Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sash profile forming a sash, such as a sliding frame for a shoji screen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A sliding sash has been known in which an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames have a rectangular sash frame in which a shoji is movably mounted in an in-plane direction.
The upper frame, the lower frame, the vertical frame and the upper frame, the lower frame, the combination frame, and the door stop frame forming the shoji are sash profiles obtained by cutting an aluminum extruded profile having a predetermined sectional shape into a predetermined length. Used.
[0003]
Generally, the above-mentioned sliding sash is attached to the opening of the building frame, and the indoor side portion of the sash frame and the indoor side portion of the shoji are visible from inside the room.
On the other hand, in recent years, there has been a demand for a design of the interior side portion of the sash that matches the taste of the resident and the total design of the room.
The above-mentioned designs are shapes, patterns, colors, and the like.
However, it is disadvantageous in terms of cost to prepare various types of sashes having different designs in the interior portion.
[0004]
The upper frame, the lower frame, and the vertical frame forming the sash frame can be covered by a peripheral edge so as to be invisible from the room, so that the above-mentioned requirements can be satisfied. In order to satisfy the above-mentioned requirements, the design of the indoor part of the stairs and door stalls, and the combination of the stairs, should be designed according to the occupants' preference and the total design of the room. And must be.
In particular, the sash is located vertically in the middle of the sash in the direction of finding, and the size of the sash is large because of the wind resistance and the like.
For this reason, it is required that, among the sashes forming the sash, the design of the interior side portion of the combination frame be a design that matches the taste of the resident and the total design in the room.
[0005]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-264, since the cubic and blind portions have the shape with the fitting projection, the fitting projection becomes visible when used by itself, and the appearance is poor.
When disclosed in Patent Document 2, it is possible to make the pattern and color different, but the shape of the surface of the decorative frame material is the shape of the surface of the base material, and the shape of the surface is made different. Can not.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sash shape having a different shape of an indoor side portion by using a common shape material main body, and to have a good appearance only with a shape material main body. Is to provide a good sash profile.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention has a profile main body 10 having a concave portion 11 opened on the indoor side on the indoor side,
A base member 20 fixed to the concave portion 11 of the profile material body 10 by a fixing member,
A sash profile comprising a design member 30 attached by being fitted into the base member 20.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the base member 20 has a concave portion 24 that is opened to the indoor side with an outdoor portion 22 and a pair of indoor side portions 23 in a finding direction.
The pair of indoor side portions 23 project toward the indoor side from the indoor side surface of the profile body 10,
This is a sash profile in which the design member 30 is mounted in the recess 24.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the design member 30 is attached by fitting into the concave portion 11 of the profiled body 10 and fitting into the base member 20,
The design member 30 is a sash profile that covers the indoor side surface of the profile body 10 and the base member 20.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects of the present invention, the base member 20 is provided with a mounting receiving portion facing in a finding direction, and the design member 30 is provided with a mounting portion facing in the finding direction. The sash profile is such that when it is moved in the longitudinal direction while being fitted in the sash, the mounting portion comes into contact with the outdoor surface of the mounting receiving portion.
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the fourth aspect, the base member 20 is provided with a first mounting receiving portion made of resin and a second mounting receiving portion made of metal and extending in the longitudinal direction. Put it down,
On the design member 30, a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion directed in the finding direction are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction, respectively.
When the design member 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction with the design member 30 being fitted to the base member 20, the first mounting portion comes into pressure contact with the outdoor side surface of the first mounting receiving portion, and the second mounting portion contacts the second mounting receiving portion. Is a sash profile that faces the outdoor side surface of the sash with a gap in the expected direction.
[0014]
[Operation]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the shape of the indoor side portion can be set to an arbitrary shape by using at least one of the base member 20 and the design member 30 having a different shape with the shape member main body 10 being common. For example, different shapes such as a round shape, an uneven shape, and a concave shape can be used.
Also, if at least one of the base member 20 and the design member 30 has a different pattern and color, the pattern and color of the indoor side can be made arbitrary.
Further, since the interior side of the profile body 10 has a concave portion 11 and has a good appearance, the shape of the sash with a good appearance on the indoor side can be obtained by using the profile body 10 alone.
[0015]
Also, since the design member 30 is attached by being fitted into the base member 20, the attachment is easy and the removal is easy, and the design member 30 can be positioned with respect to the base member 20 in the finding direction.
[0016]
According to the second invention, since the hand can be put on the indoor side portion 23 of the base member 20, when this sash shape member is used for a sliding frame of a shoji screen, the hand is put on the indoor side portion 23. You can open and close the shoji by hanging it.
In addition, since the base member 20 is fixed to the profile body 10 by the fixing member, as described above, the base member 20 may be shaken or come off when the user touches the indoor side portion 23 to open and close the sash. Absent.
[0017]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the interior side of the profile body 10 and the base member 20 are covered with the design member 30, so that the shape of the interior portion of the sash profile is changed by changing the shape of the design member 30. Can be changed.
Further, by changing the pattern and color of the design member 30, the pattern and color of the indoor side can be changed.
[0018]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the design member 30 is supported even more hardly to come off from the base member 20 by the contact of the attachment portion with the outdoor surface of the attachment receiving portion.
[0019]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the design member 30 can be firmly attached without rattling in the expected direction by pressing the outdoor surface of the first attachment receiving portion made of resin against the first attachment portion.
Further, the first mounting receiving portion is made of resin and is easily elastically deformed, and the outdoor side surface of the second mounting receiving portion made of metal which is hardly elastically deformed is opposed to the second mounting portion with a gap. In addition, the design member 30 is easily slid in the longitudinal direction and easily attached.
In addition, when a large force in the direction in which the design member 30 is disengaged from the base member 20 due to, for example, an arc-shaped curved deformation of the base member 20 (shape body 10), the first resin receiving portion is elastically deformed. In addition, it is possible to prevent the design member 30 from coming off when the outdoor side surface of the metal second mounting receiving portion comes into contact with the second mounting portion.
[0020]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a sash 2 is attached to a sash frame 1 so as to be openable and closable as a sash A.
In this embodiment, a sliding sash is provided in which a shoji (shoji) 2 is slidably mounted in an in-plane direction on an indoor portion and an outdoor portion of a sash frame 1. The present invention is not limited to this, and may be a one-sided sash, a fitting window, an inner opening sash, an outer opening sash, a front door sash, or the like.
The sash frame 1 has an upper frame 3, a lower frame 4, and left and right vertical frames 5 in a rectangular frame, and the upper frame 3, the lower frame 4, and the vertical frame 5 can be seen from the room. In addition, it is also possible to make it invisible at the periphery or the like.
The shoji 2 is an upper frame 6, a lower frame 7, a door stop frame 8, and a combination frame 9, which are formed in a rectangular frame. It can be seen from the room.
[0021]
In this embodiment, the combination frame 9 of the shoji 2 attached to the outdoor part overlaps with the combination frame 9 of the shoji 2 attached to the indoor part, and cannot be seen from the room.
Therefore, in the sliding sash according to the present embodiment, the design of the indoor side portion of the assembling frame 9 of the sliding door 2 (that is, the indoor sliding door) mounted on the sash frame 1 on the indoor side is important.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 2, the assembling frame 9 for the indoor side shoji includes a profiled body 10, a base member 20 attached to the interior side of the profiled body 10, and a design member 30 attached to the base member 20. It is a sash profile provided with.
The indoor side portion of the profile body 10 has a good-looking shape having a concave portion 11 opened to the indoor side.
[0023]
For example, the profile body 10 has a hollow shape with a substantially rectangular cross section, and has a glass mounting portion 12 on one surface 10a in the finding direction, and the other surface 10b in the finding direction is a flat surface continuous in the prospective direction (indoor-outside direction). A smoke return 13 is provided on one surface (outside surface) 10c in the direction, and ridges 14 are integrally provided on both ends in the finding direction on the other surface (inside surface) 10d in the expected direction. The above-mentioned recessed portion 11 is formed by the strip 14 and the indoor side surface 10d.
Because of this, only the profile body 10 can be used as a combination frame, and it has a good-looking shape having a pair of ridges 14 on the indoor side.
[0024]
The base member 20 is positioned in the finding direction by being fitted into the concave portion 11 and can be temporarily attached and fixed to the bottom (the indoor side surface 10d) of the concave portion 11 with a fixing member, for example, a screw 21. The base member 20 may be fixedly attached to the concave portion 11 so as not to fit into the concave portion 11.
Because of this, the base member 20 can be easily attached to the interior side of the profile body 10 by positioning it in the direction of finding.
[0025]
Specifically, it has a cross-sectional shape having a concave portion 24 in an outdoor side portion 22 and a pair of indoor side portions 23 which are integrally continuous with both ends of the outdoor side portion 22 in the finding direction. The interior side 23 is hollow, and the exterior side 23a is in contact with the interior side surface 14a of the ridge piece 14, and the exterior surface 23b in the finding direction is one surface 10a in the finding direction of the profile body 10, and the other surface 10b. One after another.
Thus, the base member 20 is firmly fixed to the profile body 10 with the screw 21 and the pair of indoor side portions 23 project more toward the room side than the profile body 10. The shoji 2 can be opened and closed by hand, and the base member 20 does not wobble or come off when the shoji 2 is opened or closed.
In addition, since the pair of indoor side portions 23 are hollow and have high rigidity, there is no deformation or the like when the user slides the sliding door 2 by putting a hand on the indoor side 23.
Further, since the outer surfaces 23b of the pair of indoor side portions 23 are continuous with the one surface 10a and the other surface 10b in the finding direction of the profiled body 10, the appearance when viewed from the room is good.
[0026]
The design member 30 is in a form that can be attached by being fitted into the base member 20.
Therefore, the design member 30 can be easily attached and detached.
[0027]
For example, the design member 30 has a hollow main body portion 31 that fits into the concave portion 24 of the base member 20 and a pair of mounting pieces 32 provided in the outdoor side surface 31a of the main body portion 31 in the finding direction. The mounting piece 32 is elastically pressed against and mounted on a pair of support pieces 25 in the finding direction provided on the outdoor portion 22 of the base member 20.
[0028]
In this embodiment, the opposing surfaces of the pair of support pieces 25 are substantially V-shaped in the expected direction, and the spacing in the finding direction is smaller than the spacing in the finding direction of the pair of mounting pieces 32. When the pair 32 is pushed between the pair of supporting pieces 25, the pair of mounting pieces 32 are elastically deformed in a direction approaching each other, and are strongly pressed against the opposing surfaces of the pair of supporting pieces 25 by the elastic restoring force.
Thus, the design member 30 can be easily and firmly attached.
A cutout portion 32a is formed on the outer surface of the pair of mounting pieces 32 in the direction of finding, so that the elastic deformation allowance can be increased even if the mounting pieces 32 are short.
[0029]
The one surface 31b and the other surface 31c in the finding direction of the main body portion 31 oppose or preferably contact the inner surfaces 23c in the finding direction of the pair of outdoor portions 23, and the indoor side surface 31d is the indoor side surface (the indoor side portion 23) of the base member 20. 23d), and projects in an arc shape.
As a result, the indoor side portion of the combination frame 9 has a rounded shape.
[0030]
A laminate 33 may be attached to the interior side surface of the design member 30 (the interior side surface 31d of the main body 31). Thereby, the color and the pattern can be arbitrarily made common for the design member 30.
[0031]
A second embodiment of the above-mentioned assembling frame 9 will be described with reference to FIG.
This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the main body 31 of the design member 30 has a flat plate shape and is located in the concave portion 24 of the base member 20, and the other configuration is the same.
Thereby, the indoor side portion of the assembling frame 9 has a concave shape.
[0032]
A third embodiment of the above-described assembling frame 9 will be described with reference to FIG.
This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the shape of the indoor side portion 23 of the base member 20, the manner of attachment, and the design member 30, and the other configurations are the same.
The indoor side portion 23 is substantially U-shaped and has a support piece 26. The support piece 26 comes into contact with the indoor side surface 14a of the projecting strip 14 of the profiled body 10 and the inner surface 14b in the finding direction, and the concave portion 11 is formed. Temporarily attached so as to fit into.
The main body portion 31 of the design member 30 has a hollow rectangular cross section and is located and mounted in the concave portion 24.
Thereby, the indoor side portion of the assembling frame 9 has a concave shape.
[0033]
A fourth embodiment of the above-described assembling frame 9 will be described with reference to FIG.
This embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that the indoor side surface 23d of the indoor side portion 23 of the base member 20 is not a flat surface but an arc surface, and other configurations are the same. Thereby, the indoor side portion of the assembling frame 9 has a smoothly continuous uneven shape.
[0034]
A fifth embodiment of the above-mentioned assembling frame 9 will be described with reference to FIG.
This embodiment differs from the third embodiment in that the interior side surface 23d of the interior side portion 23 of the base member 20 and the interior side surface of the design member 30 (the interior side surface 31d of the main body 31) are formed in a continuous arc shape. Different, the other configuration is the same.
As a result, the indoor side portion of the combination frame 9 has a rounded shape.
[0035]
A sixth embodiment of the above-described assembling frame 9 will be described with reference to FIG.
This embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that the main body 31 of the design member 30 has a plate shape, and the other configuration is the same.
As a result, the indoor side portion of the combination frame 9 has a rounded shape and a concave shape.
[0036]
A seventh embodiment of the above-described assembling frame 9 will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this embodiment, the shape of the base member 20 and the protrusion of the design member 30 do not protrude from the recessed portion 11 of the profile main body 10. The contact structure and the manner of attaching the design member 30 to the base member 20 are different from those of the first embodiment, and the other configurations are the same.
As a result, the interior side portion of the combination frame 9 has a round shape with only the design member 30.
[0037]
The base member 20 has a pair of support pieces 25 and a pair of pressing pieces 28 on the substrate 27 in the finding direction, and the pressing piece 28 is located outside the supporting piece 25 in the finding direction. The mounting piece 32 of the design member 30 is pushed into the space between the two.
The mounting piece 32 of the design member 30 has a shape in which a lateral piece 41 is provided on the protruding piece 40, and the protruding piece 40 and the lateral piece 41 are pressed into the above-mentioned space portion so that the protruding piece 40 and the lateral piece 41 are pressed. And the support piece 25 with strong force.
[0038]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, a part of the pair of support pieces 25, for example, a portion near both ends in the longitudinal direction is protruded to form a protrusion 29 facing the holding piece 28, and the horizontal piece 41 of the mounting piece 32 is formed. Is pressed against the protrusion 29.
By doing so, a part of the mounting piece 32 in the longitudinal direction, for example, a part of the transverse piece 41 elastically deforms the protruding portion 29, and the protruding piece 40 is pressed against the pressing piece 28 with a strong force by its elastic restoring force. Thus, the design member 30 can be firmly attached to the base member 20. Further, since the projecting portion 29 is provided in a part, the design member 30 can be pushed in with a small force.
[0039]
The main body 31 of the design member 30 has a substantially semicircular hollow cross-sectional shape. Temporarily attached together.
[0040]
In this embodiment, the interior side surface 10d of the profiled body 10 and the base member 20 are covered with the design member 30, and the design of the design member 30 becomes the design of the interior side portion of the hanging frame 9.
Therefore, by attaching the design members 30 having different shapes in common to the shape member main body 10 and the base member 20, it is possible to form a combination frame having an arbitrary shape.
For example, the interior side 31d of the main body 31 of the design member 30 has a concave shape, an uneven shape, a flat shape, or the like, so that the interior side portion of the combination frame 9 has various shapes. be able to.
[0041]
A laminate 33 can be attached to the interior side surface of the design member 30 (the interior side surface 31d of the main body 31) as shown by a virtual line in FIG.
[0042]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the design member 30 may be made harder to come off by bonding the base member 20 and the design member 30.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the base member 20 and the design member 30 are bonded by the bonding member 50. The adhesive member 50 has the double-sided adhesive tape 52 provided on both sides of the block 51. However, it is also possible to use only the double-sided adhesive tape, or to apply an adhesive.
[0043]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the base member 20 is provided with the mounting receiving portion facing in the finding direction, the design member 30 is provided with the mounting portion facing in the finding direction, and the design member 30 is fitted in the base member 20 in the longitudinal direction. By moving the mounting member, the mounting portion may be brought into contact with the outdoor surface of the mounting receiving portion, thereby making it more difficult for the design member 30 to come off the base member 20.
[0044]
For example, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the base member 20, preferably a portion for fixing the base member 20 to the profile body 10, for example, a mounting receiving member 60 in the middle of the outdoor side portion 22 in the finding direction on the indoor side surface. Is fixed with a fixing member, for example, a screw 61.
The screw 61 penetrates through the base member 20 and is screwed to the profile body 10.
The mounting receiving member 60 includes a mounting body 62 and a pair of mounting receiving pieces 63. The mounting body 62 is fixed with a screw 61, and the outdoor surface 63 a of the mounting piece 63 is spaced from the mounting surface (the indoor side surface of the outdoor portion 22) of the base member 20 on which the mounting receiving member 60 is mounted in the expected direction. This mounting receiving piece 63 is the mounting receiving portion described above.
In this embodiment, a plurality of the attachment receiving members 60 are fixed with a short length at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the base member 20.
[0045]
A pair of hook-shaped pieces 64 are integrally provided on the design member 30, preferably on the outdoor side surface 31a of the main body 31. A portion 64a of each hook-shaped piece 64 in the direction of finding comes into contact with the outdoor side surface 63a of the mounting receiving piece 63, and this piece 64a is the above-mentioned mounting portion.
The pair of hook-shaped pieces 64 are integrally continuous in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of portions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction are cut out. The size of the notch 65 is a size into which the attachment receiving member 60 enters.
[0046]
Because of this, the notch 65 is aligned with the attachment receiving member 60 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 11, the design member 30 is fitted into the base member 20, and the design member 30 is extended along the base member 20. By moving in the direction, the piece portions 64a of the pair of hook-shaped pieces 64 come into contact with the outdoor side surfaces 63a of the pair of attachment receiving pieces 63, and the design member 30 is supported so as to be harder to come off from the base member 20.
[0047]
A stopper, for example, a protruding piece 66 is provided on the outdoor side surface 63a of the attachment receiving piece 63. As described above, the design member 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction, and the piece 64a of the hook-shaped piece 64 is When a predetermined stroke is made after the contact with the outdoor side surface 63a, the above-mentioned piece portion 64a comes into contact with the protruding piece 66 to prevent the design member 30 from moving in the longitudinal direction.
Therefore, the design member 30 can be positioned in the longitudinal direction so that the piece 64 a of the hook-shaped piece 64 does not come off from the outdoor side surface 63 a of the attachment receiving piece 63.
The opposite side of the mounting piece 63 from the protruding piece 66 is chamfered so that the piece 64a of the hook-shaped piece 64 can smoothly start contacting the outdoor side surface 63a.
[0048]
In this embodiment, the base member 20 and the design member 30 are connected in the same manner as in the above-described seventh embodiment.
In other words, the base member 20 has the support piece 25 and the holding protruding piece 28a, and the mounting piece 32 of the design member 30 has a shape in which the protruding piece 40 is provided with the horizontal piece 41, and finds the protruding piece 40 and the horizontal piece 41. The dimension in the direction is slightly larger than the spacing between the supporting piece 25 and the pressing protrusion 28a in the finding direction, and the supporting piece 25 is elastically deformed and pushed in to connect.
[0049]
The attachment of the design member 30 to the base member 20 with the attachment receiving portion and the attachment portion so that the design member 30 is not easily detached is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but can be applied to the above-described embodiments.
For example, as shown in FIG. 12, even when the design member 30 is attached so as to be fitted into the concave portion 24 of the base member 20, the attachment receiving member 60 is fixed to the base member 20, and the design member 30 has a pair of hook-shaped pieces 64. Should be provided.
[0050]
The above-mentioned attachment receiving member 60 may be a long material, or may be provided integrally with the base member 20. In this case, a portion in the longitudinal direction is cut out so as to fit with the notch 65 of the hook-shaped piece 64.
[0051]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the mounting member made of resin and the metal mounting member are mounted on the base member 20 at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and the mounting portion of the design member 30 is mounted on the mounting member made of resin. May be supported so that the design member 30 does not play in the expected direction, and the design member 30 may be supported so as not to come off when the mounting portion of the design member 30 comes into contact with the metal mounting receiving member.
[0052]
For example, as shown in FIG. 13, a first attachment receiving member 70 made of resin and a second attachment receiving member 80 made of metal are fixed to the base member 20 at intervals in the longitudinal direction by fixing members such as screws 71 and 81. In the same manner as described above, each is fixed and attached.
[0053]
Preferably, the second attachment receiving members 80 are respectively attached to the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the base member 20 and the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction, and the first attachment receiving members 70 are attached between the second attachment receiving members 80, respectively.
By attaching the first and second attachment receiving members 70 and 80 in this manner, when the assembling frame 9 is bent into a substantially arcuate shape due to strong wind or the like, the end portions of the profiled material body 10 near both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal direction. The intermediate portion in the direction, the portion near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the design member 30, and the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction are firmly supported in the expected direction by the second attachment receiving member 80, and it is possible to reliably prevent the design member 30 from coming off from the profile body 10. .
[0054]
The first and second attachment receiving members 70 and 80 include attachment bodies 72 and 82 and a pair of attachment receiving pieces 73 and 83, as shown in FIGS. Screws 71, 81 are inserted through holes 72a, 82a of the mounting bodies 72, 82, and penetrate through the base member 20 (outside portion 22) as shown in FIGS. Is fixed.
The outdoor surfaces 73a and 83a of the mounting receiving pieces 73 and 83 are in the expected direction with the mounting surface (the indoor side surface of the outdoor portion 22 described above) on which the first and second mounting receiving members 70 and 80 of the base member 20 are mounted. The mounting piece 73 of the first mounting receiving member 70 is a first mounting receiving part made of resin, and the mounting receiving piece 83 of the second mounting receiving member 80 is a second mounting part made of metal. It is a receiving part.
[0055]
As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the base member 20 according to this embodiment has a substantially U-shaped cross section in which a pair of pressing members 28 are provided on a substrate 27 (outside portion 22) in a finding direction. Reference numerals 28 contact the inner surfaces 14b of the pair of ridges 14 of the profile body 10, respectively. The base member 20 is housed and mounted in the recess 11 of the profile body 10.
The design member 30 has a shape in which a pair of mounting pieces 32 and a pair of hook-shaped pieces 64 are provided on the outdoor side surface 31a of the main body 31, and the pair of mounting pieces 32 fits between the pair of pressing pieces 28, The main body 31 is in contact with the substrate 27 so that the outdoor side surface 31a of the main body 31 contacts the indoor side surface 14a of the pair of ridges 14.
[0056]
As shown in FIG. 13, portions of the pair of hook-shaped pieces 64 of the design member 30 facing the respective first and second attachment receiving members 70 and 80 are cut out, and the first and second The two mounting receiving members 70 and 80 are fitted.
Because of this, the design member 30 is moved outward in the expected direction to fit the notches 65 into the first and second attachment receiving members 70 and 80, and the pair of attachment pieces 32 are connected to the base member 20. It contacts the piece 27.
In this state, the design member 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in FIG. 16, on the outdoor surface 73 a of the mounting piece 73 of the first mounting receiving member 70, a piece 64 a in the direction in which the hook-shaped piece 64 is found is formed. 17, and the exterior surface 83a of the mounting piece 83 of the second mounting receiving member 80 and the piece 64a of the hook-shaped piece 64 are opposed to each other with a gap in the expected direction as shown in FIG. 30 is attached to the base member 20.
The portion of the piece 64a that comes into pressure contact with the outdoor side surface 73a of the mounting piece 73 of the first mounting member 70 is a first mounting part, preferably a metal first mounting part, and the second part of the piece 64a. The portion of the mounting receiving member 80 facing the outdoor side surface 83a of the mounting piece 83 is a second mounting portion, preferably a second mounting portion made of metal.
[0057]
The design member 30 is restricted from moving toward the interior of the room by the press-contact portion between the piece portion 64a of the hook-shaped piece 64 and the outdoor side surface 73a of the attachment receiving piece 73 of the first attachment receiving member 70. The abutting portion 27 restricts the movement of the design member 30 to the outside of the room, and holds the design member 30 firmly without rattling in the expected direction with respect to the base member 20.
The upper part of the mounting receiving piece 73 of the first mounting receiving member 70 on the outdoor side surface 73a is inclined toward the indoor side, so that the above-mentioned hook portion 64a smoothly starts to contact with the piece 64a. The piece 73 is elastically deformed to be strongly pressed.
[0058]
Further, since the piece portion 64a of the hook-shaped piece 64 and the outdoor side surface 83a of the mounting piece 83 of the second mounting receiving member 80 face each other with a gap, the design member 30 is slid in the longitudinal direction as described above. Since the mounting piece 83 and the piece 64a, which are not easily elastically deformed when mounted, do not interfere (contact) with each other, they do not hinder the mounting of the design member 30.
When the profile body 10 is curved and deformed in an arc shape, the resin mounting piece 73 is elastically deformed, the piece 64a is in contact with the outdoor side surface 83a of the metal mounting piece 83, and the design member 30 is It is prevented from coming off the main body 10.
[0059]
A stopper, for example, a protruding piece 74 is provided on the outdoor side surface 73a of the mounting piece 73 of the first mounting receiving member 70. As described above, the design member 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction to form one part of the hook-shaped piece 64. When a predetermined stroke is made after the contact of the outer side surface 73a of the mounting piece 73 with the 64a, the above-mentioned piece portion 64a comes into contact with the protruding piece 74 so that the design member 30 cannot move in the longitudinal direction.
Therefore, the design member 30 can be positioned in the longitudinal direction, and the piece 64 a of the hook-shaped piece 64 can be prevented from coming off the outdoor side surface 73 a of the attachment receiving piece 73.
At the same time, the piece portion 64a of the hook-shaped piece 64 can be prevented from coming off from the outdoor surface 83a of the attachment piece 83 of the second attachment receiving member 80.
If the projection 74 is not provided, the design member 30 can be slid and attached from one end in the longitudinal direction to the other end in the longitudinal direction without forming the notch 65 in the hook-shaped piece 64. is there.
[0060]
The profile body 10, base member 20, and design member 30 in each of the above-described embodiments are extruded aluminum shapes, but extruded resin shapes, molding materials, and the like can also be used. It is also possible to use different materials for the profile body 10, the base member 20, and the design member 30.
[0061]
As shown in the above-described first to tenth embodiments, the base member 20 and the design member 30 having different shapes are attached to the profile body 10 in common to form the mating frame 9 having different shapes on the indoor side. be able to.
In addition, the design frame 30 having different shapes on the indoor side can be formed by attaching the design members 30 having different shapes while using the shape member main body 10 and the base member 20 in common.
Further, by changing the pattern and color of the design member 30, the pattern and color of the indoor side can be changed. This can also be achieved by attaching the laminate 33.
[0062]
