この発明は、ＡＴＭの中の金庫を地下格納室に収納する盗難防止装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、ＡＴＭは操作も容易なことから急激に普及し、消費者金融会社なども各所に配備してきた。ところがＡＴＭは、大金が収納されているにもかかわらず、簡易な建物で覆われているケースが多い。
また、施設には監視カメラなどが設置され、警報装置も作動するシステムにはなっている。しかし、破壊工作という凶悪な犯行には、対応する手立てがなかった。そのため、施設及び装置は、大型機械などにかかると一気に破壊され、瞬時に現金の入ったＡＴＭ金庫だけが簡単に盗まれてしまう。
さらに、データーによると、警報装置が作動してから警備会社や警察官が現場に到着するまで約１０分近くかかり、盗難は４分から６分という短時間で逃走されている。
本願の主眼とするところは、現金の盗難を防ぐことにあるが、犯行が困難になることでこの種の事件を未然に抑止することである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、その欠点を解決するため非常時の場合、ＡＴＭ内の金庫が自動的に地下格納室に収納されることにより、盗難を防止するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
施設破壊に使用される機械は、ほとんど掘削用の大型建設機械である。この機械の特徴は、ネコが獲物を捕らえるのと同じで、柔らかいものや突起物に手先（作業部分）の爪を突き刺し、手前に掻き寄せる力が非常に強い。外側だけを少々強固に囲っても破壊を防御することは難しい。
そこで、対象物（ＡＴＭ金庫）を厚い金属板で覆い、緊急時には地下（格納室）に降下収納させる。そして、金庫の上部を床面と同じ高さにすることにより、全体が床面と平らになる。固くて突起部分がなくなり、爪は滑って機能を発揮できない。これを短時間で破壊することは、非常に困難になり犯行目的は達成しなくなる。要は、固くする。平らにする。時間がかかるようにする。

【発明実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を説明する。
（イ）建物（１）とＡＴＭ装置（２）の床面（３）の下地に厚い金属板（３−２）を設ける。
（ロ）建物（１）の適所とＡＴＭ装置（２）の適所に警報感知装置（４）を設ける。
（ハ）ＡＴＭ装置（２）の下に地下格納室（５）を設ける。
（ニ）地下格納室（５）も厚い金属板（５−２）で造り、床面（３）下の厚い金属板（３−２）と強固に接合（６）する。
（ホ）建物（１）の一部分あるいはＡＴＭ装置（２）の一部分に異常な圧力が加わったとき、警報感知装置（４）が作動し、現金が収納されているＡＴＭ金庫（７）が自動的に地下格納室（５）に降りるよう設ける。
（ヘ）ＡＴＭ金庫（７）の構造は、外周部を厚い金属板（７−２）で造り、容易に破壊されないように設ける。
（ト）ＡＴＭ金庫（７）の上部（７−３）が、床面（３）下の厚い金属板（３−２）と同じ高さで平らになるように降ろす。
（チ）地下収納室（５）の側面（５−３）とＡＴＭ金庫（７）の側面（７−４）との隙間を狭くし、機械の爪（８）が入らないよう設ける。
（リ）一旦地下格納室（５）に納まったＡＴＭ金庫（７）は、容易に抜け出ないように設ける。
（ヌ）ＡＴＭ金庫（７）を無理に取り出そうとすると、床の金属板（３−１）と地下格納室（５）も一緒に持ち上がり、容易に運び出せない。
（ル）ＡＴＭ金庫（７）を地下格納室（５）から切り離すには、作業が長時間を要し、犯人の目的達成はほとんど不可能となる。

【発明の効果】
本発明により、犯人はＡＴＭから現金を盗難することが非常に困難なことが分かり、犯行を抑止することができる。

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
