Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pouch container filled with a refillable liquid product such as a shampoo, a detergent, or oil for refilling a bottle container or the like, and particularly to a pouch container excellent in refilling workability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Liquid products such as shampoos and detergents were sold in bottles and other containers, but in recent years, simple pouch containers have been filled with liquid products such as shampoos in order to make effective use of bottles and other containers. Liquid products for refilling are sold.
[0003]
Therefore, a consumer first purchases a liquid product filled in a bottle container or the like, but if the consumer uses up the liquid product, he or she may not purchase a new liquid product filled in the bottle container or the like. Instead, a refillable liquid product, which is the same product filled in a simple pouch container, is purchased, and only a liquid product is refilled in an empty bottle container or the like.
[0004]
By the way, the pouch container to be filled with such a liquid product for refilling is simply formed into a bag shape by a flexible sheet such as a synthetic resin sheet in consideration of handling properties and costs when discarding after refilling. When the liquid product for refilling filled in such a pouch container is transferred to a bottle container or the like, for example, as shown in FIG. By cutting off the corners obliquely, a liquid product outlet 51 is formed, and the liquid product is poured into the bottle container 60 or the like from the outlet 51 as shown in FIG.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a pouch container filled with a liquid product for refilling naturally has no shape-retaining property, and it is difficult to maintain a predetermined posture. Cannot be poured from the pouch container into the bottle container or the like, and the contents may be spilled, and the work of refilling the contents cannot be performed reliably in a stable state.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pouch container that can easily and reliably perform a refilling operation of contents.
[0008]
Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a pouch container in which a spout having a mouth that can be opened and closed by a screw cap is mounted on a container body formed in a bag shape by a flexible sheet, Is formed to be fittable to the mouth of the specific container, and in a state where the mouth of the spout is fitted to the mouth of the specific container, between the mouth of the specific container and the spout. The present invention provides a pouch container characterized in that an air outflow passage through which air in the specific container can flow out is formed.
[0009]
As described above, in this pouch container, since the mouth of the spout is formed so as to fit into the mouth of the specific container, for example, when transferring the contents filled in the pouch container to the specific container, By fitting the mouth of the spout into the mouth of the specific container, the mouths of both can be reliably connected to each other. Therefore, even if the container body itself does not have shape retention, the contents can be transferred in a stable state without spilling the contents.
[0010]
Further, when the mouth of the spout is fitted to the mouth of the specific container, an air outflow passage through which air in the specific container can flow out is formed between the mouth of the specific container and the spout. Therefore, when transferring the contents from the pouch container to the specific container, even if the mouth of the spout and the mouth of the specific container are fitted to each other, the contents may not flow into the specific container. Accordingly, the air in the specific container is reliably discharged to the outside through the air outflow passage, so that the content transfer operation can be performed smoothly and reliably.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The pouch container 1 shown in FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b) and 1 (c) is filled with a shampoo for refilling a pump-type bottle container (specific container), and is made of a heat-adhesive material such as polyethylene or polypropylene. A container body 10 foldable into a flat state, formed by a flexible sheet having a thickness of about 100 to 150 μm in which a biaxially stretched polyester film or the like laminated with a gas barrier sheet or the like is laminated on the outer surface of a synthetic resin film having And a spout 20 formed of a heat-adhesive resin attached to the container body 10.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1C, the container body 10 is composed of a pair of front and back exterior sheets 12 and 13 and a gusset sheet 15 that is folded at the lower ends of the exterior sheets 12 and 13 therebetween. The upper edge and both side edges of the exterior sheets 12 and 13 are heat-sealed with each other to form the body 11, and the outer edge of the gusset sheet 15 folded between the exterior sheets 12 and 13 is exposed. A bottom gusset portion 14 for closing the lower end opening of the body portion 11 by heat sealing to the inner surfaces of the sheets 12 and 13 is formed.
[0013]
The spout 20 has a mounting portion 21 that is heat-sealed to the exterior sheets 12 and 13 while being sandwiched between upper end edges of the exterior sheets 12 and 13, and a cylindrical mouth portion 22 that is connected to the mounting portion 21. The mouth 22 can be opened and closed by a screw cap 23.
[0014]
The mouth 22 includes an upper half 221 formed to be thin, and a lower half 222 formed to be thick. An outer peripheral surface of the upper half 221 is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the screw cap 23. A male screw 224 to which the formed female screw 23a is screwed is formed, and a lower end of the lower half portion 222 is provided with a circular flange 223 projecting outward from the outer peripheral surface thereof.
[0015]
Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion 222, a ridge 225 projecting radially outward is formed. As shown in FIG. 3, the ridge 225 connects the mouth 22 of the pouch container 1 to the bottle container. The protrusion amount is set such that the protrusion 225 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion M of the bottle container when it is fitted into the mouth portion M.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, the ridge 225 is engaged with a tamper ring 23b formed at the lower end of the screw cap 23, and the tamper ring 23b is turned by turning the screw cap 23 in the opening direction. Is separated from the screw cap 23, so that it can be seen that it has been opened.
[0017]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion 222 including the ridge 225 and the upper surface of the flange 223 are provided at four locations in the circumferential direction from the upper end of the lower half portion 222. A groove 226 extending to the outer edge of the flange 223 is formed. As shown by a thin arrow in FIG. 3, when the mouth portion 22 of the pouch container 1 is fitted into the mouth portion M of the bottle container, the bottle 226 is formed at the portion where the groove 226 is formed. Between the mouth M of the container and the mouth 22 of the pouch container 1, an air outflow passage through which the air in the bottle container B can flow out is formed.
[0018]
When refilling the shampoo filled in the pouch container 1 configured as described above into a bottle container, for example, first, as shown in FIG. 4A, a state in which the pouch container 1 filled with the shampoo is self-standing. Then, the screw cap 23 is removed from the mouth 22, the empty bottle container B is turned upside down, and the mouth M is fitted over the mouth 22 of the pouch container 1 to connect them.
[0019]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the tip of the mouth portion M of the bottle container B contacts the flange 223 of the mouth portion 22 of the pouch container 1, and a protrusion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 22 of the pouch container 1. When the ridge 225 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the mouth M of the bottle container B, the two mouths 22, M are positioned relative to each other, so that the two mouths 22, M are securely connected in a stable state. can do.
[0020]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), when the mouth 22 of the pouch container 1 and the mouth M of the bottle container B are connected to each other and then turned upside down, the inside of the pouch container 1 is filled. The discharged shampoo starts flowing into the bottle container B. At this time, as described above, since the air outflow path is formed between the mouth M of the bottle container B and the mouth 22 of the pouch container 1, as shown by the thick arrow in FIG. As the shampoo flows into the bottle container B from above, the air in the bottle container B starts flowing out of the bottle container B through the air outflow path, as shown by the thin arrows in FIG.
[0021]
Therefore, the flow of the shampoo from the pouch container 1 to the bottle container B is not hindered, and the shampoo filled in the pouch container 1 can be smoothly and reliably transferred to the bottle container B without spilling.
[0022]
5 and 6 show another embodiment. This pouch container has basically the same configuration as the above-described pouch container 1 except that the shape of the mouth portion 22A is partially different, so that the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. The description will be omitted, and the shape of the mouth 22A will be described in detail.
[0023]
In the pouch container 1 described above, the tip of the mouth M of the bottle container B is brought into contact with the flange 223 formed on the mouth 22, and the ridge 225 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth 22 is attached to the bottle container B. By making contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth M of the pouch container 1, the mouth 22 of the connected pouch container 1 and the mouth M of the bottle container B are positioned in the connection direction and the radial direction. In this pouch container, a fitting portion to which the tip portion of the bottle container B can be fitted is formed at the tip portion of the mouth portion 22A, and the tip portion of the mouth portion M of the bottle container B is fitted to this fitting portion. The two are different in the configuration in that the connection direction and the radial direction between the mouth portion 22A of the pouch container and the mouth portion M of the bottle container B in the connected state are determined.
[0024]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the mouth portion 22A of the pouch container has a male screw 224 to which a female screw 23a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the screw cap 23 is screwed, and a screw cap 23. When opened by turning, a ridge 225 engaging with the tamper ring 23b is formed to separate the tamper ring 23b formed at the lower end of the screw cap 23 from the screw cap 23 so that the tamper ring 23b is opened. The main body 221A has a cylindrical shape, and a gap is formed inside the main body 221A and the inside of the main body 221A for the thickness of the tip of the mouth M of the bottle container B. And a small-diameter middle cylindrical body 222A whose distal end projects from the mouth main body 221A, and partially connects the middle cylindrical body 222A to the mouth main body 221A at the base end thereof. By the binding unit 223A, the fitting portion is formed.
[0025]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the tip of the mouth M of the bottle B is fitted into the gap formed between the mouth main body 221A and the middle cylinder 222A, the tip of the mouth M of the bottle B is inserted. The portion abuts on the connecting portion 223A, and the connection direction and the radial direction between the mouth 22A of the pouch container and the mouth M of the bottle container B are positioned. Thus, the shampoo can be transferred from the pouch container to the bottle container B in a stable state without spilling the filled shampoo, as in the case of the pouch container 1 described above.
[0026]
In the pouch container 1 described above, the mouth M of the bottle container B and the mouth of the pouch container 1 are formed by the four grooves 226 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion 222 and the upper surface of the flange 223 in the mouth M. Although an air outflow passage is formed between the pouch container 22 and the pouch container 22, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a gap is formed between the pouch container and the middle cylindrical body 222A. In addition, an inner cylindrical body 226A is disposed inside the middle cylindrical body 222A and has a base end connected to the mouth main body 221A by an annular connecting portion 227A. A groove 228A extending from the tip of the main body 221A to the connecting portion 227A is formed.
[0027]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the tip of the mouth M of the bottle container B is fitted into the fitting portion formed on the mouth 22A of the pouch container, the gap between the mouth main body 221A and the middle cylinder 222A is formed. Although the gap is closed, the gap (air) between the middle cylinder 222A and the inner cylinder 226A is formed between the mouth M of the bottle container B and the mouth main body 221A of the pouch container at the portion where the groove 228A is formed. (Outflow path) is formed, and as the shampoo flows into the bottle container B from the pouch container as shown by the thick arrow in the figure, the inside of the bottle container B as shown by the thin arrow in the figure. Will flow out of the bottle container B through the air outflow passage. Thus, the shampoo filled in the pouch container is smoothly and reliably transferred to the bottle container B without obstructing the flow of the shampoo from the pouch container to the bottle container B as in the case of the pouch container 1 described above. Can be.
[0028]
In the pouch container 1 described above, the ridge 225 formed on the lower half portion 222 of the thickness of the mouth portion 22 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion M of the bottle container B, and the lower half portion 222 and the flange are formed. Although the groove 226 is formed in the spout 223, the present invention is not limited to this. The spout mouth is formed so as to be fittable in the mouth M of the bottle container B, and the spout mouth is formed. With the portion fitted into the mouth M of the bottle container B, an air outflow passage through which the air in the bottle container B can flow is formed between the mouth M of the bottle container B and the mouth of the spout. It should just be like that. Therefore, for example, the outer diameter of the mouth of the pouch container is set so that the external thread formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth of the pouch container contacts the inner peripheral surface of the mouth M of the bottle container B, and the external thread is set. It is also possible to form an air outflow path by forming a groove on the upper surface of the flange while dividing in the circumferential direction.
[0029]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the spout 20 including the mounting portion 21 and the mouth portion 22 is used. However, the spout 20 is not limited to this. For example, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. By using a spout in which a cylindrical or rod-shaped shape retaining member 24 that enters the container body 10 is connected to the mounting portion 21, the neck of the pouch container may be prevented from being broken at the time of refilling. .
[0030]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the self-standing pouch container 1 in which the container body 10 has the bottom gusset portion has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Can be applied to various pouch containers. Therefore, the container body may be a flat bag, a side gusset bag, or the like.
[0031]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the pouch container for filling the shampoo for refill has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention is applicable to various kinds of filling liquid products for refill such as detergents and oils. It goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to a pouch container.
