convex portions 6a is formed by drilling, and a trunk portion of the iron base 6 is formed. A second through-hole (not shown) may also be formed in the side end surface of the first through-hole to allow steam generated from the steam iron to escape to the outside. [0023]
In the above configuration, the clothes are ironed by the heat generated when the steam iron 20 is moved while moving in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction shown in FIG.
[0024]
At this time, most of the steam that has passed through the clothing passes through the cloth cover 8 and the felt member 7 and stays in the valley between the convex portions 6a to give appropriate moisture to the clothing, so that ironing can be performed efficiently. . Further, the excessively supplied steam can be introduced into the inside of the iron base 6 through the first through hole, and can escape to the outside from the second through hole.
