【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はワイパーやペーパータオル及びトイレットペーパーなど比較的厚手のシートを収納する収納箱およびそのシート取出口用開口に関する。

ワイパーやペーパータオルのような比較的厚手のシートをポップアップ式に取り出す場合には、シート自体の剛性が高く、また表面に施されたエンボス加工の影響などにより、シートと収納箱取出口周縁との抵抗が大きく、片手では取出しにくいなどの傾向があった。
この傾向は収納箱内の残存シート枚数が少なくなると特に顕著であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は厚手シートを片手で簡単に引出すことができ、かつドロップバック（飛び出たシートの引き戻り）の少ない取出口および収納箱を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明はポップアップ式に取出すように交互に積層されたワイパーやペーパータオル及びトイレットペーパーなど比較的厚手のシートを収納する収納箱において、該収納箱のシート取出口用開口を所定幅のスリットが天面の長手方向に沿って両側面まで延びていることを特徴とする繊維積層体収納箱に関する。
上記においてスリットの両端部が分岐せずまたは例えば逆Ｙ字型または逆Ｔ字型に分岐しており、またはスリット幅は３〜２０ｍｍの範囲であり、またはスリットの長手方向中央部に幅広部を備えており、またはシート取出口開口はポリウィンドウ等のポリフィルムを備えていない繊維積層体の収納箱に関する。

また本発明は所定幅のスリットが収納箱の天面長手方向全長に亘っており、該スリットの両端は収納箱の両側面に天面から分岐しまたは分岐せずにＩ字型、逆Ｙ字型または逆Ｔ字型に下方に延びている繊維体収納箱におけるシート取出口用開口に関する。
上記において側面の高さの１／２より上にスリットを設けるのが箱の強度を保つ上で好ましい。
上記においてシート取出口用開口のスリットをそのスリット幅をシート厚みより十分に大きくすると共に収納箱の天面の長手方向から両側面まで延長することにより厚手のシートをその収納箱より片手で簡単に引出せかつドロップバックの少ない取出口としたまたはスリット中央部に幅広部を備え、初回のシート取出し易さを向上させた繊維体収納箱におけるシート取出口用開口に関する。

本発明のスリット幅は紙厚より十分に大きければよいが、具体的には３〜２０ｍｍが好ましい。
これは３ｍｍ未満ではシートの取出し抵抗が高く、２０ｍｍより大きいと持ち運び時等に収納箱が潰れ易く、またドロップバックが起こり易くなる。
またスリットの長手方向中央部に幅広部を備えるのはシートの初回の取出し易さを向上させるためである。

【発明の効果】
厚手シートの収納箱からの取出し性が向上する。
ワイパーのような比較的剛性の高いシートにおいては取出しの抵抗が少ない。またドロップバックも少ない。
長手方向全長に延び両側面に至るスリットにより収納箱内に折り込まれたシートの展開方向及び取出し方向への力に対応して包装箱体（収納箱）の上部が変形し、取出し抵抗が低減する。

以下に本発明の実施例を図面によって説明するが、本発明はこれによって特に制約されるものではない。

図３に示すように直方体の収納箱（１）の天面（２）にその長手方向に沿ってその全長に亘りスリット（３）を形成している。スリット（３）の両端はその両側面でＩ字型開口（棒状開口）（４）を形成している。（５）は厚手の取出しシートを示す。
シート（５）は収納箱（１）内に交互に積層収容され、ポップアップ式に取出させるようになっている。

図４はスリット（３）の両端が、その両側面で逆Ｙ字型開口（４’）を形成している例を示している。
収納箱（１）内に交互に積層収容された厚手のシートからスリット（３）を通して取出された厚手シート（５）はその取出しの際引出しの力（Ｆ）により収納箱（１）の上部（１’）に矢印方向の変形を与え、それに対応してシート（５）の取出し抵抗が低減する。
