Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a work with a deformed top plate attached to a support, and a furniture with a top plate capable of properly performing the work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the recent progress of office automation in offices, most of desk work on the desk has shifted from paper work to work using a computer. Along with such a change in the work form, furniture with a top plate increasingly adopts an irregularly shaped top plate such as an L-shaped top plate from a regular rectangular top plate.
[0003]
However, the conventional furniture with a top plate is generally configured by attaching two places on the left and right sides of a rectangular top plate to a support. To improve the convenience of the attachment work, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 Then, a rectangular top plate is placed on the support, and the rectangular top plate is slid relative to the support to thereby make it possible to interpose the darma hole and the stepped pin interposed between the rectangular top plate and the support. By adopting a structure in which the left and right sides of the rectangular top plate are engaged with corresponding portions of the support through a slide engagement mechanism composed of the above, the working efficiency is improved.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-164739
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, it is needless to say that the efficiency of the attachment work can be improved for the L-shaped top plate and other odd-shaped top plates as well as the rectangular top plate if a method of attaching the top plate to the support by sliding operation can be adopted.
[0006]
However, the deformed top plate may have various angles and shapes at the use edge and the anti-use edge of the top plate, or may have the left and right supports and the slide engagement mechanism arranged in different directions. Therefore, if the sliding direction is set incorrectly, the balance of the sliding movement of the odd-shaped top plate will be lost, and the left and right movements will be unequal.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to optimize the work of attaching such a deformed top plate to a support and the state of attachment.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following configuration in order to achieve the above object.
[0009]
In other words, the furniture with a top plate of the present invention places at least two deformed top plates on a support by placing the deformed top plate having an L-shape in plan view and sliding the deformed top plate relative to the support. In the case where the point is connected to the corresponding part of the support at the same time via the slide engagement mechanism interposed therebetween, the slide moving direction is divided into two equal parts by the inner angle on the use edge side or the non-use edge side of the deformed top plate. To set the direction.
[0010]
With this configuration, when the deformed top plate is operated while gripping its use edge or anti-use edge, an operating force can be uniformly applied to both the left and right regions bent in an L-shape in a well-balanced manner throughout the sliding operation. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the deformed top plate from performing an undesired operation such as rotation.
[0011]
In addition, a deformed top plate having a partial arc shape (including a fan shape) in a plan view is placed on the support, and the deformed top plate is slid relative to the support, so that at least two positions of the deformed top plate are provided. Is connected to the corresponding portion of the support at the same time via the slide engagement mechanism interposed therebetween, the slide moving direction may be set to a direction from the middle position of the arc toward the center of the arc.
[0012]
Further, as a component other than the top plate shape, when the slide engagement mechanisms are arranged in a pair at a predetermined angle in a U-shape or an inverted C-shape in plan view, the sliding movement direction is set to the two slide engagements. What is necessary is just to set in the direction which bisects the angle which a mechanism makes. Such a setting is also effective when it is difficult to capture an object to be bisected on the deformed top side such as a cloud top.
Furthermore, as a component other than the top plate shape, when the support body includes a pair of support elements arranged at a predetermined angle in a C-shape or an inverted C-shape in plan view, the sliding movement direction is set to the two support directions. What is necessary is just to set the direction which bisects the angle which an element makes. Such a setting is also effective in a case where it is difficult to catch an object to be bisected on the deformed top such as a cloud top.
[0013]
As a preferred embodiment of the slide engagement mechanism, the slide engagement mechanism includes a projection provided on one of the top plate or the support, and an engagement hole provided on the other to insert the projection, and at a slide start end position. When the top plate is placed on the support, the protruding end of the protruding portion is inserted into the engaging hole, and the protruding portion is vertically engaged with the engaging hole at the slide end position of the top plate. No.
[0014]
In order to increase workability without difficulty, it is preferable to adopt a sleeve structure with a drawer on all or a part of the support.
[0015]
When the anti-use edge of the deformed top plate is arranged along the wall surface, a recess is formed in the deformed top plate to form a space between the wall surface where wirings can be dropped, and the recess is It is desirable that the deformed top plate can be used as an operation part when the slide is moved.
[0016]
In this case, it is particularly effective to provide a plurality of recesses symmetrically on both sides with respect to the center line of the sliding movement of the deformed top plate.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
In the furniture 1 with a top plate according to this embodiment, a deformed top plate 3 is placed on a support 2 as shown in FIG. 1, and the deformed top plate 3 is moved relative to the support 2 as shown by an arrow in FIG. By sliding, at least two portions of the deformed top plate 3 are simultaneously connected to corresponding portions of the support 2 via a slide engagement mechanism 5 interposed therebetween.
[0019]
The support 2 shown in FIG. 1 includes a pair of sleeve structures 4 as main support elements and corner legs 6 as auxiliary support elements. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, etc., the sleeve structure 4 closes five surfaces by a top wall 4A, a bottom wall 4B, a side wall and 4C, and a back wall 4D, and has a front side. It is self-supporting and includes a housing 40 having an opened storage space, and three sets of upper and lower drawers 4E1, 4E2, and 4E3 that are housed so as to be able to be inserted into and removed from the storage space of the housing 40. . An optional attachment member 4F protruding rearward and upward is attached to the back wall 4D. The corner leg 6 has a square pipe shape as shown in FIG. 1, and has an optional mounting member 6A at two orthogonal surfaces corresponding to the optional mounting member 4F. Then, the pair of sleeve structures 4 are spaced apart by changing the direction at a predetermined angle (90 °), and each of the two orthogonal surfaces of the corner leg 6 is in contact with the back wall 4D of the nearest sleeve structure 4. By arranging the frame members 7 in the form of square pipes between the upper ends of the sleeve structures 4 and the corner legs 6, respectively, the frame members 7 are arranged at the same level, and fixed. And the corner legs 6 are connected to each other and integrated as a structure.
[0020]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 8, etc., the deformed top plate 3 is made of a wooden material having an L-shape in plan view and having a size substantially covering the upper portions of the pair of sleeve structures 4 and the corner legs 6. It is. The anti-use edge 3b has two orthogonal sides, and recesses 3C and 3D that are recessed toward the use edge 3a are provided in the middle portion, corner portion, and the like of each side. The use edge 3a side of the modified top plate 3 has an end region supported by the sleeve structure 4 parallel to the corresponding side of the anti-use edge 3b, and a central region facing the corner leg 6 is a corner leg. It has a shape that is greatly recessed toward the sixth side, and the center region and the end region are smoothly continuous. Such a deformed top plate shape allows a person who is mainly seated in the central area to easily and effectively use a PC monitor, a keyboard, and the like in the corners, and to use the top plate surfaces 3A located on both left and right sides as a side desk. This is to provide an environment that can be used effectively. Thus, the odd-shaped top plate 3 has a left-right symmetric shape in a plan view with respect to a straight line that bisects an interior angle formed by two orthogonal sides of the non-use edge 3b.
[0021]
In this embodiment, the slide engagement mechanism 5 is configured between a top plate attachment member 5A attached to the upper wall 4A of the sleeve structure 4 and an engagement member 5B attached to the lower surface 3B of the top plate 3. are doing.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 and the like, the top plate mounting member 5A has a bottom plate 5A1 having a planar shape that fits inside the upper wall 4A of the sleeve structure 4, and a standing piece standing upright from both left and right edges of the bottom plate 5A1. 5A2 and a standing piece 5A4 rising from the front edge. A horizontal piece 5A3 is formed at two locations before and after the left and right standing pieces 5A2 in a direction approaching from the rising end, and a front standing piece 5A4 is formed. Also, a horizontal piece 5A5 protruding forward is formed. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIG. 7, the engaging member 5B has a channel structure formed by a bottom plate 5B1 and a standing piece 5B2, and has a mounting piece 5B3 protruding in a direction away from the standing end. Then, the engaging member 5B is attached to the lower surface 3B of the odd-shaped top plate 3 at a predetermined attachment position of the odd-shaped top plate 3 at a position facing the top plate attaching member 5A of the sleeve structure 4. I have. The longitudinal direction of the engagement member 5B is parallel to the side of the top plate 3 on the side opposite to the use edge 3b (in other words, orthogonal to the width direction of the sleeve structure 4, and the insertion and removal of the drawers 4E1, 4E2, and 4E3). Direction).
[0023]
A pair of left and right mounting holes (not shown) is provided on the rear end side of the bottom wall 5A1 of the top plate mounting member 5A, and the stepped pin 8 serving as a protruding portion is screwed from above and mounted, while the bottom plate of the engaging member 5B is mounted. Dharma holes 5B4 as engagement holes are formed at two positions in the longitudinal direction at the same pitch as the pair of mounting holes in 5B1, and the deformed top plate 3 is placed on the sleeve structure 4 at the slide start end position P (see FIG. 8). 7A, the head 81 on the protruding end side of the stepped pin 8 is inserted into the large-diameter insertion / removal opening 5B41 of the daruma hole 5B4 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 8 (b), 8 (c), and 8 (d), one of the small holes 5B42, 5B43, which is a restricting portion, is provided at a position adjacent to the insertion opening 5B4 as shown in FIGS. To be engaged in the vertical direction. The small holes 5B42 and 5B43 are set to have a larger opening than the shaft portion 82 of the stepped pin 8 and a smaller opening than the head 81, and a distance from a substantially center of the insertion / removal opening 5B41 to a substantially end of the small holes 5B42 and 5B43. Corresponds to the distance by which the deformed top 3 is slid.
[0024]
In this case, since the furniture 1 with the top plate arranges the sleeve structure 4 at a predetermined angle (90 °) so as to support the deformed top plate 2 at two places, the top plate attached to the sleeve structure 4 is provided. The arrangement direction of the attachment member 5A and the engagement member 5B to be attached to the corresponding portion of the odd-shaped top plate 3 also differ by the same angle (90 °) as is apparent in FIGS. Therefore, even in such a situation, the top plate mounting member 5A and the supporting member 5B are used as a common member for each sleeve structure 4, and the stepped pin 8 of the sleeve structure 4 and the darma on the side of the deformed top plate 3 are used. The shape and direction of the darma hole 5B4 provided in the engagement member 5B are devised so that the engagement with the hole 5B4 can be effectively realized and the slide engagement can be performed evenly. I have.
[0025]
First, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the sliding movement direction is set in a bisector direction (45 ° direction) that bisects the inner angles of the use edge 3a and the anti-use edge 3b of the odd-shaped top plate 3. I do. The inner angle of the used edge 3a corresponds to the angle of a straight end region. This is because, when focusing on the fact that the slide engagement mechanisms 5 are arranged in a pair at a predetermined angle (90 °) in a C-shape in plan view, the slide movement direction is the angle between the two slide engagement mechanisms 5. In the direction of a bisector (hereinafter referred to as “center line CL”) bisecting. Then, as a necessary condition for this, the darma hole 5B4 of the engaging member 5B located at the corresponding portion of the right sleeve structure 4 as viewed from the seated person, and the engagement located at the corresponding portion of the left sleeve structure 4 Both the darma hole 5B4 of the member 5B and the insertion / removal opening 5B41 need to face the center line CL. Since the right-side engaging member 5B and the left-side engaging member 5B are different from each other by 90 °, a general darma hole 5B4 having only one small hole 5B42 for one insertion / removal opening 5B41 as shown in FIG. Regarding the above case, even if the right engaging member 5B is turned to the right or left and used as the left engaging member 5B, the small hole 5B42 faces the direction orthogonal to the bisector, and the bisector direction Never turn. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3, 7, 8 and the like, a bifurcated shape in which another small hole 5B43 is provided in a direction different by 90 ° in the darma hole 5B4 of the engaging member 5B is adopted. When the engaging member 5B is rotated by 90 ° and arranged as the left engaging member 5B, the other small hole 5B43 is directed to the center line CL direction.
[0026]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 8, FIG. 9, etc., the panels 9 are respectively provided on two sides of the anti-use edge 3b of the odd-shaped top plate 3 by using the optional attachment members 4F, 6A. The corner box 10 is attached to the corner portion. By attaching the panel 9, the recesses 3 </ b> C and 3 </ b> D function as spaces for dropping wiring between the odd-shaped top plate 3 and the front surface 9 </ b> B of the panel 9.
[0027]
Further, the furniture 1 with a top plate has a positioning function of guiding the odd-shaped top plate 3 to the slide start position P and a fixing function of fixing the odd-shaped top plate 3 to the slide end position Q. The positioning function works by using the panel 9 and the corner box 10. As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 8, the corner portion and two sides of the odd-shaped top plate 3 on the side opposite to the use edge 3 b are corner box 10. And the front face 9B of the panel 9 is set so that the insertion / removal opening 5B41 of the daruma hole 5B4 in the left and right sleeve structures 4 and the stepped pin 8 are aligned. When the stepped pin 8 is inserted into the insertion / removal opening 5B41, the top surface 3A of the irregularly shaped top plate 3 sinks down to be substantially the same height as the upper end 9A of the panel 9, and the slide operation is performed by visual observation and operational feeling. You can check that you are ready. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and the like, the fixing function includes a standing piece 5A4 at a front end side of a top plate mounting member 5A provided on an upper wall 4A of the sleeve structure 4, and a lower surface 3B of the odd-shaped top plate 3. Work by cooperating with the fixed member 11 having the standing pieces 11A provided at the corresponding portions of the above. When the deformed top plate 3 is moved to the slide end position Q, whether the two standing pieces 5A4 and 11A abut each other. Alternatively, they are set in a positional relationship facing closely. Then, the screw 11B is inserted through the upright piece 5A4 of the fixing member from the front end side of the sleeve structure 4 and tightened into the upright piece 11A of the fixed member 11, thereby fixing the deformed top plate 3 at the slide end position Q. Like that.
[0028]
Next, a procedure for attaching the deformed top plate 3 to the support 2 in this embodiment will be described.
[0029]
First, the deformed top plate 3 is displaced rearward from the position where it should be fixed and placed on the support 2. At this time, if the corner portion of the odd-shaped top plate 3 on the side opposite to the use edge 3b is abutted against the corner portion of the panel 9, the positioning for matching the insertion / removal opening 5B41 of the daruma hole 5B4 with the stepped pin 8 is performed, and the positioning is performed. When the deformed top 3 sinks, the head 81 of the stepped pin 8 can be inserted into the insertion opening 5B41 of the daruma hole 5B4. Next, using the recesses 3D and 3C for wiring dropping provided on the odd-shaped top plate 3, an appropriate portion thereof is gripped and slid in the direction of the center line. It is preferable to always move in the direction of the center line. However, there is a clearance between the stepped pin 8 and the daruma hole 5B4, and a slight meandering is allowed from the clearance. The engagement in the right sleeve structure 4 and the engagement in the left sleeve structure 4 may alternately proceed by zigzag operation as indicated by arrows in FIG. Then, when the deformed top plate 3 is moved to a position where it cannot slide, that is, to the slide end position Q, by screwing from the front side of the sleeve structure 4, as shown in FIGS. The work of attaching the top plate 3 to the support 2 can be completed.
[0030]
As described above, in the furniture with a top plate 1 of the present embodiment, the deformed top plate 3 having an L-shape in plan view is placed on the support 2, and the deformed top plate 3 is slid relative to the support 2. By doing so, at least two portions of the deformed top plate 3 are simultaneously connected to corresponding portions of the support 2 via the slide engagement mechanism 5 interposed therebetween, and the sliding movement direction is changed to the deformed top plate. Since the inner angle of the use edge 3a or the non-use edge 3b side of 3 is set so as to bisect the inner angle, when the deformed top plate 3 is gripped and operated by the use edge 3a or the non-use edge 3b, it is bent into an L-shape. The operation force can be applied to both the left and right regions in a well-balanced manner throughout the entire sliding operation, and it is possible to effectively prevent the deformed top plate 3 from performing undesired operations such as rotation as much as possible. And adequacy of mounting condition It is possible to effectively realize.
[0031]
In this embodiment, the slide engagement mechanisms 5 are arranged in a pair at a predetermined angle in an inverted C-shape in plan view. Is set in a direction that bisects the angle formed by the right and left sides, so that it is also effective that the engagement operation of either the left or right slide engagement mechanism 5 leads to a loss of balance and a state in which the slide engagement mechanism 5 does not come and go due to biting or the like. Can be avoided.
[0032]
Further, in this embodiment, the support body 2 includes the sleeve structure 4 as a pair of support elements arranged at a predetermined angle (90 °) in a C-shape or an inverted C-shape in plan view. Since the sliding movement direction of the deformed top plate 3 is set so as to divide the angle between the two sleeve structures 4 into two, the top plate load can be applied to the pair of support elements under uniform conditions. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent the deformed top 3 from unexpectedly operating based on the load deviation.
[0033]
The slide engagement mechanism 5 includes a projection 8 provided on one of the top plate 3 or the support 2 and an engagement hole 5B4 provided on the other to insert the projection 8, and the slide start end position is provided. When the top plate 3 is placed on the support 2 at P, the protruding end side of the protruding portion 8 is inserted into the engagement hole 5B4, and the protruding portion 8 is vertically moved to the engagement hole 5B4 at the slide end position Q of the top plate 3. Because of the structure in which they are engaged with each other in the directions, an excellent effect can be achieved in which the labor involved in attaching the deformed top plate 3 can be simplified and greatly reduced.
[0034]
In addition, since the sleeve structure 4 having the drawers 4E1, 4E2, and 4E3 is employed as a part of the support 2 of this embodiment, the deformed top plate 3 is stably supported to stabilize the mounting operation. And the function as furniture can be effectively enhanced at the same time.
[0035]
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the panel 9 is attached to the non-use edge 3b of the odd-shaped top plate 3, and the recesses 3C and 3D which form spaces between the wall surface 9B and the inside where wirings can be dropped are formed. Although it is provided on the deformed top 3, the recesses 3 </ b> C and 3 </ b> D can be used as operation points when the deformed top 3 is slid and moved. It becomes possible.
[0036]
In this case, since the plurality of recesses 3C and 3D are provided symmetrically on both sides with respect to the center line CL of the sliding movement of the odd-shaped top plate 3, the present invention has an advantage in that the operating force is evenly input. It is along.
[0037]
As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of this invention was described, the specific structure of each part is not limited only to the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0038]
For example, the support element may be a side plate, a leg structure or the like other than the sleeve structure 4, and the support body may be integrally formed without being divided into the support elements. In addition, even if the present invention is applied to a furniture with a top plate that uses a variant top plate of 120 ° or 135 ° in addition to a variant top plate having an internal angle of 90 °, the same working effect as above can be obtained. Can be.
[0039]
The support need not necessarily be divided into a pair of support elements.
[0040]
Further, in the fan-shaped deformed top plate 12 as shown in FIG. 11, the sliding movement direction of the deformed top plate 12 is set to a direction from an intermediate position of the arc toward the center M of the circular arc as indicated by an arrow in FIG. Then, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained.
[0041]
Other configurations can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the configuration described above, when the L-shaped or other irregular top plate is attached to the support by the sliding operation, even if it is relatively casually operated, the operation is performed properly, and the accurate attachment state is achieved. It can be provided as useful furniture with a top plate that can be obtained.
