Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0036】

On the other hand, there has been known a measuring machine configured to include a commanding means for detecting this abnormal state when a certain force or more of external force acts on the tracing stylus and instructing the stylus to move. References 1 and 2).
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-146566 A [Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-147115 A
The measuring device disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a movable lever main body, a tracing stylus holder having a tracing stylus, and a three-point support mechanism for positioning the tracing stylus holder at a fixed position with respect to the movable lever main body and movably supporting the same. A detector for measuring the dimension of the object to be measured based on the amount of movement of the tracing stylus; and command means for detecting when the tracing stylus holder is displaced from a fixed position and controlling the movement of the detector. I have.
[0009]
The three-point support mechanism includes three positioning means provided at 120 ° intervals between the distal end side surface of the movable lever main body and the base end side surface of the tracing stylus holder, and a tension member having both ends fixed to the movable lever main body and the holder main body. And a spring.
The positioning means is composed of a pair of conductive spheres provided on the distal side surface of the movable lever, and a conductive cylindrical member engaged between the spheres and provided on the base side surface of the holder body. It is configured.
The commanding means has a collision detecting circuit in which two spheres of the positioning means and one cylindrical body are used as contacts, and each contact is electrically arranged in series via a conducting wire.
Normally, the sphere and the cylinder of each contact are in contact with each other by the action of the tension spring, so that the collision detection circuit is closed and the probe holder is positioned at a fixed position.
[0010]
In this measuring device, when an external force exceeding a certain level is applied to the probe, the tension spring is elastically deformed, causing the probe holder to be displaced from its home position. When the collision detection circuit is opened, the command means detects an abnormal state and controls the movement of the detector.
[0011]
The collision detection device (hereinafter abbreviated as Z-direction collision detection device) in the measuring device of Patent Document 2 includes a holder attached to a non-contact type probe, a ring-shaped collision detection unit, and a holder for the collision detection unit. And a commanding means for detecting the movement of the collision detecting unit with respect to the holder and controlling the movement of the non-contact probe with respect to the holder.
When an object collides with the collision detection unit, the collision detection unit moves in the axial direction (Z direction) of the probe with respect to the holder, and the command means detects the movement and controls the moving direction of the non-contact probe.
For a collision in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the non-contact probe, an XY direction collision detection device having the same functions as the three-point support mechanism and the command means of Patent Document 1 is provided at the tip of the Z direction collision detection device. The collision was detected by providing.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, in the measuring device of Patent Document 1, a tension spring that supports a tracing stylus holder on a movable lever main body, and a sphere and a cylinder having a switch function of a command unit are provided as separate members.
In addition, since the collision detection circuit has the contacts electrically arranged in series via a conductor, for example, an abnormal condition is detected even when one of the conductors is disconnected, and an external force acts on the probe. Otherwise, the commanding means may malfunction and control the movement of the detector.
The Z-direction collision detection device of Patent Literature 2 is configured so that the tip of the collision detection unit is located between the tip of the non-contact probe and the object to be measured. Could not.
[0013]
An object of the present invention is to provide a collision detection device for a contact-type measuring device, which can reliably detect a collision with a simple configuration.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A collision detection device for a contact-type measuring instrument according to the present invention includes a probe body, a stylus holder supported displaceably and returnably on the probe body, and a stylus held by the stylus holder. A stylus holder, the stylus holder being displaceable and returnably supported by the probe main body, and the stylus being exchangeable and elastic with the holder main body. A contact for measuring a dimension and a surface property of the object to be measured based on the displacement of the stylus holder, while relatively moving the probe and the object to be measured by the relative movement means. In a collision detection device of a type measuring machine, one contact having conductivity formed on at least a part of the spring, A stylus is provided between the stylus and the spring, and positions the stylus at a fixed position with respect to the holder body, and shifts the stylus from the fixed position when an external force equal to or more than a certain amount acts on the stylus, and Positioning means for elastically deforming the spring, when the spring is elastically deformed, the one contact has a conductive contact that is contacted or separated, and the one contact and the other contact are Command means for instructing the relative movement means to stop relative movement of the probe with respect to the object to be measured or to move relative to the object to be measured and the probe in a retracting direction when the probe is in contact with or separated from the object. And characterized in that:
[0015]
According to the present invention, when an external force equal to or more than a predetermined value acts on the stylus, the positioning means shifts the stylus from the fixed position and elastically deforms the spring holding the stylus. When the spring is elastically deformed, one contact and the other contact come into contact with or separate from each other. At this time, the command means causes the relative moving means to stop the relative movement of the probe with respect to the measured object or foreign matter, or The relative movement in the direction in which the foreign matter and the probe are retracted is commanded. One contact and the other contact have a switch function of the command means.
Therefore, the spring has a function of holding the stylus and a function of switching the command means, and it is not necessary to use a separate member for holding the stylus and a switch for the command means as in the related art. The number can be reduced and the configuration can be simplified.
The stylus is held by a stylus holder including a spring, and is easily displaced from a fixed position by a certain or more external force acting on the stylus, so that an abnormal state can be reliably detected.
Since it is configured to detect a certain level of external force acting directly on the stylus, it can be used for a contact type measuring machine.
[0016]
In the collision detection device for a contact-type measuring instrument according to the present invention, one contact and the other contact are disposed to face in the direction of displacement of the stylus holder, and the direction of displacement of the stylus holder is opposite to the direction of measurement. It is desirable that the two contacts are arranged so that the command is output by contacting or separating when the external force in the direction acts on the stylus.
According to the present invention, when an external force in the measuring direction acts on the stylus, the stylus holder holding the stylus is displaced in a direction in which the commanding means is not operated, so that no command is output. When an external force acts in the direction, the stylus holder is displaced in a direction in which the command means is operated, so that a command is output.
Therefore, even if the external force acting on the stylus in the direction opposite to the measurement direction is equal to or less than a certain value, the abnormal state can be detected.
[0017]
In the collision detection device for a contact-type measuring device according to the present invention, the positioning means is provided in a recess provided in one of the stylus and the spring, and is provided in the other of the stylus and the spring, It is desirable to have a projection that engages with the recess.
According to the present invention, since the positioning means is provided with the concave portion and the convex portion which can be easily disengaged, the engagement between the concave portion and the convex portion is released when an external force exceeding a certain level acts on the stylus. By doing so, this abnormal state can be detected.
Therefore, the positioning means can be constituted by the concave and convex portions having a simple structure.
[0018]
In the collision detection device for a contact-type measuring device according to the present invention, it is preferable that at least one of the concave portion and the convex portion is formed in a substantially conical shape.
According to the present invention, since the concave portion and / or the convex portion are formed in a substantially conical shape having a slope, the concave portion and the convex portion are smoothly displaced along the slope of the substantially cone, and the spring is also continuously. Elastically deform. Therefore, contact or separation between one contact and the other contact can be more instantaneously detected.
A set of concave and convex portions can detect a certain or more external force acting on the stylus from all directions.
[0019]
In the collision detection device for a contact-type measuring device according to the present invention, it is preferable that the spring and the one contact are formed by a single leaf spring, and the leaf spring is provided with the concave portion or the convex portion. .
According to the present invention, the one contact having the switch function of the command means and the concave or convex portion as the positioning means are provided on one leaf spring, so that the number of parts can be reduced and the structure can be simplified. Can be.
