Attached frame-type fragrance container is a container comprising a container body having a peripheral wall having a joining portion at the distal end on the periphery of the back plate and a frame-shaped lid having a peripheral wall having an engaging portion at the distal end on the outer peripheral edge of the frame. At least one of the left, right, and lower parts on the top side of the artwork, such as a painting, a book, or a photograph, contains a tray loaded with volatile paper and accommodates it. Alternatively, it is described as an attached frame type fragrance container in which a hole is provided and an adhesive sheet is fixed to an outer surface of a back plate. (For example, see Patent Document 2.)
[0007]
While emphasizing the interior properties as described above, fragrance containers having an expensive decoration function are touted, while inexpensive fragrance containers that emphasize the fragrance function, which is the original purpose of use of fragrance, are also attracting attention. I have. For example, a fragrance container consisting of a cup-shaped container body filled with a fragrance, a permeable membrane adhered so as to cover the flange portion of the container body, and an upper lid adhered covering the permeable membrane, By using a nonwoven fabric, synthetic paper, or a product made of paper, which is less expensive than filter paper, as the permeable membrane, the permeable membrane is not dried as in filter paper, and the aromatic components are evaporated at a stable rate. It is also disclosed as a fragrance container in which the amount of transpiration can be adjusted by coating a printing ink or a filler on the permeable membrane entirely or partially, or by laminating a perforated film. (For example, see Patent Document 3)
[0008]
Many forms or types of fragrance containers have been disclosed that volatilize fragrance and the like. However, when the erect fragrance container (100) shown in FIGS. 17 (a) and (b) is normally used, the lid (51) on the upper side surface of the volatilization member (49) or the drawing is not shown. After peeling off the sealing member having the gas barrier property and further peeling off the sealing member having the gas barrier property separating the volatilization member (49) and the fragrance (46), or removing the sealing lid and the like, FIG. Work such as embedding a core rod (52) of a porous fiber body into the volatilization member (49) as shown in FIG. 17 (b) is performed, and volatilization is started. In addition to such a complicated operation, there is a problem that the fragrance (48) is accidentally attached to a hand or the like. In the case of the upright type fragrance container (100), only the components that easily permeate or volatilize volatilize or permeate quickly and only the components that are difficult to permeate or volatilize remain. Has occurred. Further, the fragrance (46) often uses a liquid fragrance liquid composed of an aqueous fragrance such as a fragrance, a surfactant and a solvent, and the fragrance container body (47) is made of glass or a thin plastic container. Due to the use of fragrances, the fragrance (46) seeps out with slight cracks or pinholes, or the substance of volatile chemicals such as fragrances or insect repellents is partially adsorbed to plastic resin in plastic containers. There is a major problem, such as halving the original aroma. Further, since the fragrance (46) is in contact with a glass or thin plastic container having good conductivity, the temperature of the place where the fragrance container (47) is used is directly applied to the fragrance (46). There is a big problem that a specific substance which is easily transmitted and which is easily volatilized by a rise in temperature is volatilized quickly. Further, the volatilization member (49) is impregnated into the volatilization member (49) because the volatilization member (49) is applied to the entire bottom surface of the plastic fragrance plate (48) manufactured by injection molding, vacuum molding, or air pressure molding. In addition to the major problem that some substances such as volatile chemicals leached out from slight cracks and wrinkles of the fragrance plate (48) or were adsorbed by resin, the surface of the volatile material (49) However, there is also a problem that the fragrance power is remarkably easily changed due to a change in temperature because of direct contact with air.
[0009]
Next, the inverted fragrance container (200) shown in FIG. 16 is provided with only a required amount of the fragrance (46), so that the volatile component is kept constant and a stable fragrance titer is obtained. It is generally considered that the inverted fragrance container (200) is superior to the upright fragrance container (100) as the fragrance container used in the above. However, the inverted fragrance container (200) requires the installation of a guide core rod (52) for guiding the fragrance (46) on the fragrance plate (48), and further requires the provision of a volatile member (49). In addition, there is a problem that the area of the volatilization member (49) is large and the volatilization amount is large. Further, the inverted fragrance container (200) has a problem that the assembly is troublesome when used because the structure is complicated. When the container body (47) is made of plastic, a substance such as a volatile agent of the fragrance (46) is partially adsorbed to the plastic resin used in the container to change the fragrance power or the original scent. There is a problem that does not occur. Further, since the volatile member (49) is provided on the fragrance plate (48) in close contact with the fragrance plate (48), a slight damage to the fragrance plate (48) or a pinhole causes a part of the substance such as the volatile agent to seep out. Or it is adsorbed by plastic resin. Further, since the fragrance (46) is dripped from the container body (47) to the volatilizing member (49), the amount of the fragrance (46) is not uniform due to the compressive strength of the body of the container body (47), and the aroma titer is not obtained. Difficult to keep constant
There is a problem to say.
[0010]
Further, one of the fragrance containers (300) having a decorative function shown in FIG. 18 has a recess formed by using a thermoplastic resin sheet such as a laminate sheet or a plastic single sheet as described above, and the inside of the recess is formed. The package containing the liquid fragrance (35) filled in the inner bag (36) and the liquid-absorbing material (37) are housed, and the outer flange portion of the concave portion is sealed with a flat thermoplastic resin sheet by applying heat and pressure. ing. When the fragrance is used, a force is applied from the outer surface of the sheet in which the concave portion is formed to crush the inner bag (36) filled with the liquid fragrance (35) and cause the liquid fragrance (37) to absorb the liquid fragrance. This is a troublesome fragrance container (300), in which the same role as the fragrance sheet is achieved by infiltrating the agent (35). The fragrance container (300) in which the outer flange periphery of such a concave portion is sealed with another flat sheet is the same as the upright fragrance container (100) or the inverted fragrance container (200). The container is made of a relatively thin plastic sheet, and the entire surface of the liquid absorbing member (37) is in close contact with the sheet surface. There is a problem that the substance of the volatile fragrance of the liquid fragrance (35) impregnated into the sheet partially seeps out, or the substance of the drug is partially adsorbed on the sheet and the fragrance is reduced. There is also a problem that a part of the water-based aromatic liquid impregnated in the liquid absorbing material (37) spills because the liquid absorbing material (37) is in close contact with the sheet when suspended. The volatilization from the liquid absorbing material (37) directly affects the temperature in the room where the fragrance is used because the container is made of a relatively thin plastic sheet and the entire surface of the liquid absorbing material (37) is in close contact with the sheet. Easy to do. For this reason, the fragrance power is easily changed by the temperature, and it is difficult to always maintain a uniform fragrance power. In addition, since the fragrance container (300) shown in FIG. 18 mainly has a function of hanging when used, the function of placing and using the fragrance container is poor, and a hanging member such as a nail must be provided on a wall or the like. There is also a problem that must not be. In addition to the complicated manufacturing process, there is also a problem that disposal treatment is not easy, for example, when the plastic sheet is discarded after use, a substance such as a volatile agent of a fragrance is partially adsorbed to the plastic sheet to generate an unpleasant odor.
[0011]
Further, a framed fragrance container on which a decorative metal plate or a picture, a book, a work of art, or the like is stuck has a large number of members, is complicated to assemble, and is very expensive. In addition, the substance of the volatile agent is partially adsorbed to the forehead-type fragrance container from the paper base material impregnated with the volatile agent, the fragrance decreases over time, and a scent different from the original scent is generated I do. Further, depending on the substance of the volatile agent, the discoloration of the attached frame-type fragrance container may occur. Further, it is not easy to replace the paper base material impregnated with the volatile agent, and there is a problem that the fragrance and the like come into contact with the hand when the fragrance and the like are replaced. Furthermore, when used and discarded, there is a problem that disposal treatment is not easy, for example, a substance such as a volatile agent of the fragrance is partially adsorbed to the plastic member of the forehead-type fragrance container in the same manner as described above to generate an unpleasant odor. is there.
[0012]
Furthermore, even in the cup-shaped fragrance container, since the container is a molded container made of plastic, depending on the substance of the volatile agent of the fragrance, it is adsorbed by the plastic resin used in the container, and the fragrance originally fragrant. There is a problem that different scents are generated. In addition, there is a problem that the fragrance permeates the outer surface of the container due to a slight pinhole or a crack in the container. Further, since the fragrance is in close contact with the inner surface of the container, the fragrance is easily directly affected by the temperature in the room where the fragrance is used, the fragrance is easily changed, and it is difficult to always maintain a uniform fragrance titer. In addition, there is a problem such as strength of the container because the container is a retrospective container that is inexpensive as a fragrance container, and the fragrance leaks due to slight damage to the container because the fragrance is liquid or gel-like. I am worried. In addition, there is a problem that disposal treatment is not easy, for example, when a waste material is discarded after use, since a substance of a volatile agent such as an fragrance is partially adsorbed to a plastic container, thereby generating an odor.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the upright-type fragrance container, the inverted-type fragrance container, and the fragrance container having both interior and decorative properties in consideration of aesthetics are made of glass or thin plastic. Problems such as a slight damage, pinholes, wrinkles, cracks, etc. may cause some of the volatile chemicals such as fragrances and insect repellents to seep out, or some of the volatile chemicals to be adsorbed to the container. is there. Also, since the container or the aromatic plate and the sheet-like aromatic member impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic or an insect repellent are in full contact, the wrinkles of the container or slight inaccuracies in processing may cause the substance of the volatile agent to be removed. Part of the structure is easily leached, and the structure is easily affected by the temperature of the place where a sheet-like fragrance member impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellent is used. Difficult to keep stable. Also, after use, even if the fragrance member is removed when discarded, the substance of the sheet-like fragrance member impregnated with a volatile agent such as a fragrance or an insect repellent in a plastic container or the like is partially absorbed. There is a problem that disposal treatment is not easy, such as generation of a bad smell.
[0015]
An object of the present invention is to solve the problem of a conventional paper storage container for storing a sheet-like aromatic member or the like impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent, without complicating the structure. In addition to being simple and easy to manufacture, the sheet-shaped fragrance member impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or insect repellent does not adhere to the entire inner surface of the storage container. Spaces are provided on the upper and lower surfaces, and at least a low-adsorbent resin layer is formed on the inner surfaces of containers and lids, etc., to prevent the exudation of volatile chemicals from the aroma member and prevent fragrance. In addition to the fact that the agent and the production are simple, a sheet-shaped aromatic member impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent is provided with a space above and below without adhering to the inner surface of the container. Governed by In addition to preventing the exudation of volatile chemicals, some of the volatile chemical substances are adsorbed to the container and do not smell different scents, and are not significantly affected by sudden temperature rise in the room where they are used. Inexpensive decorativeness that can maintain a uniform aroma and can be used by hanging it on a wall, etc., depending on where the fragrance is used, and can also be used on shelves or tables Provided is a paper container which has excellent interior properties and is easy to dispose after use.

[0021]
FIG. 1A is a plan view showing a plane of an embodiment of a paper container for storing a fragrance member according to the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows a cross section. The paper storage container (1) is composed of an upper lid container (4) having a vent, a lower tray container (5), and a lid material (not shown) which has a low drug absorption and seals the vent. . Although not shown in the drawings, the upper lid container (4) and the lower tray container (5) each have at least a low-adhesive resin layer formed on each of the lid members. A sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent to be stored is sandwiched and locked in each of the upper lid container (4) and the lower tray container (5). It has a pair of engaging portions (11), and after joining the fragrance member (18) to the engaging portion (11), the joining portions (10) of the upper lid container (4) and the lower receiving container (5) overlap each other. Then, they are bonded in a joint state by heat and pressure or hot air.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), a paper storage container (1) of a sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellent is composed of an upper lid container (4) and a lower lid container (4). It is formed from a saucer container (5), and the upper lid container (4) and the lower saucer container (5) are formed in the same shape, and the engaging portion (11) of the lower saucer container (5) volatilizes the fragrance or insect repellent. After the sheet-like fragrance member impregnated with the active agent is locked at the engaging portion (11), the joining portion (10) of the upper lid container (4) and the joining portion (10) of the lower receiving container (5) are connected to each other. They are superposed and adhered in a joint state by a heat and pressure seal or hot air, and are stored in a state where the fragrance member is sandwiched between the engaging portions (11) of the upper lid container (4) and the lower tray container (5). Except for the upper surface and the lower surface where the sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent is sandwiched between the fastening portions (11), the paper container (1) is Space portions (16) and (17) are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the fragrance member (18) without any contact with the inside. The depth of the engaging portion (11), which is a concave portion provided on the inner peripheral portion of the joining portion (10), is impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent to be stored. It is applied to a depth of approximately half the thickness of the sheet-like fragrance member (18). Further, the depth of the bottom plate portion (13) or the top plate portion (12), which is the end surface of the concave portion formed on the inner peripheral portion of the engagement portion (11), is not particularly limited, but is 1.0 mm to 10 mm. The upper space portion (16) is formed on the upper side surface of the fragrance member (18), or the lower space portion (17) is formed below the lower side surface, so that the fragrance member (18) is formed on the bottom plate portion ( 13) or the volatile agent of a sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellant by not contacting the surface of the top plate (12). It does not seep outside. In addition, since the low-adhesion resin layer is formed on the inner surface of the paper container, it is possible to partially absorb the volatile chemical substance and prevent the fragrance from changing. Further, the presence of the space portion can prevent the temperature from directly affecting the outside air. In addition, the sizes of the ventilation holes (14) provided in the substantially central portion of the upper lid container (4) and the insertion ventilation holes (15) provided in the substantially central portion of the lower receiving container (5). The size of the fragrance is adjusted to an appropriate size according to the size and material of the fragrance member (18), the kind of the substance such as the fragrance or the insect repellent, the use condition (temperature, size, etc.), the purpose of use and the like. In addition, the vent hole (14) for vaporization or the vent hole (15) for insertion shown in FIG. 4 has a lid (45) having a low drug-adsorbing property, and the outer peripheral portion of the vent hole is bonded or adhesively sealed. The amount of fragrance and the like can also be adjusted depending on the opening amount of the lid material that is bonded or adhesively sealed.
[0023]
Next, FIG. 2A is a plan view showing a plane of another embodiment of the paper container for storing the fragrance member (18) according to the present invention, and FIG. 2B is a plan view of FIG. FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a section taken along line BB ′ of FIG. The paper storage container (2) for storing the fragrance member (18) is composed of an upper lid container (6) having a vent and a lower tray container (7) and a lid material (not shown) for sealing the vent. Have been. Further, although not shown in the drawing, the upper lid container (4) and the lower tray container (5) each have at least a low drug-adsorbing resin layer formed on each of the lid members. A sheet-like fragrance which is impregnated with an engaging part (11) of the upper lid container (6) and a volatile agent such as an insect repellent or the like stored in the inner peripheral part of the joint part (10) of the lower receiving container (7). Two or more sets of a pair of convex engaging portions (11) for sandwiching and locking the member (18) are provided, and a joint portion (10) between the upper lid container (6) and the lower receiving container (7) is connected to each other. They are superimposed and bonded together by heat and pressure or hot air.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the paper storage container (2) of the sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellent is used as described above. 6) and a lower tray container (7), which is used for a relatively thin sheet-shaped aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic or an insect repellent. You. For this reason, the engaging portion (11) formed on the inner peripheral portion of the joint portion (10) of the upper lid container (6) is provided with a concave portion having a depth substantially equal to the thickness of the fragrance member (18). . Further, a recessed portion which is further recessed than the fastening portion (11) is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the fastening portion (11), and a top plate portion (12) is formed at an end surface portion of the recessed portion, and the upper lid container (6) At the substantially central portion, a volatilization vent hole (14) for volatilizing the scent of a sheet-like fragrance (18) impregnated with a fragrance or a volatile agent such as an insect repellent is provided. The lower receiving container (7) is provided with two or more convex portions for locking the fragrance member (18) at an appropriate position of the lower receiving container (7), and an engaging portion (11) is formed. . Further, a ventilation hole (15) for insertion is provided in a central portion of the lower receiving container (7). For this purpose, a sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as a fragrance or an insect repellent is locked on the convex portion, and the lower surface and the bottom plate (13) of the fragrance member (18) are locked. And a lower space (30) is formed between them. In addition, after the fragrance member (18) is locked on the convex portion, the outer peripheral edge of the engaging portion (11) of the upper lid container (6) and the outer peripheral edge of the fragrance member (18) come into contact with each other. The joint (10) between the upper lid container (6) and the lower tray container (7) is held together with the fragrance member (18) engaged with the engaging portion (11) of the pan container (7) sandwiched therebetween. Glued. Bonding is performed by heating and pressing or hot air. Further, an upper space portion (16) is formed between the top plate portion (12) and the fragrance member (18), and furthermore, the fragrance member (11) which is locked to the engaging portion (11) of the lower saucer container (7). 18) A lower space portion (17) is formed on the lower side surface. For this reason, the sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent does not come into contact with the surface of the bottom plate (13) or the top plate (12), and the aromatic member ( 18) By forming a space on the upper surface and the lower surface, a substance such as a volatile agent of a sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellent is converted into paper. It does not seep out of the storage container. Further, since the low-adhesion resin layer is formed on the inner surface of the paper storage container, it is possible to prevent a change in aroma by partially absorbing the substance of the volatile drug. Further, since the space portions are formed above and below the fragrance member (18), it is possible to prevent the fragrance member (18) from immediately affecting the temperature of the outside air.
[0025]
The lower receiving container (7) has a joint (10) and a bottom plate (13) provided on the same surface, and an engaging portion (11) is provided at an appropriate position in the periphery of the joint (10). At least two convex portions are provided for locking a sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an agent or an insect repellent, and an engaging portion (11) is provided. Further, a ventilation hole (15) for insertion is provided in a central portion of the lower receiving container (7). An fragrance or insect repellent is provided by providing an engaging portion (11) having two or more convex portions for locking the fragrance member (18) at an appropriate position of the lower receiving container (7). The lower space portion (30) is formed between the lower surface of the sheet-like aromatic member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an agent and the bottom plate portion (13), so that the aromatic member (18) Substances such as volatile chemicals do not seep out of the paper container. Further, since the low-adhesion resin layer is formed on the inner surface of the paper storage container, it is possible to prevent a change in aroma by partially absorbing the substance of the volatile drug. Further, the formation of the lower space portion (30) can prevent the fragrance member (18) from immediately affecting the temperature of the outside air.
[0026]
Next, FIG. 3A is a plan view showing a plane of still another embodiment of the paper container for storing the fragrance member (18) according to the present invention, and FIG. 3B is a plan view of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the cross section in CC 'line of a). The paper storage container (3) has a pair of engaging portions (11) for sandwiching and locking a sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as a fragrance or an insect repellent. 8) and an inner peripheral portion of the joint portion (10) of the lower receiving container (9) and substantially at the center of the inner peripheral portion. After the fragrance member (18) is locked to the engaging portion (11), the upper lid container ( The joining portion (10) of the lower tray container (8) and the lower receiving container (9) are overlapped and bonded together by heating and pressurizing or hot air.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3B, the upper lid container (8) and the lower tray container (9) are formed in the same shape. After the sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with the volatile agent such as the fragrance or insect repellent is stored in the paper storage container (3) as described above, the upper lid container (8) and the lower tray container ( The joints (10) of (9) are overlapped with each other and adhered in a closed state by heating and pressing or hot air. The engaging portion (11), which is a concave portion provided on the inner peripheral edge of the joint portion (10) of the upper lid container (8) or the lower receiving container (9), is stored in the paper storage container (3). The sheet is provided with a depth of approximately half the thickness of the sheet-like aromatic member (18) of a volatile agent such as an aromatic agent or an insect repellent. Further, in addition to the engaging portion (11) which is a concave portion formed on the inner peripheral portion of the joint portion (10), the paper container (3) containing the fragrance member (18) is substantially formed. A central engaging portion (31) is provided in the central portion, and further concave portions are provided on the inner peripheral edge of the engaging portion (11) and the left and right ends of the central engaging portion (31), so that the central fastening of the upper lid container (8) is performed. A top plate portion (12) is provided at two end portions of the left and right portions of the portion (31), and a ventilation hole (14) is provided at a substantially central portion of each of the top plate portions (12). Similarly, the lower receiving container (9) is provided with two bottom plate portions (13) at two left and right portions on the end face portions recessed at two right and left portions of the center engaging portion (31), similarly to the upper lid container (8). An insertion vent (15) is provided in a substantially central portion of the portion (13). An upper space portion (16) is formed on the upper surface of a sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellant retained by the engaging portion (11). By forming the lower space portion (17), the sheet-like fragrance member (18) impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellent is entirely covered with the bottom plate portion (13) of the paper storage container or Since it is not in contact with the top plate (12), substances such as volatile chemicals of the fragrance member (18) do not seep out of the paper container. Further, since the low-adhesion resin layer is formed on the inner surface of the paper storage container, it is possible to prevent a change in aroma by partially absorbing the substance of the volatile drug. Further, the presence of the space on the upper surface or the lower surface of the fragrance member (18) can prevent the temperature of the outside air from being affected immediately. Also, since the central fastening portion (31) is also provided at a substantially central portion of the paper storage container in which the fragrance member (18) is accommodated in the fastening portion (11), the fragrance or the insect repellent is volatilized. 【The invention's effect】
The paper storage container according to the present invention is obtained by pressing a molded member having at least one of a paper base material and a low-adhesive resin layer formed on at least one of the paper substrate by press molding, air pressure molding, or vacuum molding to form an upper lid container and a lower tray. After the container is manufactured and further trimmed, a sheet-like aromatic member impregnated with a volatile agent such as an aromatic or an insect repellent is locked to the lower tray container, and the upper lid container is connected to the joint of the lower tray container. The joints are superimposed and bonded together by heat and pressure or hot air in a joint state, and at the same time, the fragrance member is housed in a state sandwiched between the engaging portions of the upper lid container and the lower tray container. A sheet-like fragrance member impregnated with a volatile agent such as an fragrance or an insect repellent because a space is formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the fragrance member, except that the fragrance member is sandwiched between the engaging portions. Is not in contact with the top plate and the bottom plate at all, so that the substance of the volatile agent of the aroma member does not seep into the paper container. In addition, since the low-adhesion resin layer is formed on the inner surface of the paper container, it is possible to prevent a part of the volatile chemical substance from being absorbed by the resin layer and prevent the fragrance from changing. Also, in the production of paper storage containers, the shape is simple and can be easily manufactured without any inconvenience, and there is no complicated assembly work because there is no use of complicated members, and the productivity is low. This is a paper storage container that is high in price, is inexpensive, and has excellent interior and decoration properties. In addition, when using the fragrance, it is troublesome to open or assemble the fragrance, so that the fragrance does not adhere to the hand or the like excessively, and can be used when further used, and can also be suspended. Can also be used. In addition, as described above, since the fragrance member is provided with a space without being in contact with the molding member of the entire storage container, the temperature of the place where the fragrance member is used is not easily transmitted to the fragrance member immediately, and the aroma force is rapidly increased. No significant change. In addition, stable fragrance can be maintained over time, and the fragrance titer does not decrease much. Further, since the entire paper container is mainly composed of a paper base material, disposal processing after use of the fragrance member is easy.
