本発明は、例えば補聴器に適用するボタン形の電池を収納する電池収納部の防水構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、電池収納部の防水構造としては、耳かけ式補聴器の電池装置において、電池ホルダの開口部にパッキンを装着し、電池ホルダを閉じることにより電池ホルダのパッキンがケース本体の下端部に押圧され、防水シールを確保するようにしたものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
また、挿耳形補聴器においては、電池収納部の防水構造自体が考えられていなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、パッキンを用いた実公平3−6076号公報に記載の電池収納部の防水構造では、設置スペースなどの関係から挿耳形補聴器に適用できないという問題がある。
また、電池収納部の防水構造自体が考えられていなかった挿耳形補聴器においても、その使用環境から電池収納部の防水構造の必要性が叫ばれている。

本発明は、従来の技術が有するこのような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、従来の電池ホルダの操作感覚を損なうことなく、耐久性に優れた防水機能を発揮することができる電池収納部の防水構造を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決すべく本発明は、回動自在な電池ホルダを開状態にしてボタン形電池を電池ホルダに保持させた後に、電池ホルダを閉状態にしてにボタン形電池を収納する電池収納部の防水構造であって、前記電池ホルダが電池ホルダコアと、この電池ホルダコアを覆うと共に前記ボタン形電池をカバーして保持する弾性カバー部材から形成されたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。ここで、図1は本発明に係る電池収納部の防水構造を適用した電池ホルダが開状態の挿耳形補聴器の斜視図、図2は挿耳形補聴器の部分断面斜視図、図3は挿耳形補聴器の横断面図、図4は挿耳形補聴器の縦断面図である。

本発明に係る電池収納部の防水構造を適用した挿耳形補聴器は、図1又は図2に示すように、樹脂製のシェル1とフェースプレート2でケース体3を形成し、ケース体3の内部にボタン形の空気電池4を収納する電池収納部5を設けている。更に、ケース体3の内部には、マイクロホン、補聴処理部やイヤホンなどの補聴器を構成する部品(不図示)が配設されている。

フェースプレート2には、電池収納部5に空気電池4を装填するための開口部6が形成され、更に図3に示すように、開口部6の縁部近傍に形成された軸部材7には、空気電池4を保持して電池収納部5に収納する電池ホルダ8が回動自在に取り付けられている。なお、図4に示す9,10は、電池収納部5に配設された電池接片である。

電池ホルダ8は、図3及び図4に示すように、樹脂製の電池ホルダコア11と、電池ホルダコア11の表面全体を被覆すると共に空気電池4の一部をカバーして保持する弾性カバー部材12からなる。

電池ホルダコア11は、空気電池4の外周面4aに沿って周設される壁面部11aと、軸部材7と係合する回動溝11bと、指先を引っ掛けて電池ホルダ8を開状態にするための突起部11cを備えている。

壁面部11aは、空気電池4を確実に保持すべく空気電池4の外周の半周分を超えるように形成されている。そして、空気電池4は、主に壁面部11aの両端部11d,11eで保持される。

弾性カバー部材12は、電池ホルダコア11の表面全体を被覆する他に、空気電池4の上面4bに当接する底部材12aと、空気電池4の底面4cに当接する底部材12bと、フェースプレート2の開口部6の縁部に当接する縁部材12cを備えている。

以上説明したように本発明によれば、従来の電池ホルダの操作感覚を損なうことなく、確実で且つ耐久性に優れた電池収納部の防水構造を実現することができる。
