本発明は、ミサイルキャニスタに関し、特に、キャニスタ本体に別体として設けるウイングガイド部及び配線を設ける配線取付部等を、キャニスタ本体の壁を内側へ向けて変形させることにより一体形成し、構造の簡略化と軽量化及び剛性の向上を得るための新規な改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、用いられていたこの種のミサイルキャニスタとしては、図2で示される構成があり、類似の構成としては、例えば特許文献1が存在していた。
図2において、符号1で示されるものは、金属製で全体形状が四角筒形をなすキャニスタ本体であり、このキャニスタ本体1の両側の一面2、3の内面には、半円状の突起物からなる一対のウイングガイド部4、5が別体としてボルト等によって取付けられている。

前記一面2、3と直交する他面6の内面には、配線7及び配管8等を収容するためのカバー体9が設けられている。
前記他面6と対向するもう一方の他面10の内面には、ミサイル11の周面11aを案内するためのガイドレール部12が設けられ、このガイドレール部12の内面に形成された円弧面12aが前記周面11aに摺接している。また、前記ミサイル11の両側には、一対のウイング13、14が折りたたまれた状態で設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のミサイルキャニスタは、以上のように構成されているため、次のような課題が存在していた。
すなわち、キャニスタ本体の内面に、別体として形成された一対のウイングガイド部及びカバー体をボルト等で取付けなければならず、その製造コストが余分にかかると共に、キャニスタ本体に対して重量が余分に付加されることとなり、軽量化を行うには障害となっていた。

本発明は、以上のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、特に、キャニスタ本体に別体として設けるウイングガイド部及び配線を設ける配線取付部等を、キャニスタ本体の壁を内側へ向けて変形させることにより一体形成し、構造の簡略化と軽量化及び剛性の向上を得るようにしたミサイルキャニスタを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によるミサイルキャニスタは、筒状をなしミサイルを案内するためのガイドレール部を有するキャニスタ本体と、前記キャニスタ本体に設けられ前記ミサイルのウイングを案内するためのウイングガイド部とを有するミサイルキャニスタにおいて、前記ウイングガイド部は、前記キャニスタ本体の壁を一体に内側へ突出させて延設した構成であり、また、前記キャニスタ本体の前記ウイングガイド部が形成されている一面とは異なる少なくとも1つの他面には、前記壁を一体に内側へ突出させて形成した第1凹部が形成され、前記第1凹部内には少なくとも配線が設けられている構成であり、また、前記キャニスタ本体の前記他面と対向するもう1つの他面には、前記壁を一体に内側へ突出させて形成した第2凹部が形成され、前記第2凹部の内面には前記ガイドレール部が設けられている構成であり、また、前記キャニスタ本体の前記ウイングガイド部が形成されている一面とは異なる少なくともひとつの他面には前記壁を一体に内側へ突出させて形成した第2凹部が形成され、前記第2凹部の内面には前記ガイドレール部が設けられている構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面と共に本発明によるミサイルキャニスタの好適な実施の形態について説明する。尚、従来例と同一又は同等部分については同一符号を付し、その説明をする。
図1において符号1で示されるものは、金属製で全体形状が四角筒形をなすキャニスタ本体であり、このキャニスタ本体1の両側の一面2、3の内面には、このキャニスタ本体1の壁1aを一体に絞って内側へ断面ほぼ半円状に形成したウイングガイド部4、5が形成されている。
前記各ウイングガイド部4、5は、このキャニスタ本体1の長手方向に沿って突状に形成されている。

前記キャニスタ本体1の前記一面2、3と直交する各他面6、10のうちの一方の他面6の内面には、前記壁1aから一体に絞り込んで形成した第1凹部20が形成され、この第1凹部20内には、配線7及び配管8等が収容されている。

前記キャニスタ本体1の前記他面6と対向するもう一方の他面10には、前記第1凹部20と同様に前記壁1aを絞って形成した第2凹部21が形成され、この第2凹部21の内面21aにはミサイル11の周面11aを案内するためのガイドレール部12が設けられている。尚、このガイドレール部12は、第2凹部21の内側に設けられているため、その長さが従来よりも短くなり、材料の低減化及び低重量化が得られる。このガイドレール部12の内面に形成された円弧面12aは前記ミサイル11の周面11aに摺接し、前記ミサイル11の両側には一対のウイングガイド部4、5に摺接する一対のウイング13、14が設けられている。尚、図1の中でハンチングで示す部分は、従来構成に比較してキャニスタ本体1の形状が窪んで小型化される状態を示している。尚、前述の場合、少なくともひとつの他面6に凹部20が形成されて配線、配管を設けているが、もう一方の他面10にも凹部21を形成し、配線、配管を設けることもできる。

従って、前述の状態で、ミサイル11に点火が行われて発射されると、ミサイル11の周面11aはガイドレール部12の円弧面12aによって案内され、前記ミサイル11の一対のウイング13、14は前記ウイングガイド部4、5に摺接して発射時の姿勢が保持される。

尚、前記各ウイングガイド部4、5は、同一形状で形成され、前記第1、第2凹部20、21は全く同一形状にて形成されている。尚、キャニスタ本体1の壁1aと一体形成されたウイングガイド部のウイング14と接する面に、摩擦を減じるために、テフロン(登録商標)テープ等を貼る、硬質メッキを施す、二硫化モリブデン等の潤滑剤を塗布する等の処理を行ってもよいことは述べるまでもないことである。

【発明の効果】
本発明によるミサイルキャニスタは、以上のように構成されているため、次のような効果を得ることができる。
すなわち、キャニスタ保持の各ウイングガイド部をキャニスタ本体の壁で一体形成し、配線等を収容するためのケース部をこのキャニスタ本体の壁で凹部として一体形成しているため、従来のように別体としての部品を作る必要がなく、コストダウン及び軽量化が計れると共に、各凹部形状によってキャニスタ本体の剛性が向上する。
