Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a "pallet for an ammunition case" for transporting an ammunition case such as a propellant charge of a separately loaded ammunition, fixed or semi-fixed ammunition, a bullet, a rocket, and the like. For example, it relates to a specially-shaped “armor” or pallet for simultaneously transporting a plurality of unstable ammunition cases such as a long cylindrical shape.
Separately loaded ammunition is ammunition that has no ammunition, is large in weight and volume, and has a fuze bullet, a projectile charge, and a fire tube separately loaded into a gun. A fixed ammunition is one in which the bullet and the ammunition are integrally fixed. A semi-fixed ammunition is one in which the bullet and ammunition are not fixed. The propellant charge is a combination of a propellant charge and an igniter charge, which is incorporated in a practical container.

[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Cylindrical cases made of metal or fiber are used as containers for storing, transporting, and handling ammunition such as fixed ammunition and projectiles for separately loaded ammunition. Since many of these cases are cylindrical in shape, rolling cannot be prevented, and it is often difficult to load a plurality of cases.
Conventionally, when storing these cases in storage, etc., when laying a long wooden plate, arranging ammunition cases, stopping both ends with wooden sticks, etc. The method of bale stacking was taken. When transporting, for example, a new ammunition case is placed on the carrier from the upper stage where it is loaded, transported using a roller conveyor, etc. to the carrier such as a truck, and reloaded on the carrier such as a truck. Was repeated. In addition, the ammunition case was taken off from a truck or the like at the destination, and was directly laid in a bales on the ground. In the case of such a work flow, different loading methods are used for the ammunition cases during storage, dispensing, and handling, and it takes a lot of time to load the ammunition cases. In addition, in the case of bale stacking, in the unlikely event of an earthquake or the like, there was a risk of rolling and collapsing.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a pallet that ensures safety during storage, transportation, and handling of ammunition, and that improves work efficiency in all operations related to ammunition in the same loaded state.
[0006]
Means for Solving the Invention
The present inventors have conducted intensive research on loading means for storing, dispensing, transporting, and handling ammunition in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, by examining the shape and material of a pallet for an ammunition case, the object has been achieved. It has been found that this is achieved and the present invention has been made.
[0007]
That is, the present invention has the following aspects.
(1) A pallet on which a plurality of ammunition cases are stacked. The pallet on which a plurality of ammunition cases are mounted can be stacked via an ammunition case. A pallet for an ammunition case, comprising:
(2) The depth of the ammunition case groove has grooves of the same depth on the back and the front, respectively, and the arrangement of the grooves is the same shape on the back and the front, or the grooves are provided alternately, The depth of the groove is less than half of the maximum outer diameter of the ammunition case, and 1/15 or more of the maximum outer diameter. The thickness dimension of the pallet is less than twice the maximum outer diameter of the ammunition case, and is larger than the depth of the groove. The pallet for an ammunition case according to (1), wherein the pallet is thick.
(3) The pallet for an ammunition case according to (1) or (2), wherein the pallet is made of a material having a specific gravity in a range of 0.50 to 3.00.
(4) The pallet for an ammunition case according to any one of the above (1) to (3), wherein the pallet has a flat surface on a part of the front and back sides.
[0008]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail.
The material of the pallet for the ammunition case of the present invention is preferably a material having a specific gravity of 0.50 to 3.00 because the pallet is placed in a storage or the like, a plurality of ammunition is placed, and the pallet is handled by a human hand. More preferably, a material containing a conductive or antistatic material and having excellent durability is preferable. When the specific gravity of the material of the pallet is less than 0.50, it is difficult to mount a plurality of ammunition cases because of lack of durability, and when the specific gravity is more than 3.00, the weight of the pallet body increases, which is preferable. Absent. Specific examples of pallet materials include resin materials such as polypropylene, aluminum, wood, and fiber. Preferably, it is better to be made of resin which is easy to mold. More preferably, it is better to be conductive.
[0009]
The shape of the ammunition case groove provided on the pallet is adapted to the shape of the ammunition case, and a plurality of grooves are provided for mounting a plurality of cases. In order to efficiently store the grooves, it is preferable that the grooves are arranged at a position where there is no gap when a plurality of ammunition cases are placed on the pallet. It is preferable that the back and front of the pallet have the same shape or that the back and front grooves are provided alternately. The fact that the back and front of the pallet have the same shape means that when the pallet in the state of FIG. 2 is turned over around the line A, the shape becomes the same before and after returning. The fact that the grooves are alternately arranged on the back and the front means that the arrangement of the grooves is alternately arranged on the back and the front when the pallet is viewed as shown in FIG. The projecting portion of the ammunition case refers to the circular portion itself when it is cylindrical, and the cylindrical shape is the most common shape of the projecting portion of the ammunition case. The depth of the groove for the ammunition case is preferably not more than half of the maximum outer diameter of the ammunition case and not less than 1/15 of the maximum outer diameter. The depth of the groove for the ammunition case shown in FIG. 1 is not more than half of the maximum outer diameter of the ammunition case and is not less than 1/15 of the maximum outer diameter. The maximum outer diameter of the ammunition case refers to the dimension of B in FIG. However, the maximum outer diameter in the case of the ammunition case having the reinforcing
[0010]
Further, the length of the pallet for the ammunition case shown in FIG. Longer lengths can take up space for storage and transportation. It is preferable that the width of the pallet for an ammunition case shown in FIG. 2 be made as close as possible to a size obtained by adding the maximum outer diameter of the ammunition case to the number of pallets. In addition, when storing an ammunition case using an ammunition pallet as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a bottom pallet having a structure that can be transported by a forklift or the like as shown by
[0011]
When a roller conveyor or the like is used for taking in and out of a storage or the like, it is preferable that a contact surface with the conveyor is flat in order to stably transport a pallet on which a plurality of ammunition cases are placed. The depth to the flat surface shown in FIG. 3 is preferably shallow to ensure the strength of the pallet body. Therefore, the depth is preferably the same as the depth of the groove. Also, the width must be equal to or greater than the width of the conveyor or the like to be used.
As the method of molding the pallet, any method may be used, but for example, in the case of resin, fiber, aluminum, it is desirable to mold by integral molding using a mold in consideration of strength and weight reduction. .
